Abstract

Abstract. : This study aims to determine the effect of CAR, LDR, BOPO, and NPL to profitability Rural Bank in East Java province from 2008 to the 2016 year. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The data analysis technique using panel data regression. The results showed that of simultaneously CAR, LDR, BOPO, and NPL have an effect on the ROA. Partially CAR, LDR, and BOPO have a negative effect on ROA, while the NPL variable has no effect on ROA. The implications of this research is that so that the Rural banks determine the appropriate credit distribution ceiling based on the capital consideration held.Keywords: BOPO, CAR, LDR, NPL, ROA. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh CAR, LDR, BOPO, dan NPL terhadap profitabilitas Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Provinsi Jawa Timur periode tahun 2008-2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah meotde penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan CAR, LDR, BOPO, dan NPL berpengaruh positif terhadap ROA. Secara parsial CAR, LDR, dan BOPO berpengaruh negatif terhadap ROA, sedangkan peubah NPL tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Implikasi penelitian ini, agar BPR menentukan plafon penyaluran kredit yang tepat dengan berdasarkan pertimbang Modal yang dimiliki.   Katakunci: BOPO, BPR, CAR, LDR, NPL, ROA.

Abstract

Preparing financial statements is important for Small and Medium Industries to maintain cash flow and not mix between personal and business finances, as well as monitor business development. They are preparing financial statements that we commonly encounter are still widely used hardware such as computers and laptops. Bank Indonesia, in collaboration with the Indonesian Accounting Association, has issued an application for preparing financial statements following SAK EMKM, namely the SI APIK. The SI APIK can be accessed through computers, laptops, and smartphones. SI APIK aims to make it easier for business actors, especially MSMEs, to compile financial statements. Small and Medium Industries members of the Magetan Regency Promotion House prepare financial reports manually / conventionally. This Community Service activity aims to introduce the SI APIK to Small and Medium Industries, starting from downloading and using the application, registering a business through the application, and introducing the features of the SI APIK and how to read the output. The results of this activity are expected to help Small and Medium industries manage finances and prepare financial reports properly and correctly per SAK EMKM

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of each variable Product Quality, Service Quality, and Customer Experience on Customer Satisfaction in Sofyan Frozen on the Shopee platform. This research uses SPSS 20 program. The analysis technique uses validity, reliability, classical assumptions with hypotheses, and multiple linear analysis. The results showed that the variables of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Customer Experience had a significant effect on Sofyan Frozen's customer satisfaction. Product Quality, Service Quality, and Customer Experience simultaneously have a significant effect on Sofyan Frozen's customer satisfaction. The three independent variables greatly affect Sofyan Frozen's customer satisfaction. The Adjusted R square figure of 0.913 indicates that 91.3% of customer satisfaction can be explained by the three independent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 8.7% is explained by other variables not included in this research model

Abstract

The preparation of scientific papers for final year students is still constrained in terms of data processing using statistics, thus submitting it to other parties. Therefore, assistance and training are needed using an application, one of which is JASP to analyze multiple linear regression. The obstacle faced by students so far is analyzing data with statistics. This method of community service by training and mentoring students at STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang Kepulauan Riau in completing the final project, 100 students participated. The results of this training show that it is useful to complete the task. In the future, there should be more practice in class so that students don't forget when doing research

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial literacy of small and medium-sized industry players in the Magetan Regency, which is centralized in the Magetan Regency Promotion House. Data collection techniques through interviews or conversations where interviewers to 60 players in a small and medium industry. Interviews are conducted face-to-face with the informant to be interviewed. The financial literacy aspects studied include (1) aspects of financial knowledge; (2) aspects of financial behavior; (3) aspects of financial attitudes; and (4) aspects of financial capability.  The results showed that from (1) aspects of knowledge, the IKM actors of Magetan Regency have financial behavior by consciously paying taxes, being able to compile financial reports, setting aside funds for unexpected costs, and recording various expenses properly and correctly; (2) aspects of financial behavior, having financial behavior consciously paying taxes, being able to compile financial statements, setting aside funds for unexpected expenses, and recording various expenses properly and correctly; (3) aspects of financial attitudes, Magetan regency IKM actors can manage all financial aspects and have daily books for all expenses; and (4) aspects of financial confidence, Magetan regency IKM actors have a plan and vision where and where the money will be spent, and can record savings balances

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the financial literacy of STIAMI Institute of Social Sciences and Management students with a sample of 179 students based on snowball sampling techniques. Data analysis technique using second order confirmatory factor analysis with Smart-PLS application version 3.29. The results showed that the dominant factors influencing financial literacy were: (1) Money and Transactions; and (2) Financial Planning and Management. Meanwhile, factors that need to be improved related to financial literacy are: (1) Financial Landscape; and (2) Risks and Profits. Things that need to be improved so that student literacy increases are (1) knowledge of monitoring income and costs in meeting their needs; (2) understanding taxation; and (3) understanding interest rates

Abstract

Financial Report is anoverview of the company's financial condition at any given moment. The instrument usedfor the analysis of financial condition as follows: Balance Sheet and Income Statement.The aim is to assess the financial performance of Generali Indonesia life insurance. From the analysis of the ratioof annual financial report Generali Indonesia life insurance illustrate that any analysis of 2012-2017 the ratio is still below theindustry standard ratio. This resulted in financial performance has not been good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous effect of inflation, money supply, and Bank Indonesian interest rates on the Rupiah exchange rate in the 2013-2021 period. This research is a descriptive verificative study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all data on the monthly series of inflation, money supply, and Bank Indonesian interest rates against the Rupiah exchange rate for the period 2013-2021. The type of data used is secondary data series per month in 2013-2021 which is available and published by Bank Indonesia, Trade Data Unit and the Central Statistics Agency. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that inflation, money supply, and Bank Indonesian interest rates have a significant influence on the Rupiah exchange rate in 2013-2021. The F test found a Sig F value of 0.00 < 0.05 with Fcount > from the Ftable, i.e. 189.5630 > 2.68.

Abstract

DKI Jakarta as one of the axis of national economic growth is certainly in the spotlight in economic development, one of which is in the growth sector of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The provincial government of DKI Jakarta is committed to developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the midst of the people of the capital. Integrated Entrepreneurship Program was initiated more than two years ago, and continues to be developed according to the dynamics of the MSME industry and market needs, where it listens to the aspirations of entrepreneurs. Present with the new brand called Jakprenuer, this program is expected to be a platform for creation, facility and collaboration  for  the  development  of  MSMEs  through  the  entrepreneurship ecosystem, such as start-ups, educational institutions and financing institutions. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Jakprenuer program as an effort to improve the economy of MSMEs in Tanjung Priok District during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as identify obstacles that arise and the efforts made to overcome them.This   descriptive   research   used   a   qualitative   method   based   on   the implementation theory of Edward III. Data were obtained through direct interviews with informants. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Jakprenuer program has been going well, although there are still some obstacles that must be overcome.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of digitalization and perception  on  the  quality  of  population  administration  service  in Mangga Besar Village, 2021. The theories used in this study were the theory by Soemantri on digitalization, Sondang P Siagian on incentives and Zeithaml, Parasuraman & Berry in Lupiyoadi on service quality. The method used in this study was a quantitative method through the distribution of questionnaires with a total population of 73 respondents and the sample was also 73 by using Random Sampling and Saturated Samples, all populations were used as samples. Based on the results of the study using partial and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 for windows, it showed that the partial t test results indicated that digitalization has a positive and significant effect on service quality by 7.6%, and perception affects service quality by 84.8%. The results of the F test show that simultaneously digitization and perception variables have a significant effect on service quality with a  value  of  41.64%.  The  influence  of  the  Adjusted  Square  (R2) Coefficient of Determination Value was 0.849 or 84.9% because Fcount was greater than Ftable and the rest of 7.49% is affected by other factors not studied (epsilon) in Mangga BesarVillage. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of digitalization and perception  on  the  quality  of  population  administration  service  in Mangga Besar Village, 2021.
