Abstract

Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) has a crucial role in developing students' physical fitness and motor skills. However, students' motivation in participating in PJOK learning often decreases due to less interesting teaching methods. The gamification approach in digital learning offers innovative solutions to increase student engagement. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of gamification in digital learning on improving physical education learning outcomes. The method used is classroom action research (CAR) with a quantitative and qualitative approach. The results of the study showed that the implementation of gamification elements, such as point systems, leaderboards, and digital application-based challenges, was able to significantly increase student motivation and learning outcomes. Thus, gamification in digital learning can be an effective strategy to improve the PJOK learning experience.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to help teachers and education staff manage burnout while improving the ability of the 4Cs (Creativity, Critical Thinking, Communication, and Collaboration) in the school work environment. The training was held at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Banjarbaru with the involvement of 11 participants, using a participatory approach that included interactive lectures, group discussions, reflections, and role play simulations. The main objective of this activity is to build the adaptive capacity and psychological well-being of educators through strengthening 21st century skills. The evaluation was carried out by comparing burnout scores before and after the training. The results showed a significant decrease in the average burnout score from 71.6 to 57.4, or by 14.2 points. This decline reflects an improvement in participants' psychological well-being and adaptive ability in the face of work pressure. In addition, training also has a positive impact on improving creative thinking, collaborative, and positive communication skills in the context of school work. These findings show that participatory-based interventions are effective in building a healthier and more productive work environment for educators. This activity recommends replicating similar training in other educational institutions as a preventive and promotive strategy to overcome burnout and strengthen teachers' professional competence in facing contemporary educational challenges.

Abstract

Permainan tradisional adalah aktivitas rekreasi atau hiburan yang telah ada dan dimainkan oleh masyarakat sejak zaman dahulu. Permainan ini biasanya diwariskan secara turun-temurun dari satu generasi ke generasi berikutnya dan merupakan bagian integral dari kehidupan budaya suatu komunitas. Berbeda dengan permainan modern yang mungkin melibatkan teknologi atau peralatan canggih, permainan tradisional seringkali menggunakan alat atau benda sederhana yang tersedia di sekitar masyarakat pada masa tersebut. Permainan lokal merujuk kepada berbagai jenis permainan yangtumbuh dan berkembang di suatu daerah atau komunitas tertentu. Permainan ini sering kali mencerminkan budaya, tradisi, dan nilai-nilai yang ada dalam masyarakat setempat Pembinaan permainan tradisional pada siswa SDN Handil Bakti, bertujuannya untuk dapat mengatasi tantangan utama, yaitu kurangnya minat dan pengetahuan siswa terhadap permainan tradisional. Dengan Pemberian edukasi tentang nilai-nilai budaya permainan tradisional serta penyelengaraan demontrasi permainnan tradisional sehingga dapat menjadi jembatan untuk membangun rasa bangga terhadap budaya lokal,dan dapat memahami dan menghargai keunikan budaya tradisional Indonesia sehingga menumbuhkan minat anak-anak pada permainan tradisioanal dan mempertahankan kelestarian permainan tradisional Indonesia. keberhasilan pembinaan menunjukkan bahwa siswa merasakan manfaat yang signifikan dari kegiatan ini. Sebelum pelatihan, beberapa siswa merasa bahwa pembinaan ini hanya cukup bermanfaat, sementara sebagian besar merasa sangat bermanfaat. Setelah kegiatan selesai, hampir seluruh siswa merasa bahwa pembinaan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi mereka, baik dari segi keterampilan, pengetahuan, maupun pemahaman budaya. 70% siswa merasa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat, dengan 85% siswa merasakan manfaat yang signifikan setelah mengikuti pelatihan.

Abstract

Gymnastics is a form of physical activity that combines gymnastic movements with musical rhythms to improve physical fitness, discipline, and teamwork. Socialization activities are carried out through the planning stage, material delivery, movement demonstrations, and direct practice by students. Basic movements in gymnastics are very important in efforts to instill the correct basic movements in movement. Basic movements The basic movements that are most popular are movements using objects or tools, commonly called basic manipulative movements. The results of the study showed that students were highly enthusiastic about participating in gymnastics, were able to understand and imitate the series of movements correctly, and showed increased coordination and cooperation. In addition, this activity contributed to instilling the values ​​of discipline, togetherness, and a spirit of physical fitness in the school environment. Thus, gymnastics socialization can be an alternative extracurricular activity that is beneficial for character development and student health.
