Abstract

Interest and learning environment are mediated by learning motivation is an important factor in increasing student learning readiness so that they affect the fluency in teaching and learning in educational institutions especially the Army Polytechnic. The results of this study indicate that: a) interest, learning environment, learning motivation, and readiness of learning in Army Polytechnic students are at a good level; b) interest directly has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation the Army Polytechnic students in Malang; c) the learning environment directly has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation the Army Polytechnic students in Malang; d) interest directly has a positive and significant effect on learning readiness of the Army Polytechnic students in Malang; e) the learning environment directly has a positive and significant effect on the readiness of learning the Army Polytechnic students in Malang; f) motivation to learn has influence directly, positively and significantly the readiness of learning for students of the Army Polytechnic in Malang; g) interest in mediating learning motivation indirectly has a positive effect on learning readiness the Army Polytechnic students in Malang; h) the learning environment with mediating learning motivation indirectly has a positive effect on the readiness of learning the Army Polytechnic students in Malang.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah: Peran kepala sekolah SMPN 21 Kota Malang dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru; Faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan kendala dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru di SMPN 21 Kota Malang; Strategi kepala sekolah SMPN 21 Kota Malang menangani kendala dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan kualitatif dengan metode pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi kepada informan. Temuan penelitian terkait dengan fokus penelitian: Kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan pofesionalisme guru SMPN 21 Kota Malang. Pertama, dengan mengoptimalkan fungsi kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin, pendidik, supervisor, pencipta iklim sekolah dan wirausahawan. Kedua, Faktor kendala dalam peningkatan profesionalime guru antara lain: masih adanya tenaga pendidik yang merangkap tugas, rendahnya semangat tenaga pendidik dalam meningkatkan kompetensinya, menumpuknya beban tugas yang diberikan kepada tenaga pendidik dan sarana prasarana pendukung proses kegiatan belajar mengajar yang belum memadai. Sedangkan faktor pendukung meliputi: dukungan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Malang dalam hal penciptaan sekolah unggulan, kondisi sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar sekolah dan partisipasi Komite Sekolah yang maksimal. Ketiga, kepala sekolah memberikan pembinaan kedisiplinan, memberikan penghargaan (reward), memberikan motivasi baik secara intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik, memberikan persepsi yang baik terhadap prestasi kerja para tenaga pendidik. Kata kunci: Strategi, kepala sekolah, profesionalisme guru.

Abstract

At the world of industrialist and service provider, marketing mix is an interesting concept to be explored, because it can lead to a better guidance on how the organization or industry market their products. The aim of the study is to test and analyze the significance and positive effect of marketing mix variable consisting of product, promotion, place, person and process, on customer’s satisfaction, then to test and analyze the significance and positive effect of marketing mix variable consisting of product, promotion, place, person and process on customer’s loyalty. Furthermore the study tests and analyses the significance and positive effect of marketing mix variable consisting of product, promotion, place, person and process on customer loyalty through costumer’s satisfaction at the Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic RSJ Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Mental Hospital. This study is explanatory research using survey as methodology, followed by 100 family caregiver’s schizophrenic patient who is visiting the Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic as respondents of this research. Statistical analysis used in this research is Path Analysis which provide estimates of the magnitude and significance of hypothesized causal connections between sets of variables. Computation of assumption parametric value using SPSS Program 20.0. Result of the study show that there are significance and positive effect of marketing mix variable consisting product, promotion, place, person, process on consumer’s satisifaction at Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic RSJ Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang Mental Hospital, there are significance and positive effect of marketing mix variable consisting product, promotion, place, person, process on consumer’s loyalty at Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic RSJ Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang Mental Hospital. Abstract

The improvement of health services should be directed to the provision of quality health services that are organized in accordance with the ethical standards and professional services. Under these conditions the hospital as a health care unit is required to improve its performance in a way to serve the community as well as possible in order to be a good hospital and the one refered to, able to give satisfaction to the patient. The purpose of study ia to examine the effect of (1) the leadership on the service behavior. (2) the communication on the service behavior. (3) the system of control on the service behavior. (4) the service behavior on the organizational performance. (5) the leadership on the organizational performance. (6) the communication on the organizational performance. Abstract

Untuk merespon tantangan globalisasi dan perubahan yang terjadi saat ini, pegawai Negeri sipil harus dapat belajar secara ekstensif untuk memenuhi permintaan operasi organisasi. Karyawan diminta tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme mereka, tetapi juga memiliki kemampuan untuk menangani beberapa operasi organisasi lainnya. Selain itu karyawan juga diminta untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri akan keberhasilan dalam menjalankan operasional yang dibebankan kepada mereka. Permasalahan mengenai kinerja merupakan permasalahan yang akan selalu dihadapi oleh pihak manajemen , karena itu manajemen perlu mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan tersebut akan membuat manajemen dapat mengambil berbagai kebijakan yang diperlukan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya agar sesuai dengan harapan manajemen. Dalam penelitian ini adapun sudut pandang penulis dalam melihat potensi kinejera pegawai dari sudut pandang internal masing-masing individu pegawai, melalu pendekatan self leadership, self efficeacy, dan kecerdasan intelektual. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory research. jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berada di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Mojokerto dengan jumlah 120 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik random sammpling, dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% sehingga ditemukan responden sebesar 92 responden. Dalam penelitian ini analisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS Ver 22. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1) Self leadership, self efficacy, dan kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai ; 2) Self leadership berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai; 3) Self efficacy berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai ; 4) Kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai dan 5) Kecerdasan intelektual dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai daripada variabel lainnya yaitu self efficacy dan self leadership. Abstract

The tourism model is a life entity that has great potential in the welfare of its people's lives towards an independent society. The tourism model can be directed to encourage initiatives to utilize the potential of the region through various development sectors. The tourism model is no longer only aimed at encouraging the growth of the number of visits but the quality of visits towards sustainable tourism development. In addition, the tourism model is also expected to become an economic locomotive to strengthen the value chain and tourism business ecosystem based on community strength. The tourism model is expected to become a local force that becomes a magnet for tourist arrivals, so that it can trigger inclusive economic activity. One of the famous tourist attractions and many objects is in Batu City, East Java. This research is a quantitative research using the type of explanatory research which aims to determine the effect of human resources, services on the improvement of tourist villages through social media. The sample used is 60 people as business actors in the tourist village of Bumiaji Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City. Statistical analysis used is Path Analysis approach. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is a significant influence of human resources and services on social media in the Tourist Village of Bumiaji Village, Batu City. In addition, there is a significant influence of human resources, services and social media on increasing the tourism village of Bumiaji Village, Batu City. For this reason, a strategy for implementing advances in information and communication technology and the existence of social media is needed so that the tourism model designed is able to also build collaboration between institutions and the community, making the community more creative, innovative, and independent.

Abstract

The researcher’s intention of doing this research is to reveal The Effect of Commitment and Organizational Climate on Teachers’ Performance at Bina Bangsa Wilmar-CKP private elementary school. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of commitment and organizational climate simultaneously, partially, and to determine the biggest influence between the two on teachers’ performance at Bina Bangsa Wilmar-CKP private elementary school. This research uses qualitative approach with the combination of descriptive and explanatory research types. The populations of this research are three schools of Bina Bangsa private elementary school, which are under Bina bangsa Wilmar-CKP educational foundation, using error rate of 5%. This research uses the Bina Bangsa Private Elementary School Teacher respondent questionnaire method as a data collection technique and documentation method to obtain secondary information needed. In this research validation test is conducted using product moment model Pearson’s correlation approach, while instrument reliability test is conducted using Alpha Cronbach. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (i) mendeskripsikan pengaruh komitmen dan semangat kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja guru TK Bina. PT Mustika Sembuluh Bangsa selama masa covid-19; (ii) mendeskripsikan pengaruh komitmen dan semangat kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja Guru TK PT Mustika Sembuluh selama masa Covid-19; (iii) mendeskripsikan pengaruh komitmen dan semangat kerja Guru TK Sepuluh PT Mustika selama masa covid-19 dan; (iv) mendeskripsikan pengaruh komitmen dan semangat kerja terhadap efektivitas selama masa Covid-19 dan dampaknya terhadap kepuasan kerja Guru TK PT Mustika Sembuluh selama masa Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan “non-probability sampling”, dengan metode purposive sampling, terutama dengan jenis “judgment sampling”, yaitu sampel yang diambil berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu. Subyek penelitian ini sebanyak 37 responden. : Hasil penelitian dapat dilakukan dengan data primer, yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari objek penelitian. Data primer ini dapat diperoleh dengan cara: Kuesioner, yaitu pengumpulan data melalui daftar pertanyaan (kuesioner) yang telah disusun untuk diisi oleh responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (i) Komitmen dan etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja Guru TK Bangsa PT Mustika Sembuluh selama masa covid-19. (ii) Komitmen dan etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja Guru TK Bina Bangsa PT Mustika Sembuluh selama masa covid-19. (iii) Komitmen dan etos kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Guru TK PT Mustika Sembuluh Bina Bangsa selama masa covid-19. (iv) Komitmen, etos kerja, efektifitas selama covid-19 serta dampaknya terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Guru TK Bina Bangsa PT Mustika Sembuluh. Abstract

Implementation of government procurement of goods/services requires competent human resources. The aims of this research are to describe and analyze the evaluation, effectiveness, driving and inhibiting factors of Policy Implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 16 of 2018 in Filling Functional Positions During the Covid-19 Pandemic. The scope of this research is to evaluate the filling of functional positions for the manager of the procurement of goods and services in the Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of Mojokerto Regency for the 2020 period. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the filling of functional positions for the manager of the procurement of goods and services in the Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of Mojokerto Regency has been running although it has not yet reached the target due to several factors.
