Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine the influence of using WhatsApp social media on the learning motivation of Economic Education students at the University of Riau. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale.The population used in this study were students of Economic Education at the University of Riau, namely the 2017-2019 class with a total population of 231 people. The sample of this study was taken by probability random sampling using the Slovin formula and using a stratified random sampling technique, with a sample of 71 people. The data collected was then tabulated and analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the use of WhatsApp social media is high, namely 83.2%, the use of WhatsApp as a means of communication and information dissemination is very much needed by Economic Education students at the University of Riau, including communication and dissemination of learning information, while the learning motivation of Economic Education students is in the medium category64,9%.The use of WhatsApp social media has a positive and significant influence on the learning motivation of Economic Education students at the University of Riau with the regression equation Y=21,803+540X, it can be concluded that the influence of the use of WhatsApp social media (X) as a medium of communication and information dissemination on student learning motivation (Y) has an influence on positive with the results of R Square 0.288, the influence of using WhatsApp social media on learning motivation is 28.8%.Key Words: Social Media,Learning Motivation,Influence.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of family and school environment on the achievement motivation of SMA 4 Mandau. The population of this study was 407 students of grade XI of SMA Negeri 4 Mandau, in this study using a simple random sampling technique which required the data taken of 80 class XI students. To get the data needed is a questionnaire method and the previous research was taken to test the validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the family environment and the school environment both partially and simultaneously affect the achievement motivation which means that the family environment and the school environment are included in both categories in learning and have the desire of students to achieve high achievement. Suggestions for schools should strive to provide good facilities because with the convenient facilities it will increase the motivation of student achievement, for students more concerned with the learning process the material delivered is more digestible in order to develop their motivation in learning at school, for researchers to be able to test other variables that can affect achievement motivation.Key Words: Family Environment, School Environment, and Achievement Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out the influence of products, promotions, prices and distribution on online purchasing decisions of Students of Economic Education, Riau University. The number of samples used in the study was 80 students who made purchases online more than twice. The types of data used in this study are primary data in the form of products, promotions, distribution prices and online purchasing decisions. The method of data collection uses questionnaires. The analytical techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analyses. The results showed that there was a significant influence between products, promotions, prices and distribution on online purchasing decisions on students of Economic Education, Riau University.Key words: Prodct, Promotion, Price, Place and Online Purchase Decision

Abstract

The research objective to observe the influence of school culture, integrity teachers and teacher job satisfaction on the effectiveness of teachers' work. The study was conducted in the Education Kubu Raya district area Kalimantan West, methods of field research through surveys, using questionnaires through path analysis approach. Affordable population is around the Kubu Raya teachers of SMKN using random sampling techniques. The results obtained are positive effect School culture on the effectiveness of teacher work, the integrity of the teacher toward teacher effectiveness, teacher job satisfaction toward effectiveness of teacher work, school culture toward job satisfaction of teachers, the integrity of the teacher toward teacher job satisfaction, and a positive effect the school culture toward integrity of teachers. In the end the results of this research are expected to be useful for education and to increase the effectiveness of teachers SMKN (vocational schools) in Kubu Raya Kalimantan West

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to enhance the activity and student achievement in the subjects operate office equipment Office class XI student of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo.This research used the Classroom Action Research (CAR). The study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects were students of class XI Departement Office of State Vocational High School 1 Sukoharjototaling 32 students. Source of data derived from students, teachers, and documents. Data collection techniques are observation, testing, documentation and interviews. Techniques for the validity of the data used triangulation of data sources and triangulation methods. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques , qualitative analysis techniques and comparative description.The results of research shows that through the application of cooperative learning model with type Group Investigation (GI) can improve activeness and learning achievement Manage office equipment at Grade XI Departement Office State Vocational High School 1 Sukoharjo In Academic Year 2015/2016. The increase occurred in the first cycle and the second cycle. Before application of cooperative learning model with type Group Investigation (GI) grade average score is 73 with the percentage of completeness 34.8%. In the first cycle class average value increased to 77.12 with the percentage of completeness 78.13% and the second cycle the average value increased to 80 grade with a percentage of completeness 84.83%. The conclusions of this research is the application of cooperative learning model type Group Investigation (GI) can improve learning achievement Goods Administration subject matter in Grade XI Marketing of State Vocational High School 1 Sukoharjo.

Abstract

Dulu sering dikatakan bahwa Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam (PTAI) hanya melahirkan tukang do'a, imam masjid dan mushalla, di mana para alumninya jika disebut kyai juga belum siap secara keilmuan, dan jika disebut intelektual kiprah para alumninya dalam bidang birokrasi pemerintahan, politik, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya juga masih jauh tertinggal dengan para alumni Perguruan Tinggi Umum (PTU) lainnya. Bagaimana kondisinya sekarang, apakah masih demikian? Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam (PTAI) ini adalah IAIN, lembaga akademik Islam par excellence tidak terlepas dari sejumlah kekurangan yang dideritanya agar tidak terasing dari perkembangan pemikiran kontemporer, IAIN tidak mungkin berkutat pada wacana keislaman puritanisme yang cenderung membangkitkan semangat keberagamaan atas dasar rasionalisme sekuler melalui jargon "back to al-Qur'an dan al-Hadis". Tradisi akademik IAIN sudah saatnya dikembangakan dengan melampaui batas-batas dikotomik modernisme versus tradisionalisme.1 Sehingga merubah para alumninya mempunyai pandangan ke depan (visioner), dan peduli terhadap permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapai umat saat ini, baik dari segi politik, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya. Tulisan ini mencoba melihat peran Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam, terkait para alumninya dalam pengembangan sosial budaya. Untuk menjawab masalah tersebut, perlu diberikan jawaban untuk beberapa pertanyaan berikut, bagaimana PTAI melahirkan para pengamat sosial budaya, bagaimana alumni PTAI berani bicara dalam Forum Internasional, bagaimana alumni PTAI trampil mengatasi problem sosial budaya, dan mengapa status sosial para alumni PTAI meningkat.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find the culture technology of organic rice production based on liquid organic fertilizer and botanical pesticide with high yield and efficiency. This research was conducted at Purwosari Village, Baturaden Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency, Central Java from August to November 2010. This research was arranged using a Randomized Completely Block Design with seven cultures of organic rice production technology as the treatments. The agronomic variables were plant height, number of tillering, and rice yield (ton/ha). Financial variables were fixed cost, variable cost, and farming revenue. The agronomic variables were analyzed by F test, and if the effect of the treatments were significant the analysis was proceed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test at 5% level. The financial variable was analyzed using R/C analysis, profit rate analysis, and break even point analysis. Results of the research showed that the assembly of the organic rice production technology which was the most efficient in maintaining high production was the technological assembly with component of straw + cow manure of 5 tons/ha per ha + soil liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) (4 ml/l) + leaf liquid organic fertilizer and botanical pesticide consisting of maja and gadung (6%) + biological agent of Trichoderma harzianum (10 ons per plot) at 2 days after planting with the production level 0f 5.04 tons/ha, and the profit rate of 92.35% and the technological assembly with component of straw + cow manure of 5 tons/ha + soil LOF (4 ml/l) + the combination of leaf LOF + botanical pesticide of maja and gadung (6%) + fermented of palm juice (applied on 45 and 55 days after planting) with the production level of 4.6 tons/ha and the profit rate of 81.73%.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan rizobakteria yang berperan sebagai Plant Growth PromotingRhizobacteria (PGPR) menjadi cara untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman. PGPRmerupakan bakteri pada akar yang memberikan efek keuntungan untuk pertumbuhan danperkembangan tanaman. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian PGPRdan mendapat isolat PGPR paling efektif terhadapbpertumbuhanbdanbhasilbtanamanselada. Penelitianbdilaksanakanbdaribulan Februari sampai April 2019 di screenhouse DesaWindujaya dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura UNSOED. Rancangan yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 10 perlakuan dan diulang tiga kali, yaitu kontrol tanpa inokulasi isolate PGPR (P0), isolat J04 (P1), isolat P02 (P2), isolat P07 (P3), isolat P10 (P4), isolat R01 (P5), isolat R08(P6), isolat R11 (P7), isolat R12 (P8) isolat U03 (P9). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwapemberian PGPR menghasilkan tinggibtanaman selada padabumur 14 hstbsebesar 10,50cm, kehijauan daun padabumurb35 hst sebesar 19,33 SPAD unit, panjang akar totalpadabumurb35 hstbsebesar 36,92bcm dan menghasilkan bobot segar tajuk sebesar 51,55gram, bobot kering tajuk sebesar 9,97 gram, dan biomassa kering tanaman sebesar 10,49gram pada umur 35 hst. Isolat PGPR J04 (P1) efektif meningkatkan tinggi tanaman seladadan isolat P07 (P3) efektif mampu meningkatkan kehijauan daun,bpanjangbakar total,bobotbsegarbtajuk, bobot kering tajuk, dan biomassa keringbtanaman.

Abstract

The Village/Urban Information System is a forum that contains information on population data, public services and information about village/kelurahan activities and programs managed by the village/urban government to support better village development. In the village of Central Village, Sukajadi District, Pekanbaru City, the information system is still not maximal, so it needs to be updated and developed. The purpose of this community service is to update the existing information system in the Central Village Village, both population data, village location maps and village structures. This is done by using a population census, filling in population data on the website and updating the location map and village structure. The results obtained are that the village information system has been updated so as to improve public services.

Abstract: This research aims to look at the effect of assets on rentability. The analysis unit of this study is PT. Beautiful Tips Pulp & Paper. The type of data used from this study is secondary data derived from IDX. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive and quantitative (simple regression) with the help of SPSS. The results showed that assets affected rentability by 53.4% and the remaining 46.6% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study such as sales, debt, TOA and TOI.Key Words : Assets, Rentability,
