Abstract

Di era digital, desain UI/UX memainkan peran penting dalam pengembangan website yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan interaksi dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam layanan publik online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain UI/UX yang responsif dan user-friendly untuk website Kantor Perbekel Desa Sanur Kaja. Teknologi yang digunakan meliputi perangkat lunak Figma untuk pembuatan wireframe dan prototipe interaktif, serta penerapan prinsip-prinsip desain heuristik dan responsive design dalam proses evaluasi. Meskipun tidak dilakukan pengujian kuisioner secara langsung, evaluasi UX dilakukan secara internal berdasarkan prinsip desain UI/UX dan dilengkapi dengan masukan dari perangkat desa selama kegiatan praktik kerja lapangan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa desain yang dirancang mampu memenuhi ekspektasi pengguna dari sisi kemudahan navigasi, konsistensi visual, dan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan layanan digital desa. Dokumentasi desain yang lengkap juga memudahkan proses implementasi oleh pengembang. Kesimpulannya, penerapan desain UI/UX yang efektif dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap aksesibilitas dan efisiensi layanan publik di tingkat desa.

Abstract

The optimization of the Help-Desk application's interface styling was carried out to enhance its responsiveness, modern appearance, and user comfort. The scope of this activity includes redesigning the user interface (UI), improving layout structure, and applying responsive design principles to ensure optimal usability across various devices. The process involved user needs analysis, interface design using Figma, development of an interactive prototype that represents the application's workflow, and design evaluation by internal users. The results showed an increase in positive user perception regarding the application's appearance, readability, and navigation. In addition to enhancing the application's professional impression, the new design is also expected to support user productivity in performing daily tasks through the Help-Desk system. The validated final design is ready to be used as a visual guideline for future application development in a more efficient and standardized manner

Abstract

Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Udayana menerapkan serangkaian tahapan wajib untuk mahasiswa yang akan menyusun tugas akhir, termasuk mengikuti workshop, penyusunan proposal, dan ujian proposal. Namun, pengelolaan tahapan-tahapan tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual melalui komunikasi pribadi, formulir online, dan pengumuman jadwal ujian melalui grup WhatsApp. Hal ini mengakibatkan kendala dalam pengarsipan dan pemantauan perkembangan mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah sistem otomatis untuk penjadwalan tugas akhir yang mempermudah mahasiswa dalam mendaftar workshop, mengumpulkan proposal, serta memungkinkan dosen memantau perkembangan mahasiswa secara lebih terstruktur dan efisien. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan metode design thinking, yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Berdasarkan hasil User Acceptance Test (UAT) dan pelatihan yang telah dilakukan, sistem yang dikembangkan telah terbukti mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi tugas akhir, serta memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik dalam pengelolaan proses akademik di fakultas.

Abstract

Implementasi sistem monitoring keamanan server menggunakan Suricata di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Bali. Suricata merupakan IDS/IPS (Intrusion Detection System/Intrusion Prevention System) yang kuat dan fleksibel yang dapat mendeteksi ancaman keamanan jaringan secara real-time. Penelitian ini membahas langkah-langkah penerapan Suricata untuk mendeteksi serangan dan ancaman potensial terhadap server di lingkungan organisasi. Metode ini melibatkan konfigurasi Suricata, pemantauan lalu lintas jaringan, dan analisis log untuk mengidentifikasi potensi ancaman keamanan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan tingkat keamanan server di Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, dan Statistika Provinsi Bali dan memberikan wawasan tentang efektivitas Suricata sebagai alat pemantauan keamanan jaringan server

Abstract

Text summarization is a crucial task in natural language processing, aiming to extract essential information from lengthy texts. The choice of summarization method significantly influences the quality of the generated summary. This study evaluates the performance of the TextRank and LexRank algorithms, both combined with TF-IDF and Word2Vec-based word representation techniques. The IndoSum dataset was used as the benchmark, with preprocessing steps including text cleaning, case folding, tokenization, and vector transformation using Word2Vec and TF-IDF weighting. The ROUGE metric was employed to assess summarization quality. Experimental results indicate that the TextRank algorithm, when integrated with TF-IDF and Word2Vec, achieves higher ROUGE scores compared to LexRank in generating extractive summaries.

Abstract

Individuals with quadriplegia experience total paralysis of all four limbs due to spinal cord injuries, leaving them unable to operate conventional electric wheelchairs that rely on joystick control. Existing alternative interfaces, such as head motion and eye-gaze sensors, are often cost-prohibitive and fail to deliver the maneuverability and accuracy required for daily use. Voice recognition emerges as a practical solution because speech ability is typically retained in quadriplegia, offering a hands-free, intuitive control method. This study proposes an electric wheelchair system integrating voice user experience (VUX), machine learning (ML), and kinematics-based wheel rotation control to address these challenges. Voice commands are processed using natural language processing (NLP) for word recognition and support vector machines (SVM) for amplitude classification to dynamically adjust speed and direction. Forward and inverse kinematics optimize wheel rotation angles, ensuring smooth and precise navigation even in constrained spaces. Experimental results demonstrate 92.82% word recognition accuracy and 94.48% accuracy in frequency and amplitude detection. Functional testing recorded average speeds of 0.343 m/s (no load) and 0.305 m/s (with 60 kg load). Usability testing with 15 quadriplegic users reported 93%.

Abstract

Public complaints are an important mechanism in maintaining accountability of the government and other organizations, as well as strengthening relations between the government and citizens. Public complaints provide an opportunity for individuals or groups to report problems, dissatisfaction, or violations they experience related to public services, corruption, human rights violations, and so on. However, in some cases in some areas it is still difficult to make complaints about the environment that occur in the community. Therefore, we have compiled this journal with the title "Website-based public complaint information system" to help the public in making complaints against local governments. The information system has of course become a very integral tool for human life, therefore the existence of a "website-based public complaint information system" can help the public easily.

Abstract

The advancement of technology, particularly in the field of machine learning, has provided promising opportunities for enhancing agricultural practices. This study presents the development of a Support Vector Machine (SVM) based classification system for assessing the quality of vegetables. The system utilizes image processing techniques, including Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG) and color histogram, to extract relevant features from vegetable images. The extracted features are then used to train an SVM model capable of distinguishing between good and bad quality vegetables. The effectiveness of the proposed system was evaluated using a dataset comprising various types of vegetables. The results demonstrate high accuracy and efficiency in classifying vegetable quality, highlighting the potential of machine learning technologies in agricultural management.

Abstract

Bali is renowned for its natural beauty and delicious traditional cuisine, such as ayam betutu and babi guling. Despite numerous online platforms offering Balinese recipes, the information provided is often lacking in detail. Therefore, a new search system with categories such as main ingredients, cooking duration, servings, cooking methods, and types of dishes is needed. Ontology, which represents knowledge explicitly and structurally, can be used to develop a more efficient and targeted search system for Balinese recipes. In this research to build the ontology model, the authors used the Methontology method. Research on building an ontology for a Balinese food search system utilized Protégé 4.2.0 software and SPARQL for data queries. The Methontology method resulted in 13 classes, 5 object properties, 4 data properties, and 64 individuals. Testing was conducted using SPARQL queries to verify the accuracy of the developed ontology.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency wallets serve as digital repositories for securing various digital assets. The security of these wallets is often bolstered by the utilization of seed phrases, which act as a primary means of access and recovery. This research delves into the examination of wallet security, specifically focusing on assessing the resilience against brute force attacks. Brute force methods entail systematically attempting numerous combinations to crack the seed phrase and gain unauthorized access to the wallet contents. Through meticulous experimentation and analysis, this study aims to provide insights into the effectiveness of seed phrase-based security mechanisms in thwarting brute force intrusion attempts. By evaluating different wallet implementations and their susceptibility to brute force attacks, this research contributes to enhancing the robustness of cryptocurrency wallet security measures
