ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of family background and motivation of students to learn the financial results of class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Sur Solok. The method used in this study is descriptive and causal. This research is a saturated sample or census, where the sampled population is used by 60 students from a population of 60 students. Learning Motivation data (X1) and the school environment (X2) is obtained from the results of the questionnaire or questionnaire, while representing student learning outcome data (Y) is obtained from the documentation of the final value 1st half of 2013/2014 school year. The analysis of the data used in this study is a descriptive analysis and inductive analysis consisting of the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Motivation significant and positive impact on the learning outcomes of accounting students of class X of SMK Negeri 1 Sur Solok, 2. School Climate significant and positive impact on the learning outcomes of accounting students of class X of SMK Negeri 1 South Solok, 3. The motivation to learn and the school environment jointly significant effect on learning outcomes of accounting students of class X of SMK Negeri 1 Sur Solok. Based on these results, it is suggested that students, teachers and school authorities to pay more attention to another student motivation to learn how teachers motivate their students to increase learning outcomes of students and school facilities and environment separti infrastructure, the environment around the school in an effort to optimize the results further learning accounting class X SMK Negeri 1 South Solok.

This research was motivated by the number of high school students who can not make their own decisions in choosing majors , one reason is the lack of independence of the students so easily influenced by lingkungan.tujuan of this study was to determine the relationship of independence and the role of parents of students with decision x1 grade students in select majors type of research used in this research is ex post facto correlational approach and methods used quantitative methods . The place of research in SMA N 1 Mount Tuleh districts Tuleh Mountain West Pasaman district . As the informant or informants in this study were high school students N 1 Mount Tuleh many as 90 people . Data collection tool used was through a questionnaire , with a sampling Probability sampling techniques . There results showed that the positive and significant relationship between students independence and the role of parents and students in choosing a major decision at SMAN 1 Mount Tuleh . It is evident from the sig < α ( 0.000 < 0.05 ) Based on these results , it is recommended that students should be able to be independent , as well as the parents as the people closest to the child should be able to direct and guide the child when the child found it difficult to make decisions.Keywords : selecting majors, studentâs, parent

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine ( 1 ) the influence of the discipline of learning on learning outcomes of students of SMP Negeri 13 economic Sijunjung ( 2 ) the effect of the use of libraries on learning outcomes of students of SMP Negeri 13 economic Sijunjung ( 3 ) the influence of the discipline of learning and use of the library together to results SMP students studying economics Sijunjung 13 .The population in this study were students Seventh Grade Students of SMP Negeri 13 Sijunjung . Determination of sample size using the formula Slovin with a total sample of 87 students . While the retrieval technique used is proportional random sampling . Data analysis techniques using multiple regression tests of significance using the t test and F test while using the classical assumption normality test , test Heterokedastitas , Multikoloneritas test and autocorrelation test .These results indicate that ( 1 ) the discipline of learning significantly affect the economics student learning outcomes SMP 13 Sijunjung . It can be seen from the sig value of 0.001 < α = 0.05 and regression coefficient b = X1 ( 0.272 ) , ( 2 ) use of the library significantly affect the economics student learning outcomes SMP 13 Sijunjung because it has a sig of 0000 < α = 0.05 , and the coefficient of linear regersi b = X2 ( 0.881 ) ( 3 ) discipline of learning and use of the library together significantly influence the results of the economic study of students of SMP Negeri 13 Sijunjung with sig 0 , 000 < α = 0.05 .Based on the results of this study concluded that there is a significant relationship between the discipline of learning and use of the library on learning outcomes of students of SMP Negeri 13 economic Sijunjung . For the next researchers who are interested in researching the same topic , it is advisable to pay attention to other variables that allegedly played a role and menpengaruhi student learning outcomes .Â

ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the low economic learning outcomes of students of class X SMA N 11 Champaign Academic Year 2013/2014. This is caused by the lack of activity of students in the learning process. This study aims to determine the differences in economic activity and the learning outcomes of students with implementation strategies accompanied Speed Test Brain Storming with conventional learning in class X SMAN 11 Padang .This research is an experimental study. The study population is a student of class X SMA N 11 Champaign school year 2013/2014. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique, was chosen as the experimental class X8 class and class X2 as the control class. The instrument used is the observation sheet student activity and achievement test. Data analysis techniques to test the hypothesis is to test Z.Based on the analysis of data obtained an average value of 83.87 experimental class and control class average of 75.88. The results of data analysis known Z count value is greater than 3.038 price 1.960 Z table which means the hypothesis is accepted at significance level α=0.05. It can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students with the application of economic strategy with Speed Test Brain Storming better than economics student learning outcomes in the conventional learning process in class X SMA N 11 Padang.

                                                                              Abstract Fixed Assets held by Bank Nagari Main Branch Padang has the shape and uses different. Provision of Fixed Assets shall be strictly in accordance with the requirements, so that the investment made on fixed assets will not be in vain and accountable. Issues that are examined in this study is the calculation and determination of Fixed Assets depreciation. This study aims to determine : 1) Implementation of Fixed Asset accounting at the Main Branch of Bank Nagari Padang, 2) Accounting treatment of fixed assets at the Main Branch of Bank Nagari Padang.This type of research in this study is descriptive . This research was conducted at the Main Branch of Bank Nagari Padang. Data were collected through library research and field research, field research conducted by interview. Then the data obtained were analyzed with descriptive analysis method.The results showed that : 1) the general Bank Nagari Padang Main Branch has implemented Financial Accounting Standards. Where expenditure is the added benefit of an asset, then the fixed assets are capitalized in accordance with the Group Assets as capital expenditure (capex ), and to determine whether capitalized or not first have to get approval from headquarters. While spending is only one component repair equipment Fixed Asset Routine without increasing the useful life of the fixed assets then the expenditure is classified as revenue expenditure (revenue expenditure) and expenditure is charged as an expense in the period expenditures undertaken. 2) Accounting Treatment in Bank Nagari Main Branch Padang in general accordance with Financial Accounting Standards. Where In assessing the Fixed Assets, Bank Nagari Padang Main Branch Historical Cost valuation method, where the purchase price at the time the transaction is used as the basis for recording the value of the fixed assets. The elements included in the purchase price consists of the purchase price of assets plus other costs (until fixed assets are ready for operation). Regarding depreciation Main Branch Bank Nagari Padang using the straight-line method (straight line method), based on the estimated useful lives of the assets. By using this method of calculation of depreciation expense each period will be the same.

ABSTRACT   This study aims to analyze : 1 ) The effect of students learning attitudes towards learning outcomes Economy class XI IPS in high school I Adabiah Padang , 2 ) The influence of study habits on learning outcomes of students of Economics class XI IPS in high school I Adabiah Padang , 3 ) Effect of attitudes and habits learning students learning outcomes in Economics class XI IPS high school I Adabiah. This research is descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach . The study population was all students in class XI IPS high school I Adabiah Padang , amounting to 184 people . Sampling technique with proportional random sampling with a sample size of 65 people. Data analysis techniques: descriptive analysis and inductive analysis, namely normality test, multikoleniaritas, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 16. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant and positive influence students learning attitudes towards learning outcomes Economy class XI IPS in high school I Adabiah Padang obtained by using the t test was 11.0338 with     (Sig= 0.000). 2) there is a significant and positive influence study habits of students on learning outcomes Economy class XI IPS in high school I Adabiah Padang obtained by using the t test was 7.369 with    (Sig = 0.000). 3) there is a significant and positive influence attitudes and study habits of students together to learn the results of IPS XI Economy class in high school I Adabiah Padang (Sig = 0.000) with a contribution rate of 71.80 %. Based on the research results, it is expected that teachers should be more attention to students in classroom management during lessons, so that when the teacher explains all students to listen and concentrate for students are also expected to be able to change the attitudes and study habits for learning success depends on how attitudes and one study habitsÂ

This study aims to look at how the process of determining the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) High School districts namely Lubuk Kilangan 14 SMA N SMA Semen Padang and Padang and What are the obstacles faced in the Determination of minimum completeness criteria (KKM). This study uses kualaitatif. This research informants are teachers, principals, and representatives of the existing curriculum at the high school and high school N 14 Semen Padang Padang using Snawball sampling. Data were collected using observation, interview and documentation. The results of the study found: Minimum completeness criteria setting process (KKM) is: Principal KKM has set a minimum that must be achieved by the subject teachers, Having known the value of the minimum KKM subject teachers at a workshop convened to determine the KKM for Economic Subjects class X which starts from Standard competence, basic competence to later demoted to the indicator. So after KKM determined subject teachers reported the results of the meeting to the representative of the curriculum, the curriculum report to the Vice Principal, principal chief engineer reported the results to the Department of Education and to the Office of Padang province, then disseminated to students and parents in the form of student learning lembarhasil. While the obstacles encountered in the determination of this KKM is: Time penentukan KKM is not planned in accordance with the existing circumstances, When the teacher determines the minimum value of completeness (KKM) is too high then the students do a lot of remedial, When the teacher determines the minimum value of mastery is too low then the student will difficult to get into college. Kecamatan Bungus Teluk Kabung merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang ada di Kota Padang. Wilayah dikawasan ini berada dikawasan pesisir sehingga masyarakat memilki mata pencaharian utama sebagai nelayan dan pedagang ikan serta pengolah kuliner berbahan baku dari ikan. Wilayah ini dikenal dengan industri makanan ringan olahan ikan seperti Rakik Maco. namun masih banyak industri makanan ringan di daerah ini belum memiliki pengembangan usaha yang baik dilihat dari segi pengelolaan keuangan usaha sehingga pelaku industri makanan ringan Rakik Maco belum pernah mendapatkan pinjaman dari pihak Bank dikarenakan belum terjawabnya seberapa besar asset yang telah dimiliki oleh pelaku usaha. Pendampingan terhadap pelaku usaha mitra industri makanan ringan Rakik Maco ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pembinaan pengelolaan keuangan pada pelaku usaha sehingga pelaku usaha industri makanan ringan Rakik Maco memiliki konsep dasar dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan yang sederhana dan dapat menunjukkan nilai asset yang mereka miliki dalam 1 bulan perkembangan usaha. Hal yang perlu diterapkan oleh pelaku usaha yaitu konsistensi pelaku usaha dalam membuat pencatatan penerimaan, penjaulan dan pengeluaran kas dalam entitas bisnis sehingga mereka dapat menghitung laba usaha dalam 1 bulan tersebut.

Daerah pengembangan hasil industry kerajinan unggulan alas kaki terdapat di kota Bukittinggi. Industri kerajinan alas kaki ini memiliki potensi dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui penyerapan tenaga kerja, pemerataan pendapatan dan pengentasan kemiskinan karena industri unggulan daerah dengan produk yaitu sendal Sulaman dan tarompa Datuk. Industry unggulan ini perlu adanya pengelolaan usaha yang baik melalui analisis kelayakan bisnis dan pengelolaan keuangan yang berbasis akuntabilitas. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan ceramah, Tanya jawab dan praktik (simulasi). Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat memberikan informasi kepada kelompok IKM Alas Kaki di Kota Bukittinggi yang sebelumnya menghasilkan produk sandal sulaman dan tarompa datuk tanpa ada memperhitungkan benefit of cost dan break even point serta tidak ada target penjualan dalam satu tahun. Dengan kegiatan ini kami memberikan penyuluhan tentang cara penyusunan target penjualan, penghitungan benefit of cost dan break even point serta memberikan penguatan motivasi untuk tetap bertahan dalam mengembangkan usaha di masa pandemic ini dengan membantu promosi produk melalui jaringan social seperti Whatss App, Instagram dan Facebook.
