Abstract

Recently, many Islamic schools have special programs to bias students in voting, but they do not yet have the right formula for implementing the plan. This study examines the implementation of operational conditioning to form students in theory at the Rabbi Radhiyya Curup Islamic Junior High School (SMPIT). This study used a qualitative approach, with data sources for the principal, Ustaz and ustazah, and students. Data collection using unstructured interviews. The validity of the data obtained was checked using triangulation of sources, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that several types of worship that were accustomed to students were congregational prayer, rawatib circumcision prayer, duha prayer, tahajud prayer, tahsin, tahfiz, and circumcision fasting Monday Thursday and fasting circumcision on Arafah day. The pattern of refraction is carried out in three stages, knowing, feeling, and doing. Operant conditioning theory applied to familiarize students is to provide reward and punishment and give examples and do mentoring activities.

Abstract

This qualitative research with a phenomenological approach aims to explore the pattern of internalizing the values of religious moderation to prevent the development of radical understanding among students. The research informants comprised 10 academic leaders with strategic positions as policymakers and 13 lecturers who teach religious subjects at IAIN Curup. Data collection techniques used semi-structured interviews and the Miles and Huberman analysis model. Checking the validity of the data is done by extending the interview and triangulation of sources. The results of the study show that the internalization of religious moderation values to prevent the development of radical understanding among students is carried out by inserting religious moderation values into courses, internalizing religious moderation values through the learning process, integrating religious moderation values through various student activities, internalization of the values of religious moderation through field practice, community service and special programs.

Abstract

AbstractThis paper aims to reveal the values of multicultural Islamic education which are implemented in the tradition of the feast on marriage in Barumanis village, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research informants consisted of community leaders, traditional leaders, and religious leaders in Barumanis village. The data collection techniques used are passive participation observation and unstructured interviews. To check the validity of the data, the technique of extension of observations and triangulation of sources and data were used. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the values of multicultural Islamic education that are implemented in the wedding festival tradition are, first, democratic values, which include freedom of expression, adherence to manners, and the existence of equal rights. Second, humanistic values, which include mutual respect, respect, and mutual assistance between one another in diversity. Third, pluralistic value, which includes public awareness of diversity in differences and tolerance. The values of multicultural Islamic education can become the glue of the unity of the Barumanis village community so that harmony and peace are formed in diversity.AbstrakTulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural yang diimplementasikan dalam tradisi kenduri nikah di desa Barumanis Kabupaten Rejang Lebong Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Informan penelitian terdiri tokoh masyarakat, tokoh adat dan tokoh agama desa Barumanis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi passive participation dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Untuk mengecek keabsahan data digunakan teknik perpanjangan pengamatan dan triangulasi sumber dan data. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural yang diimplementasikan dalam tradisi kenduri nikah adalah pertama, nilai demokratis, yang mencakup adanya kebebasan mengemukakan pendapat, adanya kepatuhan terhadap tata krama dan adanya persamaan hak. Kedua, nilai humanistik, yang meliputi adanya sikap saling menghormati, menghargai dan saling membantu antar sesama dalam keragaman. Ketiga, nilai pluralistik, mencakup adanya kesadaran masyarakat tentang keragaman dalam perbedaan dan toleransi. Nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural ini mampu menjadi perekat kesatuan masyarakat desa Barumanis, sehingga terbentuk kerukunan dan kedamaian dalam keragaman.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of facilities and infrastructure to support the quality of learning. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data sources were obtained from observations of the school environment, interviews with the principal and head of infrastructure, and documentation. The collection techniques in this research are observation, discussion, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are reduction, display, conclusion drawing and verification, and descriptive statistics. The results of this research show that the use of infrastructure to support the quality of learning at SMKS 6 Pertiwi Curup is carried out in stages, namely, preparing different usage schedules, making learning activities a priority, submitting a usage schedule at the beginning of the school year, assigning/appointing personnel, and scheduling the use of facilities. Infrastructure for intracurricular and extracurricular activities. In conclusion, the use of facilities and infrastructure to support the quality of learning at SMKS 6 Pertiwi Curup is preparing schedules so that there are no conflicts between classes and submitting programs at the beginning of the school year, using infrastructure specifically for learning activities which are the main priority, as well as scheduling extracurricular and extracurricular activities clear. Abstract

This phenomenological qualitative research aims to explore the learning strategies used by Islamic Religious Education lecturers in building the character of religious inclusion in the aspects of knowledge, feelings, and aspects of doing. The research informants comprised 15 lecturers who teach religious subjects at the Islamic Religious Education Study Program IAIN Curup. Data was collected using semi-structured interviews. The data collected was analyzed in three steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The validity of the data was checked using triangulation of technical sources. The results show that learning strategies to build character in religious intelligence can be carried out not only by providing knowledge and understanding. However, it must be accompanied by the development of attitudes, feelings, skills, and training to cooperate and provide students with real-life experience in a plural society.

Abstract

This study aimed to find a depiction of the problems encountered in learning Islamic religious education for the Anak Dalam Tribe at SDN 204 Tanjung Raden III Suka Damai Village and to find solutions to overcome the problems of PAI learning. This study used a qualitative approach. The participants incorporated the principal, PAI teachers, and Anak Dalam Tribe students. Data collection techniques deployed observations, interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed resting upon the following stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study conclusively revealed that the problems encountered in Anak Dalam Tribe’s PAI learning included: lack of motivation in following PAI lessons, lack of awareness to practice Islamic teachings, Teachers’ education qualifications that were still low, minimal infrastructure, and the environment which was dominated by non-Muslims. The efforts made to overcome various problems were motivating students, creating a conducive learning atmosphere, practicing Islamic teachings, improving the quality of teachers, completing educational facilities and infrastructure, and building cooperation with the parents of Anak Dalam Tribe.

Abstract

Character education is critical in developing studentsÔÇÖ attitudes and personalities. One approach that can be used is through teacher interaction with students. This study aims to reveal teachersÔÇÖ approach to interacting with students to develop good character values. This study is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. The research informants were eight teachers who intensively interacted with students for over a year. The data collection technique used in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique used was interpretative phenomenological analysis (AFI), which includes three stages: horizontalization, developing meaning units, and presenting the phenomenonÔÇÖs essence. To obtain valid data, researchers conducted source triangulation. The study results showed that intensive teacher-student interaction, both classically and individually, can provide understanding and foster studentsÔÇÖ awareness of having good character. Therefore, to build studentsÔÇÖ character in a better direction, teachers are strongly advised to constantly interact with students intensively, both classically and individually, to foster sensitivity and studentsÔÇÖ means of having good character.

Abstract

Abstract: Pattern of Religious Character Development Aspects of Worship in Students at SMP IT Rabbi Radhiyya Rejang Lebong.This study aims to explore patterns of religious character development in aspects of worship and morals in SMP IT Rabbi Radhiyya Rejang Lebong students. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Technique data obtained from interviews and observations. The data obtained were analyzed by four steps, namely data, data reduction, data presentation, leveraging, or pulling. The results showed that the development of religious character in the aspect of worship is carried out through obligatory prayers and sunnah (dhuha, rawatib) and tahfidz Qur'an. Development of religious character in the moral aspects including morals for teachers, morals towards others, and morals towards oneself. The development of religious character is carried out through a pattern of habituation, giving advice, guidance, control, and supervision, guidance, reward, and punishment, which includes knowledge, feelings, and actions.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: Facing pressures to enhance educational quality in the digital and multicultural era, this study examines the effects of multicultural classroom management, curriculum implementation, and learning innovation on the learning quality of junior high school students in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). Addressing the limitations of previous research, it proposes an integrative analytical model that simultaneously investigates these three variables. Methodology: Employing a quantitative design, the study involved 148 students from two Indonesian pesantren. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression. Main Findings: The findings show that multicultural classroom management and curriculum implementation do not have significant partial effects on learning quality. In contrast, learning innovation is the dominant predictor, significantly enhancing learning quality (β = 0.538, p < 0.001). Collectively, the three variables explain 55.4% of the variance, highlighting the decisive role of pedagogical innovation in the pesantren context. Novelty/Originality of this study: The study’s originality lies in its integrative model that simultaneously examines managerial, curricular, and pedagogical dimensions within the pesantren, a context rarely studied empirically. The practical implication emphasizes the importance of strengthening teachers' pedagogical innovation to enhance learning quality in multicultural and digital educational environments.
