Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Adversity Quotient (AQ), tingkat konsentrasi, kebiasaan belajar, pemberian tugas, media pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akuntansi di SMK Swasta Az-zahra Sonomartani Kab. Labuhanbatu Utara Prov. Sumatera Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X, XI, XII AKL SMK Swasta Az-zahra Sonomartani. Yang berjumlah 58 orang dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan adalah keseluruhan dari populasi teknik pengambilan sampel menggunaka total sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini berupa angket tertutup dengan digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesa dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Advercity quotient (AQ) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara advercity quotient (AQ) terhadap prestasi belajar. 2) Tingkat konsentrasi (X2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara tingkat konsentrasi terhadap prestasi belajar. 3) Kebiasaan belajar (X3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara kebiasaan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar. 4) pemberian tugas (X4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara pemberian tugas terhadap prestasi belajar. 5) media pembelajaran (X5) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara media pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar. 6) Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Advercity Quotient (AQ), tingkat konsentrasi, kebiasaan belajar, pemberian tugas dan media pembelajaran secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of parental income, parental education, intellectual intelligence, career planning and self-efficacy on students' interest in continuing their education at the college level. The results of data analysis in this study found that there was an influence of variables of parental income, parental education, intellectual intelligence, career planning and self-efficacy together on the interest in continuing education at the class XII college level at SMAN 16 Padang. Pervariable results can be described based on two levels as follows: First, students who have planned detailed ideals, namely the probability value of the parental income variable (0.013, parental education (0.018), career planning (0.008) and self-efficacy (0.011) affect the interest in continuing higher education which can be proven with a probability value smaller than α (0.05). As for the probability value of intellectual intelligence (0.619) it has no effect on the interest in continuing higher education as evidenced by the probability value greater than 0.05. Second, students who have not planned the goals that can be detailed, namely the probability value of the parental income variable (0.048), parental education value (0.026), career planning (0.013) and self-efficacy (0.033) affect the interest in continuing higher education which can be proven by the probability value of each less than α (0.05). As for intellectual intelligence, the sig value (0.261) has no effect on the interest in continuing college-level education as evidenced by the probability value of each of them greater than α (0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sampling technique was Proportional Random Sampling with a total sample of 113 students. The results showed that: 1), peers have a significant effect on learning achievement. Where indicated by the coefficient value of 0.336. This coefficient value is significant because the t-count is 3,477 > t-table is 1,65909. 2), character education has a significant effect on learning achievement. Where indicated by the coefficient value of 0.326. This coefficient value is significant because the value of t-count is 3.153 > t-table of 1.65909. 3), learning skills have a significant effect on learning achievement. Where indicated by the coefficient value of 0.180. This coefficient valueis significant because the value of t-count is 2.246 > t-table of 1.65909. 4), giving rewards have a significant effect on learning achievement. Where indicated by the coefficient value of 0.206. This coefficient value is significant because the value of t-count is 2,929 > t-table of 1,65909. 5), social family interactions have a significant effect on learning achievement. Where indicated by the coefficient value of 0.640. This coefficient value is significant because the value of t-count is 5,002 > t-table of 1,65909. 6), character education, learning skills, giving rewards, and social family interaction together have a significant effect on the learning achievement. Where obtained by the value of F-count 142.226 > F-table 2.30 with a significant level of 0.000 <= 0.05. Abstract

This research aims to describe the influence of school facilities and parental attention on learning outcomes through discipline and interest in learning as intervening variables at Cersa Pasaman Vocational School 1) the influence of school facilities on learning outcomes, 2) the influence of school facilities through learning discipline as an intervening variable on learning outcomes, 3) the influence of school facilities through learning interest as an intervening variable on learning outcomes, 4) the influence of parental attention on learning outcomes, 5) the influence of parental attention through learning discipline as an intervening variable on learning outcomes, 6) the influence of parental attention through learning interest as an intervening variable on learning outcomes, 7) the influence of learning discipline on learning outcomes, 8) the influence of learning discipline through interest in learning as an intervening variable on learning outcomes, 9) the influence of interest in learning on learning outcomes, 10) the influence of interest in learning through learning discipline as an intervening variable on learning outcomes.This type of research is associative. The population in this study were students in classes X and XI at Cersa Pasaman Vocational School, totaling 93 people. Sampling used total sampling technique. The instrument used for the research was a closed questionnaire using path analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, independence, accountability, integrity, professionalism, and audit fees on audit quality in Public Accounting Firms (PAFs) in Padang City. This research employed a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 37 auditors from 7 PAFs selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive analysis and inductive analysis employing multiple linear regression. The results show that competence, independence, integrity, and professionalism have a positive and significant effect on audit quality. Meanwhile, accountability and audit fees have no significant effect. Simultaneously, all six variables significantly influence audit quality, with an Adjusted R² value of 0.783, indicating that these variables can explain 78.3% of the variation in audit quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemandirian belajar, aktivitas belajar, dukungan orang tua, gaya mengajar guru, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan sampel 86 siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Airpura tahun ajaran 2024/2025 yang diambil menggunakan teknik Proposional Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket tertutup, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan uji jalur dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian belajar, aktivitas belajar, dan gaya mengajar guru berpengaruh negatif terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar, sementara dukungan orang tua berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar, tetapi negatif terhadap hasil belajar. Motivasi belajar terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penulis menyarankan agar upaya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dilakukan dengan memperbaiki kemandirian belajar, aktivitas belajar, dukungan orang tua, serta gaya mengajar guru, dengan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: pengaruh intelegensi, efikasi diri, perhatian orang tua dan fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar dengan gaya belajar sebagai variabel intervening pada mata pelajaran eonomi kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Koto Salak. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 1 Koto Salak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa intelegensi, efikasi diri, perhatian orang tua dan fasilitas belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar dengan gaya belajar sebagai variabel intervening pada mata pelajar ekonomi kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Koto Salak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan institusional, likuiditas, profitabilitas, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap manajemen laba pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019–2024. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan. Analisis dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba, kepemilikan institusional, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dikatakan bahwa model regresi yang dihasilkan masuk kategori cocok pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2024.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the effect of critical thinking skills on academic achievement, 2) the effect of critical thinking skills through learning interest as an intervening variable on academic achievement, 3) the effect of learning independence on academic achievement, 4) the effect of learning independence through learning interest as an intervening variable on academic achievement, 5) the effect of family environment on academic achievement, 6) the effect of family environment through learning interest as an intervening variable on academic achievement, 7) the effect of learning facilities on academic achievement, 8) the effect of learning facilities through learning interest as an intervening variable on academic achievement, and 9) the effect of learning interest on academic achievement. The research was conducted in July 2025. This research is associative in nature. The population in this study consists of 324 eighth-grade students at SMP N 1 Lubuk Sikaping. Sampling was conducted using proportional random sampling with a sample size of 175 people. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and path analysis, with the assistance of Eviews 8 and SPSS version 20.0. The research results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of critical thinking ability on academic achievement, with a path coefficient value of 0.340 and a t-value of 10.882 > t-table 1.653. 2). There is a negative and significant influence of learning independence on academic achievement, with a path coefficient of -0.347 and a t-value of -9.847 > t-table 1.653. 3). There is a negative and significant effect of family environment on academic achievement, with a path coefficient of -0.161 and a t-value of -4.841 > t-table 1.653. 4). The negative and significant effect of learning facilities on academic achievement, with a path coefficient value of -0.117 and a t-value of 3.273 > t-table 1.653. 5). The negative and significant effect of learning interest on academic achievement, with a path coefficient value of -0.582 and a t-value of -16.141 > t-table 1.653. 6). The positive and significant effect of critical thinking ability on learning interest with a path coefficient value of 0.129 and a t-value of 1.958 > t-table 1.653. 7). The positive and significant effect of learning independence on learning interest with a path coefficient value of 0.268 and a t-value of 3.722 > t-table 1.653. 8). The positive and significant effect of family environment on learning interest with a path coefficient value of 0.154 and a t-value of 2.213 > t-table 1.653. 9). The positive and significant effect of learning facilities on learning interest with a path coefficient value of 0.239 and a t-value of 3.242 > t-table 1.653.
