Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan pengembangan karyawan berbasis kompetensi pada Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) Firdaus, Ali, dan Rekan di Tangerang Selatan. Pengembangan karyawan berbasis kompetensi merupakan salah satu upaya strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitas kerja, terutama di sektor jasa yang menghadapi persaingan ketat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karyawan melalui pelatihan, pendidikan, dan evaluasi berkala berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi teknis, perilaku, dan profesionalisme karyawan. Hal ini berdampak positif terhadap kualitas layanan dan reputasi perusahaan dalam industri penilaian publik. Studi ini merekomendasikan agar perusahaan terus memperkuat program pengembangan karyawan yang terintegrasi dengan strategi bisnis untuk memastikan keberlanjutan kinerja dan daya saing.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low activeness and learning outcomes of students in the subject of Automotive Electrical Systems. The aim of the research was to improve the activeness and learning outcomes of Grade XI TKR 2 students at SMK Giripuro Sumpiuh through the implementation of the discovery learning model. This research was a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in three cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 42 students, while the objects of the study included student activeness and learning outcomes. Data were analyzed using quantitative analysis techniques. The results showed an increase in student activeness, namely 52.38% in the first cycle, increasing to 64.29% in the second cycle, and reaching 74.79% in the third cycle. Learning outcomes also improved, with an average score of 47.62% in the first cycle, 64.29% in the second cycle, and 88.10% in the third cycle. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the discovery learning model can improve student activeness and learning outcomes in Automotive Electrical Systems for Grade XI TKR 2 students at SMK Giripuro Sumpiuh

Abstract

The phenomenon that has been happening lately is the number of cases of sex crimes that are dominated by minors. Many things cause children in their teens to practice sexual deviation or free sex as a way of escaping from various problems and the lack of children's ability to control themselves from their emotions. Sex education is an effort to teach, raise awareness and provide information about sexual issues to children and adolescents, since they are familiar with issues related to sexual instincts and marriage, so that when children and adolescents have grown into youths they can understand the affairs of life. , he already knows what is forbidden and what is permitted. Furthermore, he is even able to apply Islamic behavior as a moral and habit of life, and is not enslaved by lust and immersed in a hedonic lifestyle. The women's program is an alternative that is implemented in this school as a prevention of promiscuity. Women's education is the process of educating or teaching that is carried out by education in changing one's character, behavior and personality related to all things women's activities, both young women and adult women. This study uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is research that intends to understand phenomena about what is experienced by research subjects, for example behavior, perceptions, motivations, actions, and others holistically, and in a descriptive way in the form of words and discussion, in a natural context with using natural methods. Abstract

The role of the Holy Spirit is one of the central aspects of Christian theology, particularly within Evangelical theology, which seeks to uphold a balance between biblical truth and spiritual experience. This study aims to examine the understanding of the Holy Spirit in Evangelical theology, with a specific focus on the relationship between biblical pneumatology and the expressions of contemporary charismatic movements. The approach used is a theological–descriptive study through an analysis of biblical literature, classical Evangelical theological works, and contemporary research on charismatic movements in Indonesia and around the world. The findings indicate that Evangelical theology understands the Holy Spirit primarily as a divine person who works in regeneration, sanctification, and ministry empowerment based on the authority of Scripture. Meanwhile, the charismatic movement emphasizes more phenomenological aspects of the Holy Spirit’s work, such as Spirit baptism, spiritual gifts (charismata), and manifestations of supernatural power. Theological tension arises when charismatic experiences do not always align with the strict Evangelical hermeneutical principles applied to Scripture. Nevertheless, both approaches offer important contributions: biblical pneumatology preserves a healthy doctrinal foundation, while charismatic spirituality reminds the church of the importance of the Holy Spirit’s dynamic power in contemporary ecclesial life. This study concludes that integrating biblical foundations with openness to the work of the Holy Spirit can enrich the understanding and praxis of the contemporary Evangelical church. The church needs to develop a balanced pneumatology that is rooted in Scripture yet responsive to the movement of the Holy Spirit within the changing contexts of time and culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), dan Return on Assets (ROA) terhadap Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) pada Bank BCA Syariah periode 2013–2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²) melalui program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial NPF (Sig. 0,157), FDR (Sig. 0,868), dan ROA (Sig. 0,535) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap CAR. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai F hitung 1,252 dan signifikansi 0,371 (>0,05). Nilai R² sebesar 0,385 menunjukkan bahwa 38,5% variasi CAR dijelaskan oleh NPF, FDR, dan ROA, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT Hokky Bersama in Gandaria, South Jakarta City, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, which uses a sample of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis t test and hypothesis f test. The results of the study showed that Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance partially, indicated by the simple linear regression equation Y = 17.598 + 0.644X1 This is evidenced by the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table (7.983> 1.671) and strengthened by the ρ value <Sig.0.05 or significance <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance partially indicated by the simple linear regression equation Y = 9.871 + 0.776X2 This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test obtained a calculated value of t> ttable (10.742> 1.671) and reinforced by the value of ρ value <Sig.0.05 or a significance value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The results of the study of Work Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT Hokky Bersama. Indicated by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.538 + 0.157X1 + 0.640X2 This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test simultaneously obtained a calculated value of f> ftable (59.437> 3.16) and reinforced by a significance value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The results of the coefficient determination test of the variables Work Motivation (X1) and Compensation (X2) have an influence on Employee Performance at PT Hokky Bersama. Thus Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Work Motivation (X1) and Compensation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y)..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at J&T Express Drop Center 10A Depok with a sample of 77 employees. The method used is a quantitative method. Data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t test and F test. The results of this study are Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline have a significant effect on employee performance on the regression Y = 3.176 + 0.934 X1, the correlation value is 0.370 meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 3.414 + 0.946 X2, the correlation value is 0.611 meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. Work environment and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 1.537 + 0.370 X1 + 0.611 X2. The coefficient of determination value is 89.5%, while the remaining 10.5% is caused by other variables not examined in this study. The results of testing the first hypothesis obtained a calculated t value> t table or (25.281> 1.992). Based on the results of testing the second hypothesis, the calculated t value> t table or (6.821> 1.998). Based on the results of testing the third hypothesis, the calculated F value> F table or (837.665> 3.120) was obtained. This shows that simultaneously the variables of work environment and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.
