Abstract

Kemampuan menulis bagi guru sangat penting karena menjadi tuntutan profesi. Bagi pengembangan karir guru wajib memenuhi syarat menulis karya ilmiah. Syarat ini seringkali menjadi penghambat kenaikan jenjang pangkat bagi guru mengingat rendahnya kemampuan dan minat menulis di kalangan guru. Selain menjadi syarat bagi pengembangan karir, menulis juga menjadi sarana bagi pengembangan diri seorang guru. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibuat kegiatan Optimalisasi Kompetensi Guru melalui Penulisan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas di Kabupaten Nunukan berupa pelatihan bagi guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Nunukan. Kegiatan berupa pemaparan materi terkait konsep, penyusunan proposal, laporan PTK serta penulisan artikel Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Selain itu juga melakukan pendampingan penyusunan proposal PTK. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi diperoleh bahwa motivasi dan keterampilan guru dalam menulis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas meningkat. Kegiatan ini dapat dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan bagi guru yang kana mengajukan kenaikan pangkat. Hal tersebut mendapat dukungan dari dukungan kepala sekolah dan pengawas di Kabupaten Nunukan

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang melibatkan tutor sebaya sebagai bentuk penguasaan konten diferensiasi wilayah perbatasan dengan mengembangkan media konteks IPAS seperti interaksi jual-beli hasil laut dan pertanian melalui role play serta eksperimen pembuatan telor asin sebagai produk dalam hasil pembelajaran diferensiasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kulitattif deskriptif dengan fokus penelitian adalah penerapan pembelajaaran diferensiasi, Konten, proses dan produk. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara guru kelas awal, Kepala Sekolah dan angket kepada siswa. Observasi Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran dan non partisipasi yaitu peneliti mengamati proses kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas awal serta dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan yang didapatkan melalui angket keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi perlu untuk diberikan intervensi seperti stimulasi media yang sudah ada dan pembuatan bersama khususnya media yang dibuat melalui google form soal berdiferensiasi dengan kesesuaian konteks IPAS. Sedangkan hasil angket siswa dapat menyimak pembelajaran dengan baik dan terampil dalam mengerjakan tugas, namun kenyataan dalam memberikan saran terhadap angket yang dibagikan terlihat siswa antusias memanfaatkan media bersama yang dikhwatirkan penerapan media sangat minim dan bersemangaat ketika pembelajaran menggunakan media interaktif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran video animasi berbasis adobe animate materi metamorfosis untuk kelas IV SD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model penelitian dan pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu, Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas IV-C SD Negeri 013 Tarakan. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu lembar validasi dan lembar respon siswa. Jenis data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian yakni kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif dari hasil validasi ahli media, materi, bahasa, praktisi, dan angket respon siswa. Sedangkan data kuantitatif berasal dari skor penilaian lembar validasi ahli media, ahli materi, ahli bahasa, praktisi, dan angket respon siswa. Adapun hasil dari uji coba terbatas memperoleh persentase skor 86% dan uji coba lapangan memperoleh persentase skor 88%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelayakan media pembelajaran video animasi berbasis adobe animate materi metamorfosis dari hasil validasi media, materi, bahasa dan praktisi mendapat skor rata-rata sebesar 84% termasuk kategori sangat layak dan hasil respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran video animasi berbasis adobe animate materi metamorfosis dari hasil uji coba terbatas dan uji coba lapangan mendapatkan skor rata-rata sebesar 87% termasuk kategori sangat menarik.

Abstract

This study aims to pour basic understanding based on field data and actualization in having its own strategy to implement the Pancasila Student Profile through existing policies in schools, doing habituation such as mutual aid, praying before entering the classroom, and through extracurricular activities, as well as commemorating national and religious holidays. Supporting factors for the realization of the Pancasila Student Profile in elementary schools are parent and teacher cooperation, the environment, curriculum, and optimization in learning activities. As for the inhibiting factors, they are inadequate facilities and infrastructure, uneven technological advances, and the environment. The qualitative research method is to describe the findings that occur in the field using triangulation of student and teacher sources in the form of interviews in the form of structured interview sheet instruments related to positive activities in schools pancasila student profile content, time triangulation on teacher activities after teaching and parents of students after farming or other activities. The results of research on the actualization of pancasila student profiles related to routine, spontaneous, and exemplary habituation in schools to similar activities amounted to 45% in routine activities such as school ceremonies, class picket schedules and community service work. According to the profile of Pancasila students. Then in the spontaneous realm, 30% were found in the activity of throwing garbage in its place and playing with natural materials (sentokan, leppo), as well as on the example of saying greetings and visiting friends who were sick so that the activity was recorded at 23% according to the profile of pancasila students. In the learning content, 55% of the activities were fulfilled, consisting of praying before studying, being present on time, doing homework, and some students meet KKM. In the coaching content, namely the availability of school canteens, bag and shoe storage lockers, as well as report card assessments on neatness and personal hygiene so that a percentage of 38% is obtained according to the study of the theory and practice of pancasila students. It was concluded that some of the activities carried out, both measured and spontaneity, were in accordance with the strengthening of the profile of pancasila students in the aspects of faith and noble character, mutual cooperation and the value of independence.

Abstract

The dynamics of education and current tasks carried out by teachers seem increasingly difficult if faced individually without involving collaboration, especially in working through scientific writing. Pramsari in the pulpit of the school journal volume 3 of 2016 said that teachers are the spearhead in the world of education, as functional staff should have high integrity to develop and improve the quality of human resources as a whole, both being able to participate in the KKG and experience making scientific papers when taking undergraduate studies . but it is not enough to stop there, but there are some perceptions that teachers are reluctant to be involved in publishing scientific papers due to very large costs, unsupportive school culture, only aimed at increasing credit numbers and limited practical support in preparing PTK reports and scientific articles . This paradigm is absolute that it is necessary to have reinforcement and habituation to educate teachers in the ability to write down problems in the teaching and learning process in schools. This perception made the research team move to create a special agenda for workshops on the identification of scientific writing and writing of paraphratic articles for teachers in SD Utama 2, Tarakan City.
