This study aims to explore the impact of Green Marketing practices on the financial performance of companies in Indonesia, focusing on variables such as Environmental Practices, Consumer Knowledge, and Company Commitment. The research method used involves quantitative analysis by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to managers and staff in the banking sector. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, including validity, reliability, and direct effect hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that Company Commitment has the most significant influence on Financial Impact, followed by Environmental Practices. Although Consumer Knowledge does not show a significant direct effect, the application of digital technology and funding of green projects generally contribute positively to financial results. This study also identified that the integration of environmentally friendly practices can improve operational efficiency and brand reputation, as well as meet the demands of consumers who are increasingly concerned about environmental issues. This study investigates the impact of financial management practices on organizational performance, focusing on a comparative analysis between public and private sector companies. Utilizing a comprehensive literature review and empirical data from financial reports, surveys, and interviews, the research identifies key financial management practices and assesses their effectiveness in enhancing organizational performance. The study highlights significant differences in the application and outcomes of financial management practices between the two sectors. In the public sector, stringent regulatory requirements and budgetary constraints often limit the flexibility of financial management, affecting performance outcomes. Conversely, private sector companies benefit from more adaptive financial strategies that drive efficiency and profitability. The findings indicate that while both sectors prioritize financial management, the methods and results vary substantially, impacting overall organizational success. This research contributes to the understanding of how tailored financial management practices can optimize performance across different organizational contexts. This study investigates the change on human resource (HR) practices within companies, focusing on the shift from traditional labor maximization strategies to an emphasis on work effectiveness and human resource potential in response to crisis conditions. Through analysis, it highlights how external factors and the need for effective Human Capital Management significantly influence HR practices. Company leaders have recognized the necessity to adapt their HR strategies to ensure organizational resilience against unexpected business disruptions. The research confirms that external conditions, such as economic, technological, and socio-cultural changes, necessitate a more strategic approach to HR management. This approach includes refining Human Capital Management practices to better anticipate and prepare for future challenges, thereby enhancing the company's ability to maintain continuity and efficiency during and beyond the pandemic. Konflik dalam keluarga merupakan tantangan utama yang dapat melemahkan ketahanan keluarga di Indonesia. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi pendekatan baru dalam mengelola konflik untuk menciptakan harmoni, dengan fokus pada konteks sosial-budaya Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode literature review, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai teori dan praktik dalam penguatan ketahanan keluarga, termasuk strategi resolusi konflik dan promosi komunikasi efektif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis nilai-nilai lokal dan keterlibatan komunitas memiliki potensi besar dalam menciptakan harmoni keluarga. Pendekatan ini juga relevan untuk membangun ketahanan emosional dan sosial anggota keluarga. Selain itu, penemuan ini memberikan wawasan baru untuk mengatasi tantangan globalisasi dan perubahan sosial yang berdampak pada dinamika keluarga. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan ketahanan keluarga harus didasarkan pada kolaborasi antara nilai-nilai tradisional dan inovasi modern. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini mencakup pengembangan kebijakan keluarga yang responsif dan pelatihan konseling berbasis budaya. This study examines the impact of spending efficiency ratio and budget realization growth ratio on the financial performance of the Regional Inspectorate of West Java Province from 2020 to 2023. The study employs a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis to measure the effect of independent variables on financial performance. The findings indicate that the spending efficiency ratio has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, demonstrating that optimal budget utilization enhances regional financial stability. Additionally, the budget realization growth ratio also has a significant impact, although its influence is relatively lower than spending efficiency. The results emphasize the importance of efficient financial management and budget allocation planning in improving regional financial performance. Pemberdayaan UMKM merupakan salah satu prioritas nasional dalam memajukan ekonomi masyarakat. Salah satu cara untuk memberdayakan UMKM adalah dengan mengembangkan platform e-commerce untuk UMKM atau e-commerce UMKM. Meskipun potensi UMKM di Indonesia sangat besar, masih sedikit yang memanfaatkan e-commerce. Apalagi di era globalisasi saat ini, UMKM perlu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi agar mampu bersaing dengan bisnis lain. Membangun e-commerce UMKM tidaklah mudah, mengingat karakteristik UMKM yang berbeda dengan bisnis lainnya. Oleh karena itu, beberapa hal perlu diperhatikan dalam mengembangkan e-commerce UMKM. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yang menjadi pertimbangan antara lain perlindungan hukum yang jelas, tenaga kerja yang handal, infrastruktur yang memadai, dukungan perbankan, dan dukungan pemerintah. Diharapkan dengan mempertimbangkan sejumlah poin penting tersebut, e-commerce UMKM akan semakin terbentuk sehingga tujuan pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia dapat tercapai.

This study investigates how Islamic organizations adopt strategic talent management (STM) approaches to build workforce resilience amid the resurgence of global economic protectionism. As protectionist policies reshape labor markets and restrict cross-border opportunities, organizations rooted in Islamic values face unique challenges in sustaining human capital competitiveness. Drawing upon a comprehensive literature review, this paper synthesizes findings from peer-reviewed journals and scholarly works published over the past decade. The review reveals that STM in Islamic contexts must align with core ethical principles such as Shura (consultation), Amanah (trust), and Ihsan (excellence). Resilience is fostered not only through skill development and succession planning but also through spiritual and cultural integration. The findings highlight the increasing relevance of adaptive leadership, inclusive organizational culture, and employee well-being strategies in uncertain economic environments. However, most existing literature fails to explore the intersection between Islamic organizational identity and strategic talent frameworks. This research fills that gap by offering an integrative conceptual analysis of STM in Islamic institutions under global economic stress. The paper concludes by proposing a research agenda for future empirical studies in faith-based organizational resilience. This literature review explores halal branding strategies and their impact on consumer trust, particularly within the context of global economic uncertainty. In recent years, protectionist policies have posed significant challenges to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), including those in the Islamic sector. Halal branding has emerged as a key strategy for Islamic SMEs to distinguish themselves in the market, fostering trust and loyalty among consumers. The review examines existing literature on the role of halal branding in building consumer trust during times of economic instability. It highlights the resilience of Islamic SMEs in adapting to protectionist policies, focusing on the strategic responses to market fluctuations. The study identifies key factors that influence the effectiveness of halal branding in enhancing consumer trust, such as cultural values and ethical considerations. Moreover, the review discusses the intersection of halal branding and consumer behavior, emphasizing how trust can mitigate the impact of economic uncertainty. The literature also reveals the role of digital transformation in strengthening halal branding strategies for Islamic SMEs. In addition, the review assesses the long-term sustainability of halal branding in fostering business resilience. This study examines the direct and indirect effects of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance, mediated by work motivation, in the context of manufacturing firms in Indonesia. A quantitative, cross-sectional survey design was employed, involving 250 employees from medium- to large-scale manufacturing companies in West Java. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique. The findings indicate that transformational leadership and organizational culture have significant positive effects on work motivation and employee performance. Moreover, work motivation mediates the relationship between both independent variables and employee performance. This research contributes to the existing literature by integrating leadership and organizational culture perspectives into a single model mediated by motivation, particularly in a developing country context. The practical implication of this study is that manufacturing firms should invest in leadership development programs and foster a supportive culture to enhance employee performance through improved motivation.

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed the marketing landscape, particularly in the culinary industry, where online platforms have become a primary medium for attracting and retaining customers. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing and brand image on purchase decisions in the online-based culinary industry. The research employed a quantitative approach with 200 respondents who had purchased food or beverages through online platforms such as GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that both digital marketing and brand image have a significant positive influence on purchase decisions. Among the two variables, brand image showed a stronger effect, suggesting that customers’ perceptions and emotional connections with a brand play a crucial role in shaping their purchasing behavior. These findings contribute to the understanding of how online culinary businesses can optimize marketing strategies to enhance brand value and customer loyalty.
