Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sumbangan pemikiran terhadap Manajemen Pemasaran industri kecil untuk melakukan terobosan terhadap penerapan strategi bauran pemasaran dan strategi keunggulan bersaing, Ruang lingkup penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian survey yaitu suatu penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dengan mengandalkan kuisioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Dengan demikian penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai explanatory research, yaitu penelitian yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel penelitian melalui pengujian hipotesis. Meliputi survey pada pemilik lembaga bimbingan belajar yang berada di Tangerang. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria lembaga bimbingan belajar yang memiliki jumlah siswa sebanyak 100 (seratus) siswa dan memiliki karyawan sebanyak 5 (lima) orang, dan diperoleh sample sebanyak 39 responden. Analisis dilakukan dengan model regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi bauran pemasaran dan strategi keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pangsa pasar baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Besarnya koefisien determinasi yaitu R Square sebesar 0,687 yang berarti sebesar 68,7% perubahan pangsa pasar lembaga bimbingan belajar rumahan dijelaskan oleh penerapan startegi bauran pemasaran dan strategi bersaing. Sedangkan 31,3 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Gamification of marketing is a fast-growing phenomenon and an innovation for mobile marketing. Gamification is a strategy for increasing the attractiveness of mobile consumers to encourage increased shopping behavior, loyalty, engagement, and product advocacy. Understanding the factors behind the use of gamification services in m-commerce is very interesting, and no one has done any research. This study investigates the theory of self-determination (competence, autonomy, and relatedness) and extrinsic motivation as a predictor of the use of m-commerce gamification services. Data was collected from 400 respondents who had experienced using gamification services on m-commerce. The data was then included in the analysis. Analysis of the data using confirmatory factor analysis to determine the dominant factors of gamification service users. The benefits of factor analysis confirm the dominant factors that motivate users of gamification services in m-commerce. Researchers use AMOS 18 for Windows software to assist in the data processing. The results show that extrinsic motivation is the dominant factor that motivates users of gamification services. This finding provides insight for m-commerce companies and game designers to improve gamification mechanisms based on virtual points to motivate users to be more active and continue using gamification services. For the next research, it is possible to validate the construct by using other theoretical approaches, such as adding flow theory to measure the motivational factors of gamification service users. The research object can use other applications, such as gamification services in health, education, and banking applications.

Abstract

Languages all over the world have their own grammar for constructing words and their components. The aim of the research is to recognize, classify and analyze noun phrases by reading Hansel and Gretel short story. A noun phrase is a part of the syntax. The syntax is a part of Linguistics. It has meaningful elements together to form words, words together to form phrases, phrases together to form clauses, clauses together to form sentences, and sentences together to form texts. Noun phrase has some aspects; they are identifier, adjective, noun modifier, quantifier, preposition phrase, participle clause, conjunctions, and indefinite clause. Hansel and Gretel short story was used as the research instrument about noun phrases. The method used to do the research was descriptive qualitative. The participants of this research are the 1st semester of accounting students at the University of Bina Sarana Informatika. The results of this research are: there are 25 noun phrases, 16 noun phrases are about rules 1, determiner + headword, meanwhile 9 other noun phrases are about common noun phrase, found in Hansel and Gretel short story.

Abstract

WHO establishes coronavirus (coronavirus disease, COVID-19), as the Public Health Anxiety of the World on January 30, 2020. The increase in countries affected by the Covid-19 virus is widespread throughout the world such as America, Spain and Italy making the world economic situation even more get worse. Some institutions predict the weakening of the world economy. The contraction of the global economy is still ongoing, uncertainty in the global financial markets has declined as the sluggish spread of COVID-19. The limitation of economic activity as a step for handling COVID-19 risks reducing global economic growth in 2020. Research on Government Policy for  Economic Recovery and handling  COVID-19 Virus in Indonesia, taking stimulus from fiscal and monetary policies undertaken by the Bank Indonesian , Ministry of Finance and Regulations Government 2020, with descriptive qualitative research methods using secondary data such as literature books, review studies from the internet and policies from the government and related ministries. The results of this study have carried out monetary policy through Bank Indonesia, and fiscal policy through the Ministry of finance and supported by Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of the National Economic Recovery Program in the Context of Supporting State Financial Policies for Handling the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) and / or Facing Threats That Harm National Economy and / or Financial System Stability and Save the National Economy. Keywords: Fiscal Policy, Monetary Policy, Covid -19, Corona Virus

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the financial performance of PT. Blue Bird Tbk, based Ratios Liquidity, Solvency, Activity and Profitability in 2014 until 2016. This study used quantitative descriptive approach. The results showed that: (1) The liquidity ratio to measure the ability of PT Blue Bird Tbk in meeting short-term obligations through indicators Current Ratio and Cash Ratio is in the category of performance "less good", (2) Solvency Ratio to measure the ability of firms to pay long-term liabilities if the company is liquidated, through indicators Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) showed a tendency to decrease year after year. (3) Ratio Activity through indicator Total Assets Turn Over, its shows the tendency The Activity Ratio through the Total Asset Turn Over indicator shows a tendency to be inefficient. (4)Ratios Profitability through indicators Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Asset (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM), it shows the tendency continues to decline from year to year. It can be concluded that all four indicators below the average industry standard, so it can be concluded that the financial performance. PT. Blue Bird Tbk is in the category of "less good". Abstract

The use of gamification in teaching innovation provides hope to involve students, motivate in their learning study. Most of the previous studies examined the success of gamification for students. However, there are few studies that examine teacher perceptions in adapting the application of gamification. In this study, we used a qualitative approach to delve deeper into the opportunities and barriers teachers feel in implementing learning gamification. The results showed that some teachers could see the benefits of gamification in attracting students' interest in learning and creating more interactive learning. From the other side, some teachers find gamification challenging in its application. The perceived barriers for teachers to use gamification are lack of time in preparing gamification, lack of knowledge about gamification, and inapposite class arrangements for game educatin activities. There must be a stimulus from related organizations in overcoming this problem, for example by providing teacher training on the benefits of applying gamification to encourage the response of teachers in implementing gamification learning.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) play an important role in a company because they can influence the company's efficiency and effectiveness. This research was conducted by exploring the perceptions of PT employees. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia to determine employee performance and the factors that influence it, namely leadership style and organizational culture. This research is located on Jl. Daan Mogot 119 Block C12 Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method. The type of research approach is using field research, by carrying out activities such as distributing questionnaires to respondents, processing data and analyzing data obtained from respondents. The number of samples taken from PT. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia as many as 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the hypothesis in this study was tested using the Partial Test (T) and Simultaneous Test (F). The results of the analysis show that Leadership Style and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance in the Production Division at PT. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia. Partially Leadership Style (X1) has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Furthermore, Organizational Culture (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

Pasca merebaknya pandemi-Covid-19, UMKM kini menjadi andalan semua pihak untuk mendukung perekonomian nasional. Namun, pelaku UMKM dalam berusaha dilakukan secara tradisional sehingga usahanya tidak berkembang pesat. Adapun salah satu masalah yang dihadapi pelakunya terutama pada pengelolaan keuangan yang belum teradministrasi dengan baik, yang mengakibatkan usahanya menghadapi banyak kendala. Masyarakat di desa Gunung Sindur mengalami kondisi yang sama. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian karakteristik pelaku UMKM di  desa Gunung Sindur. Kabupaten Bogor dalam mengelola keuangan usahanya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini pada dasarnya adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis sikap dan pemikiran seseorang ataupun sekelompok orang, tanpa menguji suatu hipotesis dan hanya ingin mengetahui keadaan variabel secara lepas serta tidak menghubungkan antar variabel yang satu dengan variabel yang lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan 24 responden UMKM di wilayah Gunung Sindur yang dipilih secara acak. Penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif sederhana untuk mengolah data dari angket yang disebarkan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan pengelolaan keuangan UMKM di desa Gununung Sindur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengelolaan keuangan dari responden rendah. Hal ini tercermin berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh: Prosentase penerapan indikator pengelolaan keuangan yang paling tinggi diterapkan adalah indikator Perencanaan keuangan (76%), Pencatatan keuangan (64%), Pengendalian (48%%) dan Pelaporan keuangan (24%).  Pelaku UMKM perlu meningkatkan ketrampilan pelaporan keuangannya baik secara formal maupun informal dengan melakukan kerjasama bersama pemerintah, institusi terkait dan perguruan tinggi. Kunci : Akuntansi, Covid-19, Pengelolaan Keuangan, UMKM, Wirausaha

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan masyarakat melakukan kegiatan di rumah saja untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus sesuai dengan kebijakan pemerintah. Kebijakan tersebut pada akhirnya membuat banyak kegiatan yang memerlukan interaksi secara langsung harus dihindari dan membatasi kegiatan masyarakat untuk tidak keluar rumah. Di tengah keadaan yang tidak pasti, usaha kecil dan menengah, khususnya dibidang kuliner harus mampu beradaptasi secara cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui kemampuan dan pengetahuan dari sekompok usaha kuliner yang berada pada wilayah kabupaten bogor dalam beradaptasi di era pamdemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Selanjutnya sumber data tersebut dianalisis secara deskriptip. Hasil penelitian ditemukan sebanyak 41,67% atau 10 pelaku usaha mengalami penurunan omset, omset stabil sebanyak 12,5% atau 3 pelaku usaha kuliner dan peningkatan penjualan sebanyak 45,83% atau 11 pelaku usaha kuliner mengalami peningkatan omset penjualan. Strategi yang diterapkan usaha kuliner mikro dan kecil selama pandemik Covid didapatkan hasil diantaranya: (1) Menggunakan berbagai media social dan market place sebagai sarana berdagang (2) Mengganti produk yang relevan dengan kondisi kebutuhan pasar di era Covid (3) Memberikan promo dan discount menarik

Abstract

The research background is the evaluation of company performance in estimating the profit per share that will be obtained by investors when investing which is seen in the value of earnings per share. The amount of earnings per share is obtained by comparing the net profit after tax with the number of shares in the financial statements. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of the current ratio, debt to asset ratio and net profit margin on earnings per share. The type of research being carried out is research using statistical quantitative methods, data analysis methods using multiple linear analysis, classic assumption tests and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS statistics software version 25. This research uses secondary data by analyzing PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk's quarterly financial reports for the period 2018-2022 obtained through the official website of the Stock Exchange. The method of determining the research sample using a purposive sampling method. The results showed that the current ratio, debt to asset ratio and net profit margin simultaneously affect earnings per share. Meanwhile, the current ratio has a negative and significant effect on earnings per share. Debt to asset ratio and Net profit margin have no effect on earnings per share.
