Abstract

This Lecturer Service Activity aims to facilitate training in the development of GO PAI web-based learning media for Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Central Java. This service is a form of collaboration to increase teacher competence between PAI UIN Walisongo Semarang and MGMP PAI SMA SMA Jawa Tengah. It is felt that the involvement of the Central Java SMA PAI MGMP in this training activity is felt to be more representative and on target. To achieve these goals this community service activity is carried out using the Community Based Research method. While the data collection techniques used were focus group discussions, in-depth individual interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. In this activity the researchers attempted to uncover the problems and challenges of PAI teachers, especially high schools in Central Java in developing learning media in the digital era. Thus, the content of learning media development will be more in line with the needs in the field. In addition, the success rate of this training will also be evaluated. The research team measured the level of ability and understanding of participants or teachers in understanding and developing GO PAI Web-based learning media, as well as the ability to apply them to teaching and learning activities. The results of this service are in the form of GO PAI web-based learning media that can be utilized by PAI teachers in Central Java. This dedication is expected to be a form of concrete evidence of the contribution of the academic community of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FITK) UIN Walisongo in the world of education.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and determine the impact of using augmented reality as an anti-corruption educational medium based on the development of Islamic educational materials. The data processing used to research and development methods ADDIE model using a validity test and measurements of N-Gain scores. Three junior high schools with different environmental characteristics participated in the study. The findings first indicate that the development of augmented reality for the field of anti-corruption education can be adapted to the essential competencies of Islamic Religious Education subjects with the themes of honesty, trustworthiness, and istiqomah. Second, there was an increase in the cognitive domain, as indicated by the anti-corruption education values for SMP N 02 Bawang students by 79.5%; SMP N 01 Subah students by 79%; and SMP N 01 Batang students by 80.44%. On the N-Gain scale, all three achievements are considered effective. This research has implications for demonstrating that the application of augmented reality can effectively improve cognitive ability in anti-corruption education based on the development of Islamic educational materials. We recommend that these findings be used as a basis for determining anti-corruption education policies in Indonesia

Abstract

Adaptation theory explains that mothers’ subjective well-being (SWB) is determined by their abilities to adapt to challenging life events using coping mechanisms. The literature highlights three latent coping mechanism factors: emotional regulation, mindfulness, and gratitude. This study aims to build a model of mothers’ SWB based on these factors. The sample comprised 302 young mothers (20-25 years old) selected using convenience sampling. Data were solicited from Likert scales that measured emotion regulation, mindfulness, gratitude, and SWB and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results show that the SWB model had adequate goodness of fit, with a chi-square of 153.553 (p < .05), GFI of .934, AGFI of .899, CFI of .929, TLI of .906, and RMSEA of .076. The model shows that emotion regulation and mindfulness, mediated by gratitude, influenced SWB, with gratitude as a strong predictor of SWB. As an implication in counseling, gratitude interventions should be applied in practice.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of quality human resources (HR), so boarding schools need to produce graduates who are not only religious but also have broad competencies. The implementation of a curriculum based on life skills education in boarding schools is one of the efforts that boarding schools can make to produce quality graduates. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out how the management of life skill education-based curriculum. This research is classified as qualitative field research. The data sources in this study were obtained through interviews with the boarding school caregivers, extracurricular coaches, and students of Fathimah Al Amin Progressive Islamic Boarding School. In addition, observation and documentation were also carried out during data collection. Data analysis in this study was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Progressive Fatimah Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School had implemented comprehensive management in organizing a curriculum based on life skills education. This is evidenced by the existence of careful planning, effective organization, structured implementation, and continuous supervision so that the Progressive Fatimah Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School succeeds in creating a learning environment conducive to the development of santri competencies.

Abstract

Pendidikan pada hakikatnya adalah milik setiap manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning, pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam dan budi pekerti di Sekolah Dasar Hj.Isriati Baiturrahman 2 Semarang. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang mengambarkan tentang penerapan model pembelajaran CTL pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan model CTL sudah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini bisa dilihat dari penerapan komponen-komponen model pembelajaran kontekstual yang ada yaitu: kontruktifisme, inquiri, bertanya, masyarakat belajar, pemodelan, refleksi, dan penilaian autentik. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru PAI dalam megimplementasikan model ini adalah dari segi sarana dan prasarana, motivasi belajar, minat belajar, sikap dan perilaku. Solusi yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI yaitu dengan memberikan pemahaman-pemahaman yang nyata yang ada dikehidupan sehari-hari sehingga siswa bukan hanya mendengar ucapan melainkan contoh nyata dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses manajemen dalam pengembangan keterampilan penelitian di MAN 2 Wonosobo dan MAN 2 Kudus. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa di MAN 2 Wonosobo dan MAN 2 Kudus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian program manajemen madrasah di MAN 2 Kudus dan MAN 2 Wonosobo telah menunjukkan hasil yang baik dari segi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Secara keseluruhan telah dilaksanakan secara sistematis, komprehensif dan terencana. Melalui persiapan yang matang dan evaluasi yang berkesinambungan untuk meningkatkan kualitas program. Selain itu program manajemen penelitian madrasah juga mempunyai kelebihan pada kompetensi penelitian peserta didik, yaitu: peserta didik dapat berpikir kreatif, memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam memecahkan masalah, berkomunikasi dengan baik dan kemampuan bekerja sama dengan orang lain. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga memiliki keterampilan menulis karya ilmiah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa dalam melaksanakan standar program perlu dipenuhi oleh sumber daya manusia yang berkemampuan dan terdapat komitmen antara kepala sekolah, pendidik, dan tenaga kependidikan. Bagi penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memperluas variabel dan objek penelitian serta diharapkan dapat menggunakan literatur penelitian yang lebih banyak.

Abstract

Tantangan yang dihadapi siswa dalam mempertahankan pemahaman agama di era modern saat ini dipengaruhi oleh arus globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat. Maka dari itu, pendidikan keagamaan berperan penting untuk menghadapi tantangan modernisasi dan kemajuan teknologi yang kerap menimbulkan pengaruh negatif pada pemahaman agama siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi program Madrasah Diniyah dalam memperkuat pemahaman keagamaan siswa di MTs Miftahussa’adah Mijen Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memahami pelaksanaan program ini dan dampaknya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Madrasah Diniyah di MTs Miftahussa’adah Mijen Semarang mampu memperkuat pemahaman agama siswa, terutama dalam aspek ibadah. Siswa merasa terbantu dalam memahami dan mengamalkan ajaran agama, meskipun ada tantangan dalam hal motivasi belajar karena metode pengajaran yang dianggap monoton. Sehingga diperlukan inovasi metode pengajaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program dan motivasi belajar siswa. Kesimpulannya, program Madrasah Diniyah ini berdampak positif dalam memperkuat pemahaman keagamaan siswa, namun masih perlu inovasi dalam metode pengajaran untuk mempertahankan antusiasme siswa.

Abstract

Pendidikan vokasi menghadapi tantangan besar di era Industri 4.0 dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang siap kerja dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji implementasi dan optimalisasi model pembelajaran Teaching Factory di SMK Islamic Centre Baiturrahman Semarang untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan vokasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi partisipan, wawancara informal, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Teaching Factory telah diimplementasikan melalui dua unit unggulan yaitu Center Islamic Bank untuk program Perbankan Syariah dan Centertech untuk program Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan. Implementasi ini didukung oleh beberapa mitra strategis yang telah menyediakan infrastruktur, pelatihan, dan standar kerja industri. Teaching Factory terbukti efektif meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa, mengembangkan keterampilan teknis dan profesional, serta menjembatani kesenjangan antara pembelajaran teoritis dengan praktik industri nyata.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze communication patterns between teachers and students in the teaching and learning process at SMK Islamic Center Baiturrahman. Communication between teachers and students plays a crucial role in creating an effective and conducive learning atmosphere. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation methods as data collection techniques. The results of the study indicate that communication patterns in this school run in an open, participatory, and religious atmosphere. Teachers not only act as conveyors of information, but also as guides and motivators who establish positive interpersonal relationships with students. Factors such as teaching style, student motivation, and school environmental support influence the smoothness of communication. Effective communication has been shown to improve students' understanding of the subject matter and strengthen their character and discipline. This study concludes that good communication patterns between teachers and students contribute directly to the achievement of learning outcomes and the formation of students' character holistically.
