Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneously (simultaneously) or partially the variables of communication, competence, motivation and organizational culture on employee performance in the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, Sukoharjo Regency. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population of all employees working at the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries of Sukoharjo Regency is 200 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 50 employees. Sampling is in accordance with research (Arikunto, 2019: 112), after calculating 25% of the population. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that communication, competence, motivation and organizational culture partially and significantly influence the performance of employees in the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries of Sukoharjo Regency. Suggestions from this study, the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries of Sukoharjo Regency continues to improve existing communication, competence, motivation and organizational culture, so that it will make employee performance increase and become better than before.

Abstract

Research was conducted to determine the influence of leadership, motivation, competence, and work environment on employee performance. With the census method, a sample of 38 respondents was obtained and the data analysis used was a classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test. The research variables consist of dependent variables, namely employee performance, independent variables, namely leadership, motivation, competence, and work environment. The population in this study was 38 respondents. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that there is an influence of leadership, motivation, competence, and work environment on employee performance in Prokopim Klaten Regency. Based on the research and discussion conducted, the results of the Adjusted R Square (R²) value of 0.818 or 81.8% were obtained. The remaining contribution of other variables only amounted to 18.2% such as work ethic, work discipline, education and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for wardah cosmetic products, to determine and analyze the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions for wardah cosmetic products, to determine and analyze the influence of celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions for wardah cosmetic products. This study uses a quantitative methodology. This research was conducted for four months. The population in this study are all consumers who buy wardah cosmetic products in Surakarta. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. The results showed that product quality, brand image, and celebrity endorsements had a positive and significant impact on buying decisions for wardah cosmetic products in Surakarta. in the model of 35.7%, while the remaining variables of 64.3% are influenced by other factors that are not taken into account in this study. Abstract

This research aims to see employee feelings in terms of organization, organization, and emotional intelligence at the Surakarta City Trade Office. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique which resulted in a sample of 45 employees. Techniques for obtaining data using questionnaire techniques. The research method with data analysis techniques using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that simultaneously work ethic, organizational culture, and intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance while partially work ethic had no effect on employee performance in the organization group and emotional intelligence had an effect on employee performance.
