Abstract

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of either simultaneously or partial reference groups, product quality and promotion to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. This research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all consumer Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District unknown number. The number of samples was determined with the formula Sarwono and the result 100 respondents. Sampling method using accidental sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis. This F test results the reference groups, product quality and promotion simultaneously and significant effect to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. The t-test results showed that the reference groups influential positive and significant effect against to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. Product quality influential positive and significant effect against to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. Promotion influential positive and significantly to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. The results of the determination of the coefficient indicates the reference groups, product quality and promotion have influence of 57,2% the purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. The most dominant influence to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District is product quality because it has the most tvalue is 6,654. Abstract

This study is intended to find the effect of work discipline, motivation and work environment on employee performance at CV REGAR SPORT, Wonogiri Regency. With the random sampling method the respondents used were 60 employees. With multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS statistics 23, the results of the study have a significant effect on work discipline, motivation and work environment on employee performance at CV REGAR SPORT, Wonogiri Regency. There is a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Regar Sport CV and there is an influence but not significant motivation and work environment on employee performance at the CV. Abstract

Persaingan bisnis saat ini setiap perusahaan harus mampu merespon keadaan ekonomi dengan cepat dan tepat untuk persaingan bisnis yang bergerak sangat dengan dinamis dan penuh ketidakpastiaan akan persaingan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dan menjelaskan peran program diskon, media iklan dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Factory Outlet Rown Division Surakarta. Sampel penelitian sampel accidental sampling sebanyak 100 konsumen dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian program diskon, media iklan dan word of mouth secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Factory Outlet Rown Division Surakarta. Kontribusi dari ketiga variabel independen dapat menjelaskan keputusan pembelian sebesar 43,5% dan sisanya dipengaruhi dari variabel lain. Kata kunci: program diskon, media iklan, word of mouth, keputusan pembelian Abstrack Business competition today, every company must be able to respond to economic conditions quickly and precisely for business competition that moves very dynamically and is full of uncertainty about market competition. This study aims to determine and explain the role of discount programs, advertising media and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Factory Outlet Rown Division Surakarta. The sample research sample is 100 consumers accidental sampling with multiple linear regression method. The results of research on discount programs, advertising media and word of mouth simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Factory Outlet Rown Division Surakarta. The contribution of the three independent variables can explain the purchase decision by 43,5% and the rest is influenced by other variables. Abstract

Tujuan penelitiann ini untuk melihat pengaruh kompensasi, kualitas kehidupan kerjaa dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan LAZ Solopeduli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 60 responden merupakan karyawan dari LAZ Solopeduli. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas memperoleh hasil setiap variabel valid dan reliabel. Uji instrumen dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang meliputi uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Kemudian uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan memperoleh hasil bahwa dalam penelitian ini tidak terjadi multikolinieritas dan heterokedastisitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial kompensasi dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan LAZ Solopeduli, kemudian kualitas kehidupan kerja tidak berpengaruh serta tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan LAZ Solopeduli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui pengaruh brand trust, inovasi produk, dan customer value terhadap loyalitas pelanggan MS Glow di Wonogiri. Penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 100 pelanggan MS Glow di Wonogiri, dengan kriteria berusia minimal 17 tahun dan pernah melakukan pembelian ulang MS Glow minimal tiga kali. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan diukur melalui skala Likert. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t), dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand trust, inovasi produk, dan customer value berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan MS Glow di Wonogiri, serta secara parsial dan signifikan brand trust, inovasi produk, dan customer value berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan MS Glow di Wonogiri.

Abstract

The study of this study was to further examine the simultaneous and partial effects of brand trust, brand image, and brand loyalty on buying decisions for Nipponparts at CV.Motoroli. Using a quantitative method with Nipponparts buyers at CV. Motoroli was used as a population and taking acsamplecofc100crespondents. Thecsamplingctechnique iscpurposivecsampling, reinforced by simultaneous tests, partial tests, multiple linear regression tests, and coefficientcofcdeterminationctests. Thecresultscshowedcthatcthe 3 independent variables hadcacpositivecandcsignificantceffectconcthe dependent variable. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan perubahan perkembangan budaya masyarakat Surabaya terhadap makam-makam keramat dari segi mistis, ontologis dan fungsional. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori yang dibuat oleh C.A.van Peursen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Pencarian data primernya dengan wawancara dengan juru kunci, masyarakat sekitar, dan pengunjung makam. Sampel makam yang diteliti yaitu makam Eyang Kudo Kardono, Eyang Windu, makam Sawunggaling, makam Joko Jumput, makam Eyang Gusti Wongso Negoro. Data sekunder mengunakan buku Folklore Surabaya dan buku-buku yang terkait. Hasilnya dimensi mistis, ontologis, dan fungsional terealisasi di lima makam keramat. Pada aspek mistis, banyak pengunjung makam yang percaya atas kesaktian tokoh yang ada di makam tsb bisa mengabulkan semua permintaan, asalkan pengunjung memenuhi syarat. Saat itu pengunjung melakukan ritual-ritual mistis. Pada aspek ontologis, pemikiran masyarakat tidak bergantunglagi pada hal-hal gaib , mereka tidak menaruh sesajen di makam. Namun mereka hanya melakukan ziarah makam, slametan. Masyarakat sudah bisa berpikir logis dan hidup berdampingan dengan kehidupan nyata. Aspek fungsional terlihat dari masyarakat yang memfungsikan makam-makam tsb. sebagai objek ilmu pengetahuan, objek wisata religi, objek wisata budaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the extent to which Kindergarten teachers in Prambanan District's motivation, competence, discipline, and work environment all have a role in shaping their students' academic and behavioral outcomes. Quantitative research methods are employed in this study. All 75 personnel from Prambanan District's kindergartens made up the study's population. This study used a census sampling method and collected data from 75 participants. Questionnaire-based information gathering. Statistical tests such the multiple linear regression test, the F test, the t test, and the coefficient of determination were utilized in the data analysis process. The study found that the performance of kindergarten instructors in the Prambanan District was highly influenced by four factors at the same time: teachers' motivation, teachers' competence, teachers' discipline, and the kindergartens' work environments. Based on the results of this research, kindergartens in the Prambanan District have begun implementing changes to boost agricultural extension employees' motivation, competence, discipline, and overall productivity in the workplace. Abstract

Human resources (HR) are an important asset for an organization to achieve a competitive advantage in the era of globalization. Efforts to develop the capacity of human resources for the apparatus have not been managed properly. This is shown, among others, by the difficulty in changing the way of mindset and working of the apparatus, low discipline and employee ethics, a career system that is not fully based on work performance, an inadequate remuneration system for a decent life, recruitment that has not been carried out based on the required educational qualifications , the implementation of education and training that has not been able to fully improve performance, weak supervision and audits of employee performance, and personnel management information systems that are not functioning optimally. Research objectives are (1) analyzing the strategy of increasing human resources for employees at the Karanganyar Primary Tax Office (2) analyzing the supporting and inhibiting factors for human resource improvement strategies at the Karanganyar Primary Tax Office. This type of research used qualitative research. The subjects in this study were employees of the Karanganyar Primary Tax Office. The data method used in this research is SWOT. The superior position of the Karanganyar Primary Tax Office by using a SWOT diagram showing the position of Human Resources in Quadrant I, a position that greatly uses existing opportunities to increase the strength of the agency. This means that the existing opportunities are used to further increase the strength of the human resources at Karanganyar Primary Tax Office. The focus of this strategy is to maximize opportunities to improve the quality of human resources. Keywords: SWOT, quality of human resources

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership, discipline, and work environment variables on employee motivation at the Tulung Health Center, Klaten Regency.This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design. The population is all employees who work at the Tulung Health Center, Klaten Regency, totaling 44 people. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 44 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. This study uses the classical assumption analysis method, multiple linear regression test, model feasibility test (F test), hypothesis test (t test), and the coefficient of determination using SPSS 25. The results showed that (1) compensation has a significant effect on work motivation, (2) leadership has a significant effect on work motivation, (3) discipline has a negative effect on work motivation, and (4) work environment has an effect on employee motivation. Meanwhile, simultaneously, compensation, leadership, discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on employee motivation at the Tulung Health Center, Klaten Regency. Suggestions from this study, Tulung Health Center, Klaten Regency, to continue to improve compensation, leadership, discipline, and the existing work environment, so that it will also increase employee motivation and become better than before.
