Abstract

Development is a set continuous progressive changes, systematic and accumulative. Progressive means that changes have a forward orientation, while systematic and continuous mean that all development’s stage are related and cannot be separated from other phases. Traditionally human life development can be considered as a curved line, where those process generated very fast in prenatal, infant, and adolescence. This curved line would then step onto plateau which describes a stabil condition in adulthood and degrades when people aged. Developmental point of view in councelling—in this case—were focused on individuals potential development including intellectual aspect, affective, social, emotional and religiousity aspect—thus, those individual will develop themselves to a higher level of development.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the inability of Vocational School to guarantee the academic quality of its graduates according to the National Education Standards). The method used in this research is a case study method. The results showed that: 1) Planning (Plan) was in accordance with school quality planning procedures, but they still did not understand the stages of quality assurance. 2) In its implementation (Do) there are still State Vocational High Schools that have not formed an Education Quality Assurance Team for Education Units. 3) Monitoring and evaluation in State Vocational Schools has been carried out but quality audit activities are not carried out procedurally by quality auditors. 4) State Vocational High Schools have compiled corrective actions that are outlined in the Work Plan and School Budget and made based on the results of monitoring and evaluation. 5) Almost all State Vocational High School graduates already have a competency certificate from the Professional Certification Institute-P1, but the percentage of State Vocational High School graduates who get a job within one year after graduation only reaches 50%. 6) The obstacle faced is the lack of understanding and awareness of the Principal in improving student academic quality assurance. The solution for State Vocational Schools is to implement a quality assurance system model in stages, systematically and continuously. The conclusion of this study is that in principle, State Vocational Schools have implemented a quality management system but have not succeeded

Abstract

The background of research is the phenomena of madrasah decreasing in West Java to develop its capacity in the effectivity. The program of SNIP MDC in Effective School Improvement (ESI) gave encouraging and training to its effectivity. The purposes of this research are: 1) analyzing training effectivity of ESI; and 2) analyzing training relevancy toward its capacity. The research used qualitative approach by descriptive method. The source of data is madrasah as unit of analysis (such as principal, treasurer, and parent commitee), by techniques of interview, observation, checklist, and documentation. The conclusion are: 1) ESI training has good effectivity. That was showed by increasing post test based pre test, and knowledge increasing by good effect size; and 2) The increasing of relevance and effective has high index more than 80% and that showed by credit program fulfillment at 85,35%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah; pertama, untuk mengungkapkan fenomena prostitusi remaja putri di Cianjur dilihat dari karakteristik tempat prostitusi, karakteristik pelaku dan korban serta mekanisme prostitusi yang terjadi; dan kedua, untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi ketahanan keluarga remaja putri yang menjadi korban. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan menguji teori sebagai sebuah fenomena di lapangan melalui pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengungkap realita yang terjadi pada remaja putri yang terlibat pada kegiatan prostitusi. Temuan  hasil lapangan kemudian dianalisis dengan metode genealogi Foucault sehingga peneliti mengidentifikasi kekuasaan-kekuasaan apa/mana saja yang berkaitan dengan fenomena prostitusi remaja putri dan ketahanan keluarga. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa, Prostitusi remaja putri di Cianjur dilihat dari karakteristik tempat prostitusi, karakteristik pelaku dan korban serta mekanisme prostitusi yang terjadi. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan ada empat macam pelaku perdagangan anak untuk prostitusi, yaitu pacar, teman, dan mucikari.

Abstract

Menghadapi proses pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi Santri Pondok Pesantren Universal Kota Bandung  dituntut untuk memiliki kepribadian yang efektif, kreatif, produktif dan mampu berinteraksi, menyesuaikan diri, mengelola, dan mendayagunakan lingkungannya sebagai fasilitas perkembangan yang kondusif. Untuk itulah mahasiswa seharusnya memiliki kemandirian dan tanggung jawab dalam mengembangkan inisiatif dan kemampuan memilih tindakan yang efektif dalam mencapai tujuan. Pondok pesantren sebagai tempat memperdalam ilmu agama juga memacu diri dalam mencari sesuatu yang baru sesuai dengan pengetahuan dan teknologi. Serta menghadapi perkembangan zaman dengan tetap mempunyai kandungan iman dan taqwa kepada Allah SWT. Dengan demikian pondok pesantren menjadi pusat pendidikan agama dan pengetahuan masyarakat, sekaligus mewujudkan peran transformasi terhadap ide-ide dan wawasan baru bagi kesejahteraan rakyat dan masyarakat di sekitarnya dan dalam mengisi pembangunan. Hasil perpaduan inilah yang membentuk pandangan hidup, dan pandangan hidup inilah yang menetapkan tujuan pendidikan pesantren yang ingin dicapai dan pemilihan metode yang akan dilaksanakan. Oleh karena itu, pandangan hidupnya selalu berubah dan berkembang sesuai dengan perubahan dan perkembangan realitas sosial yang dihadapi oleh sebuah pondok pesantren. Berkenaan dengan pemotretan kondisi obyektif di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa Santri Pondok Pesantren Universal sebagian besar menunjukkan kecakapan pengarahan diri rendah yang teridentifikasi mengenai pencapaian kecakapan pengarahan diri melalui analisis pemilikan kecakapan pengarahan diri santri.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the penomena investigated, about the strategy of improving the quality of madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers in the ministry of religion in Bandung. This study uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. This research was obtained through observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Then analyzed using data reduction stages, data display, and data cocclusion. Based on the results of the study showed, that: 1) The objectives of these three Madrasahs refer to the vision of their respective school missions, 2) The implementation in general has been equally conducting activities in accordance with the planned program,3) The problems faced by these three MIS are almost the same, namely related to some teachers who are less competent, minimal financing and inadequate infrastructure 4) As for the solution by Coordinating with other Teachers, Coordinating with the Foundation and Committee, Coaching of Supervisors/PenMad and Active in kkg (Teacher Working Group).

Abstract

challenges to the da'wah movement and da'wah education in the very complex industrial 4.0 era, including; Da'wah runs very normatively, does not pay attention to the actual situations that exist in society, da'wah runs stagnant and is unable to answer real problems in society, and there is still a lack of application of da'wah strategies, including da'wah that involves a da'wah organization. Therefore, there is a need for strategic management of da'wah and da'wah education, so that the existence of da'wah is not displaced in this 4.0 industrial era. The purpose of this research in general is to obtain an overview, describe, and reveal this research. The focus of the specific objectives is to obtain an overview of 1) environmental analysis, 2) strategy formulation, 3) strategy implementation, 4) evaluation and control, and 5) supporting and inhibiting factors of this research. The research procedure uses qualitative methods, through the process: 1) Observation; 2) Interview; 3) Documentation. Which was developed through the triangulation process, processed using descriptive logic analysis. The findings of this study include 1) environmental analysis carried out in two stages, namely: internal environmental analysis which includes components of strengths and weaknesses that are owned and faced, and external environmental analysis with two main components, namely opportunities and challenges/threats, 2) strategy formulation is carried out systematically. systematic with elements consisting of vision, mission, goals, policies, and main strategies in the application of this research. 3) strategy implementation is the process of realizing a strategy formulation which includes programs, budgets, and procedures, 4) evaluation and control of the program implementation of this research is a control measure from the start of the program being compiled, then implemented and the program ends, and 5) human resources (HR) is a factor supporting the implementation of this research and the mindset of the management who still doesn't understand is the obstacle.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatari oleh kompleksitas persoalan prostitusi dan ketahanan keluarga dalam berbagai aspek dan dimensinya. Kompleksitas tersebut dilingkupi oleh berbagai aspek seperti faktor ekonomi, sosial, politik, budaya, pengaruh global dan aspek lain yang turut memberikan dampak terhadap maraknya prostiusi remaja yang berimplikasi pada tercabiknya tatanan dan ketahanan keluarga pada kehidupan sosial kemasyarakatan di Cianjur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Pertama, Untuk mengungkapkan fenomena prostitusi remaja putri di Cianjur dilihat dari karakteristik tempat prostitusi, karakteristik pelaku dan korban serta mekanisme prostitusi yang terjadi; dan Kedua, Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi ketahanan keluarga remaja putri yang menjadi korban. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan menguji teori sebagai sebuah fenomena di lapangan melalui pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengungkap realita yang terjadi pada remaja putri yang terlibat pada kegiatan prostitusi. Terhadap temuan hasil lapangan dimaksud kemudian dianalisis dengan metode genealogi Foucault sehingga Peneliti mengidentifikasi kekuasaan-kekuasaan apa/mana saja yang berkaitan dengan fenomena prostitusi remaja putri dan ketahanan keluarga. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa, Prostitusi remaja putri di Cianjur dilihat dari karakteristik tempat prostitusi, karakteristik pelaku dan korban serta mekanisme prostitusi yang terjadi, dalam penelitian ini ditemukan ada empat macam pelaku perdagangan anak untuk prostitusi, yaitu pacar, teman, dan mucikari. Bagi sebagian besar pelaku yang terlibat dalam perdagangan anak untuk prostitusi ini, keterlibatan mereka merupakan pekerjaan sampingan. Namun ada pula beberapa orang di antaranya yang menjadikan pekerjaan tetap. Para pelaku tidak mempunyai keterikatan formal apa pun dalam sindikat perdagangan anak dengan tujuan prostitusi ini. Kemiskinan dan gaya hidup merupakan karakteristik korban perdagangan anak yang dilacurkan dan yang paling dominan ditemukan selama penelitian. Hal tersebut tercermin melalui beberapa hal, antara lain, dari kondisi fisik tempat tinggal korban, status pekerjaan orang tuanya dan tingkat pendidikan korban. Adapun ketahanan keluarga remaja putri yang menjadi korban, bedasarkan observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan adanya ketahanan keluarga yang lemah, seperti halnya ketahanan agama, fisik ekonomi, psikologis, dan aspek sosial budaya.

Abstract

This study aims to describe aspects of human behavior in a particular group which includes aspects caused by the influence of organizations on humans as well as human influences on organizations including organizational behavior. The research method used is in the form of library research with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results of this study illustrate that there are two factors that influence individual behavior towards educational organizations, namely internal factors and external factors. while the variables of individual behavior analysis include psychological, physiological, and environmental. As a preliminary understanding to understand personal behavior properly, it is necessary to understand the inherent characteristics of the individual, including biography, personality, perceptual characteristics and attitudes. Al-Qur'an verses related to personal behavior become the foundation of educational organizations that humans have positive and negative potentials in behavior, and in essence the positive potential of humans is greater than their negative potential.

Abstract

One way to memorize and understand the Qur'an is to learn Arabic. Learning Arabic is still considered a difficult thing for most people. Also, students who studied the Qur'an are only able to read and memorize the verses of the Qur'an without understand the meaning of these verses. This study aims to determine the effect of Tamyiz Method on memory in learning Qur'an. This research used true-experimental method with before match after design. The subjects were students of Islamic boarding school of Qur'an Al-Lathifah, each consisting of 35 people in the experimental group and the control group. The result shows that Tamyiz Method influences memory in learning Qur'an. This method has repetition process, that is elaborative rehearsal and there is mnemonic learning strategy. Qur’an is memorized using imagination and word made using popular songs, making it easier for students in saving information in long-term memory.
