Abstract

The rapid development of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI) has encouraged its widespread use among students in academic activities. However, the use of Generative AI without adequate ethical literacy may lead to violations of academic integrity and technological dependency. This community service activity aimed to enhance ethical literacy in the use of Generative AI among 53 students of Universitas Sahid Surakarta through a structured socialization program. The implementation employed an educative–participatory approach, including material presentations, reflective discussions, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test instruments based on a Likert scale. The activity resulted in an increase in students’ understanding across all evaluated indicators, ranging from 12% to 18%, particularly in Generative AI conceptual understanding, AI output verification, academic integrity awareness, and ethical AI usage. These findings indicate that the socialization activity was effective in strengthening students’ ethical literacy regarding the use of Generative AI in higher education. The activity is expected to support the reinforcement of academic integrity culture and serve as a foundation for the development of sustainable AI literacy policies and programs within universities.

Abstract

Latar belakang masalah sektor perbankan masih menggunakan sistem pemasaran konvensional yang bersifat acak sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya konversi deposito berjangka dan tingginya biaya operasional tim sales. Tujuan penelitian merancang dan membangun dashboard LeadsUp yang mengintegrasikan hasil predictive lead scoring untuk menentukan target nasabah potensial. Metode penelitian dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu identifikasi masalah untuk mengurai ketidakefektifan outbound call perbankan, pengumpulan data dan literatur, menggunakan Bank Marketing Dataset dari UCI Repository serta pengembangan sistem dengan menerapkan metode waterfall. Hasil penelitian berupa dashboard yang dibangun menggunakan stack teknologi React.js, Express.js, dan Supabase, yang menyediakan fitur dashboard admin (manajemen sales, distribusi leads dan validasi kredit) serta dashboard sales (pemantauan kerja individu, daftar leads dan riwayat kredit). Sistem divalidasi melalui 3 metode pengujian, yaitu Black Box Testing untuk verifikasi fungsionalitas antarmuka, Postman Testing untuk menjamin stabilitas integrasi API, serta Pengujian Model berbasis algoritma Random Forest yang menghasilkan tingkat akurasi klasifikasi prospek nasabah sebesar 87%. Dengan demikian, LeadsUp mampu membantu perbankan dalam meningkatkan strategi pemasaran melalui penentuan target nasabah berbasis data

Abstract

Latar belakang ini didasari oleh pengelolaan Capstone Project pada kegiatan Acadion di Institusi XYZ masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan spreadsheet dan email, sehingga menyebabkan kurang efisiennya pengelolaan data, monitoring progres, koordinasi antar pengguna, serta dokumentasi umpan balik. Salah satu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi Acadion berbasis web yang dapat membantu pengelolaan Capstone Project secara terintegrasi dan terorganisir. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode pengumpulan data dan metode pengembangan sistem untuk mendukung proses penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan React.js sebagai frontend, Express.js sebagai backend, dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Implementasi sistem memiliki fitur pengelolaan grup, pemilihan use case, pengumpulan worksheet, validasi worksheet, dan 360 feedback. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing dan pengujian API menggunakan aplikasi Postman.  Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur dan endpoint sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Dengan demikian, aplikasi Acadion dapat membantu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan Capstone Project.

Abstract

In a dynamic operational environment, especially in Telkom customer service, the process of monitoring disturbance reports is a challenge for supervisors. The disturbance reporting applications currently available are web-based, but they have not been designed responsively, so they are less user-friendly when accessed via mobile devices. Meanwhile, supervisors are required to continue conducting direct checks to ensure technician performance in the field. This research aims to develop a mobile-friendly solution in the form of a Telegram Bot that is able to retrieve regularly updated customer disturbance data from a central server, process it, and present it in a concise and easy-to-understand format via the Telegram application. The methods used include periodic data collection by helpdesk officers, data transformation into structured information, and integration of the Telegram API as a user interface. The implementation results indicate that the Telegram bot can provide information on the status of disturbance reports (new, progress, and completed), including the level of urgency, quickly and informatively, according to the latest data available. This solution is proven to support supervisor mobility in decision making and technical supervision without having to rely on web application access via desktop devices. Using Telegram as a platform also increases flexibility in accessing information in various field conditions. This research is a real contribution to the use of bot technology for the efficiency of field monitoring services based on regular updates.
