Abstract

  ABSTRAC Objectives:This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style motivation and work structure, on employee performance at the regional secretariat of North Musirawas Regency, South SumatraMethodology: The population and sample of this study were employees at the regional secretariat of North Musirawas Regency as many as 50 respondents. This research is a quantitative research with Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) approach with Partial Least Square-Path Modeling Finding: The results of the research show that simultaneously the variables of work structure, motivation and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but partially the work structure has the most dominant influence on performance.Conclusion: In an organization the division of tasks and functions of each employee has been determined in the work structure, the work structure in question can be carried out properly, if the leadership role is able to control the main tasks and functions of each of his subordinates, besides that it is also supported by the level of work motivation. subordinates, each work unit in the organization is not able to work alone without coordination between work units. For this reason, efforts to improve employee performance, relations and cooperation between work units, and coordination between work units must support each other for the benefit of the organization controlled by the leadership element.

Abstract

Destinasi wisata dan UMKM yang ada di daerah Desa Negeri Kaya yang berangsur-angsur mengalami penurunan dari segi kualitas produk maupun jumlah usahanya. Kenyataan ini tentu berbanding terbalik dengan program pemerintah yang berusaha mengangkat UMKM agar terus berkembang agar terus menyokong ekonomi Negara. Salah satu nya wisata air panas dan produksi Bipang yang menjadi produk lokal Desa Negeri Kaya. Kurangnya pemasaran, kualitas produk, harga produk yang tidak sesuai dengan kualitas produk. Dalam rangka memperbaiki manajemen dan pengelolaan kepada para pelaku UMKM Desa Negeri Kaya untuk itu di adakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat agar dapat memperluas pengetahuan masyarakat. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu, survey awal, sosialisasi dan pelatihan hingga tahap evaluasi. Setelah dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat dari Desa Negeri Kaya telah berhasil membuat merk dagang, penggunaan akun sosial media yang diharapkan dapat membantu promosi dan pengenalan produk kepada masyarakat luas Dengan adanya pengabdian ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat meningkatkan UMKM dn pariwisata yang ada di Desa Negeri Kaya

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational involvement and academic achievement on students’ job readiness, with soft skills serving as an intervening variable, focusing on students at Universitas Bina Insan. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach, involving 85 respondents selected from a population of 543 students using a combination of stratified random sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The analysis revealed that active participation in student organizations does not have a significant effect on job readiness, either directly or indirectly through soft skills. In contrast, academic achievement was found to significantly influence job readiness, both directly and indirectly through enhanced soft skills. Furthermore, when analyzed simultaneously, both organizational involvement and academic achievement demonstrated a significant combined effect on students’ job readiness. These findings highlight the critical role of academic performance and soft skill development as key factors in preparing students to meet the demands of an increasingly competitive labor market.

Abstract

Electronic technology has recently developed rapidly, almost all aspects of daily human life have been covered by equipment with electronic technology systems, both using analog and digital control systems. Measurement is very important in science, especially in engineering. Measurement plays an important role in helping human work. As a country with vast natural resources, agriculture has enormous potential as state revenue. In addition, the agricultural sector is one of the most important sectors that increase the economic growth of the Indonesian people. One of the most important factors in agriculture is the quality of agricultural land. The better the agricultural land, the agricultural output will also increase. Factors that affect the quality of agricultural land are soil moisture and temperature. The life of biological elements contained in the soil including hosts, pathogens, and other microorganisms which vary greatly is influenced by soil moisture factors. condition of agricultural land in the area of Air Satan village. farmers in the air satan village have difficulty monitoring soil fertility in agricultural areas in the air satan village area, therefore the author wants to develop a tool that functions to measure the level of soil moisture with the measurement results displayed using a 16x2 LC which can be directly seen in order to make it easier for farmers or farmer groups in monitoring soil moisture and temperature in the agricultural area of Airsatan Village.

Abstract

The economic condition of a region in each period can increase or decrease by looking at changes in goods and services. An increase in economic activity is a process of changing economic conditions that occur in an area on an ongoing basis to get to a better state for a certain period of time. Economic growth is a benchmark in achieving the development of economic conditions in a region so that it has an impact on increasing people's welfare. South Sumatra's economic growth in the first quarter of 2021 improved compared to the previous quarter. Similar to economic growth in South Sumatra Province, the districts and cities in it (Musi Rawas Regency, North Musi Rawas and Lubuklinggau City) also experienced ups and downs of economic growth. With the current ups and downs of economic growth, Musi Rawas Regency, North Musi Rawas and Lubuklinggau City need accurate information about the picture of economic growth in the future, this is intended to be able to prepare various policies or actions so that the level of the economy in Musi Rawas Regency, Musi North Rawas and Lubuklinggau City can be increased. Based on this problem, Musi Rawas Regency, North Musi Rawas and Lubuklinggau City need a prediction system in order to see a picture of economic growth in the future. The purpose of this study is to design a prediction system that can predict the rate of economic growth in Musi Rawas Regency, North Musi Rawas and Lubuklinggau City. The method used in the prediction system is a simple linear regression method, the use of a simple linear regression method in this study due to the limited time of the study and used to determine the direction of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, whether it has a positive or negative relationship and to predict the value of the dependent variable if the value of the independent variable increases or decreases.

Abstract

Through the development of information technology today, the need for clear and accurate information is needed in everyday life, so that information will become an important thing in society. Sometimes high information needs are not accompanied by the presentation of adequate information, often information through the mining process is expected to provide information that was previously hidden in the data warehouse so that it becomes important and valuable information [1]. Utilization of existing data in the information system to support decision-making activities, it is not enough to just rely on operational data, a data analysis is needed to explore the potential of existing information. Decision makers try to take advantage of existing data warehouses to explore useful information to help make decisions, this encourages the emergence of new branches of science to overcome the problem of extracting important or interesting information or patterns from large amounts of data, which is called data mining. 2]. MSME XYZ is one of the leading MSMEs in Lubuklinggau City where this MSME sells various kinds of durian products such as tempoyak, lempok durian, peeled durian, durian pancakes, durian ice cream, durian coffee, durian seed chips etc. Every day MSME XYZ carries out activities such as sales transactions, providing product stock and so on, from the existing sales data so far XYZ has not been able to provide information about the pattern of customer spending habits so that transaction data cannot help leaders in making decisions from data collected. there is. Association analysis or association rule mining is a data mining technique to find the rules of a combination of items. One of the stages of association analysis that has attracted the attention of many researchers to produce efficient algorithms is high frequency pattern analysis (frequent pattern mining). The output of data mining can be used to improve decision making in the future.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya peningkatan kinerja pegawai pemadam kebakaran yang memiliki tuntutan kerja berisiko tinggi, sehingga pemahaman terhadap faktor internal seperti kecerdasan intelektual dan motivasi kerja menjadi krusial dalam mendukung pelayanan publik yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada kantor pemadam kebakaran Kota Lubuk Linggau. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada kantor pemadam kebakaran Kota Lubuk Linggau sebanyak 66 orang. Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simpel random sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner secara langsung. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai path coefficient sebesar 0,252, nilai t-statistic 2,015, dan p-value 0,021 < 0,05. Keselamatan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, ditunjukkan oleh nilai path coefficient sebesar 0,169, nilai t-statistic 1,767, dan p-value 0,078 (>0,05). Selanjutnya, motivasi kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai path coefficient sebesar 0,505, nilai t-statistic 4,867, dan p-value 0,000 (<0,05). Pengujian pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja dengan nilai specific indirect effects sebesar 0,202, nilai t-statistic 2,720, dan p-value 0,007, namun motivasi belum sepenuhnya berperan sebagai variabel intervening. Sementara itu, keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja dengan nilai specific indirect effects sebesar 0,139, nilai t-statistic 2,081, dan p-value 0,038, sehingga motivasi mampu berperan sebagai variabel intervening. Kesimpulannya Motivasi kerja memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pemadam kebakaran, khususnya dalam memperkuat pengaruh keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Pentingnya peningkatan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan pemerintahan yang saat ini dihadapkan pada tuntutan digitalisasi layanan publik, dimana aparatur diharuskan beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi serta peningkatan kompetensi guna mendukung pelaksanaan tugas yang lebih optimal dan sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh transformasi digital dan pengembangan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada sekretariat daerah Kota Lubuklinggau. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 115 pegawai dan berdasarkan rumus slovin yang digunakan, total yang dijadikan sampel berjumlah 90 pegawai. Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis Skala Likert, kemudian diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 04. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen pengukuran yang dianalisis melalui outer model, meliputi uji validitas konvergen, validitas diskriminan, serta uji reliabilitas untuk memastikan kualitas konstruk. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan inner model yang mencakup pengujian nilai R² dan F² guna melihat kekuatan prediktif model, serta dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis untuk menentukan hubungan signifikan antar variabel dalam model penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,707, t-statistic 19,794, dan p-value 0,000 (< 0,05). Sementara itu, pengembangan SDM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai koefisien sebesar –0,061, t-statistic 0,384, dan p-value 0,701 (> 0,05). Secara simultan, transformasi digital dan pengembangan SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai R-square sebesar 0,952 dan R-square adjusted sebesar 0,950. Lebih lanjut, hasil pengujian indirect effect menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja tidak mampu memediasi transformasi digital terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai koefisien sebesar –0,002, t-statistic 0,071, dan p-value 0,944 (> 0,05). Namun demikian, motivasi kerja terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh pengembangan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai secara positif dan signifikan, dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,363, t-statistic 2,690, dan p-value 0,007 (< 0,05). Kesimpulannya transformasi digital menjadi faktor kunci peningkatan kinerja, sementara pengembangan SDM akan efektif jika disertai dengan peningkatan motivasi kerja.
