Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadershipt, discipline, and work environment on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan. The research method in this study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all teachers of SMAN 1 Dagangan totaling 53 teachers. The sampling method used is sampling jenuh , which is taking sample members from a population with a population that is relatively small, the sample was 53 teachers from 50 populations. Data collection methods in this study are primary data and secondary data. Testing instruments using validity test, and reliability test. While for data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and f test. The results of the study show that: (1) leadership has a positive effect (0,427) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan, (2) Discipline has a positive effect (0,312) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan, (3) work environment has a positive effect (0,250) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Hasby Ponorogo convection company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial performance on the ability to pay zakat. Analysis methods used are the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Data processing using SPSS version 16. The result of the study showed that the Profitability Ratio (Return On Asset) had a positive effect on the company zakat, the Liquidity Ratio (Current Ratio) and the Activity Ratio (BOPO) had no effect on the company zakat. Regression result show that adjusted r square is 0.838, meaning that the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is 83.3% and 16.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Retail Marketing Mix Terhadap Perilaku Membeli Pada Konsumen Pinggiran Kota Ponorogo. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik insidental sampling, skala pengukuran dengan skala likert pendataan dilakukan dengan  sedangkan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 70 orang.  Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Place (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, People (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Product (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Price (X4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Promotion (X5) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan uji F secara simultan dengan hasil Place  (X1), people  (X2), product  (X3), price  (X4), dan promotion  (X5) secara bersama – sama positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk (Y) pada konsumen Suryamart Jalan Bathoro Katong

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia menerapkan e-government yang bertujuan untuk mewujudkan pemerintahan yang demokratis, adil, bertanggung jawab, transparan, bersih, akuntabel, responsif, efektif dan efisien. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar segala kegiatan yang bersifat pelayanan publik dapat terlaksana dengan cepat sehingga produktivitas kerja pegawai terhadap pelayanan dapat berjalan optimal. Namun sangat berbeda yang terjadi di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Mamuju. Banyaknya tuntutan masyarakat yang disebabkan pelayanan yang berjalan di kantor dinas tersebut tidak berjalan dengan bak, dimana pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat kurang terlaksana dengan optimal. Misalnya pembuatan kartu tanda penduduk (KTP), kartu keluarga (KK) dan surat administrasi lainnya banyak mengalami kendala, sehingga partisipasi masyarakat untuk datang kekantor dalam menyelesaikan kelengkapan administrasi kependudukan tidak terlaksana dengan baik. Menurut beberapa tokoh masyarakat setempat, Hal tersebut disebabkan karena kurang tanggapnya pegawai dalam melakukan pelayanan, buruknya sarana dan prasarana publik serta kurang sigapnya pegawai dalam merespon keluhan dari masyarakat yang datang untuk menyelesaikan urusan administrasi kependudukan. Dari berbagai permasalahan tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa Kantor Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Mamuju belum memberikan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan harapan dan keinginan masyarakat. Adapaun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif analitis untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausal melalui pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan sangat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan pelayanan. Indikator utama yang mendominasi penilaian terhadap responden terkait kualitas layanan yang berdampak pada puasnya masyarakat yang datang untuk menyelesaikan administrasi kependudukan, terlebih sarana dan prasarana publik yang disediakan oleh kantor tersebut sudah nyaman dan memadai. Abstract

Abstract The issue of leadership quality is a complex and multifaceted topic. Leaders who lack a clear vision are less likely to direct their team or organization effectively. With specific goals, formulating strategies or inspiring others becomes easier. This study aimed to determine and analyze the impact of leadership quality on service in Central Mamuju Regency, focusing on career development and the motivation of public service employees. Employing a survey design and a quantitative approach, the research involved 124 employees as respondents. These respondents were selected using a simple random sampling technique, with the Slovin formula applied to refine the sample size. For data analysis, path analysis was utilized. The results indicated that in Central Mamuju Regency, the most effective way to enhance the quality of service is by focusing on employee career development. Employees who receive attention and appreciation from their leaders are more capable of delivering better service quality compared to the impacts of leadership quality and public service motivation. However, these variables also play a significant role in improving employee service quality. Career development motivates employees to be more creative, improve their abilities, and receive recognition, facilitating a better career path at work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterikatan karyawan, berbagi pengetahuan dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PUDAM Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PUDAM Ponorogo. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 73 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel keterikatan karyawan, dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan berbagi pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of job satisfaction, occupational health and safety (OHS), and work stress on turnover intention among employees of PT. Daya Surya Sejahtera Ponorogo. The high turnover rate is a phenomenon that has the potential to hamper the smooth operation of the company and increase the costs of recruiting and training new employees. Therefore, understanding the factors that influence the intention to leave the company is important in order to maintain workforce stability and productivity. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, with the Slovin formula, resulting in 72 respondents from a total population of 250 employees. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The results of the analysis show that the three independent variables, namely job satisfaction, OHS, and work stress, simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention. Partially, job satisfaction and OHS have a negative effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the job satisfaction and good OHS implementation, the lower the employee's intention to leave the company. Conversely, job stress showed a positive effect, meaning that the higher the level of job stress, the greater the employee's intention to resign. This finding indicates the importance of management attention to working conditions, employee well-being, and stress management in the workplace. Companies are advised to consider providing competitive compensation, creating a healthy and safe work environment, and providing career development paths as strategies to sustainably reduce employee turnover intentions.

Abstract

Employees who intend to leave the company may indicate dissatisfaction with the work environment, workload, or lack of adequate job safety guarantees. Therefore, an in-depth study is needed to understand the factors that influence this intention. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The sampling technique used a simple random sampling method with calculations using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample size of 72 respondents from a total population of 250 employees. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods with the help of SPSS version 25 software to test the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable of turnover intention. The results of the analysis show that the three variables, namely job satisfaction, OHS, and work stress, simultaneously and partially have a significant influence on turnover intention. Low job satisfaction, perceptions of an unsafe work environment, and high levels of stress are the main triggers for employees' desire to leave the company. Therefore, companies are advised to improve job satisfaction through salary adjustments, career development opportunities, and comprehensive improvements to their OHS programs. Furthermore, employee stress management requires a systematic and sustainable approach to reduce employee turnover intentions.

Abstract

The rapid development of globalization has significantly increased the utilization of technology and information, particularly in various organizational activities. This advancement impacts how organizations manage human resources to achieve optimal performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of work quality, team support, and organizational culture on the performance of employees at the Ponorogo Tourism Office. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a case study design. The population in this study comprises employees of the Ponorogo Tourism Office who hold civil servant status. Using a nonprobability sampling technique, a total of 42 respondents were selected as the research sample. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, while data analysis employed multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25 program. The results of the partial (t-test) analysis show that work quality (p = 0.011), team support (p = 0.003), and organizational culture (p = 0.010) each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that employees who demonstrate high work quality, receive adequate support from their teams, and operate within a strong and positive organizational culture are more likely to exhibit better work performance. The research highlights the importance of maintaining high work standards, fostering collaboration among team members, and strengthening cultural values within the organization to improve employee performance outcomes. Practical implications suggest that the Ponorogo Tourism Office should focus on continuous professional development, effective teamwork strategies, and reinforcing organizational values to enhance productivity and service quality. This study contributes to the broader understanding of human resource management in the public sector, particularly within the tourism department, and serves as a reference for similar agencies seeking to optimize employee performance through organizational and interpersonal factors.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberdayakan anggota Aisyiyah Ponorogo untuk peningkatan nilai gizi serta menambah nilai ekonomi pada olahan berbahan dasar singkong. Singkong akan diolah menjadi produk susu, yang memiliki nilai inovasi yang timggi sehingga banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada saat kegiatan pengabdian diawalai dengan sosialisasi, dan selanjutnya melakukan pelatihan pembuatan produk olahan susu berbahan dasar singkong. Selanjutnya kegiatan evaluasi dengan memberikan angket pada anggota aisyiyah Ponorogo tentang pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian, dan menggali keinginan untuk berwirausaha. Manfaat kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Anggota aisyiyah Ponorogo mampu mengolah singkong menjadi susu yang dapat membuka peluang usaha home industry, diharapkan bisa membantu pendapatan keluarga. Berdasarkan evaluasi di lapangan didapatkan 85% dari peserta pengabdian Anggota aisyiyah Ponorogo mampu mengolah singkong menjadi produk susu, mampu menambah literasi dan tambahan pendapatan keluarga
