Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and assess the financial performance of telecommunication companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 based on financial ratio analysis consisting of: liquidity ratios, solvability ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. This type of research is descriptive. Data analysis techniques used are financial ratios with time series calculations and cross sections. The research results based on overall financial ratios show that PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia has the best financial performance compared to other similar companies. Abstract

The study aims to analyze and prove the hypothesis regarding the effect of work discipline and work stress on employee performance through mediating job satisfaction. Case studies were carried out on Indomobil Nissan-Datsun Solobaru employees. Sampling uses census sampling techniques. All respondent populations were sampled with 55 people. Data analysis technique using PLS with WarpPLS 6.0 program. The findings of this study, namely work discipline and work stress have a significant influence on the positive direction of job satisfaction. Job stress and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the positive direction of employee performance. Work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to be a mediator variable in perfect influence of work discipline on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to become a variable mediator partially the influence of work stress on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) digital marketing applied by PT Batik Danar Hadi Surakarta, 2) the role of digital marketing in increasing sales of PT Batik Danar Hadi Surakarta, and 3) identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats available using SWOT analysis. The method used in this study is qualitative-descriptive research, namely research based on the strength of analytic descriptions. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. While data analysis uses SWOT analysis. The results of the study reveals that PT Batik Danar Hadi Surakarta practices digital marketing strategies (online marketing) through social media such as Facebook, instagram, and other internet networks that are connected with wider consumer reach since 2015. PT Batik Danar Hadir cooperates with Zalora, a market place for online media sales that can be accessed globally. The application of digital marketing by PT Batik Danar Hadi can increase sales. This is so because consumers are wider, closer, can check the quality and reputation of the product, and can make transactions online. Abstract

Loyalitas konsumen sangat diperlukan oleh perusahaan untuk kelangsungan hidup sebuah perusahaan. Kualitas produk kemudian brand image serta brand trust adalah beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhinya. Mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan serta parsial variabel terikat yaitu loyalitas konsumen oli AHM berdasarkan variabel bebsas yaitu antara lain kualitas produk, brand image dan brand trust adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 100 responden pengguna oli AHM di Sukoharjo. Dalam menjalankan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan analisia linier regresi berganda. Hasilnya variabel bebas yaitu antara lain kualitas produk, brand image dan brand trust secara simultan ataupun secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yakni loyalitas konsumen. Variabel kualitas produk serta brand trust secara parsial ataupun secara terpisah berpengaruh positif dan juga signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen oli AHM di Sukoharjo. Sedangkan variabel brand image secara parsial atau secara mandiri tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen oli AHM di Sukoharjo. Kata kunci : Kualitas produk, Brand image, Brand trust dan Loyalitas konsumen

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of innovation, promotion, and marketer competence on the decision to purchase arcobaleno batik products in Surakarta. The population in this study were 200 consumers of arcobaleno batik, while the sample used was 100 consumers of batik products in the company Arcobaleno using quantitative methods, namely data measured in the form of numbers. The results of this study indicate that, marketer competencies significantly have an influence on purchasing decisions of batik products in arcobaleno companies, while innovation and promotion variables have no influence on purchasing decisions. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) it is known that the adjusted R square value is 0.222 or equal to 22.2%. This means that 22.2% of purchasing decisions can be explained by independent variables of innovation, promotion, and marketer competence. While the remaining 77.8% is explained by other variables besides the explanatory or independent variables outside of this study. Abstract

Abstrak In facing a free market with a lot of competition and also a dynamic business development, the company must conduct marketing activities that are right on target and change orientation by serving consumers, continuing to issue products and handling competitors. Of course in running this business there is intense competition so that what is done by companies in marketing activities must further improve the product and be directed more precisely to the target by prioritizing service to consumers, because most consumers prefer to prioritize in service and expect an attractive product. So that the business of gold jewelery has very high potential, because it is for investment or savings in people's lives. This study aims to determine the effect of location, product design, and product prices on purchasing decisions at the Kausar Solo Gold Shop. This research used quantitative descriptive method. This study uses samples of 100 respondents and an infinite population. The results of this study indicate that location variables negatively affect consumer purchasing decisions, while product design variables and product prices have a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: the effect of service quality, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy both jointly and partially on the satisfaction of inpatients in the Karanganyar District Hospital. Judging from the type or type, this research is explanatory research (explanation). The population in this study were 1006 patients hospitalized in Karanganyar Hospital. As a sample 100 people were taken using proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is by questionnaire method, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out it can be concluded as follows: (1) There is a positive and significant effect simultaneously management of quality, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy on the satisfaction of inpatients in Karanganyar District Hospital. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of partial quality management on the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. (3) There is a positive and significant partial effect of reliability on the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. (4) There is a positive and significant influence partially on responsiveness to the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. (5) There is a positive and significant partial effect of empathy on the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk, orientasi pasar, keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja di sentra industri mebel kayu desa Sembungan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitaif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah keseluruhanpengrajin kayu di desa Sembungan dengan menggunakan random sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampelnya. Variabel dependen (Y) dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja pemasaran. Variabel independen (X) meliputi: inovasi produk (X1) orientasi pasar (X2) dan keunggulan bersaing (X3). Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Sedangkan untuk program jika data menggunakan IBM SPSS 21.0 statistik. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan variabel inovasi produk, orientasi pasar, keunggulan bersaingterhadap kinerja pemasaran. Variabel inovasi produk berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pemasaran.Orientasi pasar tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran.Keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Model regresi dalam penelitian ini adalah Y = 29,664 + (-0,680) + (-0,225) + 0,506 + e. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan inovasi produk, orientasi pasar, keunggulan bersaing memiliki pengaruh sebesar 61.2% terhadap kinerja pemasaran di sentra industri mebel kayu desa Sembungan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh secara parsial antara kecerdasan emosional dan kompetensi, serta motivasi terhadap kinerja pcgawai Setda Kab. Wonogiri. 2) Pengaruh secara simultan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kompetensi, serta motivasi terhadap kinerja Pegawai Setda Kabupaten Wonogiri. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian seluruh pegaswai Setda Kab Wonogiri berjumlah 150 pegawai. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 75 responden. Dengan metode probability sampling, dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan adalah observasi, angket/kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dilanjutkan uji f, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: l) dari hasil uji t dapat diperoleh variabel kecerdasan emosional dengan nilai thitung = 2,144 > ttabel 1,66, maka Ho ditolak sehingga ada pengaruh signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai Setda Kab. Wonogiri, variabel kompetensi nilai thitung = 2.757 > ttabel = 1,66, maka Ho ditolak sehingga ada pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai Setda Kab. Wonogiri, variabel motivasi diperoleh nilai thitung = 5,134 > ttabel = 1,66, maka Ho ditolak sehingga ada pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Setda Kab. Wonogiri. 2) Hasil perhitungan uji F diperoleh diperoleh nilai Fhitung = 23,7013 > Ftabel = 2,73, maka Ho ditolak sehingga secara simultan ada pengaruh yang signifikan kecerdasan emosional (X1), kompetensi (X2), motivasi (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). 3) Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi diperoleh, R2 = 0,500, ini dapat diartikan bahwa 50% perubahan atau variasi Y (kinerja pegawai) dikarenakan adanya perubahan atau variasi variabel X (kecerdasan emosional, kompetensi, motivasi). Sedangkan 50% sisanya dikarenakan adanya perubahan variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam model misalnya pengalaman kerja, insentif, promosi jabatan dan sebagalnya. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, competence, and work discipline on teacher performance. This study includes a type of quantitative research that explains the relationship between variables and testing hypotheses. The population in this study were all teachers at Al-Islam 1 Middle School in Surakarta, totaling 63 people. The entire population is taken as a sample. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Motivation, competence, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of teachers in Surakarta Al-Islamic Middle School 1. Teacher performance will increase if teachers have high work motivation, good and appropriate teaching competencies, and have high discipline in work; (2) Motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance at Surakarta Al-Islam Middle School. The higher the motivation to teach, the higher the teacher's performance; (3) Competence has a positive effect on teacher performance at Surakarta Al-Islam Middle School. The higher the teaching competency, the higher the teacher's performance; (4) Work discipline has a positive effect on teacher performance at Surakarta Al-Islamic Middle School 1.
