Abstract

The effect of Compensation, Communication, and Occupational Safety on employee performance at PT Karya Putra Karimun (KPK). This research uses quantitative research methods. This study uses data from the distribution of questionnaires via a google form link to 107 employees of PT Karya Putra Karimun (KPK). The method of data collection using the saturated sampling technique method. This research uses statistical data analysis method using SPSS version 25. based on the results of the analysis that can show that simultaneously and partially no effect on compensation, communication and work safety on performance at PT. Karya Putra Karimun (KPK) with a calculated T value of 0.1826> 1.98326 on the compensation variable. for the communication variable has no effect on employee performance where T count -1.066 < t table 1.98326. While the work safety variable has no effect on employee performance at PT Karya Putra Karimun (KPK) of 1.701 < t table 1.98326. It can be seen from the results of the study that Compensation, Communication and Work Safety from one of the variables that affect only Compensation and does not affect Communication and Occupational Safety.

Abstract

This community service aims to investigate the effectiveness of tax training and socialization using DJP Online in Bukit Raya Village, Penajam Paser Utara Regency. Through direct observation methods, students from Balikpapan University conducted training and socialization activities to improve the community's understanding and compliance with tax regulations. The subjects of the service were the residents of Bukit Raya Village who participated in the training and socialization. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and observations before and after the activities. The results showed a significant increase in the community's understanding of basic tax obligations, annual tax reporting procedures, and the use of DJP Online. However, challenges remain in navigating and filling out forms on the DJP Online platform. This activity also highlighted the importance of more formal access to tax information at the village level. Based on these findings, it is recommended to continue enhancing targeted tax socialization programs, provide better training and technical support, and improve the accessibility of DJP Online to increase tax compliance at the village level. Collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and tax authorities can also strengthen tax socialization programs at the village level. Thus, it is hoped to create a conducive environment for increasing tax understanding and compliance, as well as the utilization of tax technology in rural communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi belajar danpenggunaan internet dengan kreativitas siswa kelas XI di SMA 24 Jakarta dalammengerjakan tugas sekolah. Pada penelitian ini, variabel terikatnya adalah kreativitasdan variabel bebasnya adalah motivasi belajar dan penggunaan internet. Tekniksampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 161 siswa denganpenelitian kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan tiga model skala Likertterdiri dari skala kreativitas, skala motivasi belajar, dan skala penggunaan internet.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi multivariate. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa 1) ada hubungan positif antara motivasi belajar dengankreativitas 2) ada hubungan positif antara penggunaan internet dengan kreativitas,dan 3) ada hubungan positif antara motivasi belajar dan penggunaan internet dengankreativitas.Kata Kunci: Kreativitas, Motivasi Belajar, Penggunaan Internet.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh (sensus). Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 karyawan Management Board dan 28 karyawan tim cuci AC PT CIKAMI dan Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah bentuk skala Likert, yaitu skala Kinerja Karyawan, skala Kepemimpinan Transformasional, dan skala Employee Engagement. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear. Hasil uji hipotesis kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai koefisien thitung sebesar 3.008 dengan sig 0.005; (p) < 0.05, maka H01 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima. Pada employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai koefisien thitung sebesar 8.766 dengan sig 0.000; (p) < 0.05, maka H02 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima. Pada analisis regresi berganda diperoleh Fhtiung sebesar 37.679 dengan sig 0.000; (p) < 0.05, maka H03 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Neonatal mortality consists of early neonatal death and late neonatal death. Neonatal mortality rate is the number of neonatal deaths per 1,000 live births. Low Birth Weight is one of the risk factors that contributes to infant mortality, especially during the neonatal period. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the incidence of low birth weight babies at RSKDIA Siti Fatimah Makassar in 2024. This study is analytical with a case control approach used to determine the influence between independent variables and dependent variables. The type of research is retrospective which tries to look back. This means collecting data starting from the effects or consequences that have occurred. Then from these effects the causes or variables that influence these consequences are traced. The population in this study were all babies born in January-June 2018, totaling 759 babies. The sample in this study were babies born in the delivery room of RSKDIA Siti Fatimah Makassar in 2024 with a birth weight of > 2500 grams. Based on the research results, a p value of 0.002 was obtained, thus it can be concluded that this figure means that there is an influence of maternal age on the incidence of LBW, and the p value ρ = 0.001 means that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is an influence between nutritional status and the incidence of Low Birth Weight.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a fundamental aspect that must be considered in order to achieve predetermined marketing objectives. This strategy encompasses a series of steps and decisions taken to promote products, reach the right target market, and influence customer purchasing behavior. The purpose of this study is to identify the strategies employed by the Mhira Cake Birthday Cake Shop in every sales or promotional activity to attract customer interest, as well as to analyze these strategies from the perspective of Islamic marketing principles. This research is classified as field research, in which the writer directly visited the location—Mhira Cake Birthday Cake Shop—to obtain accurate data, employing a qualitative research approach. The primary informant in this study was the owner of Mhira Cake, while supporting informants included the shop’s customers. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were then processed and analyzed using a descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study show that Mhira Cake employs marketing strategies through product, pricing, promotion, and location. The marketing methods used include offering affordable prices for the products sold. From the perspective of Islamic economics, it can be concluded that the marketing strategies implemented by Mhira Cake are in accordance with Islamic marketing principles. The shop operates its business based on values of honesty and fairness and applies characteristics aligned with Islamic marketing ethics. Additionally, in practice, the business incorporates ethical business conduct by demonstrating the traits of shiddiq (truthfulness), amanah (trustworthiness), tabligh (transparency in communication), and fathonah (wisdom). The business is run with a commitment to integrity in every aspect.
