Abstract

Empowering mothers of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district residents is very important, because it aims to foster awareness and independence in entrepreneurship, as well as expand employment opportunities to increase family income in an effort to achieve community welfare. This activity is expected to increase the skills of mothers of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district residents in processing fresh cow's milk which is processed with flavored syrup extract into functional food products that have health benefits and high selling value, namely synbiotic yogurt which is good for gut health. The mothers of Labuh Baru Barat residents feel that at this time they must participate in thinking about how to improve their abilities and creativity in entrepreneurship in order to help restore the economic conditions of households after the Covid-19 pandemic, the impact of which is still being felt today. After carrying out monitoring activities, it was seen that what was needed by the mothers of Labuh Baru Barat residents was to increase their knowledge and skills in creating products that had good selling power in today's society. Due to the above problems, we as a team of lecturers from the Management Study Program of the College of Economics carried out community service activities that were oriented towards empowering mothers of West Labuh Baru residents in improving their ability to produce products so that they can be resold so that they can help increase household income with the theme "Empowering Mothers of West Labuh Baru Residents to Become Homemade Yogurt Entrepreneurs"

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior has recently received much attention among researchers, given its practical importance and implications for organizations. The importance of organizational citizenship behavior in teachers is because to achieve the school's vision and mission, organizational citizenship behavior is needed to make it happen. The primary purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of perceived organizational support, organizational commitment and job satisfaction to organizational citizenship behavior. This research used a quantitative approach-oriented research design. For the acquisition of research data using documentation instruments and online questionnaire distribution. The sample used in the study were 110 respondents. The basis for determining the sample is oriented to the non-probability sampling approach by using the purposive sampling formula. This study concludes that perceived organizational support and job satisfaction have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, the results of this study also confirm that organizational commitment has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, perceived organizational support is the strongest predictor of influence on organizational citizenship behavior based on the results of the regression test and the most significant based on the results of the partial test.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan faktor penting dalam proses pelaksanaan kegiatan suatu instansi di dalam pemerintahan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhinya salah satunya dengan pelatihan kerja dan motivasi. Untuk mendukung dan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, diperlukan adanya dukungan berupa pelatihan kerja serta motivasi kerja dari lingkungan sekitar sehingga kinerja pegawai dapat semakin baik setiap tahunnya. Kinerja pegawai yang sempurna, akan menghasilkan perwujudan dari visi dan misi yang sempurna pula. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi sampel adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Riau yang berjumlah 138 orang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif kemudian di lakukan analisa dari hasil rekapitulasi data angket dengan menggunakan SPSS. Untuk memperoleh data yang akurat, angket disebarkan kepada seluruh pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Riau dengan nilai Nilai R2 sebesar 0,672. Maknanya bahwa kontribusi pengaruh variabel pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 67,2% sedangkan sisanya 32,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif dan reward terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan divisi marketing pada PT Suka Fajar di Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan divisi marketing pada PT Suka Fajar di Pekanbaru, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah populasi secara keseluruhan dengan menggunakan teknik sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah interview dan angket dengan analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan menggunakan regresi berganda. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa insentif dan reward berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan divisi marketing pada PT Suka Fajar di Pekanbaru. Kontribusi insentif dan reward terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan sebesar 55,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,7% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini. Peneliti menyarankan perlunya bagi pimpinan untuk memberikan insentif dalam bentuk jaminan sosial yang terdiri dari izin sakit dengan tetap mendapatkan gaji, tunjangan hari raya dan biaya pengobatan karyawan dan keluarga karyawan. Perlunya pihak perusahaan memberikan insentif non materil dalam bentuk penghargaan yang dapat berupa pujian, promosi atau kenaikan jabatan, tanda jasa atau medali dan ucapan terima kasih yang disertakan dalam bentuk peningkatan pekerjaan yang terdiri dari ruang kerja dan jam kerja. Selain itu, perlunya pihak perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kuantitas kerja karyawan, dengan cara mewajibkan setiap karyawan memonitor setiap pekerjaannya secara detail kemudian melakukan pengecekan ulang untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Starbucks Cabang Lebak Bulus Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel store atmosphere diperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 3,79 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel keputusan pembelian diperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 3,84 dengan kriteria baik. Store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y = 8,777 + 0,868X, dan nilai korelasi 0,777 atau kuat dengan determinasi 60,4%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (11,978 > 1,986) dan juga diperkuat dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The empowerment of PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) members of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district aims to improve the abilities and roles of PKK members in many fields, such as education, economy, health and environment, so that PKK members of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district are expected to provide benefits and play an active role in building and improving the quality of society in their environment. In order to fully support community development, members of the empowerment and family welfare (PKK) driving group of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district can form a capable strategy to create a society that is both efficient and prosperous. As an organization that focuses on family welfare, members of the PKK Labuh Baru Barat group play an important role in improving the quality of life of the community through various superior programs that they have. Members of the PKK group of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district have collaborated with the village government and community institutions to make development programs a success, one of which is collaborating with community service partners from the team of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Persada Bunda Indonesia University. Members of the PKK group of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district are also strategic partners in empowering women and families through skills training, health seminars, and other social activities. PKK often collaborates with various agencies such as the Health Service, Education Service, and Community and Village Empowerment Service (PMD). This collaboration ensures that the programs run are in line with government policies and the needs of the local community. As the vanguard in family empowerment, PKK has a major contribution in creating a healthy, prosperous, and independent society. However, maintaining all these activities is not easy. However, with the support of all parties, it is hoped that members of the PKK group in Labuh Baru Barat sub-district can continue to innovate to increase their role in sustainable development.

Abstract

Work-life balance is a crucial issue in contemporary work environments. This study aims to analyze the influence of work-family conflict and work-life balance on employee performance at PT Wanasari Nusantara Company, Riau Province. Survey research method was used to collect data from 61 respondents who are production employees of PT Wanasari Nusantara Company, Riau Province. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. These findings indicate the importance of human resource management in paying attention to these aspects to improve employee performance. The practical implications of this study are the need for policies and programs that support employee work-life balance, as well as strategies to manage work-family conflict to improve individual and organizational performance.
