Abstract

One of the businesses that is currently developing is a transportation service business by motorbike or what used to be called an online-based motorcycle taxi. Almost every corner of major roads and remote places there are online motorcycle taxi drivers. If you look closely, there are many things that must be addressed in the current ojek service, especially the issue of safety, courtesy and fairness of service prices. Children of the Nation (GO-JEK) Bandung. This type of research is correlation research with quantitative methods. The population of this research is 8413 Go-Jek drivers in Bandung. Sampling of 100 drivers using non-probability sampling method and using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS version 20. The results showed that based on a partial hypothesis test (t test) and simultaneous (F test) it can be seen that work motivation and education level have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Karya Anak Nation (GO-JEK).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the autocratic leadership style, work conflict, and employee performance at CV Tiga Putri Sukabumi, and to determine the effect of autocratic leadership style and work conflict on employee performance at CV Tiga Putri Sukabumi. The research method used is descriptive and verification. The population used are employees of the production section of CV. Three Putri Sukabumi with a sample of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The result of this research is that the autocratic leadership style applied to CV Tiga Putri Sukabumi is considered less good. Work conflict at CV Tiga Putri Sukabumi is considered high and employee performance at CV Tiga Putri Sukabumi is still considered not high enough. Leadership style and work conflict simultaneously or partially have a significant effect on employee performance at CV Tiga Putri Sukabumi.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important factors in the company because humans are the driving force for all activities within the company. As humans, employees have thoughts and feelings that affect the course of the company's activities. This study aims to determine the effect of Impression Management and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk Bandung. The sample used as many as 100 employees in the company. The method used is descriptive analysis with data collection through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This study uses a model of factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, classical test analysis, analysis of determination and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results from the questionnaire, it shows that impression management is categorized as good with an average score of 3.64 and work motivation is categorized as good with an average score of 3.66, the results of testing with smart PLS. Impression management and work motivation simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced in the F test. H0 is rejected, indicating that the independent variables, namely impression management and work motivation, jointly affect employee performance. and the partial effect shows that impression management and work motivation have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan – Menghasilkan kajian tentang kinerja publikasi ilmiah dosen melalui penciptaan iklim organisasi yang kondusif, dukungan organisasi dan berbagi pengetahuan.Desain / metode / pendekatan – Gabungan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif, alat uji menggunakan uji rata-rata untuk hipotesis deskriptif dan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) untuk hipotesis verifikatif. Sedangkan untuk penelitian kualitatif dengan FGD dan wawancara. Orisinalitas / nilai – berdasarkan beberapa kajian penelitian terdahulu, belum pernah ada penelitian tentang kinerja publikasi ilmiah dosen dikaitkan dengan iklim organisasi, dukungan organisasi dan berbagi pengetahuan. Sehingga penelitian ini dapat dijadikan literatur dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja publikasi ilmiah dosen di Indonesia, khususnya di Jawa Barat.  Temuan -  Peningkatkan Kinerja Publikasi Ilmiah Dosen di Indonesia khususnya di Jawa Barat dapat terwujud, apabila fakultas dan universitas dapat menciptakan iklim organisasi yang kondusif, meningkatkan dukungan organisasi dan terjadi proses berbagi pengetahuan diantara para dosen dan pimpinan.Kata kunci: Kinerja Publikasi Ilmiah Dosen, Iklim Organisasi, Dukungan Organisasi, Berbagi Pengetahuan.  ABSTRACTThe purpose - Generate study of scientific publications faculty performance through the creation of a conducive organizational climate, organizational support and knowledge sharing. Design / method / approach - The Association of qualitative and quantitative research, test equipment used to test the hypothesis average descriptive and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) for hypothesis verification. As for the qualitative research with focus group discussions and interviews. Originality / value - based on some previous research studies, there has never been a scientific publication of research on the performance of lecturers associated with the organizational climate, organizational support and knowledge sharing. So this research can be used as literature in improving the performance of scientific publications lecturers in Indonesia, especially in West Java. Findings - Increasing Performance Scientific Publications Lecturer in Indonesia, especially in West Java can be realized, if the faculty and the university can create a conducive organizational climate, increasing the organizational support and a process of sharing knowledge between teachers and leaders.Keywords: Performance Scientific Publications Lecturer, Organizational Climate, Organizational Support, Knowledge Sharing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, design, and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Andreas Menswear company. This study uses the associative method to determine the relationship between one variable and another. Data were taken using a questionnaire, through validity testing, reliability testing, multiple regression analysis test, and hypothesis testing through t test. The results showed that product quality, design, and price had an effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Andreas Menswear.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance before and after the merger at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk which merged in 2019 and PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk which will merge in 2021. This study uses a quantitative approach by using secondary data obtained from the official website of each bank. The valuation variables used in this study consist of the current ratio, return on assets, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, and total asset turnover. The analytical method used to answer the hypothesis is to use the normality test and paired sample T-test. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is no significant difference to all financial ratios at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah proses belajar yang dilakukan oleh sekelompok orang yang diturunkan melalui pengajaran, pelatihan atau penelitian di bawah bimbingan orang lain seumur hidup. Pengajian atau dikenal juga dengan sebutan Majelis Taklim merupakan forum pembelajaran keagamaan informal yang masih menjadi pilihan umat Islam. Lembaga Al-Quran Qashwa Bandung merupakan lembaga informal yang fokus pada pendidikan agama Islam, seperti Aqidah, Fiqh, Adab dan Qiroatul-quran. Universitas Widyatama dan Lembaga Al-Quran Qashwa Bandung bekerja sama dalam pengabdian masyarakat. Masalah peserta kedepannya adalah bagaimana mencapai kebebasan finansial, oleh karena itu tutor mengambil tema tentang keuangan sakinah. Pengabdian masyarakat ini diikuti oleh 42 peserta. Langkah-langkah perencanaan keuangan dengan konsep keuangan sakinah terdiri dari lima langkah yaitu mengelola pendapatan, mengelola kebutuhan, mengelola impian, mengelola surplus dan defisit, serta mengelola kontinjensi.

Abstract

Interest in investing, especially in stocks in the Indonesian capital market, is getting higher, so it is important to analyze the factors that can affect the level of stock returns in order to minimize the risks that will be faced. This study aims to determine the condition of the company's financial performance, capital structure, and stock returns and examine the effect of the company's financial performance and capital structure on stock returns in companies in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019–2021. The research method used is descriptive and verified. The population in this study is made up of manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 to 2021. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling in order to obtain 124 companies to be studied. Data Analysis Using Panel Data Regression. The company's fluctuating financial performance tends to decrease, as seen from the average value of EPS, ROA, and ROE. The capital structure used is dominated by debt. The company's financial performance, represented by ROA and ROE, has an effect on stock returns, but the company's performance, represented by EPS, has no effect on stock returns. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze bankruptcy predictions using the grover, springate and zmijewski methods in the hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as the impact of the 2020-2021 Covid-19 pandemic, (2) analyze the differences between the methods Grover, Springate, and Zmijewski in predicting bankruptcy. The population of this study was 35 companies with a sample of 28 companies. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach and performs a non-parametric test using the Kruskal Wallis test to find differences between the three methods used. The results of the Kruskal Wallis test showed that there was a significant difference between the grover, springate and zmijewski methods in predicting bankruptcy and the most accurate method was the zmijewski method with an accuracy rate of 85.72% and an error of 14.28%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini agar mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas dan leverage terhadap profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Sub Sektor Pertambangan Batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Peneliti mendapatkan 95 populasi terdiri dari 19 perusahaan yang digunakan sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan laporan keuangan perusahaan sebagai data sekunder. Dan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel sehingga hasil yang didapat bahwa Likuiditas dan Leverage secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas pada peusahaan pertambangan sub sektor pertambangan batubara periode 2017-2021. Likuiditas berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Sedangkan, Leverage berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021.
