Abstract

This study aims to design, develop, and evaluate website-based Javanese language learning media that are designed innovatively, interactively, and easily accessible to students and teachers. Another objective is to ensure that this learning media is in accordance with user needs and supports an effective learning process. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) based on the theory put forward by Sugiono, which includes systematic steps in designing and testing learning products. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to students and teachers to identify their needs, where the results were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. Product validation was carried out by several parties, including students as the primary users, media validators to assess the quality of design and interactivity, and material validators to assess the accuracy of learning content. Based on the validation results, media experts and material experts assessed this product as "very feasible" to use in learning. In addition, the results of the trial conducted on students provided positive feedback by stating that this learning media was also "very feasible". Thus, this website-based learning media is useful for improving students' listening skills, especially in the wayang story material in Javanese language subjects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ajaran tasawuf dalam naskah suluk Daka dan relevansinya dalam pendidikan Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah model penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang didahului dengan kajian filologi, karena objek pada penelitian ini berupa manuskrip atau naskah kuno. Data pada penelitian ini yakni berupa frasa, kata dan kalimat,  sedangkan sumber data berupa naskah yang berjudul suluk Daka dengan kode BR 61 koleksi Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutika untuk menganalisis isi teks. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ajaran tasawuf yang terdapat dalam naskah suluk Daka meliputi tauhid, salat tunggal, niat, dan tahap manunggaling kawula gusti yakni syareat, tarekat, hakikat, dan makrifat. Relevansi ajaran tasawuf dalam suluk Daka bagi pendidikan Islam yakni memberikan pemahaman mengenai  tauhid, niat, salat sejati, serta ajaran syariat, tarekat, hakikat serta makrifat untuk menjadi manusia sejati dalam mendekatkan diri hingga bersatu kepada Tuhan.

Abstract

Bullying This is a serious problem that must be prevented immediately. One effort to prevent bullying is to internalize the Tri Rahayu concept. This research aims to 1) describe the Tri Rahayu concept as a prevention effort bullying, 2) analyze the relevance of the Tri Rahayu concept as a prevention effort bullying at school. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library study method. Data collection techniques were carried out using documentation techniques. This research data is in the form of information regarding prevention bullying and the Tri Rahayu concept. The source of the literature study in this research is journal articles accessed via google scholar. The data analysis technique in this research uses content analysis techniques, while the data wetness technique uses theoretical triangulation. The research results show that there are several attitudes that can be internalized in the Tri Rahayu concept as a prevention effort bullying. This attitude is introspective, tepa slira, aja dumeh, srawung, tulung tinulung, eling, waspada, lan tumindak alus sarwi aris, and obey the law. The Tri Rahayu concept is very relevant to prevention efforts bullying in schools because this concept teaches kindness and peace towards oneself, fellow humans and the nation. The results of this research provide a new concept regarding prevention efforts bullying through the philosophical concept of Ki Hadjar Dewantara which can be used as a reference and prevention guide bullying at school

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh minimnya media pembelajaran yang menarik yang digunakan oleh guru dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Jawa, khususnya pada materi sesorah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas media pembelajaran Quiz Zep terhadap hasil belajar siswa materi sesorah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Sragen. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis true eksperimen tipe posttest only control group. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Sragen yang berjumlah 72. Teknik pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Tes yang didukung dengan observasi kelas digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini. Hasil uji independent sample t-test sebesar 0,000 menunjukkan nilai hasil uji yang signifikan karena nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05, sehingga Ho diolak dan Ha dierima. Artinya, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan pada kelompok siswa yang menggunakan media Quiz Zep pada materi sesorah siswa kelas XI dibandingkan dengan kelompok siswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional dengan ceramah. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah guru disarankan untuk menggunakan media pembelajaran Quiz Zep dalam proses pembelajaran materi sesorah, karena terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan model konvensional.

Abstract

Literature has close relationship with the environment. Literature also has an important role in the preservation of environment. Research with this qualitative approach aims to explain the representation of ecological wisdom in the wangsalan as an effort to strengthen character education with conservation-minded. Data of words, phrases, clauses and sentences are analyzed using inter-textual and functional pragmatic methods. The results of this study are: (1) The ecological elements contained in the wangsalan can be divided into five categories, are flora (for example, roning mlinjo:so; janur kuning:pupus; kembang tebu:gleges), fauna (example, wader bungkuk:urang; kapi jarwa:kethek; ayam wana:bekisar), nature (for example, udan riris:grimis; sedhang arga:tlaga, teja bengkok:kluwung), geography/area (example, kutha Gudheg:Yogyakarta; kulone Banjar Patoman:Tasik; peken alit:wande), and cultural outcomes (example, jangan gori:gudheg; gayung sumur:timba; nyaron bumbung:angklung); (2) Every lexicon in wangalan has a philosophy that consist character education, such as love of peace or tends to avoid conflict with others and the environment, not impose, kindness, politeness, patience, and respect for others. From the results of the research is known that wangsalan contains ecological wisdom that needs to be preserved. In addition, this ecological study in the wangsalan can be used as an alternative source to strengthen character education with conservation-minded.Keywords: wangsalan; ecological wisdom; character education; conservation mindedSastra memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan lingkungan. Sastra juga memiliki peran penting akan kelestarian lingkungan. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan wujud kearifan ekologi dalam wangsalan sebagai representasi suatu pendidikan karakter. Data yang berwujud kata, frasa, klausa, dan kalimat dianalisis menggunakan metode intertekstualitas dan pragmatik fungsional. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) unsurunsur ekologi yang terdapat dalam wangsalan dapat terbagi menjadi lima kategori, yaitu flora (misalnya, roning mlinjo:so; janur kuning:pupus; kembang tebu:gleges), fauna (misalnya, wader bungkuk:urang; kapi jarwa:kethek; ayam wana:bekisar), alam (misalnya, udan riris:grimis; sedhang arga:tlaga, teja bengkok:kluwung), letak geografi/daerah (misalnya, kutha Gudheg:Yogyakarta; kulone Banjar Patoman:Tasik; peken alit:wande), serta hasil budaya (misalnya jangan gori:gudheg; gayung sumur:timba; nyaron bumbung:angklung); (2) setiap leksikon pembentuk wangsalan memiliki filosofi pendidikan karakter, seperti cintadamai/cenderung menghindari konflik dengan lingkungan, tidak memaksakan diri, sifat ramah, santun, sabar, serta menghargai orang lain. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa wangsalan mengandung kearifan ekologi yang perlu untuk terus dilestarikan. Selain itu, kajian ekologi dalam wangsalan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif sarana pendidikan karakter.Kata kunci: wangsalan; kearifan ekologi; pendidikan karakter; wawasan konservasi

Abstract

Learning interest is a critical factor influencing students' academic achievement. This study examines the relationship between students' interest in learning and their learning outcomes in Javanese language lessons, emphasizing its role in preserving cultural heritage. A quantitative approach with a correlational research design was employed. The study was conducted at State Senior High School 2 Purbalingga, involving a population of 368 eleventh-grade students. Using simple random sampling, 192 students were selected. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, and analyzed using simple regression and the product-moment correlation formula. The findings indicate a significant relationship between students' learning interest and their learning outcomes in Javanese language lessons, with a calculated r-value of 0.670 and a p-value 0.05 (0.000). These results demonstrate a moderately strong positive correlation, suggesting that higher interest in learning is associated with better academic performance. The results highlight the importance of fostering interest in learning to improve academic outcomes and support the integration of cultural values through education. Internal factors, such as motivation, and external factors, such as teaching methods, are crucial in enhancing student engagement. This study underscores the positive impact of learning interest on academic achievement in Javanese language lessons. The findings contribute to strategies aimed at improving educational outcomes while preserving cultural heritage, emphasizing the need for innovative teaching methods and stakeholder collaboration.

Abstract

This research examines pre-service language teachers' perceptions of technology integration through the Extended Javanese Pre-Service Teacher (X-JPST) model, which focuses on the conceptual role of Contextual Knowledge (XK) as an integral domain extension of the TPACK framework. The participants of this research were 510 pre-service Javanese language teachers from seven universities in Indonesia who had recently completed their field teaching practice course. The research employed a validated structural Likert-scale questionnaire to examine structural relationships using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The results show that the Technological Knowledge (TK) variable has the most significant direct influence on TPACK, followed by Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK). While the direct statistical influence of XK is modest, it functions as a mediator that facilitates the application of TK. This study suggests that pre-service teachers' awareness of Javanese sociocultural factors does not directly translate into competence in technology integration. Instead, contextual knowledge operates as a foundational sociocultural filter that shapes how they perceive themselves when using technology to teach Javanese. This key finding underscores that contextual responsiveness in technology integration must be developed through the integration of multiple knowledge domains for it to contribute to their overall TPACK. Keywords: contextual knowledge, Javanese language education, pre-service teachers, technology integration, TPACK.
