Abstract

Abstract: Akademi Komunitas Negeri Putra Sang Fajar Blitar (AKB) is a state higher education institution that organizes vocational education. Educators at AKB consist of lecturers and instructors. This study examined the function of a 360-degree feedback performance appraisal system to determine the performance of educators in the field of learning which included aspects of preparation, implementation of learning activities, and evaluation of learning outcomes. Performance appraisal ere carried out by filling out performance appraisal forms by parties who were stakeholders of the teaching staff, i.e: students as consumers, study program coordinators as supervisors, educators as peers, and the academic section as collaborators. The performance appraisal form contained a set of questions for which the assessor can provide an assessment based on a rating scale of 1-4 (graphic rating scale), with very good, good, good enough, and not good criteria. The result shows that the performance of teaching staff in AKB based on time criteria, tidiness, communication, lecture processes, mastery of the material and evaluation of learning was very good, although there were still a few things that need to be improved, such as timeliness in submitting scores ​​and firmness in enforcing dicipline to the students who are not orderly.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia menjadi salah satu penopang dalam keberhasilan organisasi. Untuk menghasilkan SDM yang berdaya saing, salah satu syarat mutlak adalah terbentuknya inovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work engagement dan proactive personality terhadap innovative work behavior dosen Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Vokasi di Jawa Timur. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini 316 orang yang diambil dengan metode proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisa data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa work engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior. Proactive personality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan perilaku inovatif dosen vokasi perlu meningkatkan keterikatan karyawan dan Proactive personality terhadap organisasi.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi terutama dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring dan tatap muka terbatas banyak kendala yang dihadapi guru, salah satunya adalah pembelajaran IPS kurang diarahkan pada proses berfikir dan kurang diarahkan pada pembelajaran bermakna dan berfungsi bagi kehidupannya sehingga suasana belajar bersifat kaku dan terpusat pada satu arah. Oleh karena itu, guru IPS SMP di Jember harus menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang menarik dan metode yang bervariasi dengan mengikuti berbagai perkembangan yang terjadi. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah Pelatihan dan Pendampingan perangkat pembelajaran Smart teaching dan Fun learning, sehingga dapat mengefektifkan tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran guru IPS di Kabupaten Jember. Metode smart teaching atau cara mengajar yang cerdas dan menyenangkan dan dapat dilakukan dengan cara read, repeat, dan distribute. Metode smart teaching berguna untuk memperkuat ingatan. Metode fun learning sendiri merupakan metode pembelajaran di mana guru dapat menciptakan suasana hangat dan menyenangkan dalam pembelajaran karena dengan suasana yang hangat dan menyenangkan, apapun yang diajarkan pada anak akan mudah diterima dengan senang hati. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan dan pemahaman peserta terhadap penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran smart teaching dan fun learning.

Abstract

One of the most widely used mobile payment applications in Indonesia is LinkAja. This product has received official permission from Bank Indonesia as digital technology innovation in transactions. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of the LinkAja mobile payment with the UTAUT 2 approach. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This research analysis technique is descriptive and inferential using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The population in this study was LinkAja users in Indonesia with a sample size of 249 respondents. The results showed that performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, and habit have a positive and significant effect on behavior intention. Effort expectancy and social influence have a negative and significant effect on behavior intention. Behavioral Intention has a positive and significant effect on Actual Usage on the use of the LinkAja mobile payment.

Abstract

Mobile payment is one of the alternative innovative payment methods that trigger the payment revolution in Indonesia. LinkAja, as one of the mobile payments in Indonesia, still has low brand awareness compared to other mobile payments. This study aims to examine the adoption of LinkAja referring to the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) that analyse the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions on behavioural intention and the effect of behavioural intention on actual use. The sample of this research was LinkAja users in East Java Province taken using a purposive sampling technique. The final sample consisted of 100 respondents collected through an online questionnaire. Data were analysed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS software. The results showed that performance expectation, social influence, and facilitating conditions had a significant effect on behavioural intention, and behavioural intention had a significant effect on actual use. However, effort expectancy had no significant effect on behavioural intention. Keywords: behavioral intention, mobile payment, PLS-SEM, UTAUT

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of MSMEs, it requires business actors to innovate. Innovating is carried out according to the needs and tastes of today's consumers. Hundreds of MSMEs in Jember can still survive running their businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic, so they should be used as examples of best practices for other MSMEs in Indonesia. One of the products that are currently superior is souvenirs from Jember Regency. This study aims to identify and examine business innovations carried out by the souvenir center of Jember Regency.

Abstract

The development of digital technology currently directs people to transact using mobile payments. An efficient payment process or one of them is known as Mobile Payment has its own market compared to the three other services offered by Fintech. This strongly supports the development of the digital economy in Indonesia. This study tries to formulate a conceptual framework and research model developed with the theory of innovation resistance. Methods and models of conceptual formulation are carried out in several stages; literature study, model adoption, and instrument development. Based on theoretical and empirical studies on Innovation Resistance, this study describes the constructs and propositions used as the basis for building a conceptual model. The results of the instrument development can be used for further research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman dan kepedulian para pelaku usaha UMKM produsen kain batik di Kabupaten Jember Provinsi Jawa Timur yang akan mendasari implementasi green accounting dalam menjalankan usahanya mereka. Green Accounting merupakan pengembangan dari ilmu akuntansi yang berperan melalui pengungkapan sukarela dalam laporan keuangan suatu usaha terkait dengan biaya lingkungan atau environmental cost. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian. Menggunakan teknik proporsional dengan Random sampling yaitu dipilih 3 UMKM Produsen Batik yang berada di kecamatan sekitar wilayah Kabupaten Jember. Analisis data dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan model analisis data dari Miles and Huberman dalam Sugiyono (2017) yaitu Mereduksi data, Menyajikan Data, lalu melakukan Penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dua dari tiga pelaku usaha UMKM produsen batik di wilayah Kabupaten Jember Provinsi Jawa Timur telah memiliki pemahaman dan kepedulian yang baik dalam menjaga lingkungan hidup sebagai bentuk implementasi green accounting. Meski untuk detail pengeluaran biaya usaha dan biaya lingkungan belum mereka pahami secara rinci tapi mereka telah sadari bahwa biaya lingkungan menjadi tanggung jawab yang dibebankan pada laporan keuangan usaha mereka. Pemahaman dan kepedulian yang belum sepenuhnya dimiliki salah satu pemilik UMKM produsen kain batik disebabkan kemampuan menjalankan usaha diperoleh secara otodidak, pengalaman menjalankan usaha masih kurang, rendahnya tingkat pendidikan, serta minimnya pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam mengelola biaya usaha dan biaya lingkungan menjadi penyebab belum maksimalnya pelaku usaha melakukan implementasi green accounting dalam menjalankan usahanya.

Abstract

Abstract. Lecturers are one of the resources that play a very important role in achieving higher education goals. Performance from lecturers is essential for organizational development and for the success of higher education. A vocational public university in the province of East Java is the subject of this study, which intends to investigate the effects of innovative behavior and workplace involvement on the effectiveness of teaching staff. The sample in this study was 316 people taken by proportional random sampling method. SEM-PLS data analysis is the quantitative methodology used in this investigation. According to the study's findings, work engagement significantly influences innovative work behavior. Additionally, innovative work behavior conduct has a big impact on how well employees succeed. Finally, employee performance is significantly impacted by work engagement. Keywords:  Innovative work behavior; Work engagement; Employee Performance. Abstrak. Dosen merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang memegang peranan sangat berarti dalam mencapai tujuan perguruan tinggi. Dalam pengembangan organisasi, kinerja dosen sangat diperlukan buat keberhasilan pendidikan tinggi. Studi ini bertujuan buat mengkaji peran perilaku inovatif serta keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja staf dosen di suatu perguruan tinggi negeri vokasi di provinsi Jawa Timur. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 316 orang diambil dengan metode proportional random sampling. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis informasi SEM- PLS. Hasil pada penelitian ini menampilkan bahwa work engagement mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif kerja. Selain itu, perilaku kerja inovatif memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

ABSTRAKKeterampilan menulis karya ilmiah merupakan kemampuan dasar yang harus dimiliki guru. Namun, pada praktiknya kemampuan ini masih sangat sulit dikuasai oleh guru. Analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan menulis karya ilmiah menjadi hal yang urgent dilakukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan stimulus guru untuk menulis. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu: (1) meningkatkan pemahaman guru SMA/SMK terkait penulisan karya ilmiah pada jurnal ilmiah, (2) memberikan stimulus untuk merangsang semangat guru dalam mengembangkan kompetensi terutama dalam bidang penulisan karya ilmiah, serta (3) merangsang ide dan gagasan guru dalam menulis karya ilmiah untuk kepentingan pendidikan dan pengembangan profesi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara daring dengan peserta berjumlah 30 orang guru SMA/SMK yang tergabung pada Program Profesi Guru dalam Jabatan Tahun 2022 di Universitas Jember. Kegiatan pelatihan dibagi menjadi: pemaparan tentang berbagai tema yang dapat dikembangkan dalam penulisan karya ilmiah bidang pendidikan, presentasi tentang sistematika penulisan karya ilmiah dan prosedur penulisan di jurnal ilmiah, diskusi tentang berbagai hal terkait upaya meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karya ilmiah. Hasil pelatihan berkontribusi terhadap meningkatnya pemahaman guru SMA/SMK terkait penulisan artikel ilmiah, guru-guru peserta pelatihan memiliki semangat baru dalam mengembangkan kompetensi dalam bidang penulisan karya ilmiah, serta guru-guru menjadi lebih terstimulasi untuk mengembangkan ide dan gagasan dalam bentuk karya ilmiah untuk kepentingan pendidikan serta pengembangan profesi guru. Kata kunci: keterampilan menulis; karya ilmiah; guru-guru SMA/SMK. ABSTRACTThe skill of writing scientific papers is a basic ability that teachers must possess. However, this ability is still very difficult by teachers. The needs analysis carried out by the team shows that training in writing scientific papers is an urgent thing to do to increase teacher stimulus for writing. The objectives of this community service are: (1) to increase the understanding of high school/vocational school teachers regarding writing scientific papers in journals, (2) to provide a stimulus to stimulate teachers' enthusiasm in developing competencies, especially for writing scientific papers, and (3) to stimulate teachers' ideas in writing scientific papers for the benefit of education and professional development. This activity was carried out online with participants 30 SMA/SMK teachers who are members of the 2022 in office Teacher Professional Program at University of Jember. The training activities are divided into presentations on various themes that can be developed in writing scientific papers of education, presentations on the systematics of writing scientific papers and procedures for writing in scientific journals, and discussions on various matters related to efforts to improve scientific writing skills. The results of the training contributed to increasing the understanding of high school/vocational school teachers regarding writing scientific articles, participating teachers had a new enthusiasm in developing competence of writing scientific papers, and teachers became more stimulated to develop ideas in the scientific work for the benefit of education and professional development of teachers. Keywords: writing skills; scientific work; high school/ vocational school teachers.
