Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui identifikasi potensi bahaya dan risiko kecelakaan pada area produksi, mengetahui analisa potensi bahaya dan risiko serta Upaya pengendalian atau pencegahan risiko kecelakaan kerja pada area produksi di CV. Artana Engineering. penelitian ini menggunakan metode HIRARC (Hazard Idenfication, Risk Assesment and Risk Control). Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Artana Engineering yang bertempat di Kab.Purwakarta, Jawa Barat, Jenis data yang digunakan penelitian ini merupakan data kualitiatif dan semi-kuantitatif. Sumber data yang didapat dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Pada penelitian ini dimulai dari observasi lapangan atau area produksi kemudian mengidentifikasi bahaya dan risiko yang terjadi di area produksi setelah diidentifikasi selanjutnya menganalisis bahaya dan risiko, kemudian melakukan upaya pengendalian yang sesuai dengan keadaan area produksi. Hasil penelitian analisis potensi bahaya di CV. Artana Engineering terdapat 26 potensi bahaya diantaranya risiko ekstrim (risk extreme) sebanyak 4, risiko tinggi (high risk) sebanyak 4, risiko sedang (moderate risk) sebanyak 5, dan risiko rendah (low risk) sebanyak 13. Pengendalian risiko dengan rekayasa engineering sebanyak 5, pengendalian administratif sebanyak 12, penggunaan APD sebanyak 17, dan penambahan fasilitas seperti APART, dan kotak P3K

Abstract

Astra Daihatsu Motor Engine Plant is a manufacturing company that produces motor vehicle engines. In the production process, Logistic supply partner Machining is a Logistics Sub-division whose task is to carry out the distribution process of small parts. Supply is carried out by Man power to the available shelves on the production line, in the process this activity has some potential for waste or what is called Muda. If supply activities experience problems that cause delays in the supply process, then the worst possibility is that the production line can stop and make the company suffer losses. For this reason, it is necessary to make efforts to eliminate these Muda potentials which is the purpose of this research. Process small part is carried out using dolly. This can lead to the potential for Muda. Of the 8 types of Muda, there are potential for 3 types, namely muda waiting, muda transportation and muda motion. For this reason, it is necessary to increase the number of dolly, in order to avoid the potential of double handling. In addition to this dolly, the manufacturing process must follow the rules of anthropometry, which is a collection of numerical data related to the characteristics of the human body in the form of size, shape and strength, as well as the application of these data to handling design problems. In addition to anthropometric data, data are also needed that will affect the design of the dolly such as the size and shape of the box to be carried. By using the 50% percentile of anthropometric data and also box size data, the dolly design to be made is 156 cm long, dolly width 83 cm, dolly height 83 cm and dolly handle height is 96 cm.

Abstract

Meningkatnya permintaan pasar akan produk piano pada PT. Kawai Indonesia menjadi pusat perhatian perusahaan. Hal tersebut memicu perusahaan untuk menghasilkan produk dengan kualitas yang baik sesuai standar yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan. Tetapi dalam proses produksi  saat ini masih terdapat produk yang kondisinya rusak atau cacat. Oleh karena itu untuk menghindari produk yang tidak diinginkan atau kecacatan produk dalam proses produksi adalah dengan cara pengendalian kualitas. Pengendalian kualitas ini mulai dari memperhatikan kualitas bahan sampai barang jadi. Pengendalian kualitas yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode peta kontrol (control chart). Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dalam proses produksi pada tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2020 menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecacatan produk pada PT. Kawai Indonesia masih diluar batas kontrol atas (BKA/UCL) dan batas kontrol bawah (BKB/LCL). Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor penyimpangan yang dilakukan oleh manusia, mesin, metode ataupun proses produksi. Usulan perbaikan untuk mengatasi penyimpangan yang terjadi adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan khusus untuk tenaga kerja, memeriksa bahan yang akan diproduksi, melakukan perawatan mesin secara berkala.Kata Kunci: Pengendalian Kualitas; Peta Kontrol; Produk cacat.

Abstract

The meatballs culinary in area Galuh Mas Karawang is a bustling area and is often visited by the public. The research sample consisted of 167 respondents who were only visitors and direct customers in March 2021. The research method was in the form of a questionnaire and analysis using the Markov chain. The results showed that in the 10th period in November 2021, it reached a balance point with the percentage for Baso Ambon, which was 54%, in the second place, Baso Sopo Nyono was 25% and the lowest was for Baso Malang, 21%. The purpose of the study was to determine the magnitude of the consumer opportunities for the three meatballs culinary MSMEs there are Baso Ambon, Baso Malang and Baso Sopo Nyono, and predict the opportunities for their transfer in the coming period to the three meatball dishes.

Abstract

Sistem informasi memegang peranan penting pada suatu organisai maupun lembaga. Sistem informasi yang baik akan memudahkan informasi tersampaikan kepada penerima informasi sehingga dapat mendukung kegiatan yang sedang dilakukan. Begitupun pada perusahaan Air Mineral Dalam Kemasan (AMDK) PT. Aisyah Berkah Utama, dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi produksi diharap dapat mempermudah kegiatan produksi pada perusahaan. Prototype adalah metode yang digunakan penelitian ini. Dalam perancangan Sistem informasi ini, sistem menggunakan DFD, ERD, dan MySQL untuk pembuatan database, sedangkan perancangang sistem menggunakan aplikasi Adobe dreamwever CS6. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sebuah sistem informasi produksi untuk PT. Aisyah Berkah Utama.

Abstract

Over time, the development of business in Indonesia is quite fast. However, the competition in the world of work is getting tougher. A company will compete to find a method to win a competition, one of which is to put the company's focus on the quality of the product produced. In order to maintain the consistency of the quality of the products produced in accordance with the demands of market needs, it is necessary to carry out quality control or quality control over the process activities undertaken. The criteria used in writing this article are (1) to describe the analysis of product quality, (2) to be written in Indonesian, (3) to have complete sections, and (4) to be published in the range of 2017 – 2022. The basic seven tools method is used. to control the quality of the resulting product. Control and supervision are activities carried out to ensure that production and operating activities are carried out in accordance with what is planned and if there are deviations, these deviations can be corrected so that what is expected can be achieved

Abstract

Strategy management is one of the aspects that is very important to support marketing in terms of implementing marketing strategies in one company because of the emergence of new companies that certainly have their own advantages and disadvantages. This leads to a very intense competition where new companies today have the advantage to maintain their existence in a competition. This phenomenon makes changes in consumer behavior that was more product quality oriented to be oriented to low price. PT. Koolzone Indonesia is one of the companies engaged in the distribution of goods or commonly referred to as distributors, goods distributed by PT. Koolzone Indonesia is Freezer and Chiller and PT. Koolzone Indonesia definitely needs a proper business strategy so that it can be the main choice for consumers. The purpose of this study is to formulate the most appropriate strategies used to increase competition by using SWOT Analysis by identifying internal factors namely strength and weakness and external factors, namely opportunities and threats in the PT. Koolzone Indonesia’s environment.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing with its main production results, namely automotive components. Although many efforts have been made by PT. XYZ to minimize accidents and diseases due to work, but the results are still not able to run optimally. This is shown by the still reports related to work accidents, one of which is in the stamping process area. The purpose of this study is to reduce the risk level of work accidents in the production area of stamping machines in PT. XYZ. The study used the HIRARC method to identify, assess and control risk. In production activities in stamping machines, 6 potential hazards were found with a percentage of each risk, namely 67% in the low risk category, 16% moderate risk), and 17% high risk. Recommended risk control in the form of administrative control with safety talk and rule making for workers who do not comply with PPE completeness while in the work area, as well as engineering engineering with the manufacture of covers on stamping machines.

Abstract

Antrian akan terjadi bila kebutuhan akan pelayanan melebihi kapasitas fasilitas pelayanan yang tersedia sehingga pelanggan harus menunggu dengan waktu yang lebih lama guna mendapat layanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar mengetahui dan menganalisa tingkat pelayanan yang terjadi di Klinik Adinda yang bertempat dibekasi. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer yang diperoleh melalui pengamatan secara langsung yang dilakukan pada tanggal 10 mei 2021 samapi 17 mei 2021 dimulai dari pukul 09.00 – 10.00 pagi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode Single Channel Single Phase yang menunjukkan bahwa jumlah kedatangan dari pasien yang diharapkan melebihi kapasitas yang dapat dilayani dan berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa karakteristik antrian yang terjadi pada Klinik Adinda yang dengan satu tahap pelayanan yaitu di bagian administrasi menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata antrian dalam sistem sebesar ± 1 orang, rata-rata dalam antrian sebesar ± 4 orang, rata-rata waktu menunggu dalam sistem sebesar ± 8 menit, rata-rata waktu menunggu dalam antrian sebesar ± 26 menit, tingkat kesibukan server sebesar ± 3%, 6) Tingkat pengangguran server sebesar ± 97%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih tingginya tingkat pengangguran server yang mengakibatkan terjadinya antrian didalam sistem Klinik Adinda ini.

Abstract

Queue is the density or the number of customer waiting. However, the density of customers will also lead to the loss of potential customers. In this study, the aim of this research is to determine the queuing discipline applied by Mc Donald’s Galuh Mas Karawang and the characteristics of the queues needed to wait for the queue. Based on these problems, this study used is single channel-single phase model, where there is only one path for its service. The results showed that the queuing discipline used is First In First Out (FIFO) and the characteristics of the queue include average of 3 people queuing in the system, average queuing in the queue is 2 people, waiting time in system is 5.53 minutes, time expected by customers to wait in the queue is 4.183 minutes, with a server busy rate is 75,60% and a server unemployment rate is 24,40%.
