Abstract

Abstract

Praktik pemberdayaan yang dilakukan berangkat dari kondisi kelembagaan pemerintahan desa, yang masih mencari formula yang tepat dalam rangka memperkuat kapasitasnya dalam membangun sistem penanggulangan bencana di level pemerintah desa,  supaya dapat memunculkan bentuk kelembagaan desa tangga bencana yang tepat. Penguatan kelembagaan desa tanggap bencana berusaha mengujikan permodelan dengan memperkuat kelembagaan desa, melalui beberapa tahapan, diantaranya: 1). Komunikasi dengan pemerintah desa 2). FGD dan musyawarah Permodelan desa tanggap bencana, 3). Rekomendasi hasil FGD dan Musyawarah. Pemerintah desa melihat bahwa kelembagaan desa tanggap bencana dirasakan sangat di perlukan, beberapa hal telah disepakati, terkait pembentukan kelembagaan Tangguh bencana, persoalan anggaran, dna juga partisipasi masyarakat, yang harus dilanjutkan dalam tahap selanjutnya

Abstract

Ponorogo regency has a variety of tourism resources, potentially developed to increase the tourism sector. This study aims to analyze the strategy of Ponorogo regency in governing the tourism sector based on strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat (SWOT). Using descriptive qualitative approach, this research was conducted in Ponorogo regency. The results indicate that Ponorogo has various tourism sources, such as nature, culture, art, religion, and gastronomy, as the strength. The weakness is that there are many tourism events not well managed by the government. The opportunity is extensive funding support from the government. The threat is the conflict in managing government grants. In addition, the government of Ponorogo regency is successful in delivering 66 tourism ceremonies using local regulation in order to change the threat to be the strength.

Abstract

The tourism development strategies are important to support the existence of tourism in the future which is one of the supporting sectors of the economy. In Ngawi Regency, East Java Povince, the tourism development strategy is carried out by the Ngawi Regency Tourism, Youth and Sports Office. This institution was formed to support the Ngawi Regency government in the fields of tourism, youth and sports. This research was conducted to find out the tourism development strategy in Ngawi Regency and the obstacles and supporting factors in the process of implementing the tourism development strategy in Ngawi Regency by the Ngawi Regency Tourism, Youth and Sports Office. This research is a qualitative descriptive. Data were collected through interviews, observation and document study. Informants were selected purpsosively. Tringulation has employed for data validation. Data analysis is carried out through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusions. The results show that the tourism development strategy in Ngawi Regency is carried out through brandin/promotion, human resource development, and inprovemnet and management of the tourism facility and infrastructure. In addition, there are factors supporting the development of Ngawi tourism, namely the quality and quantity of sufficient employees, the existence of many events, the support from other parties, and sufficient funds. Meanwhile, the existence of tourism in other areas is a challenge in developing Ngawi tourism.

Abstract

Konsep Colaborative Government mulai banyak di praktikan oleh lembaga pemerintah, hal ini tidak terlepas dari kebutuhan lembaga yang ingin menjalankan programya secara maksimal, melalui pelibatan aktor di luar sistem, pemerintah menyadari bahwa mereka tidak akan bisa mencapai keberhasilan dalam menjalankan program jika dilakukan sendiri tanpa bantuan pihak lain, sehingga keterlibatan pihak lain menjadi penting, seperti: akademisi, media, dan juga komunitas masyarakat, selama ini konsep Colaborative Governemnt telah banyak dilakukan di sektor ekonomi, namun jika di laksanakan dalam program kebencanaan apakah memungkinkan, atau bisa optimal. Praktik Penanggulangan bencana yang ada di Desa Ngabar, Kecamatan Siman, Kabupaten Ponorogo selama ini masih berjalan secara tekstual, melalui koordinasi dengan struktur pemerintahan yang ada di atasnya, hal ini masih sangat umum dan perangkat desa menyadari hal tersebut, bahwa secara kelembagaan diperlukan pihak – pihak di luar pemerintah untuk membantu tugas mereka, akan tetapi ada kendala terkait bagaimana caranya dan apakah dapat memanfaatkan anggaran yang dimiliki desa, perlu adanya inisiatif dan juga masukan – masukan yang mendukung praktik tersebut supaya dapat terlaksana.

Abstract

The park’s in Ponorogo Regency, as Public Sphere, should be measured, how effective use, So it needs the studies. This research uses the method descriptive qualitative, to technique data collection of interviews and documentation. From the research the results showed, that: a park which is there are in kabupaten ponorogo a number of 6 (six), of bond issuance will be: the garden of Sukowati, a city park Singodimeja, state park Jeruk Sing, the garden of Wonopringgo, the garden of and useful for increasing the Seloaji, the garden of Pendopo, Was not effective known as of a garden, because many garden not have the concept of clear so they do not have indentitas local clear(miss identity), Lack of activity and also the spacecraft in the park made park is monotonous and less attractive, In addition there are lack of tranquility and comfort users because the park average are on main street., So that disturbed by activity motor craft. In addition the park is not in design with essentially and perfectly morally good, because there are a lot a park which is not having a place like (gazebo) or (joglo) as a barrier there awaits a mighty the rays of the sun and also the match winner the one hour heavy rain that every single time could possibly have happened. Of the existence of a park maximally while previous the if formed in the a day longer provided that with the concept of the Habermas, related to a public hal , made itself visible since its is still far away from the size of a room to lower the key how forbid that it should have a public hall no protector against god of inclusion of, the remembrance of public room which is there are in Ponorogo Regency is still in personal, because they have not been create a it cannot be built interactions among society in the Ponorogo Regency. While the concept of egalitarian societies have been fulfilled , its power because all men able to access the garden of them and they will come there is pressure to show off on doing ruts in a public hall reflected the bank sound assets.

Abstract

The development of tourism is the responsibility of the ngebel lake owned by the Ponorogo Regency, which means the department of tourism and the department of public. The development of carried out so far constituted by a strategy and planning involves various parties with a painful consideration, so that important to know how that infrastructure development practices. This study's aim is to see how the process of implementation of the infrastructure development in the Lake of ngebel tourist attractions. This research using the kind of research qualitative descriptive, with the data through the interviews and documentation. Research describes a development strategy undertaken by departments tourism agency and the department of public proven to have to reap the harvest through the output of reform in the infrastructure sector. And facilities are also facilities to improve the quality of supporting the development of tourism objects. Ngebel Lake, So the example is he's made a gazebo, identity monument, identity statue of (Baru Klinting), and prowling water recreation in the form of a duck boat and speedboat. In carrying out construction in a Telaga Ngebel's tourist attraction, Dinas Pariwisata and Dinas Pekerjaan Umum always attention to two aspects of strategy and contributing factors of infrastructure development. The goal is to increase the appeal and sale value for sustainability the prospect of vacation of Telaga Ngebel in the future. By the interviews that have been don in this resort, the author can at least find a conclusion or ideas for strategic infrastructure development in Telaga Ngebel's tourist attractions. That there are still some constraints and financial problems that keep us from the maximum realizing development of infrastructure.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa Ilmu Pemerintahan terkait pengetahuan dalam bidang anti korupsi, dalam pengabdian ini mitranya adalah Program Studi Ilmu Pemerintahan dan juga Malang Coruption Watch (MCW), Mitra pertama kesulitan dalam hal menemukan model pembelajaran anti korupsi yang sesuai dengan kondisi mahasiswa Ilmu pemerintahan, sedangkan mitra kedua mengalami kesulitan dalam bidang kerjasama terkait pencegahan korupsi dan pendidikan anti korupsi. Pelaksanaaan Program Pengabdian masyarakat “pendidikan anti korupsi” yang terdiri dari: pembelajaran di kelas, diskusi terpimpin, seminar dan aksi turun kejalan sudah terselenggara dengan baik, ada beberapa tujuan pengabdian yang sudah tercapai, yakni: 1). Peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa ilmu pemerintahan yang semakin baik, 2). Tercapainya kemitraan antara program studi ilmu pemerintahan dengan Malang Coruption Watch (MCW), kedala yang dihadapi terkait dengan, antusiasme obyek pengabdian yang terkadang merasa jenuh, karena penyelenggaraan program yang padat membuat obyek menjadi bosan,s ehingga diperlukan metode penyampaian materi yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The Mythology of Ponorogo’s Reog vs The Animal Walfare Campaign through Social Engineering Practice. Community beliefs in using tiger’s skin considered as an important thing for Ponorogo’s Reyog artist. However, this intensely opposed to Animal Welfare Conception. Therefore, it needs against the reality of deconstruction. This study seeks to change the Ponorogo’s Reyog artist mindset. It can be change slowly by Social Engineering. This study using a qualitative methodology with the approach of phenomenology. Informants in this review are craftsman of Reyog and the artist. The study obtained the procedure of making craft, Dhadhak Merak (Barongan). By using substitute material, the cost are difference. It is cheaper. The dissemination of information through media-related making craft Dhadhak Merak (Barongan) Subtitusi made. Through the medium of as a newspaper, that readily in were missing by the community is a form of campaign As Social-Engineering practices of measurable.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang kerjasama atau kemitraan pemerintah desa mendak kabupaten madiun dan perhutani dalam pengelolaan pariwisata. Pendekatan Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik analisis data yang akan digunakan dalam mencapai tujuan dan sasaran adalah dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Untuk menguraikan pengertian, tujuan, serta manfaat dari kemitraan atau kerjasama yang terjalin Antara pemerintah desa mendak dengan perhutani dalam pengeloaan pariwisata. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini ialah dimana Kerjasama atau kemitraan pariwisata yang terjalin antara pemerintah desa mendak dengan perhutani memiliki system kerjasama bagi hasil dari pendapatan pariwisata watu rumpuk yang ada di desa medak yang merupakan wilayah perhutani, dimana pembagian hasilnya adalah pihak Perhutani 30%, Desa atau BUMDes 65% serta LDMH 5%. Dengan adanya kemitraan yang terjalin antara Pemerintah Desa Mendak dengan perhutani banyak diharapkan dapat membantu membuka lapangan pekerjaan dan mengurangi angka kemiskinan serta pengangguran di Desa Mendak dan juga diharapkan mampu meningkatan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD). Serta memiliki tujuan untuk menggali potensi pariwisata serta terbentuknya payung hukum dalam pengelolaan pariwisata yang ada di desa mendak yang khususnya sebagian besar lahan untuk pariwisata ialah milik perhutani.
