Abstract

The insistence of challenges from digitalization and transformation of the 4.0 era made the government and the people of Bandung as a creative city of UNESCO must improve 21st century competencies, one of which was creative. This study aims to analyze the development of creative character by the Bandung City Government in developing competent citizens of the 21st century. With the case study method, this research involves three research subjects which include the city government, community, and residents who are fostered. The results showed that the coaching process had a top down and bottom up direction. Coaching is carried out through policy and non-policy competency development programs from the government and community collaborative forums. The process includes the analysis of program plans, program implementation, evaluation of results.

Abstract

Dunia dihadapkan pada globalisasi yang mengharuskan setiap manusia harus siap dengan berbagai kemungkinan yang akan terjadi di kemudian hari. Kurikulum pendidikan kewarganegaraan perlu mendapat perhatian terutama sejak proses digitalisai mulai masuk ke dunia pendidikan. Akan tetapi memang didalam perkembangan zaman tuntutan dalam pengembangan kurikulum harus terus dilakukan. Perkembangan zaman yang dimaksudkan adalah perkembangan revolusi industri 4.0 yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan teknologi digital. Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum adalah untuk mengetahui kurikulum pendidikan kewarganegaraan berbasis digital untuk menyiapkan pendidik sekolah dasar di Indonesia menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0. Penguatan kajian kajian tersebut dilakukan menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Studi pustaka digunakan untuk memahami secara mendalam dan komprehensif tentang kurikulum pendidikan kewarganegaraan di era revolusi industri 4.0, kemudian untuk memperkuat kajian pengembangan ini, peneliti juga melakukan kajian melalui media observasi, serta observasi. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum pendidikan kewarganegaraan seharusnya lebih diarahkan pada pengetahuan-pengetahuan terkait dengan multikulturalisme seperti yang sudah dilakukan di negara-negara maju. Kurikulum pendidikan kewarganegaraan perlu untuk memperbaharui sistem pembelajaran serta model pembelajaran mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Pada abad ke-21 ini kebutuhan akan hasil akhir dalam sebuah pendidikan bukanlah manusia-manusia yang hanya bisa membaca, menulis dan berhitung.

Abstract

The allocation of village funds can be said to be optimally empowering the community if it is channeled to the community to prosper and strengthen the economy as part of the economy civics of the community if it is in accordance with a careful planning process and is also based on applicable laws and regulations. Community welfare can be seen when there is an increasing change of opinion accompanied by qualified skills and knowledge so that it can reduce the level of poverty. This research is intended to be able to identify and inform the extent to which the allocation of village funds is optimally distributed to the community or not, especially in the jurisdictional area of Bojongsari Village. This research in the process of preparation using a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. The data collection technique that the researcher uses is by using interviews, observation, documentation studies, and literature studies. The results of the research obtained on field objectivity show that the impact felt by the community from the empowerment program using village funds has been felt, but if overall the village funds are said to have not been optimally allocated because they are not in accordance with the laws and regulations that govern it.

Abstract

This research based on the phenomenon of switching from conventional learning to full e-learning which is part of the impact of the physical distance policy in adapting to the Covid-19 pandemic situation. SMP Negeri 30 Bandung is one of the schools that uses Schoology as an alternative media for e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, it is necessary to examine how the increase in civic knowledge of students through Schoology-based e-learning is related to the diversity of subjects in Citizenship Education subjects. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the increase in the civic knowledge of students through schoology-based e-learning as seen from the learning completeness of at least 70%. This type of research is sequential mixed methods using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research sample used a random sampling technique to class VII students of SMP Negeri 30 Bandung for the academic year 2020/2021 with a total of 75 people. The results showed that the percentage of students' learning completeness was 70.7%, so it can be categorized as students who have completed learning individually and most of them have been able to achieve the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM).

Abstract

ABSTRAKMaraknya penggunaan ChatGPT OpenAI dikalangan mahasiswa, membuat mahasiswa saat ini tidak memperhatikan etika akademik dalam membuat suatu tugas, makalah dan karya tulis ilmiah. Dalam penggunaan teknologi ChatGPT seharusnya memperhatikan etika akademik, agar tidak terjadinya pelanggaran etika akademik, seperti salah satunya tindakan plagiarisme yang merugikan banyak pihak. Atas dasar itu peneliti menggunakan studi pustaka, mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian yang relevan dan menarik kesimpulan tentang penggunaan ChatGPT oleh mahasiswa dalam ranah pendidikan yang ditinjau dari sudut pandang etika akademik. Pemanfaatan ChatGPT dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembuatan suatu tulisan dan tugas-tugas lainya dengan cepat dan efektif. Tapi perlu kita garisbawahi bahwa penggunaan ChatGPT OpenAI harus disertai dengan pemahaman tentang penggunaan ChatGPT OpenAI dengan arif dan bijak sana, jangan sampai melanggar etika akademik dan mahasiswa tidak boleh terlena dengan penggunaan ChatGPT OpenAI, yang menyebabkan daya nalar kritis dan kreativitas mahasiswa menurun karena ketergantungan penggunaan ChatGPT Open AI. Kesimpulannya, mahasiswa harus mengedepankan berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan berkolaborasi dalam mengembangkan keilmuan secara benar, selain itu mengedepankan etika akademik dalam membuat tugas, makalah dan karya tulis ilmiah. ABSTRACTThe widespread use of ChatGPT OpenAI among students has made students nowadays not pay attention to academic ethics in making assignments, papers and scientific papers. The use of ChatGPT technology should pay attention to academic ethics, so that there are no violations of academic ethics, such as plagiarism which is detrimental to many parties. On this basis, the researcher uses literature study, describes relevant research results and draws conclusions about the use of ChatGPT by students in the educational realm from the point of view of academic ethics. Utilization of ChatGPT can be used in making writing and other tasks quickly and effectively. But we need to underline that the use of OpenAI ChatGPT must be accompanied by an understanding of the use of OpenAI ChatGPT wisely and wisely, not to violate academic ethics and students should not be complacent with the use of OpenAI ChatGPT, which causes critical reasoning and student creativity to decrease due to dependence on using ChatGPT. Open AI. Abstract

The implementation of remote policies is the answer from the Government to the problems in the world of education caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The many limitations in implementing remote policies during this pandemic, cannot be separated from the problems that occur during the implementation process. Educators play an important role in the successful implementation of remotely, required to innovate and be creative in conveying learning amid all existing limitations. Therefore, this study aims to find out "The extent to which blended learning methods can help in implementing distance learning policies at SMA Labschool UPI Bumi Siliwangi". The approach in this writing uses Qualitative, with the Case Study method. The results of the study showed; 1). From the educator's point of view: a) In terms of time flexibility, the learning process can be done anywhere and anytime, b) In terms of administrative more neatly, c) In terms of administrative more neat, d) More cost-effective, e) In terms of Pancasila education and citizenship, providing a space of persuasion for educators and students. 2). Student point of view a) Able to increase the spirit of learners' learning motivation, b) Help learners better understand learning materials, c) Provide discussion space for educators and learners in PPKn subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the potential of empowering digital natives through digital literacy to strengthen utopian civic engagement for a better future. The research methodology employed in this study is grounded theory, with data collected through in-depth interviews with 15 digital natives respondents in Bandung, Indonesia. The collected data was then analyzed using NVivo version 12 Plus for Macbook software. The study's findings indicate that digital literacy promotes positive social media use and enhances digital natives' civic engagement. Digital natives with high digital literacy tend to have greater social and political awareness, enabling them to identify and address complex social issues through active participation in online discussions and actions. Furthermore, digital literacy helps shape their civic identity and a sense of belonging to online communities. The conclusion of this research provides a deeper understanding of the potential for empowering digital natives through digital literacy for utopian civic engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian pustaka library research. Ada empat alasan yang melatarbelakangi penelitian tentang konstruksi pendidikan karakter di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah pada era distrubsi ini urgen untuk dilakukan, pertama, seharusnya pendidikan karakter yang berlangsung saat ini mampu menurunkan kasus dekandensi moral anak bangsa, namun kenyataannya angka kasus dekandensi moral semakin meningkat. Kedua, diperlukan sebuah konstruksi pendidikan karakter yang ideal untuk bisa dijadikan sebagai model pengembangan pendidikan karakter. Ketiga, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan formal yang cukup ideal dijadikan sebagai contoh pengembangan pendidikan karakter. Keempat, belum adanya penelitian sejenis tentang konstruksi pendidikan karakter di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah pada era distrubsi. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pendidikan karakter di madrasah ibtidaiyah memiliki distingsi atau kekhasan yang tidak dimiliki lembaga pendidikan formal sejenis lainnya. Sebagai rekomendasi, penelitian ini mendorong model pendidikan karakter di madrasah untuk senantiasa direkonstruksi secara lebih massif sehingga bisa dijadikan rujukan dalam pengembangan model pendidikan karakter di lembaga lain yang sejenis.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji responsivitas tenaga pendidik dalam menyikapi penyusunan kebijakan pedoman etika penggunaan kecerdasan buatan (AI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis empiris dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel dalam kajian ini terdiri dari tiga orang tenaga pendidik, terutama yang mengajar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di SMP Negeri 44 Palembang. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara sistematis dengan memadukan fakta-fakta yang ada dengan teori-teori hukum positif yang berlaku di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan yang mengatur etika penggunaan AI, khususnya di bidang pendidikan bagi peserta didik, sangat diperlukan. Banyaknya penyalahgunaan yang terjadi, termasuk masalah terkait data dan pedoman penggunaannya, menegaskan perlunya kebijakan yang mencakup kebutuhan dan kondisi terkini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan kajian mendalam tentang representasi nilai-nilai karakter bangsa dalam tradisi mandai ulu taon masyarakat Kaiti sebagai upaya mempertahankan karakter bangsa, meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepedulian masyarakat dan generasi muda akan nilai-nilai karakter dalam tradisi mandai ulu taon. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kaiti Desa Rambah Tengah Barat Kecamatan Rambah Kabupaten Rokanhulu, Provinsi Riau. Sedangkan narasumber penelitian dalam penelitian ini melibatkan Tokoh Agama Tokoh Adat, Tokoh budaya, Tokoh Pemuda, Tokoh Masyarakat, pelaku budaya, Pemerintah Desa dan Kecamatan Serta Masyarakat Desa Kaiti. Penelitian ini sebagai penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan metode etnografi, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dan teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data, serta triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat nilai-nilai karakter bangsa dalam tradisi mandai ulu taon masyarakat Desa Rambah Tengah Barat meliputi tahapan dari tradisi mandai ulu taon yang meliputi tahapan persiapan mandai ulu taon (nilai musyawarah, nilai kebersamaan, nilai peduli lingkungan, nilai kepercayaan), tahapan malaksanaon mandai ulu taon (nilai gotong royong, nilai tanggung jawab, nilai kesenian, dan nilai rasa bangga budaya daerah), tahapan pangaluon mandai ulu taon (nilai religius, nilai cinta damai dan nilai toleransi).
