Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh emosi positif terhadap pembelian impulsif di Toko Martin Pekanbaru. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 110 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Martin Store Pekanbaru dengan metode convenience sample. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dari paket software Smart PLS. Analisis data ini membuktikan bahwa Store Atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Positive Emotion. Analisis data ini membuktikan bahwa Promosi Penjualan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Emosi Positif. Analisis data ini membuktikan bahwa Store Atmospheric berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying. Analisis data membuktikan bahwa Promosi Penjualan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pembelian Impulsif. Analisis data ini membuktikan bahwa Positive Emotion tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying. Saat meneliti perilaku ini, beberapa ahli mengatakan bahwa pembelian impulsif adalah aktivitas yang dapat terjadi ketika emosi dan keputusan di otak bercampur ketika melakukan pembelian. Di era modern ini, impulse buying merupakan salah satu praktik yang harus Anda hindari. Pasalnya, pola pikir impulsive buying bisa dengan mudah mengambil alih jika Anda hanya sedikit ceroboh. Analisis data ini membuktikan bahwa Store Atmosphere dan Positive Emotion berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying. Analisis data ini membuktikan bahwa Store Atmosphere dan Positive Emotion berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying. Kata kunci : suasana toko, promosi penjualan, emosi positif, pembelian impulsif

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi tax avoidance dengan leverage sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2019 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 38 perusahaan yang telah memenuhi kriteria dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah karakter eksekutif, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas yang diuji pengaruhnya terhadap variabel dependen yaitu tax avoidance dengan leverage sebagai variabel intervening. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan p-value untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial karakter eksekutif, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap tax avoidance dengan leverage sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan pertambangan.

Abstract

This study aims to know and analyze the influence of price to book value on capital structure and profitability of health and pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia during the period 2012-2019. The population in this study was 12 companies at health and pharmaceutical sub-sector companies in Indonesia during the period 2012-2019. The sampling technique was done using the purposive sampling method. Based on the sample criteria, there were 8 companies that matched the sample criteria. The data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive analysis and analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 21. The results showed (1) PBV variable had a positive and significant influence on capital structure of health and pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia during the period 2012-2019. (2) PBV variable had no significant influence on profitability of health and pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia during the period 2012-2019. (3) Capital structure variable had no significant influence on profitability of health and pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia during the period 2012-2019.

Abstract

One way to define the company's goals is to create a plan, one that cost planning is essential in the operation of the company activity. Preparation, control, until the realization of the budget is an important factor in the control of management. Good management control will be reflected from a sound budget planning from start budgeting to realization in which the control of the use of the budget includes the cost of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the function of a planning application to the realization of budget costs play an important role in the management control process in order to achieve the goals set previously by the company. The research was conducted by the author at. PT. Indonesian Harbor I (Persero) Pekanbaru located at Saleh Abbas 3 Pekanbaru. The results of this study show that the variance resulting from budget planning to the realization greatly affects the level of management control of the company. In other words, the efficiency of which is determined by the value of variance budget planning process as well as cost control processes that will better demonstrate the value of the level of management control of the company.

Abstract

Teacher performance is the result of work in quality and quantity that is achieved by a teacher in carrying out their duties in accordance with their responsibilities, so that teacher performance can be influenced by motivation, discipline, and work culture as well as job satisfaction. This study aims to see whether there is an influence between work motivation, discipline, and work culture with job satisfaction and teacher performance at public junior high schools in Sukajadi district. The population is 95 people and a sample of 77 teachers is obtained from 4 public junior high schools in Sukajadi sub-district. Data analysis techniques include Outer Model and Inner Model as well as Bootstrapping using SmartPLS 3 software. The results show that work motivation has a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction, work motivation also has a positive effect on performance. Then, work discipline has a positive effect on job satisfaction but discipline has no positive effect on teacher performance. And work culture has a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction, it also has a positive effect on teacher performance. While job satisfaction has a positive effect on teacher performance, this can be interpreted that teacher job satisfaction can improve teacher performance.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are (1) to determine, test, and analyze the influence of motivation, organizational culture, and competence on job satisfaction and performance of Pekanbaru City Health Office employees. (2) To find out, test, and analyze the effect of employee job satisfaction on employee performance at the Pekanbaru City Health Office. In this study, the population was all employees of the Pekanbaru City Health Office, namely 99 employees (Health Service Data for 2020). The sample is part of the population members. The sampling technique used in this study used a saturated sample. The number of samples used in this study is all members of the population of the research object, as many as 99 respondents. The data collection technique used is the documentation of existing data in the agency and the distribution of questionnaires through the google form. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis and SEM Structural Equation Analysis model with the help of Smart PLS software. The results of the study show that the increase in performance can increase is really influenced by high employee motivation. Organizational culture has no significant impact on employee job satisfaction at the Pekanbaru City Health Office. Employee competence is proven to have a positive impact on employee job satisfaction. Employee work motivation does not have a significant impact on employee performance. Employee work organizational culture does not have a significant impact on employee performance. Employee competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Employee job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and communication on organizational commitment and employee performance at the Rokan Hulu General Hospital. The data collection techniques were interviews, questionnaires, and employee data. The population in this study were employees of the Rokan Hulu General Hospital, the sample selection used the total sample method, with a total sample of 114 people. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM PLS) and Smart PLS. The results showed that leadership style had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, leadership style had no significant effect on employee performance, motivation had no significant effect on organizational commitment, communication had no significant effect on employee performance, and leadership style had a significant effect on organizational commitment, significant effect on employee performance, communication has a significant effect on organizational commitment, and motivation has a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture on job satisfaction and teacher performance at the Taruna Andalan School of the Kerinci Citra Kasih Foundation. The population of this study were all teachers at the Taruna Andalan School as many as 85 people. While the sample technique used is the saturated sample technique. Where this technique all members of the population are sampled. Based on the sampling technique, the sample of this study was set at 85 samples. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and PLS structural equation model (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on teacher job satisfaction. Leadership style, job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on performance. Meanwhile, work motivation and organizational culture are not significant on performance. The results of the intervening research are very interesting to study further because the variables that have an influence tend to be related to the characteristics of the teachers at the Taruna Andalan School. Leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture have no significant effect on teacher performance. For further researchers, it is expected to replace other variables if they want to examine the same object.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the contribution of information technology and its impact on information quality and management performance in the digital printing industry. The approach used in this study is causality between variables, while the sampling technique used is a census method, which means that the entire population is a target sample of 52 respondents who are business leaders. To measure the variables in this study, variable indicators consisting of a five-level Likert scale have been used, while the analysis method used to demonstrate the hypothesis is SmartPLS Software. The results of this study find that information technology has a positive contribution to improving information quality and management performance in the digital printing industry. The results show that improving information quality and management performance can be achieved by using new information technology and computer-based telecommunications. It was also found that the quality of information has a positive and significant effect on improving managerial performance. This implies that to improve the management performance of the digital printing industry, information quality support is required so that the decisions taken are effective and relevant to achieving management performance and maintaining business continuity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, workload, and work discipline on job satisfaction and teacher performance. The number of samples in this study was the entire study population of 45 teachers at the Pekanbaru Akramunas Foundation. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale. This study uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) to prove that job stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction; workload has an insignificant positive effect on job satisfaction; Work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction; Work stress has no significant positive effect on teacher performance; Workload has no significant positive effect on work performance; Work Discipline has no significant negative effect on work performance and. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on teacher work performance.
