Rokok Elektrik (vape) adalah rokok yang beroperasi menggunakan tenaga baterai. Namun tidak menggunakan teknik membakar seperti produk rokok biasa. Rokok ini memanaskan cairan atau liquid menggunakan perangkat elektronik batterai dan uap yang dihasilkan masuk ke paru-paru pemakai. Komunitas Vapers Pekanbaru diresmikan pada tahun 2017 yang mempunyai 50 orang anggota dan semua anggota menggkonsumsi rokok elektrik (vape). Penelitian ini dilakukan di cafe warkop pinggiran 45 Pekanbaru yang berlokasi dijalan Arifin Ahmad. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Perilaku Pengguna Rokok Elektrik (vape) dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kehidupan Sosial, Ekonomi, dan Kesehatan Pada Komunitas Vapers Pekanbaru Tahun 2020. Jenis Penelitian ini Kualitatif analitik yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan obeservasi. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 4 informan yaitu 3 informan utama dan 1 informan pendukung. Hasil penelitian ini masih rendahnya pengetahuan komunitas terhadap dampak rokok elektrik, perilaku komunitas rata-rata sebelumya pernah menggunakan rokok konvensional mengkonsumsi rokok elektrik setiap hari. Sikap komunitas bahwa rokok itu pilihan atau hak masing-masing. Dari kehidupan sosial komunitas merasa lebih percaya diri dalam mengkonsumsi rokok elektrik dan komunitas merasa sudah memiliki jiwa sosial kepada sesama. Sedangkan ekonomi komunitas vapers pekanbaru merasa lebih hemat mengkonsumsi rokok elektrik . Dan kesehatan komunitas merasa lebih baik setelah menggunakan rokok elektrik. E-cigarette (vape) is a cigarette that operates on battery power. However, it does not use burning techniques like cigarette products as usual. It heats the liquid using a battery electronic device and the result fumes enters the user's lungs. Pekanbaru Vapers Community was inaugurated in 2017 which has 50 members and all members consume e-cigarettes (vape). This research is conducted at WARKOP 45 Pekanbaru, which is located on Jalan Arifin Ahmad. The purpose of this research is to know the behavior of e-cigarette users (vape) and the impact on social, economic, and health life in the Pekanbaru Vapers Community in 2020. This research using qualitative analytic by conducted depth interview and observation. The subjects of this research are 4 informants, namely 3 main informants and 1 supporting informant. The result of this research is that community knowledge is still low on the impact of e-cigarettes, most of their behavior has ever used conventional cigarettes and also consume e-cigarettes every day, the community's attitude that smoking is their choice or right from social life, the community feels more confident in consuming e-cigarettes and the community feels that they have have a social soul to others. Meanwhile, the economy of the Pekanbaru vapers community feels that it is more economical to consume e-cigarettes and the community health feel better after using e-cigarettes. Suggestion to the Pekanbaru vapers community, it is recommended that they held frequent gathering with members to discuss further more the effectiveness of e-cigarettes so that they can help add information.

Personal hygiene is an action to maintain one's cleanliness and health for physical and psychological well-being, lack of self-care is a condition where a person is unable to carry out hygiene care for himself. Seeing this, personal hygiene is defined as personal hygiene which includes all activities aimed at achieving body hygiene including washing, bathing, caring for hair, nails, teeth, and gums, and cleaning the genital area. If someone is sick, usually less attention to personal hygiene. This happens because they think that cleanliness is a trivial problem, even though if it is not paid attention to it it can affect personal health problems in terms cleanliness which will lead to skin diseases. The correctional institution is a correctional business unit that accommodates, treats, and fosters prisoners. A skin disease that usually occurs in prisoners is scabies. This is due to the condition of the correctional facilities not being fully optimal, the habits are not clean and personal hygiene is not maintained.

Keputihan adalah keluarnya cairan yang berlebihan dari vagina selain darah menstruasi. Keputihan yang terjadi pada wanita dapat bersifat normal dan abnormal (Manuaba, 2009). Berdasarkan survey awal di kelas IX SMPN 7 Pekanbaru, didapatkan beberapa siswinya pernah mengalami keputihan dan sebagian besar siswi tidak memahami tentang bagaimana kebersihan vagina. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor perilaku pencegahan keputihan pada remaja di SMPN 7 Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian Analitik Kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswi kelas IX di SMPN 7 Pekanbaru tahun 2020 sebanyak 65 orang. Teknik sampling yaitu total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswi berperilaku tidak mencegah keputihan sebanyak 34 siswi (52,3%). Faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pencegahan keputihan yaitu pengetahuan (pvalue= 0,0001), sikap (pvalue= 0,0001) dan peran orang tua (pvalue= 0,0001). Diharapkan pihak sekolah melakukan kerja sama dengan Puskesmas dalam rangka memberikan informasi melalui penyuluhan-penyuluhan kesehatan khususnya tentang pencegahan keputihan.

Rokok adalah silinder dari kertas berukuran panjang sekitar 70-120 mm (bervariasi tergantung Negara) dengan diameter sekitar 10 mm yang berisi daun-daun tembakau yang telah dicacah. Rokok dibakar pada salah satu ujungnya dan dibiarkan membara agar asapnya dapat dihirup melalui mulut pada ujung lainnya (Jaya, 2009). Berbagai dampak dan bahaya merokok, dalam rokok terkandung tidak kurang dari 4.000 zat kimia beracun. Berdasarkan survey awal yang dilakukan di SMPN 7 Pekanbaru, guru bidang kesiswaan mengatakan bahwa, siswa SMPN 7 sudah ada yang merokok. Siswa pernah kedapatan merokok diluar lingkungan sekolah dan guru memberikan peringatan agar tidak mengulangi perilaku merokok tersebut. Guru hanya memberikan sanksi bagi siswa yang merokok, namun untuk pemberian informasi tentang apa saja kandungan yang ada didalam rokok yang bisa membahaya bagi kesehatan, tidak pernah diinformasikan kepada siswa. HIV yaitu virus yang menyerang dan melemahkan system pertahanan tubuh manusia, sehingga mudah tertular berbagai penyakit. AIDS yaitu sekumpulan gejala penyakit akibat menurunnya kekebalan tubuh yang disebabkan oleh HIV. ODHA adalah sebutan bagi orang yang telah positif HIV/AIDS. Tujuan penelitian diperolehnya informasi mendalam tentang Analisis Stigma dan Diskriminasi Masyarakat terhadap Orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA) di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengolahan data triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode, triangulasi data melibatkan 9 orang informan yang terdiri dari 3 orang informan utama, 3 orang informan kunci dan 3 orang informan pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan tentang penyakit HIV/AIDS masih rendah. Untuk sikap ada perlakuan mengucilkan ODHA. Tingkat pendidikan tidak mempengaruhi pemberian stigma dan diskriminasi. Informan mendapatkan informasi dari media televisi. Petugas kesehatan masih aktif melakukan penyuluhan seputar HIV/AIDS. Dukungan sosial ODHA jarang terjadi di masyarakat dengan alasan takut terhadap ODHA. Saran penelitian ini agar pihak Puskesmas dapat aktif dalam memberikan penyuluhan seputar HIV/AIDS sehingga masyarakat mendapat informasi yang benar sehingga stigma dan diskriminasi terhadap ODHA tidak lagi terjadi. Pulmonary Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium Tuberculosis which can attack various organs, especially the lungs. According to data from the Harapan Raya Health Center in 2020 there were 63 TB cases, in 2021 there were 73 TB cases, a total of 136 cases of people affected by pulmonary TB. This study aims to determine the implementation of health promotion in the control of pulmonary tuberculosis. This research uses a qualitative type of research with an in-depth observation and interview design. Informants were determined by purposive sampling technique Research variables are empowerment, advocacy and partnership. The research informants were 7 people, 1 key informant, namely the head of the Harapan Raya Health Center, 2 main informants, namely the person in charge of health promotion and the person in charge of tuberculosis. and 4 supporting informants, namely 2 general public people and 2 TB patients. Data collection was carried out in the work area of puskesmas Harapan Raya through in-depth interviews and observations. Data management techniques with triangulation. The results of this study indicate that empowerment is less than optimal due to the wide working area of the Harapan Raya Health Center so that the empowerment is not evenly distributed, advocacy in TB control is still lacking because the budget for TB control still expects only a small amount of BOK funds and lack of support from community leaders in finding suspects TB case. Partnerships in TB control have been implemented. It is hoped that the Harapan Raya Health Center will further increase Health empowerment, advocacy and partnerships in tb control programs.

Work fatigue is a tired condition felt by someone which is also characterized by a decrease in work productivity, workers, especially nurses, are likely to be at risk of experiencing work fatigue. From the results of the initial survey it was found that nurses experienced work fatigue such as lack of adequate rest because they always had to control patients often, felt bored and bored, felt back pain, dizziness, difficulty controlling emotions, drowsiness, caused by workload, working period, and also work attitude. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing work fatigue in inpatient nurses at Pekanbaru Medical Hospital. This type of quantitative research with a cross sectional study design was carried out at Pekanbaru Medical Center Hospital in March-May 2022. The sample in this study were all inpatient nurses, as many as 60 respondents. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. The analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that P-Value < so that the factors related to work fatigue were workload (P = 0.006, OR = 6,500), years of service (P = 0.018, OR = 4,297) and work attitude (P = 0.020, OR = 4,030). From the results of the study, there are conclusions and suggestions, that there is a relationship between workload, work period and work attitude with work fatigue in inpatient nurses at Pekanbaru Medical Center Hospital in 2022. It is expected that nursing staff, especially those who work at Pekanbaru Medical Center Hospital to find out more about the signs and symptoms as well as the focus that affects the occurrence of work fatigue, so that later productivity and performance will be even better.

Mutiara Waste Bank (The Gade Clean & Gold) is a Unit Waste Bank in Pekanbaru which does not have waste management data in National Waste Management Information System since 2019. Several problems related to waste management in this Waste Bank were found, namely : re-sorting Waste Bank managers from waste that has been sorted by customers, piles of garbage that fill garbage storage area and irregular waste transportation. The purpose of this research was to find out in-depth information about waste management at Waste Bank Mutiara. Data were collected using interview guidelines and observation sheets, then analyzed using triangulation techniques. The research subjects were 5 people, 1 key informant, 1 main informant and 3 supporting informants. The results showed that waste management at Mutiara Waste Bank was not optimal. There were facilities and infrastructure have not been fulfilled, such as uninsulated waste storage areas and unavailability of containers equipped wish label/signs. The transportation at Mutiara Waste Bank is carried out if several types of waste have reached one car or at least half a car, causing the accumulation waste in the waste storage area. Recommended to the manager of the Mutiara Waste Bank to complete the facilities and infrastructure, as well as to socialize and implement a reward system to increase public interest in waste collection which can affect the increase of frequency of transportation.

Health protocols are a series of rules issued by the government through the Ministry of Health in regulating the safety of activities during the COVID-19 From the results of the initial survey conducted in the Kotabaru market, many traders and buyers did not follow health protocols such as wearing masks, washing hands and maintaining distance as well as the unavailability of facilities for hand washing in the market area. This study aims to determine the implementation of health protocols in the Kotabaru seberida market Kec. Keritang Kab. Inhil Prov. Riau. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by using observation methods and in-depth interviews, namely to trader, buyers, kotabaru seberida village staff and market managers. The results showed that the implementation of health protocols in the Kotabaru market has not been optimal. Suggestions are expected to the Kotabaru Seberida Village government to form a COVID-19 prokja team and periodically check the implementation of health protocols, for traders and buyers to always implement health protocols, for market administrators to ensure the availability of facilities in the market and for related health agencies to continue to carry out health protocol promotions in the Kotabaru market.
