Abstract

Saat ini di era yang serba digital media promosi sering dibagi kedalam dua bagian yaitu media online dan offline. Media promosi online, biasanya dengan menggunakan media sosial, market place dan lain-lain, sedangkan untuk promosi secara offline bisa menggunakan salah satu atau gabungan dari media  pamplet, spanduk, brosur dan lain-lain. Namun apapun media yang dipilih, tetap harus memiliki desain yang baik, unik dan mudah diingat oleh masyarakat agar mereka tergerak untuk melakukan apa yang disampaikan tersebut. Pengenalan media promosi sekaligus pelatihan ini diterapkan pada mitra pengabdian masyarakat di Yayasan Desa Hijau yaitu sebuah yayasan yang bergerak di bidang sosial kemasyarakatan, yang kegiatannya banyak berhubungan dengan masyarakat baik sebagai donatur dan penerima. Setelah dilakukan pemetaan masalah, bahwa saat ini yayasan dalam melaksanakan program banyak menggunakan jasa orang lain untuk mendesain media promosi, padahal kegiatan yang dilaksanakan kadang lebih dari satu dan dalam waktu yag berdekatan, sehingga dana yang dihabiskan untuk jasa desain lumayan besar maka pada akhirnya disepakatilah pada pengabdian masyarakat kali ini melakukan pelatihan membuat media promosi dengan aplikasi canva, sebagai aplikasi yang relatif mudah d pahami, murah dan bisa dilakukan melalui handphone peserta yang berbasis android. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan pratikum. Hasil dari kegiatan ini peserta dapat menerima pengetahuan dan dapat  menggunakan aplikasi Canva.

Abstract

Each company always strives to maintain its customers in order to be able to follow competition between companies that are getting tighter. Customers are expected to continue making purchases. Prices are important, every price set by the company will result in the level of demand for the product to be different. The price specified by the company is exact and according to the purchasing power of consumers, the selection of consumers on a particular product will be imposed on the product. In this case also applies to product pricing sold at Depok Mama Pharmacy on purchasing decisions. In this study using a quantitative method with a questionnaire that was distributed to the customer of the Depok City Mama Pharmacy as a data retrieval and data processing tool used was SPSS 22. The results showed the price variables and purchasing decisions on the Depok City Mama Pharmacy had a very strong positive relationship and a positive price variable

Abstract

Transportation is a very important and strategic means of smoothing the wheels of the economy. Along with the increasing needs of urban communities for transportation in general, the railroad has become one of the alternative transportation options that are increasingly in demand by people with many advantages such as low pollution, free of traffic, mass, cheaper cost, and also relatively faster time. This study aims to determine the level of community satisfaction through information services on the KRL Access application. A total of 250 respondents were sampled as research using the convenience sampling method. The form of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained by the level of community satisfaction through information services on KRL Access applications partially and simultaneously by using the variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible obtain positive and significant results. This shows that good service is one of the keys to an organization's success because it will have a direct impact on the company's image.

Abstract

One of the form of authorities that has been given by the goverment in order to fulfill the autonomous region for managing the areais the financial aspect. The purpose of the performance measurement of the goverment is to improve the goverment’s performance itself, allocate the resources that we have, and make some decisions to realize public accountabilities. The form of performance measurements for the goverment is done by conducting a financial analysis of The regional Expenditure Budget (APBD) that has been established and implemented before. The type of research that has been conducted by the researcher is quantitative descriptive. The result of studi indicate financial perfoemance of the city goverment of Bogor is good. It means that the average amount of PAD Bogor from 2012- 2016 is 26,96 % which is compared with the total regional incomes.The effectiveness of Bogor’s regional financial management could happen because it uses an effetive relationship pattern on average above 100%. The ratio of direct expenditure to total expenditure in Bogor from2012 – 2014 experienced the highest increase, the highest ratio is happened in 2014 54,21%. The PAD growth ratio shows a positive result despite of showing a sharp decline in 2016 of 8,61%.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is very important  on organitation. One of the goal from performance appraisal is to increase the work motivation of the employment so it can reach the maximum work. This research  to get know about the influence of performance appraisal to work motivation at Hotel Cipa Mampang Jakarta Selatan. The sampel that used are saturation sampling which are all of the 50 employed from Personnel&General Affairs, Accounting&Finance, Marketing, Front Office dan Food&Beverage and using likert scale. The research method use are : methods observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. The calculate method that use are : test of correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and simple linear regression equation with the computer program of SPSS 17. The result of the coefficient correlation value 0,0721 shows the relationship between performance appraisal and motivation is strong. The determination test obtained R square is equal to 0,520 or 52% of the working motivation variables, which are influenced by performance appraisal, while the remaining 48% are influenced by other factor. The test of equal regression obtained by equation Y= 8,464 + 0,807X, if the coeffient of performance appraisal is 0, then the working motivation is 8,464.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi covid 19 terhadap perekonomian dunia menyebabkan ketidakstabilan. Begitu juga dengan Indonesia 19 menimbulkan dampak diberbagai sektor yaitu terutama pada sektor usaha kecil, menengah maupun besar. Salah satunya adalah sektor UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah). Salah satu kesulitan yang dialami pelaku usaha UMKM adalah dalam memasarkan produknya. Dengan berlakunya Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) dan di lanjutkan dengan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarajat (PPKM) di tahun 2021membuat pelaku usaha berusaha berbagai cara untuk memasarkan produk untuk bisa mempertahankan usahanya terutama pada sektor kuliner. Deskriptif kualitatif merupakan metode kualitatif yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian dilakukan di kota Bogor dimana merupakan kota penunjang ibukota yang memiliki sentra kuliner. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi dokumentasi. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan strategi bauran pemasaran dimana strategi produk dengan inovasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dimasa pandemi, harga ditentukan dengan inovasi grosir dan pembayaran nontunai bekerja sama dengan mitra usaha. Strategi promosi dilakukan melalui media sosial seperti facebook, whatsapp dan Instagram dan strategi tempat dengan bekerja sama antara pemerintah kota Bogor dengan mitra usaha misalnya go-Food, grab dan pemilik perusahaan besar seperti hotel dan mall.

Abstract

The activity of a company requires quality human resources. Humans are a resource factor that is different from other resources because humans are creatures that have strong feelings and desires. Therefore, human resources must be able to be fostered and managed effectively and efficiently in order to provide optimal results for the company. Relationship patterns that occur between superiors and employees are strongly influenced by leadership style, is one of the factors that influence the behavior of others to work and strive to achieve company goals, because the success of an organization is very dependent on the effectiveness of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee work motivation Guidance and Learning Consultation Nurul Fikri Ragunan. In this study, the number of respondents was 40 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire with data analysis using a normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, t-test, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed leadership style towards employee work motivation Guidance and Learning Consultation Nurul Fikri Ragunan. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient shows the amount of 0.754, it means that the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance is quite strong. The coefficient of determination or R Squared = 0.568 which means that the organizational culture has a contribution to employee performance by 43.2% while the rest is influenced by factors other than leadership styleKeywords: Leadership Style, Motivation of Employee Work

Abstract

Human resources is one important factor for the progress of a company, one of the aspects that affect the achievement of human resources that have high performance is the motivation of work. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT Dagsap Endura Eatore Jakarta. The author uses the method of observation, questionnaires, study documentation. The author distributed questionnaires to 56 respondents by using Likert scale. Data analysis technique using correlation coefficient, determination, regression equation, then writer process the data by using SPSS version 22. Based on calculation of correlation coefficient obtained equal to 0,750 which mean, there is strong relation between work motivation to employee performance at PT Dagsap Endura Eatore Jakarta. From result of calculation of coefficient of determination obtained result of equal to 0,563 or 56% and the rest 44% influenced by other factors like compensation, promotion, training, and seen from regression equation formed Y = 14,774 + 0,650X this indicate that without work motivation employee performance of 14,774 units and if the motivation to work increased 1 unit it will increase the employee performance of 0.650 units.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi karyawan pada PT Trisentosa Adhirajasa Jakarta. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, dengan jumlah responden 30 orang, dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan perhitungan uji koefisien korelasi, uji determinasi, dan uji persamaan regresi, dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20. Pada perhitungan koefisien korelasi didapatkan hasil sebesar 0,693 yang berarti disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi pegawai memiliki hubungan kuat. Perhitungan uji koefisien determinasi didapatkan hasil sebesar 48,0% yang berarti pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi pegawai, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 52,0% yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Untuk hasil uji persamaan regresi didapakan sebesar Y = 18,224 + 0,598X itu berarti setiap kenaikan satuan Disiplin Kerja meningkat sekitar 0,598.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan bisnis dapat terjadi muncul kapan saja. Terkadang hal yang dilupakan adalah melakukan bisnis langsung menjalankan usaha tanpa melalui tahapan yang benar sehingga bisnis yang dijalankan tidak mengalami perkembangan. Pengenalan perencanaan bisnis sekaligus pelatihan ini diterapkan pada mitra pengabdian masyarakat di komunitas Perempuan Indonesia Maju (PIM) Bogor yang menjadi wadah bagi anggotanya yang seluruhnya perempuan dan  telah memiliki bisnis dan berwirausaha dalam semua bidang. Setelah dilakukan pemetaan masalah, bahwa saat ini mereka langsung menjalankan usaha, hanya karena melihat potensi keuntungan sesaat dan tidak mempersiapkan bisnisnya dengan matang, bahkan banyak yang tidak direncanakan dengan rinci padahal dalam berbisnis dihadapkan dengan banyak risiko seperti masalah pasokan, masalah kualitas produk, masalah memperoleh dan mempertahankan pelanggan, sampai mendeteksi jenis pengeluaran dan pendapatan usaha. Pada akhirnya disepakatilah pada pengabdian masyarakat ini melakukan pelatihan terkait perencanaan bisnis berupa model BMC (Business Model Canvas) yang dianggap mudah dan sederhana untuk dipahami. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah yang isinya menjelaskan pentingnya perencanaan bisnis dan konsep Business Model Canvas. Berdasarkan tanggapan atas kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada peserta yang berjumlah 29 orang menunjukkan bahwa dari pelaksanaan kegiatan hasilnya 100 persen atau keseluruhan peserta setuju kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat meningkatan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan keahlian anggota komunitas dalam membuat rencana bisnis kedepannya. Kata kunci: pelatihan; perencanaan; bisnis; BMC. ABSTRACTBusiness problems can occur at any time. Sometimes the thing that is forgotten is doing business directly running a business without going through the correct stages so that the business being run does not experience development. This introduction to business planning as well as training was applied to community service partners in the Maju Indonesia Women's Community (PIM) Bogor, which became a forum for its members who were all women and already had businesses and entrepreneurship in all fields. After mapping the problem, that currently they are directly running the business, just because they saw the potential for temporary profits and did not prepare their business carefully, even many of them were not planned in detail even though in doing business they were faced with many risks such as supply problems, product quality problems, problems obtaining and retain customers, to detect the type of expenses and revenues of the business. In the end, it was agreed that this community service would conduct training related to business planning in the form of the BMC (Business Model Canvas) model which is considered easy and simple to understand. This Community Service activity is carried out using the lecture method, which explains the importance of business planning and the concept of the Business Model Canvas. Based on the responses to the questionnaire distributed to 29 participants, it shows that from the implementation of the activities the results are 100 percent or all participants agree that this community service activity can increase the insight, knowledge, skills and expertise of community members in making future business plans. Keywords: training; planning; business; BMC
