Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari penelitian terhadap Website Desa Jagalempeni yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya oleh penulis menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut dinyatakan bahwa kualitas interaksi layanan atau Service Interaction Quality dinyatakan belum baik berdasarkan kepuasan penggunan (user satisfaction). Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian R&D yaitu Research and Developmentyang merupakan metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan sisi layanan yang belum baik tersebut maka penelitian ini akan merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Layanan Publik (SILAP) berbasis website Desa Jagalempeni menggunakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak yaitu Extreme Programming . Sistem ini nantinya akan menggantikan sistem yang lama sehingga tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada masyarakat akan tercapai. Sistem ini dibuat lebih lengkap dan mudah digunakan dalam melayani pengajuan seperti pembuatan KTP, surat pindah domisili, pembuatan KK sehingga manajemen berkas lebih teratur. Kata kunci: Extreme programming , Layanan publik, Sistem informasi, Website Abstract: This research is a follow-up of research on the Jagalempeni Village Website that was conducted previously by the author using the Webqual 4.0 method. The results of the study stated that the quality of service interaction or Service Interaction Quality was stated not good based on user satisfaction. This research belongs to the type of R&D research that is Research and Developmentwhich is a research method used to produce a particular product. Data collection techniques in this study using the method of observation, interviews and literature study. Based on the services that have not been good, this research will design and build a Public Service Information System (SILAP) based on the Jagalempeni Village website using a software development model that is Extreme Programming . This system will replace the old system so that the goal to improve the quality of service to the community will be achieved. This system is made more complete and easy to use in serving submissions such as making ID cards, domicile moving letters, making Family Cards so that file management is more organized. Abstract

The problem of fire is a threat to nature and the environment. To deal with fire incidents, a smoke detector was created and developed in combination with an IoT device so that incident data can be recorded properly where the recorded data will be used as a reference for increasing the accuracy of early detection. Increasing the accuracy of smoke detectors so that they can be combined with artificial intelligence technology. This research proposes prediction optimization using the adaboost algorithm combined with the naïve Bayes classification algorithm with a measurement matrix based on accuracy, recall, and precision. The results showed that using the adaboost algorithm could increase the resulting accuracy value with a value of 0.987. If you look at the evaluation from the precision side, it also shows that the use of the adaboost algorithm can increase the precision value with a value of 0.971. But the recall evaluation showed that without boost it got a better score with a value of 0.995

Abstract

Setiap tahun Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika Tegal secara bertahap menerima siswa-siswi SMK untuk PKL Permasalahan yang terjadi  penilaian masih dipengaruhi subjektifitas serta belum proporsional dalam penilaian dan perangkingan siswa-siswi PKL. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah akan membangun sebuah sistem berupa sistem informasi penilaian PKL berbasis website menggunakan metode moora. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian terapan, yaitu jenis penelitian yang digunakan  untuk mendapatkan solusi dari permsalahan yang terjadi khususnya penilaian PKL. Sistem informasi penilaian PKL berbasis website ini akan digunakan dosen pembimbing PKL untuk memberikan penilaian, dan mendapatkan hasilnya dengan cepat serta untuk mendukung pembuatan sertifikat/Surat Keterangan telah PKL secara cepat.

Abstract

Student savings is a form of activity that aims to educate students about the importance of saving and good financial management. Student savings also help students prepare for the future, develop savings habits, and understand the importance of discipline in managing finances. This study discusses the development of a website-based Student Savings Information System (Citation) as a solution to replace the manual student savings system at Nurul Iman Islamic Vocational School. Stasi uses information technology and the internet to facilitate the management of student savings. This system provides advantages and convenience for educational institutions, teachers, students, and parents. The research method used includes data collection through direct observation and the application of the PIECES Analysis method (Performance, Information, Economy, Control/Security, Efficiency, Service). This method is used to process data relevant to research. With the existence of a website-based Student Savings Information System (SITAS), it is hoped that the management of student savings can become more efficient, transparent, and provide greater benefits for students, teachers, and educational institutions as a whole. Through Citation, students can learn about the importance of saving and managing finances responsibly from an early age.

Abstract

Determining the right home choice is tricky, it is influenced by many factors, including location, price, convenience, transportation, home design and amenities. To assist in the ease of making decisions for the selection of modest housing in Cikarang, we need a method of AHP software Expert Choice 2000. Results of analysis of data collected by the respondent that is processed using the software Expert Choice 2000, was the highest criteria in selecting housing is the price that is followed by another factor,, location, transportation, comfort, models and facilities.Keywords: AHP, Expert Choice, Housing Selection Criteria

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has changed various aspects of human life and the impact of current technological developments is that there are many new technologies and of course new technology can provide benefits for users and developers. AI has had an impact on aspects of economics, politics, science and education in the current era. One of the most popular forms of AI is ChatGPT. The success of a new technology will of course be assessed and felt by users who will later be assessed whether the new technology will help and meet their needs. Several previous studies tested AI using Google Trends, Analysis of Trends in Indonesian People's Interest in Artificial Intelligence in Welcoming Society 5.0: Study using Google Trends. Abstract

The internet as a communicator of information is now a necessity. Particularly in the provision of information for a company, government organizations / agencies such as Village Centers that require a fast, precise and accurate data management system that can provide more complete, up-to-date, interactive and dynamic information. In Demangharjo Village the information system related to Village Information is still submitted in the form of a guide book and the service is still done manually. Basically, population residence service activities are required to take care of application letters at the village office with the applicable procedures, so that in practice it will certainly take a long time and energy. For this reason the author made the Final Project concerning the Design of Demangharjo Village Website with the metedo Waterfall. Through this website, it is expected that information will be conveyed more quickly and accurately, maximum service and information transparency, village introduction process and population data storage to accelerate the work of village officials in serving the community and make it easier for citizens to submit services or find out village information.

Abstract

Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 19 Tahun 2011 Tentang Pedoman Pengintegrasian Layanan Sosial Dasar di Pos Pelayanan Terpadu mengatakan bahwa Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) adalah layanan kesehatan yang dikelola dan diselenggarakan bersama masyarakat untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan dasar untuk mempercepat penurunan angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Posyandu ibu hamil dan balita diselenggarakan setiap bulan oleh kader posyandu seperti penimbangan, monitoring perkembangan gizi dan pemberian imunisasi. Posyandu Desa Slarang Lor saat ini masih menggunakan cara manual, pencatatan menggunakan buku besar. Masalah yang terjadi kesulitan saat mencari data, monitoring gizi apalagi jika ibu balita tidak membawa Kartu Menuju Sehat. Untuk itu perlunya dibangun posyandu Desa Slarang Lor untuk membantu kader posyandu dalam dan bidan desa dalam proses pencatatan dan pelaporan posyandu balita. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yaitu model waterfall. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, obseravasi dan studi pustaka. Sistem informasi posyandu Desa Slarang Lor dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL. Beberapa fitur yang disediakan diantaranya pendaftaran dan pembaruan data, pelaporan kesehatan, monitoring dan evaluasi, pengelolaan data peserta posyandu. Tujuan dari pengembangan sistem informasi posyandu Desa Slarang Lor adalah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan yang efisiensi dan efektivitas serta memudahkan dalam pengelolaan data, pelaporan, serta pemantauan kegiatan di Posyandu. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Posyandu, Desa Slarang Lor, Ibu hamil, Balita.

Abstract

Public service is an activity of service for every citizen and resident for goods, services, and / or administrative services provided by public service providers, namely the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Brebes Regency. The quality of public services must have the principle of openness or transparency, easily accessible, accountability and cling to the principles of efficiency and effectiveness. But in fact the current information and reporting of disasters is still conventional. This study aims to reflect and build a Web-Based Disaster Geographic Information System using Extreme Programming method. The research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive data analysis techniques. Data obtained by observation and interviews. The benefit of this application is to improve services to the Brebes Regional Disaster Management Agency also useful for internal from the Implementing Party or Admin who can manage Disaster Area data online, accurately, and quickly. As well as greatly helping the community to obtain maps of information on disaster-prone areas, the latest disaster information and the community can report directly on disaster events so that the Regional Government can directly handle the disaster.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi prediksi risiko kredit berbasis website menggunakan teknologi machine learning untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kecepatan dalam evaluasi risiko kredit. Evaluasi risiko kredit tradisional sering kali lambat, tidak akurat, dan rentan terhadap kesalahan dalam mengidentifikasi nasabah dengan risiko tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma pembelajaran mesin yang mampu menganalisis pola data kredit secara mendalam untuk menghasilkan prediksi yang lebih akurat. Sistem yang dikembangkan terdiri dari tiga tahapa, yaitu model pembelajaran mesin, Application Programming Interface (API), dan antarmuka website. Model pembelajaran mesin dilatih menggunakan dataset publik yang telah diproses melalui pembersihan, seleksi fitur, dan transformasi. API dikembangkan menggunakan framework Flask untuk memungkinkan komunikasi real-time antara model dan website. Website dirancang dengan tiga halaman utama, yaitu halaman cover, halaman formulir untuk input data nasabah, dan halaman hasil yang menyajikan informasi prediksi secara jelas dan mudah dipahami. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu memproses data dengan cepat, menghasilkan prediksi yang akurat, dan memudahkan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Dengan integrasi teknologi ini, sistem informasi prediksi risiko kredit memiliki potensi untuk membantu lembaga keuangan mengurangi kerugian akibat kredit bermasalah sekaligus mendukung transformasi digital dalam evaluasi risiko kredit.
