Abstract

In Indonesia, the Covid-19 virus has infected since March 2, 2020. Since then, the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy has been implemented in several areas with a high spread of the virus, (Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 9 of 2020). This is used to suppress the spread of the virus. Hospitality is one of the tourism industries affected. The problem of hotel occupancy rates has decreased due to the Covid 19 pandemic in hotels, forcing a number of hotels to experience temporary or permanent closures. In an effort to develop standard governance standards in mitigating the impact of the Covid 19 outbreak for the hotel industry, the community service team views the need to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) to prevent and control the impact of Covid 19 in the hotel industry. The object of this activity is the management of Hotel Laweyan Surakarta. The methods used were socialization, FGD and trials. At this stage the output produced is SOP Front Office and Housekeeping. The PKM team also helped with a set of tools for washing hands and personal protective equipment. SOPs are important especially for disaster mitigation and health services to control the stages of activities so that they are easy to monitor.

Abstract

This research took place at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. This type of research is a quality or correlational relationship which will explain the asymmetrical relationship between the variables studied. The research sample was 74 teachers of the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. Collecting data using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple regression test, F test, t test, and determination test (R2). The results showed: 1) There is an effect of leadership quality, workload, communication and teacher competence together on the teacher performance of the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. Thus, the better the quality of leadership, workload, communication and teacher competence, the better the performance of teachers at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. 2) There is an effect of leadership quality on teacher performance. Thus, the better the quality of leadership, the higher the performance of teachers at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. 3) There is an effect of workload on teacher performance. Thus, the better the level of workload, the higher the performance of teachers at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. 4) There is an effect of communication on teacher performance. Thus, the better the level of communication, the higher the performance of teachers at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. 5) There is an effect of competence on teacher performance. Thus, the better the level of competence, the higher the performance of teachers at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine social competence, organizational culture, work experience on employee performance through management diversity. This research method using quantitative quantitative descriptive method is data in the form of numbers. Sources of data in this study include primary data using questionnaires and secondary data from the source. The population of this study is primed by the sampling technique with the sampling technique in this study is convenience sampling. (2) Classic Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test), (3) Hypothesis Test (Tiered Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test) and R2 test). The results of data analysis can be concluded: (1) Based on the test results can be obtained from the results of the incident that social competence, organizational culture, work experience on employee performance through management diversity. Abstract

Peneliti melakukan penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mencari pengaruh pelatihan, gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru di SMP Negeri 21 Surakarta. SMP Negeri 21 Surakarta memiliki guru seluruhnya berjumlah 40 guru baik yang berstatus pegawai negeri sipil maupun guru tidak tetap yang seluruhnya dijadikan sebagai sampel dengan teknik penelitian sensus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk dapat menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan pada rumusan masalah yaitu menganalisis masing-masing variabel bebas dan secara bersamaan apakah mempengaruh terhadap variabel terikat. Sedangkan untuk teknis analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan model persamaan regresi berganda dengan bantuan program Statistikal Package for Social Sciens versi 24.00 yang memberikan hasil bahwa pelatihan, gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara serentak mepengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMP Negeri 21 Surakarta Berdasarkan uji parsial (uji t). diperoleh hasil bahwa pelatihan (X1), gaya kepemimpinan (X2), lingkungan kerja (X3) dan motivasi kerja (X4) mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMP Negeri 21 Surakarta (Y). Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa lingkungan kerja merupakan variabel terbesar yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja guru, maka disarankan setiap instansi supaya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dalam pelaksanaan tugas sehingga pegawai akan mendapatkan kepuasan kerja dan akhirnya akan meningkatkan kinerja guru atau pegawai. Kata kunci : Pelatihan, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk memahami pengaruh pelayanan, citra dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pasien di Klinik Pratama Polres Wonogiri. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pasien yang berobat rawat jalan dengan menggunakan Kartu Indonesia Sehat khususnya anggota Polri dan keluarganya di Klinik Pratama Polres Wonogiri. Metode penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menyebar kuesioner. Metode pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan secara purposive sampling yaitu dengan cara mengambil sampel populasi berdasarkan ketentuan dari peneliti. Jumlah sampel yang diambil 100 orang responden dari jumlah pasien di klinik Pratama Polres Wonogiri yang berkunjung lebih dari 3 kali. Uji validitas instumen memakai product moment correlation, sedangkan uji reliabilitas memakai Alpha Cronbach. Tehnik analisa data dengan memakai uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji F, uji t, dan koefisiensi determinasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pelayanan, citra dan kepuasan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien Klinik Pratama Polres Wonogiri. Pelayanan tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien Klinik Pratama Polres Wonogiri. Citra klinik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien Klinik Pratama Polres Wonogiri. Kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien Klinik Pratama Polres Wonogiri.

Abstract

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of either simultaneously or partial competence, incentive and dicipline to employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. This research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all employees at Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo totaled 77. The number of samples is 77 respondents. Sampling method using sensus sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis. This F test results the competence, incentive and dicipline simultaneously and significant effect on employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. The t-test results showed that the competence influential positive and significant effect against the employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. Incentive influential positive and significant effect against the employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. Regression multiple linier model in this research is Y = 0,142 + 0,586XK + 0,199XI + 0,227XD + e. Keywords: Employees Performance, Competence, Incentive, Dicipline

Abstract

The aim of this research are to find out and explain how financial performance using rentability ratios, activity ratios, liquidity ratios, and solvency ratios at PT BPR Artha Sari Sentosa for the period 2013 - 2018. Types of data in this study are secondary data, data in the form of finance ratios of PT. BPR Artha Sari Sentosa for the period 2013 - 2018. Data collection techniques used in this research are documentation and literature study. Stages conducted by researchers to analyze the financial performance of PT. BPR Artha Sari Sentosa for the period 2013-2018 by calculating the financial ratios with each model. The results of this research are 1) Overall the rentability ratio of PT. BPR Artha Sari Sentosa is in very good condition, 2) The activity ratio of PT BPR Artha SariSentosa for the period of 2013-2018 is in very good condition, 3) The liquidity ratio in terms of the current ratio, in general, from 2013-2018 PT BPR Artha Sari Sentosa was in a pretty good position, 4) Overall the solvency ratio of PT BPR Artha Sari Sentosa was in very good condition. Abstract

Abstrak            Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, profesionalisme dan komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan pada bagian umum pemerintah daerah Sukoharjo. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada bagian umum Pemerintah Daerah Sukoharjo. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai pada bagian umum Pemerintah Daerah Sukoharjo. (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen terhadap kinerja pegawai pada bagian umum Pemerintah Daerah Sukoharjo. Penelitian dilakukan pada Bagian Umum Pemerintah Daerah Sukoharjo.             Populasi yang digunakan oleh karyawan di Bagian Umum Pemerintah Daerah Sukoharjo adalah 85 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan penuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi, kuesioner dan daftar pustaka. Bukti hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda.            Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen yang tersedia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel motivasi, profesionalisme dan komitmen berpengaruh bersama di Pemda Sukoharjo. Pimpinan untuk meningkatkan motivasi, profesionalisme dan komitmen kerja pegawai bagian umum pemerintah daerah Sukoharjo harus melakukan pelatihan terkait. Kata kunci: motivasi, profesionalisme, komitmen, kinerja

Abstract

Tujuan penelitiann ini untuk melihat pengaruh kompensasi, kualitas kehidupan kerjaa dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan LAZ Solopeduli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 60 responden merupakan karyawan dari LAZ Solopeduli. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas memperoleh hasil setiap variabel valid dan reliabel. Uji instrumen dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang meliputi uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Kemudian uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan memperoleh hasil bahwa dalam penelitian ini tidak terjadi multikolinieritas dan heterokedastisitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial kompensasi dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan LAZ Solopeduli, kemudian kualitas kehidupan kerja tidak berpengaruh serta tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan LAZ Solopeduli.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of remuneration, employee mutation, organizational commitment, and work from home policy on employee performance both simultaneously and partially in the Regional Office of Directorate General of Tax of Central Java II. This study used quantitative descriptive method with random sampling technique. Primary data collected through the dissemination of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regressions. The results indicates that (1) There is an effect of remuneration, employee mutation, organizational commitment, and work from home policy simultaneously with the performance of employees. (2) There is an influence of remuneration on the performance of employees. (3) There is an influence of employee mutation on the performance of employees. (4) There is an influence of organizational commitment to the performance of employees and (5) There is an influence of work from home policy on the performance of employees. The calculation result obtained the value of coefficient of determination of 0.868. It means that of remuneration, employee mutation, organizational commitment, and work from home policy variables have an influence of 86.8% on performance and the remaining 13.2% is influenced by other variables outside the variables studied
