Abstract

Abstract This study aims to explore and evaluate the effects of customer experience, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), product quality, and marketing strategies on consumers' purchase intention of Executive brand products. A quantitative research approach was adopted, utilizing a Likert scale for measurement. The sample, consisting of 125 students, was selected through purposive sampling using the Malhotra formula. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis involved several tests, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination test, all conducted using SPSS version 26. The findings indicate that customer experience, electronic word of mouth, product quality, and marketing strategies have both simultaneous and individual effects on the purchase intention of Executive products. Keyword: Customer Experience, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Product Quality, and Marketing Strategy, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM mengenai pemahaman tentang pencatatan laporan keuangan yang benar dan kewajiban perpajakan serta penggunaan Aplikasi pencatatan keuangan dan pelaporan pajak. Metode yang diterapkan adalah dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara, serta bimbingan teknis. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, para pelaku UMKM memperoleh pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang pencatatan laporan keuangan dan kewajiban perpajakan UMKM pada tiga mitra di kecamatan kedungkandang, Kota Malang.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of price, product variation, and service quality on purchasing decisions at Dapur Cece Wulan in Jombang Regency. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 65 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results show that simultaneously, price, product variation, and service quality significantly affect purchasing decisions. Partially, price and product variation have a significant influence, while service quality does not show a significant effect. These findings indicate that appropriate pricing strategies and improvements in service quality are key factors in encouraging consumers to make purchases at Dapur Cece Wulan. Keywords: Price, Product Variation, Service Quality, Purchasing Decision, Dapur Cece Wulan

Abstract

PT. Dinova Kanaya Pratama (DKP) Malang memiliki UMKM binaan yang berasal dari berbagai wilayah di Area Malang. UMKM binaan tersebut memerlukan pelatihan pembuatan konten dan peningkatan kesadaran keamanan informasi untuk mendukung aktivitas pemasaran digital mereka. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Telkom dan DKP melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan pembuatan konten dan peningkatan kesadaran keamanan informasi. Dengan dilakukannya kegiatan tersebut, diharapkan kegiatan pemasaran digital UMKM binaan PT. Dinova Kanaya Pratama (DKP) terutama promosi online UMKM di Malang dapat berjalan dengan lebih efektif dan aman serta mematuhi kaidah-kaidah privasi pelanggan. Pelatihan tersebut dilaksanakan pada 26 November 2025 dan diikuti 25 UMKM. Pembuatan konten dilakukan dengan pemberian pelatihan Canva dengan hasil pelatihan PreTest dan PostTest beberapa item pernyataan secara umum terdapat peningkatan, meskipun tidak terdapat perbedaan rerata yang signifikan secara statistik antara hasil PreTest dan PostTest pada pelatihan canva ini. Hasil pelatihan kesadaran keamanan informasi menuntukkan bahwa semua item pernyaatan PreTest dan PostTest meningkat dan terdapat perbedaan rerata yang signifikan secara statistik antara hasil PreTest dan PostTest pada pelatihan kesadarn keamanan informasi ini. Program Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Telkom ini dapat membantu UMKM menerima pelatihan Canva dan keamanan siber agar mereka dapat berfungsi secara efektif dalam promosi online khususnya di e-commerce atau media sosial dan aman di dunia digital serta memenuhi kaidah privasi yang berlaku.

Abstract

Abstract This study investigates the influence of business location and service quality on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an explanatory variable, at AHASS Adi Jaya Motor Malang. The research is motivated by the growing competition in the motorcycle service industry, which requires authorized workshops to maintain customer loyalty through superior service performance. A quantitative associative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. Data were collected through online questionnaires from 81 respondents selected using purposive random sampling. The findings indicate that business location and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction also shows a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Furthermore, customer satisfaction plays an important role in explaining the relationship between business location and service quality with customer loyalty. These results suggest that a strategic and easily accessible location, supported by consistent and reliable service quality, contributes to positive customer evaluations and encourages repeat service usage. Therefore, AHASS Adi Jaya Motor Malang is advised to improve location accessibility, maintain customer comfort, and continuously enhance employee competence and service responsiveness to strengthen long-term customer loyalty. Keywords: Business Location, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, AHASS.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and its contribution to increasing the revenue of Fotokopi Mandiri, a micro and small enterprise operating in Pasuruan Regency. The research focuses on examining the application of the nine core elements of the BMC, formulating revenue enhancement strategies, and evaluating the impact of BMC implementation on business revenue performance. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), and documentation. The informants consisted of the business owner, employees, and customers who were directly involved in business operations. The findings indicate that the implementation of the BMC supports more structured and systematic business management. Among the nine elements, four components—value proposition, Customer relationships, Channels, and revenue streams—play a dominant role in driving revenue growth. The application of the BMC positively influences business performance through improved operational efficiency, strengthened marketing strategies, enhanced service quality, and more effective resource utilization. Furthermore, BMC implementation contributes to business sustainability by increasing production capacity and supporting the adoption of digital technology in service delivery and promotion. Overall, this study demonstrates that the Business Model Canvas is an effective strategic tool for improving revenue performance and ensuring the sustainability of micro-scale service enterprises, particularly in the photocopy and printing service sector. Keywords: Business Model Canvas, Revenue Growth, Micro And Small Enterprises, Photocopy Services, Business Sustainability

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan dan kinerja wirusaha, memberikanketrampilan tentang perencanaan bisnis dan manajemen usaha, meningkatkan ketrampilan SDMdalam teknik produksi dan pemasaran, membentuk jejaring bisnis sebagai media publikasi.Metode pelaksanaan adalah pendampingan mengelola organisasi, dan meningkatkan kinerjaSDM, selain mampu menyusun rencana bisnis dan anggaran, pelatihan manajemen danmembuatlaporan keuangan, terdaftar pada dinas UKM dan koperasi, upaya mendapatkan modal, punyawebsite mampu membangun kerjasama kerja dengan pihak lain. Abstract

The development of student entrepreneurship at the University of Kanjuruhan Malang is starting to show results. This is very supportive of government programs in their development in line with increasing economic growth. Furthermore, it has an impact on student entrepreneurial actors to be more creative and innovative in effective marketing strategic planning. Most entrepreneurial students have difficulty developing because they do not understand how to market a product effectively, display product packaging attractively so that it has high selling value and manages their business well. On this occasion, we aim to provide solutions through the Entrepreneurship Development Program of the University of Kanjuruhan Malang which collaborates with micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Malang City and Regency, in the form of a digital marketing strategy, namely e-commerce. The method we use in this activity is conducting workshops by forming student groups according to their target products and market reach, and providing assistance to these student groups. The investment that we provide is in the form of e-commerce applications. The results of the investment show a significant change in marketing among entrepreneurial students at Kanjuruhan University of Malang.
