Abstract

Pancasila, as the basis of the Indonesian state, has a very important role in education and politics. Pancasila-based education aims to shape the character and identity of the nation by instilling national, moral, and democratic values from an early age. Through this education, the young generation is not only taught about academic knowledge, but also about the importance of unity, social justice, and participation in the life of the nation and state. Pancasila education has a significant impact on increasing the political awareness of the younger generation, which plays an active role in maintaining Indonesia's political stability. The application of democratic values in education also contributes to the development of positive attitudes towards the political system and government. Thus, Pancasila education is one of the main pillars in strengthening Indonesia's social and political stability. This study aims to analyze the role of Pancasila education in building political awareness of the younger generation and its impact on Indonesian politics, as well as to explore the importance of Pancasila education in maintaining the integrity of the nation in the midst of the era of globalization.

Abstract

Regional autonomy is a new system of governance that emerged as a result of reform. This is a way to build and empower regions in accordance with the progress and conditions of society. Various aspects of democracy are currently developing in Indonesia. This strategy is used as a countermeasure against the economic and trust crises that have caused a shift in political power in Indonesia. Along with the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia, regional autonomy and its problems have become the subject of growing discussion. Although regional autonomy is an ideal idea for the Republic of Indonesia, it does not mean that it can be implemented without problems. Because our country is currently still in a transitional stage, the implementation of regional autonomy and its problems are still the subject of research for academics and government practitioners. Indonesian. In the book Regional Autonomy: Problems and Solutions in Indonesia, it is stated that the negative effects of regional autonomy are the emergence of conflicts between regional and central governments and opportunities for people at the regional level to commit various violations. In addition, there is a difference between areas that are still developing and those with high incomes. Undoubtedly, regional autonomy in Indonesia still faces many problems. Undoubtedly, these problems must be addressed and resolved so that the main objectives and noble values of regional autonomy can be achieved and realized properly.

Abstract

Guidance teachers, also known as counselors, are responsible for providing guidance and counseling to students in schools by paying attention to the growth of the student's personality and abilities both physically and spiritually. able to live independently and fulfill their various responsibilities as God's creatures along with individual, social, moral, religious, and cultural creatures. Counseling is an effort to help people through a process of personal interaction between counselors and clients to help them understand themselves, their environment, make decisions, and set goals, so that they feel happy and behave well. Guidance Counseling plays an important role in educational institutions because it functions as a supporter of the progress or decline of the quality of education. The role of guidance and counseling in improving the quality of education is not only limited to academic guidance but also personal, social, intellectual guidance, and the provision of values. School guidance and counseling is also called school counselors/psychologists, Counselors play an important role in the education system, and they are considered school psychologists. Their counseling must include and have the aim of improving and expanding the potential of students. They must also have the ability to interact with the community and have interpersonal skills. Good society and alternative options for students. Planning, supervision, evaluation and follow-up of extension activities are carried out by extension workers. Extension workers are also responsible for informing students about career paths and solving their problems. Extension workers are given full freedom by the Minister of Education to develop students' potential and provide effective guidance and extension.
