Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah mengganggu proses pembelajaran secara tatap muka. Pembelajaran yang awalnya tatap muka beralih ke pembelajaran secara daring. Pembelajaran daring adalah sebuah proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan tidak terjadinya kontak fisik seperti bentuk tatap muka langsung antara pendidik dan siswa Pembelajaran merupakan salah satu alternatif yang dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut. Daring dapat memberikan metode pembelajaran yang efektif seperti adanya umpan balik, menggabungkan kolaborasi kegiatan belajar mandiri untuk bekerja sama dalam kelompok serta menumbuhkan sikap sosial terhadap sesama peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) dapat memberikan prestasi belajar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan metode Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) pada materi pokok Pengolahan Data kelas V SD yang dilakukan secara daring. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen quasi dengan rancangan treatment by level 2x3. Metode kooperatif TAI dan Metode kooperatif STAD Sedangkan Percaya diri tinggi, percaya diri sedang dan percaya diri tinggi. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 60 siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan melalui zoom cloud meeting atau google meet. Pengambilan data penelitian menggunakan tes pengetahuan, dan angket percaya diri siswa melalui google form. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:(1) Fhitung = 6,606 lebih besar dari Ftabel = 3,16 jadi terdapat pengaruh signifkan metode pembelajaran TAI terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD, (2) Fhitung = 6,606 lebih besar dari Ftabel = 3,16 jadi terdapat pengaruh signifikan metode pembelajaran STAD terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD. (3) Fhitung = 4,816 lebih besar dari Ftabel = 3,16 jadi terdapat pengaruh signifikan percaya diri terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD. (4) Fhitung 3,763 lebih besar Ftabel 3,16 jadi terdapat pengaruh signifikan metode TAI, STAD, dan percaya diri bersama sama terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara kinerja dan disiplin dengan hasil belajar siswa. Kinerja guru merupakan sekumpulan perilaku pendidik yang memberi kontribusi pencapaian tujuan sekolah. Disiplin adalah kesadaran untuk mentaati segala peraturan. Kinerja dan disiplin guru berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Hasil belajar adalah perubahan sikap seseorang yang dapat diukur dan diamati berupa pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan perhitungan prasyarat uji validitas, reliabilitas, linearitas, dan normalitas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala likert dan nilai murni siswa semester genap 2020/2021. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 82 responden dengan teknik sampel sensus. Berdasarkan perhitungan diketahui mayoritas variabel kinerja guru, disiplin guru, dan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang, dengan rincian variabel kinerja guru (60%), disiplin guru (63%), sedangkan hasil belajar siswa (88%). Dari hasil uji analisis korelasi diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan secara signifikan (1) antara kinerja guru dengan hasil belajar siswa (35,2%), (2) antara disiplin guru dengan hasil belajar siswa (38,3%), dan (3) antara kinerja dan disiplin guru dengan hasil belajar siswa (48,2%).Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Disiplin Guru, Hasil Belajar ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the relationship between performance and discipline with student learning outcomes. Teacher performance is a set of educator behaviors that contribute to the achievement of school goals. Discipline is the awareness to obey all the rules. Teacher performance and discipline have an impact on student learning outcomes. Learning outcomes are changes in a person's attitude that can be measured and observed in the form of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The method used is quantitative research with the calculation of the prerequisites for validity, reliability, linearity, and normality tests. The data collection technique used a Likert scale questionnaire and the pure grades of even semester 2020/2021 students. The sample in this study amounted to 82 respondents with a census sample technique. Based on the calculation, it is known that the majority of the variables of teacher performance, teacher discipline, and student learning outcomes are in the medium category, with details of teacher performance variables (60%), teacher discipline (63%), while student learning outcomes (88%). From the results of the correlation analysis test, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship (1) between teacher performance and student learning outcomes (35.2%), (2) between teacher discipline and student learning outcomes (38.3%), and (3) between teacher performance and discipline with student learning outcomes (48.2%).Keywords: Performance, Teacher Discipline, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This research aims to assess the impacts of implementing Transformational Leadership (TL) and Information Communication and Technology (ICT) in the education sector to increase Customer Satisfaction especially during uncertainties and in pandemic situations. Using the quantitative approach, this research argues the importance of customer satisfaction in education influenced by the communication skills implemented in Transformational Leadership and ICT. The research setting is in a private school located in Jakarta. Data from 286 respondents using stratified data sampling are gathered and analysed using SMART PLS. The results showed that TL has a stronger influence than ICT in improving customer satisfaction with a value of 0.547 and 0.329, respectively, especially to overcome problems in the learning process during pandemic times. Therefore, we can conclude that both Transformational Leadership and ICT are vital to increase Customer Satisfaction with a higher strength on Leadership. This study indicates the importance of Communication to build relationships in Transformational Leadership to improve Customer Satisfaction in education. Customer Satisfaction is also an essential focus in education, and the correct type of Leadership is needed. With transformational Leadership and the application of ICT, educational institutions can provide better service and, as an implication, can improve Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menganalisis  efektivitas kinerja  pegawai Badan Perencanaan Penelitian dan Pengembangan (BAPLITBANG) Kabupaten Berau dalam pelayanan publik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam melakukan tehnik wawancara teelebih dahulu menenetukan informan. Jumlah informan yang dipilih sebanyak 18 orang dengan tehnik purposive sampling. Wawancara dilakukan kepada 18 (delapan belas) orang informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teori pengukuran kinerja menurut Bernandian & Russel yang diukur dengan menggunakan delapan indikator pengukuran kinerja yaitu kuantitas pekerjaan, kualitas pekerjaan, pengetahuan terhadap pekerjaan, kreatifitas, kerjasama, keteguhan dalam pekerjaan, inisiatif dan kualitas pribadi. Selanjutnya dalam temuan penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa tujuh indikator yaitu kuantitas pekerjaan, kualitas pekerjaan, pengetahuan terhadap pekerjaan, kreatifitas, kerjasama, inisiatif dan kualitas pribadi sudah berjalan dengan baik, sedangkan untuk indikator keteguhan dalam pekerjaan pada pegawai Badan Perencanaan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Berau adalah merupakan faktor penghambat yang mengakibatkan kurang efektifnya kinerja sebagian pegawai Badan Perencanaan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Berau dalam pelayanan publik.

Abstract

THE RELATIONSHIP OF SITUATIONAL LEADERSHIP STYLE AND SELF EFFICACY TO THE PERFORMANCE OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS AT KECAMATAN RANCAKALONG  SUMEDANG DISTRICTThis study was intended to formulate efforts that could be implemented in order to improve teachers performance by  studying its relationship with situational leadership style and self-efficacy. The population of this study were 183 PNS teachers and 126  samples were selected using the Yamane formula with an error tolerance was 5%.. Data were collected using an instrument in the form of  questionnairies and analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that therewere three positive and significant relationships. Firstly, there was a positive and significant relationship between situational leadership style and the performance of PNS teacher, where the correlation coefficient was 0.648. Secondly, there was a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and teacher performance, where the correlation coefficient value was 0.585. Thirdly, there was a positive and significant relationship between situational leadership style and self-efficacy altogether with teacher performance, where the correlation coefficient value was 0.719.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh variabel (1) sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru, (2) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (3) sertifikasi guru dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Responden penelitian adalah guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri gugus Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar yang berjumlah 110 orang dengan sampel 86. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis statistik inferensial dan pengujian hipotesis. Koefisien reliabilitas instrumen dihitung menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,564, dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,642. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh sertifikasi guru dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,664

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the academic and professional supervision of teachers on student learning outcomes. The study population amounted to 53 teachers, research sampling using saturated sampling techniques where the population was used as a research sample. The type of data or information used is primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were carried out using descriptive and inferential analysis with multiple regression analysis methods using SPSS 25. The results of the analysis show that partial academic supervision has a positive effect on student learning outcomes, and teacher professionals have a positive effect on student learning outcomes. In contrast, simultaneously, academic supervision and teacher professionalism significantly affect student learning outcomes, so the improvement of student learning outcomes in elementary schools is influenced by the implementation of academic supervision and Professionalism of teachers in carrying out learning. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how academic supervision and the principal's transformational leadership model affect teacher performance in Elementary School Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi. This study used a correlational quantitative method, associative type. This study involved all teachers in the Elementary School Pelabuhanratu sub-district, consisting of 435 teachers. The sample was 79 teachers, with an additional 10% to anticipate dropouts, totaling 87 teachers. This study used questionnaires and observation. According to the findings of this study, it was found that (1) It is known that the Sig. (2-tailed) between academic supervision and teacher performance is 0.005<0.05, indicating that there is a significant correlation between the variables of academic supervision and teacher performance; (2) It is known that the Sig. (2-tailed) between academic supervision and teacher performance is 0.005<0.05, and (3) it is known that the result of the R Square value is 0.849 or equal to 84.9%, which means that the academic supervision variable (X1) and the transformational leadership variable (X2) simultaneously (together) affect the teacher performance variable (Y) by 84.9%. In comparison, the rest (100% - 84.9% = 15.1%) is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or variables not studied

Abstract

This research presents several findings regarding the minimal use of artificial intelligence, poor school management and low work ethic. The aim of the research is to analyze the application of artificial intelligence, the quality of management competence, and the work ethic of school principals. The research population was 80 teachers (PNS and non-PNS) at the State Elementary School in the Assisted Region 1, Bojong District, Tegal Regency (Diponegoro Cluster). The sampling technique uses saturated samples, so the number of samples is also 80 teachers. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics. The research results are that the application of artificial intelligence is in the medium category. The majority of respondents' choice refers to the pleasure of teaching language subjects using the translation method in the high category. The fewest selected indicators from respondents lead to the use of automatic assessment applications in the medium category. Management quality is in the high category. The most answer choices refer to improving the quality of basic education in the high category. The answers to the questionnaire focused at least on the principal's statement of achievement in the high category. The Principal's work ethic is in the high category. The respondents' most chosen answers lead to statements of truth in speaking and fostering cooperation between teachers and staff in the high category. The respondents' least choice refers to concentration at work in the high category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the intensity of students in accessing essential and enrichment materials; the relationship between Course Hits, Resource with access, Days with Access, and Tuton; and the Effect of Course Hits, Resource with access, Days with Access, on Tuton. This research is descriptive research and tests the effect using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all classes of Masters students at one of the open universities Based on research findings, the majority of students do not access essential materials and enrichment materials. Course hits and tutor scores have a weak correlation, even though there is a significant effect on Course Hits scores, the effect is only 5%. Likewise, resources with access and the value of Tuton have a very weak correlation, even though there is a significant effect of Resources with access on the value of Tuton by 9%. Then the correlation of Days with Access with the Tuton Score is 0.411, which is in the sufficient category dan there is a significant effect of Days with access on Tuton score, the effect is 16%. There is a jointly significant effect between course hits, days with access, and resources with access, on the online tutorial score, with an effect of 24%. Students have not made maximum use of the material presented in the study so online tutorial materials must be made that can encourage students to use them.
