Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganlisis pengaruh EVA, ROA, ROE, dan EPS terhadap Return Saham pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2010-2012. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi dokumentasi dan diolah menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Economic Value Added (EVA), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Earning per Share (EPS) secara simultan dan parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dominant factors affecting the satisfaction of BPJS inpatients. The study population was 1732 BPJS patients who were hospitalized in June-July 2019. The research sample consisted of 70 patients. The data collection techniques used were documentation and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed by factor analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the most dominant factors affecting the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bina Kasih General Hospital in Medan were performance factors, additional features, endurance, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, infrastructure, situation description, social environment, controlling emotions. , price levels, payment terms, service fees. Of the fourteen indicators, it can be seen that the service cost factor must be considered by the hospital because this factor is the complaint of patients at the Bina Kasih General Hospital in Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain the empirical evidence about the impact of: (a) the average conversion period on company performance. (b) the inventory conversion period on company performance. (c) the average payment period on company performance and (d) the cash conversion cycle on company performance on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To achieve this goal, research was carried out on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the sample size is 48 companies. Thus, the sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling. The data used in this study is secondary data. All data is obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Furthermore, the regression coefficient of each independent variable was tested using the t test and the F test with α 10 percent. Referring to the results of research, the following conclusions can be made: First, the average conversion period has a positive and significant effect on company performance. The ability of the average conversion period in explaining the company's performance is 13.4 percent. Second, the inventory conversion period has a positive and significant effect on company performance. The ability of the inventory conversion period to explain the company's performance by 19.4 percent. Third, the average payment period has a positive and insignificant effect on company performance. The ability of average payment period in explaining the company's performance is 0.9 percent. Fourth, the cash conversion cycle has a positive and significant effect on company performance. The ability of the cash conversion cycle to explain the company's performance by 14.7 percent. Fifth, the cash conversion cycle and the quadratic cash conversion cycle can explain the variation in company performance by 23 percent. Sixth, there is no optimal working capital in the companies under study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality on member satisfaction. With this aim, it is expected to identify the problem of how the quality of service of physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiviness), assurance (assurance), and empathy (emphasis) on member satisfaction is expected. The research method used a sample of 154 members, with questionnaire data collection and documentation and data analysis tools with multiple regression. The results showed : Y = 2,096 + 0,285X1 + 0,210X2 + 0,098X3 + 0,046X4 + 0,196X5 . This means that tangible variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a positive effect on member satisfaction. The results of the F test show that the tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on member satisfaction with the provisions of Fcount = 3.157 > Ftable = 2.31 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of the t-test, indicate that the tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables have a positive and partially significant effect on member satisfaction, this can be seen from the tcount of all variables > ttable 1.661 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The value of the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.745 means that the relationship between tangible variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy for member satisfaction is very strong. The coefficient of determination (R Square) = 0.555 means that the tangible variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are able to explain the member satisfaction variable of 55.5% while 44.5% is explained by other factors. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze what are the dominant factors that influence student interest in entrepreneurship. The population of this research is all students of the management study program of the Faculty of Economics, Santo Thomas Catholic University who have taken entrepreneurship courses. The sample is 100 students, the method of collecting data is through questionnaires and documentation, the variables studied are about the factors that influence student interest in entrepreneurship, analysis techniques with factor analysis. The results show that, of the 20 factors that influence student interest in entrepreneurship, the most dominant are: The first factor consists of: Leadership, Friends support which is considered important, Friends support, Realistic thinking, Family support and high commitment, Second factor consists of : Have a confident attitude, Foresight, Support business partners, Creative Innovative, Cooperate with business partners and Have experience. The third factor consists of: being disciplined, encouraging parents and being interested in business opportunities. The fourth factor consists of: Courage to face risks. The fifth factor consists of: reliable expertise, perceived ease and careful planning. The sixth factor consists of: Independence. It is better for students during the lecture process to innovate to do a simple type of business as an entrepreneurship learning material. Parents support and motivate their children to become entrepreneurs, because parents have a very strong role in forming entrepreneurial interests. There needs to be an improvement for the campus in providing understanding and training to students so that their entrepreneurial interest is increasingly formed so that after completing their studies their entrepreneurial spirit will be awakened.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of work discipline, work facilities and workload on employee performance at PT. Hilon Sumatera. Data was collected through questionnaires and documentation techniques. The research method used is quantitative, with 66 respondents taken using saturated sampling or census. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 22.00. The results of the t-test indicate that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where the value of tcount (3.753 ) > t table (1.670) and a significant value of 0.000 < (0.05). Work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it can be seen from the value of tcount (4.499) > ttable (1.670) and a significant value of 0.000 < (0.05). Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it can be seen from the value of tcount (2.426)> ttable (1.670) and a significant value of 0.018 < (0.05). The results of the F test indicate that work discipline, work failure and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Fcount of 72.834 > Ftable of 2.75). R square of 0.883 or 88.3% means that the variation in employee performance can be explained by the variables of work discipline, work facilities and workload of 88.3%, while another 11.7% is explained by other variables not included in this study. Preferably PT. Hilon Sumatera is increasingly improving the performance of its employees by providing adequate work facilities, such as machinery, infrastructure, inventory equipment, buildings, transportation equipment and work spaces. Employee work discipline needs to be improved by giving sanctions to employees who arrive late and do not comply with company regulations and the workload given is in accordance with the available working time so that production targets can be realized.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Liquidity, Profitability, Solvency, and Market Ratio on the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2020. The study population was 185 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique in this study was carried out using a purposive sampling method, namely a sampling technique with several criteria that must be met. The samples used in this study were 39 companies. This study uses secondary data with documentation techniques which can be accessed through www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis by conducting t and F tests. The results of hypothesis testing show that Liquidity (Current Ratio) and Market Ratio (Price to Book Value) have a positive and significant effect on the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia for the 2017-2020 period, Profitability (Return On Assets) and Solvability (Debt to Equity Ratio) have a negative and significant effect on the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. Simultaneous testing that Liquidity (Current Ratio), Profitability (Return On Assets), Solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio), and Market Ratio (Price to Book Value) have a simultaneous and significant effect on the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2020. The coefficient of determination of 61.6% means that variations in Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Price to Book Value are able to explain variations in stock prices of 61.6% while the remaining 38.4% is explained by other variables not included in the model.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and explain the influence of financial leverage, liquidity, earnings per share (EPS), and return on assets (ROA) on stock returns in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study was 72 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample of 24 companies with a research period of 4 years. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression model with descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the t test research show that the Financial Leverage variable (Debt to Equity Ratio) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns, Liquidity (Current Ratio) has a positive and significant effect on stock returns, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on stock returns, Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on stock returns in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sector on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. And the results of the F test show that the independent variables, namely Financial Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio), Liquidity (Current Ratio), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return On Assets (ROA) have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Stock Returns in Food Sector Manufacturing Companies. and Beverage on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The coefficient of determination is 40.3%, meaning that variations in Financial Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio), Liquidity (Current Ratio), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return on Assets (ROA) are able to explain variations in stock returns of 40.3%. Meanwhile, the remaining 59.7% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of inflation, interest rates, economic growth and exchange rates on share prices in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The population in this research is 47 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that 27 banking companies were obtained with a research period of 5 years. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. Hypothesis testing uses the t test and F test with a significance level of 5%. The research results show that partially, inflation has a negative and insignificant effect on banking company share prices, interest rates have a negative and significant effect on banking company share prices, economic growth has a positive and insignificant effect on banking companies, and the exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on prices. banking company shares. Simultaneously inflation, interest rates, economic growth and exchange rates have a significant effect on banking company share prices. The value of share prices can be explained by inflation, interest rates, economic growth and exchange rates by 0.117 or 11.7% as shown by the R-square results.

Abstract

Produk intelektual berupa skripsi, karya ilmiah yang berisikan ide, data, dan tulisan merupakan bentuk hasil karya yang sering menjadi bahan plagiarisme; Plagiarisme sederhananya adalah melakukan copy dan paste dari produk intelektual orang lain yang disalahgunakan tanpa menyebutkan nama penulis, penemu, dan penggagas orisinal. Plagiarisme dapat terjadi secara disengaja maupun tidak disengaja, kedua alasan motivasional ini tetap dianggap sebagai plagiarisme jika pada dua karya ilmiah terdapat kesamaan tanpa melakukan sitasi dan perubahan teks asli dengan menggunakan kata-kata sendiri. Permasalahan yang terjadi di kalangan akdemisi khususnya mahasiswa dalam penyusunan tugas akhir adalah : Pemahaman mahasiswa tentang plagiaris masih rendah, kurangnya pengetahuan cara pengutipan hasil karya orang lain dan tindakan plagiaris melanggar norma, aturan, etika dan tanggung jawab moral. Tujuan penyuluhan ini adalah untuk meminimumkan tindakan plagiarisme mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen konsentrasi keuangan dalam penulisan tugas akhir. Plagiarisme telah menjadi ancaman bagi integritas ilmu pengetahuan di kalangan akademisi khususnya bagi mahasiswa semester akhir yang menyusun tugas akhir. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan sosialisasi dalam bentuk penyuluhan sehingga dapat menghindari pencurian intelektual, mahasiswa dapat melakukan penulisan yang baik dalam pengambilan kutipan ataupun saduran dari hasil karya orang lain dan untuk menghindari plagiarism mahasiswa dalam penulisan tugas akhir (skripsi).Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat plagiarisme,(1). Lemahnya kontrol dan tidak adanya sanksi yang serius terhadap tindakan plagias;(2).Mudahnya plagiasi dengan mengambil dari artikel-artikel dan jurnal-jurnal di internet dengan cara copy paste (menyalin);(3). Kurangnya pemahaman mahasiswa dalam menulis tugas akhir (skripsi). Dari berbagai faktor yang dikemukakan di atas maka perlu dilakukan pengawasan dan memberikan saksi akademik untuk mahasiswa yang persentase plagiatnya lebih dari 30% dan melakukan penyuluhan untuk mengurangi tindakan plagiarism dalam penulisan tugas akhir (skripsi) mahasiswa.
