Air transportation is a very important sector in the context of economic and regional development. Aviation has a crucial role in supporting economic growth, global connectivity, and the advancement of other sectors. This research aims to understand and improve the efficiency of Lion Air Balikpapan airline ticket booking process through the application of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) method. This research method involves a series of steps in order to conduct BPR. Testing of throughput efficiency is done based on the calculation of business process performance time using ASME standard. The result of the initial analysis shows that the ticket booking process at Lion Air Balikpapan has a throughput efficiency of 38.42%. However, after making changes and mapping the ASME standard as well as eliminating processes that do not provide added value, the throughput efficiency increased to 90.99%. This shows a significant improvement in efficiency and speed in the ticket booking process. The conclusion shows that the application of BPR method in the ticket booking process of Lion Air Balikpapan airline successfully improves the efficiency and speed of service to customers.

Perkembangan dunia bisnis membuat transaksi menjadi kompleks dan ketika cakupan operasi suatu badan usaha semakin berkembang, unit bisnis harus mengoptimalkan setiap proses bisnis agar dapat bekerja lebih efektif di area mereka. Oleh karena itu, proses bisnis harus diubah untuk menggantikan sistem warisan dengan sistem revolusioner. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) merupakan konsep pembangunan ulang sistem dengan mengambil langkah-langkah radikal dan disruptif yang dapat menciptakan perbaikan, penghematan biaya dan percepatan proses. CV. Rahayu Motor merupakan salah satu usaha bengkel swasta di Kabupaten Malang yang bekerja dibidang jasa servis motor, dan pembelian barang terutama sparepart dan modifikasi. Masalahnya, banyak proses yang tidak optimal, sistem pencatatan yang masih manual, administrasi yang memakan waktu lama dan banyak sumber daya yang terbuang untuk proses-proses tertentu. Dari masalah yang ditemui, CV. Rahayu Motor perlu mengubah proses bisnis inventaris dan keuangan. Berdasarkan skenario penelitian yang dilakukan berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dari 11.66% dan meningkat sebesar 88,34% dengan hasil akhir 100% sebagai simulasi terapan Teknologi Informasi. To elevate quality of company management, it is essential to understand the shortcomings of the employees management. Pelita Mas Otobus Company is a bus company based in Malang City, East Java, which conducts its management system still running conventionally. This has shortcomings in terms of efficiency and accuracy of data on information exchange between employees. From the existing issue, it is important to redesign the business processes at Pelita Mas Bus Company by applying BPR (Business Process Reengineering). BPR is a strategy aimed at redesigning deficient business processes to improve their efficiency. The research begins with data collection, involving observations, process identification, case studies, interviews with Pelita Mas Bus Company, and relevant literature review. Mapping a business process using the ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) standard process map. Utilizing the ASME standard process map, the business process performance is assessed through the throughput efficiency test. Subsequently, the focus shifts towards enhancing and refining the business process redesign to make it more efficient. The ultimate outcome of this study is the redesign of the business process

Changes in the industrial world are developing very rapidly, with increasingly complex business competition and increasingly broad scope of company operations. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a concept that involves deep and drastic restructuring with the aim of achieving process improvements, cost reductions, and increased system speed. The Fasco Convection Business requires system reengineering by finding production management processes and reports that have inefficient processes and times and have never been reengineered for approximately 6 years. Managers must manage the production process by hiring employees directly in the field or by telephone. Managers must also record reports using conventional notebooks until the reports are distributed through report books. The method used in system reengineering is through Business Process Reengineering (BPR). In addition, this study uses the ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) standard to evaluate throughput efficiency and process analysis. In this study, the production management process and reports were obtained which had an efficiency value of 93.24%, but when the reengineering was carried out, thirteen processes were eliminated, eight processes were automated, and four processes remained. In the end, it can reach 100% percentage with a more efficient time of 182 minutes than the previous process.

This research discusses the design and evaluation of a user interface (UI) prototype for the livestock management application of PT XYZ. Information systems have become key to effectiveness and efficiency in various industries. However, often the design of information systems is isolated and lacks consideration for user experience (UX). PT XYZ faces challenges in manually managing livestock and aims to develop an effective system. This study uses prototype design methods and heuristic evaluation to create a UI/UX that meets business needs, is easy to use, and enjoyable. The evaluation results show that this design solution aligns with PT XYZ's business processes and is preferred by users. This indicates that designing using prototype methods and heuristic evaluation can help develop applications that are tailored to needs, effective, efficient, and liked by users.Keywords: Prototype Evaluation; Heuristic Evaluation; Solutions Design; User Interface Design; Farm Management System.  AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas perancangan dan evaluasi desain user interface (UI) prototype untuk aplikasi manajemen kandang PT XYZ. Sistem informasi saat ini telah menjadi kunci untuk efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam berbagai industri. Namun, seringkali desain sistem informasi terisolasi dan kurang memperhatikan user experience (UX). PT XYZ mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola kandang secara manual dan ingin mengembangkan sistem yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desain prototype dan evaluasi heuristic untuk menciptakan UI/UX yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis, mudah digunakan, dan menyenangkan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa solusi desain ini sesuai dengan bisnis proses PT XYZ dan disukai oleh pengguna. Ini menunjukkan perancangan desain menggunakan metode prototype dan evaluasi heuristic dapat membantu mengembangkan aplikasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, efektif, efisien, dan disukai oleh pengguna.Â

As a communicable disease, the majority of pneumonia cases are brought on by bacteria or viruses, which cause the lungs' alveoli to swell with fluid or mucus. Pneumonia may arise from this and further making breathing challenging since the lungs' air sacs are unable to contain enough oxygen for the body. Pneumonia may generally be diagnosed clinically (by a physician based on physical symptoms) as well as through a photo chest radiograph, CT scan, and MRI. In this case, the lower cost of a chest radiograph examination making it as one of the most popular medical imaging tests. However, chest radiograph photo readings have a disadvantage, where it takes a long time for medical staff or physicians to identify the patient's illness since it is difficult to detect the condition. Therefore, an identification of chest radiograph imagery into various forms using machine learning becomes one way to address this issue. This research focuses on building a deep neural network model using techniques from the Generative Adversarial Network algorithm. GAN is a category of machine learning techniques using two models to be trained simultaneously, one is a generator model to generated fake data and the other is a discriminator model used to separate the raw data from the real data set images. The dataset used is Chest X-Ray images obtained from repo GitHub and repo Kaggle totaling 5,863 with normal data 1583 images and pneumonia data 4273 imagesThe results showed that the use of the Generative Adevrsarial Network method as augmentation data proved to be more effective in improving the generalization of neural networks, this can be seen from the results the result of the accuracy value obtained is 97%.

Information systems become an important part in all areas of life, one of which is a hospital that uses information systems as a support for business processes. The level of user acceptance of the information system in the hospital needs to be reviewed and analyzed as a way to improve service because the main factors that play an important role are users. This study analyzes the factors that influence the acceptance of users of information using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). This study uses employee data as a sample, 30 respondents used to test the validity and reliability, from the number of 1436 employees used 112 respondents and the questionnaire returned was 94 questionnaires. Determination of the number of respondents based on Slovin formula shows the number used is 94 respondents. The research methodology includes literature study, determination of research variables, data collection and observation, hypothesis determination, instrument development, questionnaire distribution, data processing and analysis of results. In the development of instruments found 6 variables with 32 indicators, and 35 question items. Based on the validity test found 5 indicators that are not used and Cronbach's alpha value of 0.912 which means that the value is greater than 0.6 so that the instrument is reliable. Research shows that the correlation of the final results shows that the significance level is below 0.05 and shows that the independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable, so it can be concluded that user acceptance of the technology in Sidoarjo Regional General Hospital is good.

Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is a progressive eye condition that can lead to blindness, particularly affecting individuals with diabetes. It is commonly diagnosed through the examination of digital retinal images, with fundus photography being recognized as a reliable method for identifying abnormalities in the retina of diabetic patients. However, manual diagnosis based on these images is time-consuming and labor-intensive, necessitating the development of automated systems to enhance both accuracy and efficiency. Recent advancements in machine learning, particularly image classification systems, provide a promising avenue for streamlining the diagnostic process. This study aims to classify DR using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), explicitly employing the InceptionV3 architecture to optimize performance. This research also explores the impact of different preprocessing and data augmentation techniques on classification accuracy, focusing on the APTOS 2019 Blindness Detection dataset. Data preprocessing and augmentation are crucial steps in deep learning to enhance model generalization and mitigate overfitting. The study uses preprocessing and data augmentation to train the InceptionV3 model. Results indicate that the model achieves 86.5% accuracy on training data and 82.73% accuracy on test data, significantly improving performance compared to models trained without data augmentation. Additionally, the findings demonstrate that the absence of data augmentation leads to overfitting, as evidenced by performance graphs that show a marked decline in test accuracy relative to training accuracy. This research highlights the importance of tailored preprocessing and augmentation techniques in improving CNN models' robustness and predictive capability for DR detection.
