Abstract

Digital technology is currently the main capital needed by industry players in developing their business. For the financial sector, technological innovation is not a new development for the industry. In financial technology (financial technology) it is known as FinTech. FinTech activities in financial services can be classified into 5 (five) categories, namely Payment, transfer, clearing, and settlement (payment, clearing and settlement). Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) have a big role as an effort to increase economic development in Indonesia. The role of FinTech in the development of MSMEs is to play a role in increasing financial literacy, increasing digital entrepreneurship and sources of business financing. One of the hopes for MSME players in business development is by accessing financing through Fintech in the form of Peer to Peer Lending (P2PL) after being inaccessible by banks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the car sales volume desired by PT Toyota Astra Motor so that the company can make decisions by conducting sales forecasting. This type of research is carried out in a quantitative descriptive form. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques and carried out by collecting secondary data. The car sales forecasting method at Toyota Astra Motor Indonesia using the semi-average trend method with the 2022 sales forecasting result of 241,301 units and the sales forecasting result in 2022 with the least square method is 244,145 units. The smallest accuracy or error of car sales forecasting is found in the semi-averade trend method with MAD values of 39,685, MSE 2,172,864,066 and MAPE 14.73%.

Abstract

Kualitas produk menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam mencapai kepuasan pelanggan.Kualiast produk itu sendiri adalah keunggulan suatu produk yang menggambarkan kemampuan memenuhi persyaratan atau spesifikasi kualitas produk yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk PT Mitra Bangun Perwira. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis desktritif kuantitatif dengan angket dn dokumentasi. Penentuan total sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sample sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 42 responden dan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien korelasi, menunjukan hubungan variabel tersebut kuat antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa  variabel kepuasan kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja sebesar 50% dan sisanya 50% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Sedangkan hasil persamaan uji regresi, dapat dikatakan arah pengaruh hubungan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah positif, artinya searah. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPrice policy is a factor that must be determined by a company that can generate trust and eventually customers will decide to buy the product and are satisfied with the products received in accordance with the quality of products and services that have been given the company. The purpose of this study to determine the Influence of Price Policy Against Customer Loyalty at PT Dasa Prima in Buring Copy & Digital Printing Depok. This study uses quantitative methods with SPSS software version 21. Samples used for data collection amounted to 85 respondents with sampling using random sampling. The results showed that based on analysis of correlation coefficient test has a significant 2-tailed relationship of 0.597 this means Effect of Price Policy on Customer Loyalty at PT Dasa Prima in Buring Copy & Digital Printing Depok. Coefficient of Determination has influence between price policy and customer loyalty with the result of contribution given equal = 35,7% and the rest influenced by other factor outside this research. And the regression equation shows that Y = - Y = 14,994 + 0,615X, this shows a high positive influence between price policy to customer loyalty. Preferably, PT Dasa Prima in Buring Copy & Digital Printing Depok can maintain the pricing policy so that customer loyalty increases. Keywords: Price Policy, Customer Loyalty ABSTRAKKebijakan harga merupakan faktor yang harus ditentukan oleh suatu perusahaan yang bisa menimbulkan rasa percaya dan pada akhirnya pelanggan akan memutuskan untuk membeli produk tersebut dan merasa puas dengan produk yang di terimanya yang sesuai dengan kualitas produk maupun jasa yang telah diberikan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kebijakan Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada PT Dasa Prima di Buring Copy & Digital Printing Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan software SPSS versi 21. Sampel yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data berjumlah 85 responden dengan pengambilan sampling menggunakan sampling random. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan analisis uji koefisien korelasi memiliki hubungan signifikan 2-tailed sebesar 0,597 hal ini berarti Pengaruh Kebijakan Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada PT Dasa Prima di Buring Copy & Digital Printing Depok. Koefisien Determinasi memiliki pengaruh antara kebijakan harga dan loyalitas pelanggan dengan hasil kontribusi yang diberikan sebesar = 35,7%  dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. Dan persamaan regresi menunjukkan bahwa Y = - Y = 14,994 + 0,615X, hal ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif cukup tinggi antara kebijakan harga  terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Sebaiknya, PT Dasa Prima di Buring Copy & Digital Printing Depok dapat mempertahankan kebijakan harga sehingga loyalitas pelanggan meningkat. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Harga, Loyalitas Pelanggan

Abstract

The Tajur Halang SME Forum is an organization that consists of business operators who reside in the Tajur Halang District of Bogor Regency.These operators face challenges in marketing their products, introducing them to customers, and securing business capital for ongoing operations.The aim of this community service is to offer training in digital marketing, social media utilization for product marketing, and accessible methods for acquiring business capital.The approach involves a series of training sessions that start with group forum discussions, a situational analysis of the partners, pre-tests, main training activities, and post-tests.The results of these activities show an improvement in the partners' knowledge, skills, and abilities in digital marketing, using Instagram for branding and brand awareness, managing engagement, and accessing business capital

Abstract

PT Upods Karya Indonesia is a vape manufacturer in Indonesia whose mission is to provide smokers with the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of vaping as a low-risk tobacco delivery device. This study aims to see the effect of career development and work motivation on employee job satisfaction partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative research methods. The sampling method uses Saturated Sampling. The sample used in the study was 62 respondents. Data collection metods in research are observation, interview, and literature study methods. The data used in this study is primary data which is data obtained directly from respondents by distributing questionnaires. The results of the T test show that the Career Development variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. And Work Motivation Variables have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The results of the F Test show that the Career Development and Work Motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Upods Karya Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the partial and simultaneous influence of ROA and ROE variables on Profit Growth in Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019 - 2023 Period. This type of research is quantitative research because it is related to numbers and statistics to test variables. and hypothesis. Data processing used the SPSS version 25 program, researchers carried out several tests including validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination test. The research sample used in the research must have predetermined criteria, the number of companies used as a research sample is 14 companies in the 2019 - 2023 period. which is greater than 0.05 so that ROA partially has no significant effect on Earnings Growth, the significance value obtained is 0.023 which is smaller than 0.05 ROE partially has a significant effect on Earnings Growth, and ROA and ROE simultaneously affect Earnings Growth.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kondisi perekonomian suatu negara tidak selalu stabil, seperti yang terjadi di Indonesia yang mengalami penurunan signifikan akibat wabah COVID-19. Pandemi ini berdampak pada berbagai sektor, terutama transportasi, karena pembatasan perjalanan yang diberlakukan pemerintah. Akibatnya, banyak perusahaan mengalami kesulitan keuangan hingga kebangkrutan. Financial distress atau kesulitan keuangan merupakan kondisi penurunan keuangan yang terjadi pada perusahaan secara terus-menerus. Kondisi ini biasanya ditandai dengan kerugian dan ketidakmampuan perusahaan untuk membayar kewajibannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan leverage terhadap financial distress. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan sub sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2019 hingga 2022. Sampel terdiri dari 11 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria, dipilih menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Financial distress diukur menggunakan model Altman Z-score Modifikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. Namun, Secara parsial profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress, sedangkan likuiditas dan leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress. Kata Kunci: Financial Distress, Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Leverage. ABSTRACT The economic condition of a country is not always stable, as evidenced by Indonesia's significant decline due to the COVID-19 outbreak. This pandemic has impacted various sectors, especially transportation, due to travel restrictions imposed by the government. As a result, many companies have experienced financial difficulties and even bankruptcy. Financial distress is a condition of continuous financial decline that occurs in a company. This condition is usually characterized by losses and the company's inability to pay its obligations. This study aims to empirically examine the effects of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on financial distress. The research population consists of transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. The sample comprises 11 companies that meet the criteria, selected using a non-probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling method. Financial distress is measured using the Modified Altman Z-score model. This study uses a quantitative approach, and data analysis is performed using multiple linear regression with the SPSS 26 program. The results show that simultaneously, profitability, liquidity, and leverage affect financial distress. However, partially, profitability does not affect financial distress, while liquidity and leverage have a negative and significant effect on financial distress.

Abstract

The Energy sector is one of the sectors in the Indonesian economy and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). 86 companies listed on the IDX. The sample is to 7 companies. The purpose of the study was to determine the Financial Performance Analysis of Energy sector companies listed on IDX for the period 2013-2022 using Economic Value Added (EVA). Based on calculations, EVA ADRO negative results (EVA<0) in 2013-2015 and 2020, positive EVA (EVA>0) in 2016-2019 and 2021-2022. AKRA's EVA from 2013-2022 are all positive (EVA>0). EVA HRUM in 2014-2015 was negative (EVA <0), in 2016-2023 EVA was positive (EVA>0). EVA ITMG from 2013-2022 are all positive (EVA>0). EVA MEDC in 2013-2021 is negative (EVA <0) and 2022 is positive (EVA>0). PGAS EVA in 2013-2014 was positive (EVA>0) and 2015-2023 was negative (EVA<0). PTBA's EVA from 2013-2022 are all positive (EVA>0). EVA>0 indicates the rate of return generated from company is greater than the cost of capital or it has succeeded in creating added value in that year. EVA<0 indicates the company's value has decreased or decreased where the rate of return is lower than the cost of capital it means fails to create the added value demanded by investors.

Abstract

This research aims to see the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance partially and simultaneously. The sample taken for data collection was the entire population in the company, namely 66 respondents. This research is quantitative research by testing hypotheses using SPSS 25. The results of the t test research (partial) on the training variable show t count 3.235 ≥ t table 1.669 and a significant value of 0.002 ≤ 0.05, meaning that the training variable partially and significantly influences employee performance in PT Andika Rajawali Indoserpis Depok City. The results of the t test research (partial) on the work motivation variable show that the t count is 4,599 ≥ t table 1,669 and the significant value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05, meaning that the work motivation variable partially and significantly influences employee performance at PT Andika Rajawali Indoserpis, Depok City. Based on the SPSS 25 output results, the results of the F test research (simultaneous) show that the calculated F value is 43.124 ≥ F table 3.14 and the significant value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05. So it can be concluded that training (X1) and work motivation (X2) together have a significant effect on employee performance (Y).
