Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial ratios, among others: Price to Book Value (PBV), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and company size on stock returns, both simultaneous and partial balance. This research was conducted using a sample of 12 food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by determining the sample taken (purposive sampling) because there were certain considerations over a 4-year period (2014-2017). This study uses multiple linear regression methods with the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study indicate that there is simultaneously an influence between Price to Book Value (PBV), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and company size on stock returns. And partially Price to Book Value (PBV) and Return On Assets (ROA) have no effect on stock returns, while Return On Equity (ROE) and company size on stock returns have a significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and explain the effect of Financial Supervision and Presentation of Financial Statements on Government Performance Conceptual Value for Money in Malang. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression. Sampling is done by purposive sampling method, which is sampling based on certain criteria to be used as respondents in this study. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire that was distributed to employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, amounting to 46 questionnaires or (92%). Classical assumption testing includes multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and normality test. Hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. Based on the results of data analysis research with the help of SPSS 16.00 shows that 1) There is a significant influence between Financial Supervision and Presentation of Financial Statements on Government Performance Concepts Value for Money. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between Financial Supervision on the Performance of the Government concept of Value For Money. 3) There is a positive and significant effect between the Presentation of Financial Statements on the government's performance concept of value for money.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial, menganalisis pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial apabila komitmen organisasi di masukkan sebagai variabel intervening, dan menganalisis pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial apabila job-related stress dimasukkan sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi ini adalah lembaga pendidikan Technos di Jawa Timur sejumlah 60 buah kantor cabang. Dari 60 buah kantor cabang lembaga pendidikan Primagama di Jawa Timur ternyata hanya 54 yang memiliki kepala cabang dan yang dapat dijadikan sampel. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil studi ini mengindikasikan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan job-related stress merupakan variabel penting untuk pencapaian prestasi kinerja manajerial yang baik. Prestasi yang diartikan sebagai keterlibatan  dan pengaruh manajer dalam menentukan anggarannya, memberikan  dampak positif untuk menumbuhkan komitmen terhadap organisasi tempat mereka bekerja.

Abstract

The program's cost environmentally friendly cars or Low MPV (LCGC) issued by the Indonesian government to bring the impact of the availability of consumer choices Indonesia to buy a car at a bargain price. The challenge is whether consumers have confidence that the car MPV although low cost but still quality. Nearly all car manufacturers to get the car with this type so that competition in the automotive business has become very competitive. This study aims to determine causality corporate image to build customer trust and customer loyalty Low MPV car. The study was conducted on customers of Toyota cars, with the number of respondents 150, using accidental sampling and technique using path analysis. The results that the corporate image has a direct influence on the increase in customer loyalty, as well as striving indirectly through increased customer confidence LCGC Toyota. Manufacturer Toyota has the advantage of the corporate image of the customer against Toyota is high, so the products LCGC Toyota produced can be accepted by consumers for consumers / customers have a loyalty to Toyota, meaning that the high corporate image car customers LCGC  Toyota lead to customer loyalty. Another result of this study that the corporate image is also able to increase customer confidence LCGC Toyota subsequent impact on improving customer loyalty, meaning that belief becomes a mediation of the causal relationship of corporate image on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial performance of village-owned enterprises (BUMDES) in Buton Selatan district.  The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis using data in the form of financial data from Bumdes. The data analysis method used is the liquidity ratio, profitability ratio, solvency ratio and activity ratio.  The results showed that the average Curent Ratio of Bumdes in Kamoali Village, South Buton Regency, was 198.6% (good), the average Net Profit Margin was 31.8% (very good), the average Return on Equity was 17.76% (good) on average.  the average Total Assets Turnover is 0.496 times (poor), and the average Debt to Equity Ratio is 5.54% (very good). Keyword: Management, financial performance, BUMDes

Abstract

Abstract This study used a quantitative approach to ascertain the impact of Brand Image, Product Packaging, and Pricing on Buying Choices for Emina's beauty goods. 90 respondents were included in the study's sample, which was calculated using the Slovin formula. Primary data collected through a questionnaire is what was used. The validity and reliability of the instruments, as well as tests for normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous tests, partial tests, and coefficient of determination, were all utilized in this work. According to the research's partial findings, Brand Image has a favorable and large impact on purchasing decisions, but Product Packaging has no impact and Pricing has a marginally significant impact. From the research that has been done, the results show that brand image is more influential than the other two variables.  Keywords: Brand Image, Product Packaging, Price and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of leadership gaya, communication, organizational commitment on the performance of administrators at the Jombang Student Association, UNISMA. The location of this research was carried out on UNISMA students World Health Organization were the administrators of the Jombang UNISMA Student Association. This research is a quantitative research. This research uses a case study method where informasi is obtained by distributing questionnaires to UNISMA students World Health Organization were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin resep and the results obtained were 56 respondents. Informasi were analyzed using multiple linear regression test and determination test. Based on the results of informasi analysis, the results of the F test indicate that leadership style, communication, organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the performance of the Jombang Student Association administrators, UNISMA. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that leadership style, communication, organizational commitment, partially have a significant and positive effect on the performance of the Jombang Student Association administrators, UNISMA. The results of the determination test show that the percentage is 45%, in which the performance of the management can be influenced by leadership style, communication, organizational commitment. It is better if the leadership of the organization is able to form a good leadership style again, then this can be used to improve the work ethic of the management towards the performance of the management. Keywords : Leadership Style, Communication, Organizational Commitment, Management Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the market reaction and company performance to the employee stock option program. This research is quantitative research with secondary data collection techniques. In this study numbered 12 companies in a five-year period. Sampling techniques used are purposive sampling method. Secondary data processing using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously market reaction and company performance have a positive and significant effect. Partially, the market reaction has a positive and significant effect on the employee stock option program, while the company's performance has no effect on the employee stock option program. Keyword: Market Reaction, Company Performance, Employee Stock Option Program.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Scarlett Whitening Price on purchasing decisions of Scarlett Whitening Brand products. The location of this research was carried out on teenagers in Sumenep City who became consumers of Scarlett Whitening products. This research is a quantitative research. This study used a case study method where data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to adolescents in Sumenep City who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Ferdinand formula and the results obtained were 80 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the F test indicate that Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Price have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Price partially have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett whitening. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Price

Abstract

AbstractThe shift in consumer behavior in Indonesia is the main influence of increasing consumer demand. Consumer behavior tends to be impulsive, and this is especially true for consumers at toko UD pokok berkah Malang. This study aims to examine the relationship between impulse buying, price discounts, bonus packs, and store atmosphere. The sample consists of 100 respondents where they are selected by purposive sampling. Characteristics of respondents, for example, they live in the city of Malang, they have shopped at toko UD pokok berkah, respondents aged 15-45 years. Analysis using analisis regresi linear berganda on SPSS20. It was found that the discount price, bonus pack, and store atmosphere had a simultaneous effect on impulse buying, while for a partial effect only bonus packs had no effect on impulse buying. Keyword: price discount, bomus pack, store atmosphere, impulse buying
