Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge and financial literacy on financial management behavior in UMKM RPMR. This study used a purposive sampling technique which was carried out on 82 samples from 450 populations of UMKM RPMR members. The method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive test, instrument test (validity and reliability test), normality test, classical assumption test (multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, statistical testing (t test) and the coefficient of determination test data processing using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously there is an influence of financial knowledge and financial literacy on financial management behavior in UMKM RPMR.  Keywords:financial knowledge, financial literacy, financial management behavior.

Abstract

Abstract The phenomenon of online ojek is already endemic in Indonesia. The presence of mobile applications that sell online transportation services, changes the way people order transportation modes easily and quickly, simply by using a smartphone device. Business intelligence at the online ojek company itself, namely implementing the big data concept, this is done because online ojek always get a lot of historical data, it is necessary to know that this must be read quickly and carefully. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing business intelligence on online ojek applications to increase customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. This study uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula which obtained 91 respondents. The respondents are university students and students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Islamic University of Malang who use an online ojek application. Simple linear regression analysis was used to evaluate the causal model through SPSS 26. The results of this study found that business intelligence had a significant and positive effect on increasing customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. Keywords: Business Intelligence, Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Timbul Jaya Tulungagung Company. The type of research used is quantitative with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample used is 59 respondents who are all employees of Timbul Jaya Tulungagung Company. The data analysis method used in this research is instrument test, multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, f test, t test, and determination test using SPSS tool. The variables used in this study are work productivity variables (dependent variable) while the independent variables are compensation and motivation.The results of this study conclude that the compensation variable has an effect on employee work productivity, motivation has an effect on employee work productivity. Compensation and motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee productivity. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, and Employee Work Productivity.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of institutional ownership, funding decisions and debt policies on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2019 (Case study of manufacturing companies in the real estate & construction and financial property sectors). This sampling method was purposive sampling and obtained 49 samples that met the criteria from 170 companies that were observed. Technical analysis of this research data is descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the influence of institutional ownership structure as measured by the number of shares of institutional parties divided by total outstanding shares, funding decisions are measured by LDR (Long Term To Debt Ratio) and debt policy is measured by DER (Debt To Equity Ratio) shows that there is no significant effect on firm value as measured by PBV (Price Book Value). Keywords : Institutional Ownership, Funding Decisions, Debt Policies

Abstract

Abstract The retail industry is a growing industry in Indonesia, one of the retail industries in Indonesia is the Distribution Outlet or commonly known as Distro. In this increasingly competitive market condition, the retail industry needs to implement a strategy that must be properly designed, so that it will become a competitive advantage for retailers in winning the competition. One of the strategies used today is that the seller is the owner of the brand (brand) meaning the store sells and distributes its own brand of products. It is intended that consumers can only buy the store's brand. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of price, store image, on perceived value and purchase intention of consumers of Persebaya Store Sidoarjo. The sampling technique used the Malhotra formula by purposive sampling. The sample used as many as 85 respondents who live in Sidoarjo. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Survey Program. The results of this study show the results directly and indirectly, namely Store Image has a direct effect on Perceived Value, while indirectly or through the Moderation variable Purchase Intention has no effect on Perceived Value. Keywords: Price, Store Image, Perceived Value, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract This study was undertaken to evaluate how Product Quality, Price, and Promotion affected Purchase Decisions at Salika Land Housing. This study employs primary data and a quantitative methodology. Technique for obtaining samples, especially nonprobability sampling with a sample size of 52 individuals. Using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and traditional assumption tests to tackle the problem in this research. The research employed SPSS multiple linear regression analysis. The outcomes of this study include the Product Quality, Promotion, and Purchase Decision Motivation factors concurrently, with the Product Quality variable having no influence on Purchase Price Purchase Decisions and Promotion of Purchase Decisions at Salika Land Residence. Keywords : Promotion, Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to know the impact of the bank's health level with the risk based bank rating ( RBBR) on financial performance at the public bank listed on the IDX for the period 2017-2019. The data source in this study used the company's annual report which was downloaded through the website of the Indonesian stock exchange and the company. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that non-performing loan (NPL) and net interest margin (NIM) have a significant effect on financial performance, while loan to deposit ratio (LDR), good corporate governance (GCG) and capital adequacy ratio (CAR) have no significant effect on financial performance. Keywords: Bank Health, Risk Based Bank Rating, Financial Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions and interest rates on firm value. The population used in this research are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. The sample selection in this study using purposive sampling technique. Companies included in the research criteria consisted of 11 companies for 3 years. This research uses financial statement data from manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The data analysis technique in this study used normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing with the tools of the SPSS (Statistics Product and Service Solutions) application.The measuring instrument used to measure investment decisions is the Price Earning Ratio (PER), for decisions is the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), the interest rate uses the reference interest rate that has been set by the government and for the company value is the Price to Book Value (PBV). ). The results of this value are (1) investment decisions, decisions and interest rates that affect the value of the firm, (2) investment decisions partially on the effect on firm value, (3) decisions taken partially do not affect firm value, (4) )) the interest rate has no effect on firm value. Keywords: investment decisions, decisions, interest rates, firm value

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of workload and bureaucratic leadership style on the performance of UB Guest House employees. The theory that is used in this research is Workload Theory, Social Exchange Theory, and Bureaucratic Leadership. The researcher uses Social Exchange Theory to identify the relationship between employees and leaders. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis method and statistical analysis method by implementing Multiple Regression Test.
