Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the financial performance using the Du Pont method as a mediator to understand the influence of DER, dividend yield, and firm size on the financial indicator Tobin's Q. The research method used is descriptive-verification. The population of this study consists of 20 companies listed in the Index High Dividend during the period 2018 to 2020. Using the saturated sample method, 20 companies from the Index High Dividend were selected as the research sample. Data analysis was conducted using the descriptive and verification approach with the structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) technique. The research findings indicate that DER and firm size do not have a significant influence on Tobin's Q, while dividend yield and ROE Du Pont have a positive influence on Tobin's Q. Furthermore, DER and firm size have a positive influence on ROE Du Pont, but there is no significant influence of dividend yield on ROE Du Pont. ROE Du Pont functions as a mediator between DER and firm size with Tobin's Q, but it does not mediate the influence of dividend yield on ROE Du Pont. Overall, DER, dividend yield, and firm size jointly have an influence on ROE Du Pont, and ROE Du Pont also affects Tobin's Q.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze leverage on firm value and the moderating role of management ownership variables in the influence of leverage on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2020. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. . The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling with the criteria of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period, with the total number of shares owned by the company's management above 1% of all outstanding shares so that the sample is 162. To see the type of moderation then used two equation models, so that the regression model equation. The data was processed with SPSS'26 software. The result of the research is that leverage has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Management ownership is proven to moderate the effect of leverage on firm value. The existence of management ownership in its interaction with leverage and firm value is a pure moderator

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of liquidity and solvency on profitability at PT. Kalbe Pharmacy. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely time sequence data or time series data using the documentation method, namely collecting data from previous records. Data analysis used in this research is quantitative analysis and the analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis technique. The variables used in this study are liquidity (CR) and solvency (DER) as independent variables and profitability (GPM) as the dependent variable. Based on the results of the analysis of liquidity (CR) and solvency (DER) have a significant influence on the profitability (GPM) of PT Kalbe Pharma Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Non-Performing Loans and Loan to Deposit Ratio on Return on Assets in commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 - 2020. The research population was 44 banks, using purposive sampling, the research sample was obtained as many as 6 public banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 - 2020. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the variables of Non-Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio had an effect on Return on Assets. This means that the bank has optimized the existing capital to be channeled through credit so that the bank's profit is maximized.

Abstract

Along with the development of professional football in Indonesia, professional football clubs increasingly need good and correct financial management. One important indicator in professional football club financial management is financial ratios. Bali United FC has a large and successful fan base in recent years. Bali United FC is one of the most famous professional football clubs in Indonesia. However, in its management there are several problems that need to be overcome so that the club can continue to grow and compete with other clubs. Apart from that, there are also problems with the development of the club's business and a lack of support from the government and sponsorship. The purpose of this research is to identify the types of financial ratios used in the financial management of professional football clubs in Indonesia. Describe the financial performance of Bali United FC based on the financial ratios used. Identify the factors that influence the management of financial ratios at Bali United FC. This research uses a case study approach with the object of research Bali United FC.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 110 karyawan Divisi Telkom Regional II Jakarta Selatan yang menyediakan layanan bisnis berupa property management, property facilities, property lease, dan property development. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisa regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil yang diperoleh dari data mengungkapkan adanya pengaruh stress kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana dengan adanya penurunan stress kerja dan adanya peningkatan pemberian kompensasi maka akan memberikan dampak pada peningkatan kinerja. Oleh karena itu direkomendasikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, perusahaan harus mampu mengelola stress karyawan melalui konseling maupun penyesuaian beban kerja serta memberikan kompensasi yang layak. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja, Pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

Dalam mengendalikan kerangka kerja administrasi, kecurangan dipengaruhi oleh ada atau tidaknya peluang. Salah satu penyebab banyaknya kecurangan yang terjadi adalah karena masih rendahnya pengendalian intern dan tidak adanya kemampuan manajemen yang maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kebijakan pengendalian intern dalam mengurangi risiko kecurangan keuangan di perusahaan. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan penelitian pustaka atau studi pustaka. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan dan membedakan berbagai teori, seperti yang ditemukan dalam literatur penelitian, untuk mengkaji teori-teori yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Penerapan pengendalian intern yang baik dalam suatu perusahaan berpengaruh positif pada efektivitas dalam mengurangi risiko kecurangan di perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and salary on Employee Motivation. This type of research is associative research, the respondents used in this study amounted to 30 people. The data collection method used in this study was a quantitative method using interview techniques, collecting questionnaires and studying documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test), hypothesis testing (simultaneous significance test (F test), partial significance test (t-test). , coefficient of determination (R2) The results of the study partially show that the entrepreneurial spirit has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Motivation. Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Motivation. Independence is a personal totality that exists in each individual.

Abstract

Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini berfokus pada Pengembangan Literasi Keuangan Menuju Daya Saing Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di dua negara, yaitu Indonesia dan Jepang. Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak antara pemahaman Keuangan dengan kemampuan UMKM untuk bersaing di pasar kedua negara tersebut, menganalisis pengembangan Keuangan terhadap perkembangan UMKM di negara Indonesia dan Jepang. Serta, memahami apakah pembiayaan keuangan dapat meningkatkan akses modal bagi pelaku UMKM. Selain itu, memberi dampak dalam meningkatkan akses modal memperjelas peran keuangan dalam mendukung UMKM di kedua negara, peningkatan efisiensi, mengidentifikasi faktor - faktor yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing UMKM melalui Keuangan, dan menyediakan dasar bagi kebijakan yang dapat mendorong pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan UMKM melalui pendekatan Keuangan.  Jenis pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilakukan secara off line di Rikkyo University Jepang pada tanggal 21 Januari – 26 Januari 2024. Pengabdian pada masyarakat semacam ini dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang potensi keuangan dalam meningkatkan UMKM di kedua negara dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif.

Abstract

The pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical ingredients industry is one of the mainstay manufacturing sectors that is prioritized for development because it plays a major role as the main driver of the national economy. The pharmaceutical industry is a sector that is characterized by capital intensive, high technology, intensive R&D, heavily regulated, and fragmented market. Like other companies, profitability is important for the sustainability of manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry. Profitability is a description of the company's ability to earn profits through all existing capabilities and sources such as sales activities, cash, capital, number of employees, number of branches and so on. This study aims to determine the impact of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Inventory Turnover on Return On Assets in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The method of this research is quantitative method with time series data. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 6 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Inventory Turnover had an effect on Return On Assets.
