Abstract

This qualitative research with a phenomenological approach aims to explore the pattern of internalizing the values of religious moderation to prevent the development of radical understanding among students. The research informants comprised 10 academic leaders with strategic positions as policymakers and 13 lecturers who teach religious subjects at IAIN Curup. Data collection techniques used semi-structured interviews and the Miles and Huberman analysis model. Checking the validity of the data is done by extending the interview and triangulation of sources. The results of the study show that the internalization of religious moderation values to prevent the development of radical understanding among students is carried out by inserting religious moderation values into courses, internalizing religious moderation values through the learning process, integrating religious moderation values through various student activities, internalization of the values of religious moderation through field practice, community service and special programs.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam integrasi menjadi salah satu solusi dalam mengatasi persoalan pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang, urgensi dan model pendidikan Islam integratif dalam membangun pendidikan transformatif. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian kepustakaan atau atau library research dengan menggunakan pendekatan perenialisme. Yaitu suatu kajian yang membahas tema tertentu secara mandalam dan tuntas dengan tetap berpegang pada batasan-batasan relativisme. Hasil pembahasan menemukan bahw ada empat aspek penting dalam pendidikan Islam yang harus diintegrasikan dalam pendidikan transpormatif. Pertama pendidikan jasimani, kedua pendidikan spiritual, ketiga pendidikan akal dan keempat pendidikan sosial. Beberapa model yang dapat digunakan untuk mengintegrasikan pendidikan Islam dalam pendidikan transformative, yaitu medel IFIAS, model ASASI, model Islamic Worlview, model struktur pengetahuan Islam, model keilmuan berbasis filsafat klasik, model keilmuan berbasis tasawuf, model keilmuan berbasis fiqih, model kelompok ijmali dan model kelompok Aligargh.

Abstract

One of the methods applied to instill discipline in early childhood is the habituation method. This method is a method based on behavioristic theory. The importance of discipline is instilled in children from an early age because it will affect the character and personality of children when they grow up. So that discipline must be instilled from a young age to prevent the destruction of future generations. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Behavioristic Theory-based habituation method in fostering student discipline at RA Tunas Qur'ani Literacy Curup Utara. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study aims to describe the implementation of rewards in shaping the disciplinary character of young children. The technique of collecting research notes is structured interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. This research uses a type of field research, which is a type of research where data collection is carried out in the field. There are two kinds of data sources, namely primary and secondary data sources. There are three data collection techniques used, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and data verification. While the technique of testing the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the research on the application of behavioristic theory-based habituation methods at RA Tunas Literacy Quranic Curup Utara are seen as effective in instilling Islamic values. It has been proven not only in class, but has been done through habituation when students are about to take ablution getting used to queuing, when children come to school they also don't forget to shake hands and greet the teacher greeting each other, taking turns, getting used to queuing culture, and other habits.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about how Islamic Religious Education teachers' understanding of the principles and foundations of curriculum development at SMK Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong. To find out this, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative research method, namely to clearly describe and describe things that happened in the field. Data collection techniques used include; first, Observation, namely the activities that the author does directly jump into the field and observe the variables to be studied. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation and data verification. The results of the study reveal that an educator's understanding of the principles and foundations in curriculum development must be emphasized, because without a deep understanding it will be very impossible for curriculum development to be carried out and achieve learning objectives. With a broad and deep understanding, if there is something in the curriculum that is not in accordance with the times, it will be very easy for an educator to correct the discrepancy with what is happening in the field.

Abstract

This qualitative research with a phenomenological approach aims to analyze the needs of IAIN Curup lecturers and educational staff related to the hope of realizing happiness in the workplace. Research informants consisted of 149 lecturers and 59 educational staff. The data collection technique used semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis, then checking the validity of the data using source triangulation. Based on the research results, it is known that in order to create happiness in the workplace, lecturers and educational staff at IAIN Curup expect improvement, maintenance, and arrangement of workplace facilities and environment, attention and support from leadership, clear SOPs for work, provision of rewards and openness in work.

Abstract

Keterampilan kolaborasi, komunikasi, berpikir kritis dan kreatif sangat diperlukan indivisu agar mampu bersaing dan tidak tergilas oleh dasyatnya persaigan global. Penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi ini bertujuan untukmengungkapkan strategi guru dalam meningkatkan keterampilan collaboration, communication, critical thinkingdan creativitysiswa dalam pembelajaran PAI. Informan penelitian terdiri dari empat orang guru pendidikan agama Islam, kepala sekolah dan wakil kurikulum SMPN 5 Rejang Lebong. Data penelitian dikumpukan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur dan observasi non partisipan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitureduksi data, display data dan verifikasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan pengamatan, triangulasi teknik dan truangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa penugasan individu berbasis kelompok, berdiskusi, praktek, menerapkan model pembelajaran koopreatif learning two stay two stray dan tipe jigsaw merupak stategi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan ketarampilan collaborationsiswa. strategi pembelajaran dengan tanya jawab dan strategi think, talk and write dan model talking stick digunakan guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuancommunication. Sedangkan critical thinkingditingkat dengan menerapkan strategi stimulus berbasis masalah, menerapkan modelproblem based learning dan model project based learning.Sementara untuk meningkatkan creativitydilakuan dengan strategi penugasan, diskusi, pembuatan sebuah prodak dan menerapkan model projek based learning.

Abstract

Lingkungan merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak di samping faktor hereditas. Lingkungan yang baik akan berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Begitu juga sebaliknya, lingkungan kurang baik akan memberikan dampak negatif terhadap anak. Tulisan ini akan membahas tentang lingkungan pendidikan perspektif Alquran dan implikasinya terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian library research dengan pendekatan reflektif thinking. Berdasarkan pembahasan, dapat dipahami bahwa dalam perspektif Alquran, lingkungan pendidikan mencakup tiga hal, yaitu lingkungan alam, lingkungan dalam, dan lingkungan sosial. Lingkungan alam merupakan segala sesuatu yang berada di luar diri individu selain manusia, seperti iklim, alam, tumbuh-tumbuhan, dan sebagainya. Lingkungan dalam adalah segala makanan yang dimakan oleh individu. Lingkungan sosial merupakan segala sesuatu yang yang berada di luar diri indivudu yang berupa manusia, atau interaksi individu dengan individu lainnya, baik dalam keluarga, sekolah maupun masyarakat. Ketiga bentuk lingkungan itu dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan individu, baik secara fisik maupun psikis. Secara fisik dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan jasmani, pertumbuhan sel-sel saraf, dan sebagainya. Secara psikis berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan sosioemosional, bakat, minat, kognitif, kepribadian, dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Recently, many Islamic schools have special programs to bias students in voting, but they do not yet have the right formula for implementing the plan. This study examines the implementation of operational conditioning to form students in theory at the Rabbi Radhiyya Curup Islamic Junior High School (SMPIT). This study used a qualitative approach, with data sources for the principal, Ustaz and ustazah, and students. Data collection using unstructured interviews. The validity of the data obtained was checked using triangulation of sources, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that several types of worship that were accustomed to students were congregational prayer, rawatib circumcision prayer, duha prayer, tahajud prayer, tahsin, tahfiz, and circumcision fasting Monday Thursday and fasting circumcision on Arafah day. The pattern of refraction is carried out in three stages, knowing, feeling, and doing. Operant conditioning theory applied to familiarize students is to provide reward and punishment and give examples and do mentoring activities.

Abstract

AbstractThis paper aims to reveal the values of multicultural Islamic education which are implemented in the tradition of the feast on marriage in Barumanis village, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research informants consisted of community leaders, traditional leaders, and religious leaders in Barumanis village. The data collection techniques used are passive participation observation and unstructured interviews. To check the validity of the data, the technique of extension of observations and triangulation of sources and data were used. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the values of multicultural Islamic education that are implemented in the wedding festival tradition are, first, democratic values, which include freedom of expression, adherence to manners, and the existence of equal rights. Second, humanistic values, which include mutual respect, respect, and mutual assistance between one another in diversity. Third, pluralistic value, which includes public awareness of diversity in differences and tolerance. The values of multicultural Islamic education can become the glue of the unity of the Barumanis village community so that harmony and peace are formed in diversity.AbstrakTulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural yang diimplementasikan dalam tradisi kenduri nikah di desa Barumanis Kabupaten Rejang Lebong Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Informan penelitian terdiri tokoh masyarakat, tokoh adat dan tokoh agama desa Barumanis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi passive participation dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Untuk mengecek keabsahan data digunakan teknik perpanjangan pengamatan dan triangulasi sumber dan data. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural yang diimplementasikan dalam tradisi kenduri nikah adalah pertama, nilai demokratis, yang mencakup adanya kebebasan mengemukakan pendapat, adanya kepatuhan terhadap tata krama dan adanya persamaan hak. Kedua, nilai humanistik, yang meliputi adanya sikap saling menghormati, menghargai dan saling membantu antar sesama dalam keragaman. Ketiga, nilai pluralistik, mencakup adanya kesadaran masyarakat tentang keragaman dalam perbedaan dan toleransi. Nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural ini mampu menjadi perekat kesatuan masyarakat desa Barumanis, sehingga terbentuk kerukunan dan kedamaian dalam keragaman.Â
