Abstract

Rumusan dalam penelitian ini apakah Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap minat beli dan apakah Promosi berpengaruh terhadap minat beli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap minat beli produk Emina pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 91 mahasiswa FEB UISU yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Pada variabel kualitas produk hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. nilai pengaruh parsial (0,540) dan t tabel (10,822) dan nilai signifikan (0,000 < 0,05), variabel Promosi hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Dapat di lihat dari nilai parsial (-162) dan nilai t-hitung (-1.709) dan nilai signifikan (0,091>0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli produk Emina.

Abstract

Penulis merumuskan permasalahan yang ada yaitu apakah Kreativitas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, apakah kreativitas dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Perkebunan IV Sei Putih Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian yaitu keseluruhan dari populasi yang ada ditempat penelitian yaitu sejumlah 30 orang. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t yang di uji dengan SPSS versi 30. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan di PT Perkebunan IV Sei Putih Deli Serdang. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji t Dimana thitung X1 = 2.940 dengan taraf signifikan 0.001, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT Perkebunan IV Sei Putih Deli Serdang. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji thitung X2 = 1.129 dengan taraf signifikan 0.026, Kreativitas dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di PT Perkebunan IV Sei Putih Deli Serdang. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji F Dimana Fhitung Sebesar 14.242 dengan taraf signifikan 0.001. Berdasarkan hasil olah data nilai koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0.513 yang menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 51.3% kinerja pada pegawai di PT Perkebunan IV Sei Putih Deli Serdang dipengaruhi oleh variasi kedua variable independent yang digunakan, yaitu Kreativitas dan Kepuasan Kerja, Adapun sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang berada di luar ruang lingkup penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and shift work systems on employee job satisfaction at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of North Labuhan Batu Regency. Fair compensation and an effective work system are important factors in increasing job satisfaction, especially for employees who work in emergency and stressful conditions. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to BPBD employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression to test the relationship between the independent variables (compensation and shift work systems) and the dependent variable (job satisfaction). The results showed that compensation did not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Similarly, the shift work system had a significant effect, although in some aspects it could reduce the level of job satisfaction due to changes in work rhythm and personal life balance. These findings indicate that to improve BPBD employee job satisfaction, a more optimal compensation policy is needed, along with a shift work system that considers employee welfare aspects. This study is expected to serve as a reference for policy makers in improving the welfare and work effectiveness of BPBD employees. The implications of this research are expected to serve as considerations for BPBD management and leaders in designing better compensation policies and work systems to improve employee well-being and performance. Suggestions for further research are also provided to explore other factors that may influence job satisfaction in greater depth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the extent of influence of product quality on iPhone purchasing decisions among students, the influence of price on iPhone purchasing decisions among students, and the influence of price on iPhone purchasing decisions among students. This study was conducted at the Islamic University of North Sumatra, specifically at the Faculty of Economics and Business.Business Management Study Program Class of 2021.In sampling using simple random sampling technique, with a total sample of 63 respondents. The method used in the study is the multiple linear regression analysis method. This type of research is quantitative research. The results of this study, namely: (1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone cellphone in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra. (2) brand image does not have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone cellphone in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra. (3) price has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone cellphone in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra.
