Abstract

Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam industri Manufaktur dan Hankamnas. Produk utama di perusahaan ini adalah produk alusista pertahanan dan keamanan serta produk komersil untuk pemerintah dan swasta. Pada Departemen QA dan K3H Divisi Kendaraan Khusus, mempunyai komponen part yang banyak seperti kaca anti peluru, accu 12v dan ban luar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan jumlah defect yang terjadi pada part komodo nexter di area gedung pada Departemen Incoming dengan konsep usulan perbaikan proses pengecekan pada area Incoming Departemen QA dan K3LH. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengendalian kualitas adalah quality control circle yang berguna menganalisa part/produk defect dan memanfaatkan alat kualitas yang ada pada quality control circle berupa seven tools. analisis pengendalian kualitas dengan metode quality control circle digunakan untuk mengetahui batas kendali mutu. Hasil perhitungan jumlah defect part kaca anti peluru persentase sebesar 1% dari batas kendali 0,057%. Sehingga,  persentase melebihi batas kendali, dan perusahaan mengalami sedikit penambahan kerugian. Hasil analisis yang dapat diberikan adalah penanggulangan dengan quality control circle dan alat pengecekan kualitas pada pemakaian kaca mata lensa pembesar, pemakaian voltmeter, penambahan penerangan, dan pelatihan kesadaran akan pentingnya pegendalian kualitas, penambahan tenaga kerja. Kata Kunci: Pengendalian Kualitas, Nilai Peta Kendali, Quality Control Circle (QCC), Seven Tools.

Abstract

The area of MSMEs meatballs culinary in Galuh Mas Karawang is a busy area and is often visited by the public. The purpose of this research is to determine the size of the consumer opportunities for the three meatballs culinary such as Ambon Meatballs, Malang Meatballs and Sopo Nyono Meatballs, and to predict the probability of their transfer in the coming period to the three meatballs culinary. The research sample consisted of 167 respondents who were only visitors and direct customers in March 2021. The research method was in the form of a questionnaire and analysis using the markov chain. The results showed that the steady state meatballs culinary in the 10th period of November 2021, it reached a balance point with the percentage for Ambon Meatballs is 54%, in the second place Sopo Nyono Meatballs is 25% and the lowest is Malang Meatballs 21%.

Abstract

Having a competitive strategy in the current era is the main key for companies to compete. The importance of having a strategy in quality that exists in products and an optimal distribution system is one way for CV XYZ to face competition. Therefore, this study aims to determine the competitive strategy of bakery products using game theory and to obtain the optimal distribution route using Clark and Wright. The pure strategy from game theory can identify the strategies used by each player, namely the Rasa strategy for stuffed bread and the Resilience strategy for bread. In addition, the Clark and Wright method can save 13.45 km of distance and fuel costs per week of IDR 118,957,-/day from the previously used route. By getting the results of competitive strategies and optimum distribution routes, this study can provide suggestions to CV XYZ regarding strategies to maintain its competitiveness.

Abstract

Abstract: At this time, the development of the industry is so rapid, which results in its business processes involving many sophisticated machines and equipment. As a result of these developments increase the risk of accidents at work. The purpose of this study is to identify potential hazards and provide suggestions in an effort to prevent work accidents. This research is a qualitative research with primary data obtained from field observations and secondary data in the form of literature searches. The analysis was carried out using the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) method. The research results obtained are work accidents that occur at PT. SEGARA is caused by the worker's carelessness when using the machine so that workers can get injured and lose their limbs as a result of being hit by the machine. Types of accidents that often occur at PT. SEGARA eye irritation due to welding, as well as defects due to exposure to machines. The solution in preventing a work accident that occurred at PT. SEGARA is to use the right PPE and continue to improve knowledge of work safety.. Keyword: Accident, Hazard, HAZOP.

Abstract

Technological developments have become faster in the industrial era 4.0. Various companies have experienced many changes, one of which is in the field of delivery services, namely PT. JNE. this makes the increase in the demand for goods delivery services to be greater which makes service queue problems. These problems have an impact on customer service which results in inconvenience for every customer. To solve this problem, the researcher applies the waiting line method which aims to find out the time needed to wait in service and queues. The results of the analysis of the application of the waiting line method are obtained waiting time in the queue is 9 minutes and the waiting time in service is 12 minutes so that the service queue is on display, therefore additional service facilities are needed

Abstract

PT. Gadino Sejahtera Abadi is a type of PLN partner service company because it provides services in the field of electricity administration and connectivity. In addition, it has carried out several activities of the company in an effort to satisfy consumers. This activity is expected to provide efficient results. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of the quality of customer satisfaction services either together or in part. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research that uses quantitative approaches. The analytical techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques and use multiple regressions. While the sample technique used is a non-probability sample that uses a total sample of 59 people. Based on the results of this study that the quality of service (X) consisting of reliability, certainty, reality, empathy and responsiveness, has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Some test results show that only variable assurance has some effect on customer satisfaction with a significant number of variables

Abstract

In today's life the term practical is one of the terms favored by everyone. Because it can make a job easier or in one item you can do two different things in the same place. As is the case with the wardrobe innovation with a study table on the side of the cupboard, this product will make it easier for office workers who have problems. money in buying a work desk and wardrobe. Wardrobe is one of the supporting facilities for storing clean clothes and a study table is one means to facilitate users in the learning process. With the rapid development of society regarding the use of wardrobes and the increasing number of workers who have to work from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. With this incident used by the craftsmen to try an innovation to meet all the needs of the community by combining two products, namely a cupboard with a study table. Using the QFD (Quality Function Deployment) method can make it easier for business people to monitor businesses around them.

Abstract

PT. Trijaya Teknik Karawang is a manufacturing company that produces spare parts, namely the piece pivot. The increased demand make the company parties need to analyze the ability to do the production to make it more effective and efficient in order to win the competition. Preliminary observations on the production floor they still present problems that are categorized as waste. Based on it, lean manufacturing Approach used to solve these problems. First of all the waste identified by mapping the flow of production using Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Then determined the dominant waste going through weighting waste using Waste Assesment Model (WAM) with the result that the inventory is the dominant waste. Next choose a detail mapping tools with Value Stream Analyze Tools (VALSAT) and determine the cause of waste inventory with fishbone diagrams that result, the causes of waste inventory is the breakdown of the machine, the operator of conduct material handling and less nimble, the distance between the machine and the system far, the production batch manufacture. Recommendations for improvements are the application of the system production of one-piece flow with investing buying transfer dies and adds to the human resources division maintenance. The identification of the problem causing factors of the dominant waste activity, namely waste inventory using Fishbone diagrams is lack of engine maintenance because it does not have a maintenance division and the production system used is batch manufacture that produces goods in lot size so that there are WIP parts in each production process.

Abstract

High mobility in the era of globalization has resulted in the service system in a company being demanded to be faster to meet customer needs. Responsiveness or responsiveness is one aspect of service quality that serves as a benchmark in achieving customer satisfaction. Banking as a financial service in dealing with customers is closely related to the speed of services provided to customers, sometimes whether or not fast customers are constrained by unpredictable queuing times. BRI Bank as the bank that has the largest units that are spread almost all over Indonesia, BRI Bank has been committed to creating excellent service in serving its customers, so that the queuing system in a banking service is crucial to be noticed so that customers can be well served. The purpose of this study was to analyze the optimal teller service queue system for minimizing queue waiting time using queuing theory methods. Data collection with a determined time-based observation and recording of activities that occur directly by researchers to be carried out at BRI Cibadak Branch, Sukabumi. The data to be taken is the time to the teller the service queue system which is the time between the arrival of the customer and the time of customer service. The results showed an optimal number of tellers of 6 with an average server utilization of 67%, an average number in the queue of 0.57 customers, an average number in the system of 4.57 customers, an average time in the queue of 0.01 hours and an average time in the system of 0.11 hours.

Abstract

Food & Beverage industry nowadays became to be the one of a kind spesific industry that are growing rapidly and having a thight competition especially with a small scale company like UMKM that popped up. Kolaboraa is one of many kind a type UMKM F&B which in the same region as we known Depok City. With a lot of competitor with the same region, and the trend of the social style, habits and consument behavior, so Kolaboraa need to grow and scale up the business for competing with others at this and the future era. Selecting good marketing strategy it will increase the sales and value of business in Kolaboraa. With a SWOT-AHP method approachment, where SWOT can used for deciding all of the criteria that may affect Kolaboraa in terms from internal and external factors based on IE Matriks, can be known that Kolaboraa is in quadrant I with IFE total value 0,503 and EFE total value 0,662 which is that things mean Kolaboraa need to be highly concern about Growth Oriented Strategy. Meanwhile AHP can be used for criteria weighting and priority ranking. The output of SWOT-AHP approachment method is obtaining 10 grand strategy formula along with weighting priority AHP based on pairwise comparison. Based on the output of the methods, that the “Expand the word of mouht method with utilizing loyal customer of Kolaboraa with incentive giving to the loyalist which bring the new customers concept” strategy got the highest value of priorty weight in amount of 0,139.
