Abstract

RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo is one of the hospitals whose services have used Electronic Health Record (EHR). The implementation of EHR is frequent loading and errors during service and lacking for several menus. The research purpose was to evaluate user satisfaction related to reporting on the Electronic Health Record (EHR) in the central medical records unit Dr. RSUPN. Cipto Mangunkusumo. This research was quantitative descriptive with population of all Electronic Health Record users in the central medical record unit, with 50 sample of respondents. The sampling technique was conducted by sistematic random sampling. Data was analyzed through scoring and presented in table form. The results showed that the dimension of accuracy was 73.28%, format was 71.6%, ease of use was 69.2%, content was 69.2 %, and timelines was 65.66%. These dimension scores indicated good criteria or the user was satisfied with the current Electronic Health Record (EHR) condition, but it requires the development of information systems by adding and adjusting modules contained in the EHR so that user satisfaction continues to increase. Keywords: evaluation; electronic health record (HER); end user computing satisfaction (EUCS) ABSTRAK Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional (RSUPN) Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang pelayanannya sudah menggunakan SIMRS yang disebut Electronic Health Record (EHR). Penggunaan EHR sering loading dan error pada saat pelayanan dan ada beberapa menu yang masih kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan pengguna terkait pelaporan pada Electronic Health Record (EHR) di unit rekam medis pusat RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi seluruh pengguna Electronic Health Record di unit rekam medis pusat, dan sampel berjumlah 50 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sistematic random sampling. Analisa data dilakukan melalui skoring dan disajika ndalam bentuk tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi keakuratan memiliki nilai tertinggi, yaitu 73,28%, tampilan 71,6%, kemudahan pengguna 69,2%, isi 69,2%, dan waktu 65,66%. Skor dalam dimensi tersebut termasuk dalam kriteria baik atau pengguna puas terhadap konsisi Electronic Health Record (EHR) saat ini, namun masih diperlukan pengembangan sistem informasi serta menambahkan dan menyesuaikan modul yang ada di dalam EHR sehingga kepuasan pengguna terus meningkat. Abstract

Latar belakang: Kabupaten Jember merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang terdapat di Propinsi Jawa Timur yang pada tahun 2016 menempati peringkat dua untuk Angka Kematian Ibu tertinggi. Jumlah kematian ibu di Kabupaten Jember dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2017 mengalami peningkatan dimana pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 43 kematian. Puskesmas memiliki peranan utama dan sangat vital dalam upaya penurunan AKI di Indonesia. Program-program kesehatan di Puskesmas yang difokuskan pada kegiatan preventif dan promotif dalam program Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak masih belum berjalan dengan maksimal. Tujuan: menyusun upaya untuk menurunkan AKI melalui pelaksanaan manajemen program kesehatan ibu di Puskesmas yang meliputi planning, organizing, actuating dan controlling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan sampel berjumlah 34 Puskesmas. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan planning dan organizing telah dilakukan namun dalam kategori cukup, actuating dan controlling dalam kategori baik. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada faktor organizing, actuating dan controlling terhadap AKI. Saran: Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah mempertahankan kegiatan peningkatan cakupan ibu hamil dan ibu bersalin, melengkapai job description masing masing pekerjaan, meningkatkan keterlibatan lintas sektor pada kegiatan promosi, mempertahankan kegiatan controlling. Perlu keterlibatan seluruh pihak dalam menurunkan AKI.Kata kunci: manajemen, AKI, Jember

Abstract

Background: The average of employee turnover rate in Surabaya Surgical Hospital was quite high roughly about 16.21% in 2011 until 2015. Employees’ negative behavior or feelings due to long exposure to an emotional stressor are called burnout syndrome which could trigger turnover in an organization.Aims: This study analyzed the effect of burnout syndrome towards turnover intention using organizational commitment as an intermediate variable.Methods: This study was cross-sectional research by involving 126 respondents as samples according to the proportion of each unit at Surabaya Surgical Hospital. Data were analysed statistically using multiple linier regression.Results: Respondents were mostly female (65.1%) and in the age group of 26-35 years (62.7%). Most of them were early adults, permanent employees (95.2%), and undergraduates (89.7%). While the minority have worked for 3 up to 4 years (40.5%). Burnout syndrome had a significant effect on employees’ organizational commitment. Organizational commitment showed a significant effect on turnover intention, while burnout syndrome did not show a significant effect on turnover intention.Conclusion: Burnout syndrome did not directly affect turnover intention but became a possible cause of turnover intention through organizational commitment as the intermediate variable. The results of this study could be the basis for hospital managers to decrease employee’s turnover intention by minimizing burnout syndrome and increasing organizational commitment with a better reward system. Keywords: burnout syndrome, organizational commitment, turnover intention, hospital.

Abstract

National Center General Hospital Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo is one of the hospitals whose services haveused Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). The SIMRS used in RSCM is called the ElectronicHealth Record (EHR). In its application, there were still obstacles that made the staff less satisfied with theEHR, one of which was the loading of the EHR. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the EHR in termsof user satisfaction using the PIECES method (performance, information, economic, control, efficiency,service). This type of research is qualitative research, by describing the results of interviews andobservations that have been conducted by researchers and assessed by the PIECES method. Respondentsin this study were 1 filling officer, 1 reporting officer, 1 warehouse officer, and 1 expedition officer. The resultsobtained in this study are that the EHR performance has produced data according to user needs and thereis still a fairly long loading. EHR is able to provide quality information that is easily understood and has beenintegrated with BPJS. that the EHR can produce data according to user needs and the EHR still needs timeif the officer inputs or loads. The EHR has a use value because it is integrated with BPJS Health and alsohas an EHR officer or improvement team. EHR users feel that having an EHR makes it easy for EHR userswhen performing health services such as searching for patient files and making reports. The conclusion isthat the EHR makes it easy for users to do their work. Suggestions given by researchers are to the UMSI toupdate the EHR and perform maintenance on the system and hardware.

Abstract

Integrated Admision Information System (SISMIDU) is a system that serves to conduct bed managementdata in RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. This system is a supporting facility to know the availability of bedinformation so that it can provide fast service in patients. The implementation of SISMIDU still has someobstacles that the system often encountered error in conducting patient data search, it takes a long time tosave data and system that is less update related to information availability of room in the inpatient area soas to cause inpatient buildup in the hospitalization of admission patient. The Purpose of this research is toevaluate the SISIMIDU based on user satisfaction. This type of research is qualitative research with datacollection through questionnaires. Method used is the End User Computing Satisfaction the methodconsisting aspects of content,aspects of accuracy, aspects of the format, aspects of timeliness and aspectof ease of use. Result of the research of the five aspects, among others, the aspect of content 67%respondents expressed satisfaction, aspect of accuracy 100% respondents expressed dissatisfied, aspectsof format 67% of respondents expressed dissatisfied, the aspect of timeliness 100% of respondentsexpressed dissatisfied and aspect of ease of use 100% expressed dissatisfied. It is hoped that hospitals canmake improvements and development against SISMIDU in order for SISMIDU to provide information thatsuits the needs of the user.

Abstract

Confidentiality of medical records at RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang still had several obstacles in implementation, where there were non-medical record officers who enter and exit the outpatient filing room although there was finger prints and written warnings stating that "other than medical record officers are prohibited from entering" in the outpatient filing section. The purpose of this report is to analyze the confidentiality of medical records based on the right of access to outpatient filing rooms at RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. This report used qualitative methods, and the analysis method used is 5M management aspects (man, money, material, method, and machine) to identify the problems and look for priority causes use USG (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) techniques. The results of this report indicate that the management aspects of man, method, material, and machine are the factors causing the lack of secrecy of the medical record based on the right of access to outpatient filing rooms at RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. The priority cause of the problem in this report is the ignorance of officers in relation to the existing SOP / Medical Record Services Book. The priority results of the cause of the problem produce a solution, it are necessary to conduct socialization about SOP for storing medical records and Medical Record Services Book relating to the secrecy of medical records to all medical records officers, especially filing officers before being placed in their work units and evaluating every three months by monitoring the implementation of SOP /Medical Record Services Book by an outpatient filing coordinator.

Abstract

Provision of outpatient medical record documents is the time required to provide medical recorddocuments from the patient registering to the examination. According to Minister of Health Decree No. 129of 2008 which states that the provision of outpatient medical record files is less than 10 minutes. Based onthe observation time of providing medical record documents at Dr. Hospital. Saiful Anwar Malang for morethan 10 minutes. The longest time for providing medical record documents is in the process of distributingmedical record documents from the distribution rack to the clinic for 14.84 minutes. To find the factors thatcause delays in the distribution of food, an evaluation of the performance of the distribution officers iscarried out with the performance theory of Motivation, Opportunity, and Ability. The aim is to determine thedelay factor in the distribution of medical record documents which causes the quality of hospital services todecrease. Based on observations, interviews and documentation, it is known that the factors causingdelays in distribution are lack of motivation and sanctions, lack of discipline among officers and no clearSOP regarding the distribution of medical records. Then there is a need for clear performance monitoringand preparation of SOPs related to the distribution of medical record documents.

Abstract

Jarak antar rak di RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar adalah 70 cm. Ruang filing tidak terdapat AC dan kondisi blower mati. Tinggi rak penyimpanan melebihi petugas menjadi suatu kendala dalam mengambil dan menyimpan berkas rekam medis rawat inap. Tujuan penyusunan laporan ini adalah mendesain secara ergonomi ruang filing berkas rekam medis rawat inap di RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah petugas filing rawat inap di RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar berjumlah 2 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil laporan didapatkan bahwa desain rak penyimpanan, meja, dan kursi di ruang filing rawat inap di RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar belum ergonomis. Luas ruang filing rawat inap di RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar saat ini masih belum ergonomis. Kebutuhan luas ruang filing rawat inap kedepannya berdasarkan kebutuhan rak baru adalah sebesar 922,58 m2. Kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana diruang filing sudah cukup memadai, hanya saja perlu penambahan rak baru dan AC. Kondisi linkungan fisik di ruang filing rawat inap belum sesuai standar rumah sakit. Upaya yang perlu dilakukan yaitu perlu modifikasi rak dan penambahan pengaman sesuai antropometri petugas, meja dan kursi sesuai antropometri petugas, tata ruang sesuai antropometri petugas, perubahan daya watt lampu dan jenis lampu, penambahan alat hygrometer untuk memberikan informasi temperatur, penambahan ventilasi mekanik berupa kipas angin dan teralis besi, serta penambahan APAR. Kata Kunci : rumah sakit, filing, ergonomi

Abstract

RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo is a government hospital in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The hospital hasnot used an electronic medical record with a land area of 12,1409 hectares and is still using manualmedical records, causing the length of documents to be distributed to each unit that needs it. Besides thedistance traveled causes the loss of files in it. The target achievement of medical record response time isstill very far from what has been set, which is equal to 90% of medical records reaching poly at <25minutes. Implementation of electronic medical records at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo has not beenimplemented yet because the needs of the implementation of electronic medical records have not beenmet, so it is necessary to analyze the electronic medical records needs of adult outpatients. The researchmethod used is the user centered design method which is a design method that puts the user at the centerof a system design process. The process in the UCD method is to understand and determine the user'scontext, determine the needs of users and organizations, design solutions produced, and designevaluation of user needs. The results of the study are end-users of electronic medical records of adultoutpatients, namely doctors, nurses, medical recorders, and pharmacists. There are 3 needs for users andorganizations namely information needs, functional needs and non-functional needs. There are 13interface designs and interface design evaluation results, namely the design produced according to userneeds

Abstract

One of efforts to improve the quality of healthcare facilities is to improve the quality of medical record services including completeness, speed and accuracy in providing information for health care needs. A complete and accurate medical record can be used as a reference to health services, legal bases, supporting information to improve medical quality, medical research and be used as a basis to assess the performance of hospitals. The purpose of this research identifies the factors causing the incompleteness of the replenishment of inpatient medical record in the RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. The type of research used is qualitative. Data collection techniques by way of document study, interviews and observation. Document studies are conducted on 100 inpatient medical record documents that have not been conducted assembling, while the interview is conducted to the IRNA 2 medical record officer to determine the factors causing the incompleteness of medical record documents. Observation is done to complete the interview data. The results of the analysis on 100 inpatient medical record files were obtained that the incomplete number of medical records was 79%, with the most incompleteness presentation on the responsibilities of the doctor which includes medical resumes, casemix sheets, and surgery reports. The interview and observation results show that the main causation factor for the filing of an inpatient medical record of a surgical ward is from the doctor's awareness and discipline in filling in the medical record documents. As a solution to improve the completeness of medical record filling is by spur motivation and increase the discipline of doctors in filling medical record documents by providing reward and punishment and to repair SOP filling medical record of hospitalizatio.
