Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Pelangiran terdiri dari 1 kelurahan dan 15 desa. Dimana kejadian stunting tertinggi pertama berada di Desa Hidayah dengan prevalensi sebesar 50% , tertinggi kedua berada di Desa Baungrejo Jaya dengan prevalensi 46.25% dan tertinggi ketiga berada pada Desa Sungai Kateman dengan Prevalensi 41,67%. Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Sarana Sanitasi Dan Perilaku Ibu Terhadap Kejadian Pendek (Stunting) Pada Balita Di Desa Baungrejo Jaya Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pelangiran Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan analitik observasional dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi seluruh balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pelangiran sebanyak 100 orang ibu yang memiliki balita. Dilakukan wawancara dan observasi kepada 50 orang sampel secara quota sampling. Uji statistic yang digunakan adalah uji Chi square. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Baungrejo Jaya Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pelangiran pada bulan Juli 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan kepemilikan sarana air bersih (P value = 0,005; OR = 16.867), kepemilikan Jamban (P value = 0,045; OR = 6.176), kepemilikan SPAL (P value = 0,008; OR = 15,125), perilaku ibu (P value = 0,018; OR = 12,222). Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua variable berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting karena nilai P value <0,05 pada desa baungrejo jaya wilayah kerja puskesmas pelangiran.

Indragiri Hilir Regency Specifically for Tembilahan Hulu Village, there are 3 Units of Amrool Truck, 3 Units of TPS and 314 Units of Garbage Cans. The daily accumulation of garbage is about 0.5 tons, not proportional to the number of existing garbage cans. Quantitative type of research with Cross Sectional design. The research was conducted in Tembilahan Village. The population is the head of the family and a sample of 100 people, sampling by purposive sampling. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire. The chi square test results obtained there was a relationship between knowledge (p= 0.000 POR 5.235 CI =2.206-12.512), attitude (p= 0.000 POR 10.500 CI=3.987-27.650), availability of bins (p= 0.002 POR 4.295 CI=2.204-10.727), health workers (p= 0.001 POR 4.909 CI=2.022-11.918), and government policy (p= 0.009 POR 3,286 CI=1,410-7,657), against littering behavior. It is expected that officers will conduct counseling and health promotion through interesting media such as lectures, questions and answers, leaflets. Health promotion is carried out in a planned, directed, and sustainable manner to increase knowledge so that the community will be motivated to maintain environmental cleanliness and not to donate litter.

The use of masks during the Covid-19 pandemic is very important to protect yourself and others from the risk of transmitting this virus. As it is known that most of the transmission of Covid-19 is through droplets, it is felt necessary to protect yourself by using a mask. Considering that there are still many children at the Al-Akbar orphanage who do not use masks when they are in the orphanage or when they are outside the orphanage. This study aims to obtain factors related to the use of masks as an effort to prevent covid-19 in Al-Akbar orphanage children in Pekanbaru city. This research was conducted using a quantitative research type with a cross-sectional design. With the technique of sampling with Total Sampling. The population in this study were all 78 children of the Al-Akbar orphanage with a total sample of 78 respondents. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate, and the sampling technique used total sampling technique. The results showed that the proportion of respondents who used masks was 42 (53.8%). There is a relationship between knowledge variable (P-value = 0.0001) with POR 7.333 (2.997-23.175), attitude (P-value = 0.001) with POR 5.762 (2.128-15.602), availability of masks (P-value = 0.024) with POR 3.185 (1,259-8.054) and media information (P-value = 0.016) with a POR of 3.578 (1.362-9.393).

Gadgets are among mobile phones that are more powerful than computers. Surveys in some countries prove that 98% of parents allow children to use gadgets. Early surveys conducted with 5 parents at rt 02 rw 02 they just knew the negative effects of gadget could have on a child's eye. When asked about other effects, they were unaware of the implications of the other gadgets. The five parents also said that they left their children gadgets for hours on end. The study aims to find out the relationship of knowledge, attitude, perception and parental communication to supervision in gadgets use of 7-year-olds in rt 02 rw 02 village west wonosri koto tinggi pasir pengaraian. The kind of quantitative descriptive research using a sectional cross. Research conducted at rt 02 rw 02 village west wonosri koto tinggi pasir pengaraian. The population and samples in this study are all 63 year-old mothers with children. Studies suggest that there is a link between knowledge, attitude, perception, and communication with the behavior of a parent toward supervision in the use of gadgets in a child. It is hoped that health workers can do a school promotion on the effects of gadgets use on children. And it's expected that the parents will improve control behavior

Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) adalah sekumpulan perilaku yang dipraktikkan atas dasar kesadaran sebagai hasil pembelajaran yang menjadikan seseorang, keluarga, kelompok atau masyarakat mampu menolong dirinya sendiri dibidang kesehatan dan berperan aktif dalam mewujudkan kesehatan masyarakat, dengan demikian, PHBS mencakup beratus-ratus bahkan beribu-ribu perilaku yang harus dipraktikkan dalam rangka mencapai derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang setinggi-tingginya. PHBS merupakan kependekan dari Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat. Sedangkan pengertian PHBS adalah semua perilaku kesehatan yang dilakukan karena kesadaran pribadi sehingga keluarga dan seluruh anggotanya mampu menolong diri sendiri pada bidang kesehatan serta memiliki peran aktif dalam aktivitas masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat inidirencanakan berlangsung di dalam ruangan menggunakan laptop dan alat komunikasi lainnya yang mendukung serta materi penyuluhan dalam bentuk power point. Penyuluhan ini dilakukan di kelas Sekolah Dasar Negeri 7 Pekanbaru. Metode yang dilakukan adalah penyuluhan dengan metode diskusi, pemberian informasi, dan tanya jawab. Solusi permasalahan dalam pengabdian ini adalah agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa dalam menerapkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dengan mengaplikasikan minum air mineral 8 gelas perhari. Penyuluhan minum air mineral 8 gelas perhari yang berguna untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa dan siswi mengenai pentingnya minum air mineral 8 gelas perhari Peserta penyuluhan tersebut terdiri dari kelas 1 dan 4 Pekanbaru yang terdiri dari 40 siswa. Penyuluhan minum air mineral 8 gelas perhari berguna untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya minum air mineral 8 gelas perhari Penyuluhan tersebut diikuti oleh siswa dan siswi SD 7 Pekanbaru secara baik. Penyuluhan yang dilakukan berguna untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya minum air mineral 8 gelas perhari dan siswa juga dapat mengetahui dampak dari penyakit apa saja apabila kukurangan mengkonsumsi air mineral
