Abstract

The PKM partner in this activity is Sukacai village, most of the service processes are still carried out conventionally, namely correspondence services and data processing still using a word processing program (Ms. Office), so the process takes longer to provide services and documents. less well-administered so that errors often occur and even data archives are lost or damaged because there are too many archives. There are several things that can cause problems in a system that is run manually, including the large amount of data that must be done, the complexity of the data, the limited time used to process the data. From the above problems, the community service implementing team seeks to help village officials, especially Sukacai village, in carrying out public services online and making it easier for the community to manage administration, the lecturer and student team tries to help develop the E-Letter application and to make it easier for village officials to use the application. In this e-letter, the community service implementing team conducts training or workshops on how to use this e-letter application. There are three applications of E-Letters, namely Business Certificate (SKU), Cover Letter for E-KTP, and Unmarried Statement Letter. Some of these E-letter applications are they community is facilitated by this application because the process is faster and more efficient.

Abstract

Desa wisata merupakan sebuah kawasan pedesaan yang memiliki keunikan dan karakteristik khusus untuk menjadi destinasi wisata. Masyarakat disekitar desa wisata akan melakukan persiapan untuk memperbaiki kondisi desanya bersama-sama dengan aparat desa dan mempersiapkan diri menghadapi kedatangan wisatawan yang akan datang ke desa mereka. Ramea merupakan desa wisata yang dikembangkan di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah mengembangkan desa wisata Ramea melalui pengembangan ekonomi kreatif masyarakat dengan menggali potensi desa untuk menjadi desa wisata yang unggul. Pemberdayaan desa wisata Ramea dilakukan dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui peningkatan usaha kecil mikro, pengembangan fasilitas infrastruktur penunjang wisata dan pengembangan aktivitas masyarakat dalam pengembangan pengelolaan desa wisata berkesanambungan. Proses dilakukan secara bertahap dan berkelanjutan. Hasil yang dicapai pemberdayaan yang dilakukan diikuti oleh sebagian masyarakat menjadikan harapan kesejahteraan dan akan timbul suasana yang baru dan meraka siap menerima wisatawan yang akan dating ke desa mereka. Analisis SWOT memperlihatkan bagaiamana desa Ramea dapat mengembangkan desa nya menjadi desa wisata yang mendatangkan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat. A tourist village is a rural area that has uniqueness and special characteristics to become a tourist destination. The people around the tourist village will make preparations to improve the condition of their village together with village officials and prepare themselves for the arrival of tourists who will come to their village. Ramea is a tourist village developed in Pandeglang Regency. The purpose of community service is to develop the Ramea tourism village through the development of the community's creative economy by exploring the potential of the village to become a superior tourist village. The empowerment of Ramea tourism village is carried out by empowering the community through the improvement of micro-small businesses, the development of infrastructure facilities to support tourism and the development of community activities in the development of tourism village management. The process is carried out gradually and continuously. The results achieved by the empowerment carried out were followed by some communities making hopes of well-being and a new atmosphere will arise and ready to accept tourists who will come to their village The SWOT analysis shows how Ramea village can develop its village into a tourist village that brings prosperity to the community.

Abstract

Program indonesia pintar merupakan pemberian bantuan tunai pendidikan yang diperuntukan bagi siswa SD,SMP,dan SMA dengan rentang usia 6-21 tahun yang berasal dari keluarga kurang mampu. Namun permasalahan yang muncul pada seleksi calon penerima bantuan program indonesia pintar masih dikerjakan dengan manual dan sering terjadi penerima bantuan tidak tepat sasaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mempermudah dalam menentukan calon penerima bantuan indonesia pintar. Manfaat penelitian ini dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam menentukan penerima KIP di SMA 6 pandeglang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Simple Additive Weighting dengan menentukan kriteria-kriteria persyaratan ijasah dan ktp, berprestasi, tanggungan orangtua, yatim piatu. Kelebihan penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh seluhur civitas yang ada di sekolah. Kekurangan penelitian ini hanya yang dapat mengoperasikan komputer dan paham dalam menjalankan komputer. Hasil peneltian ini berupa Wahyu dengan nilai 0,914495, icha dengan nilai 0,862875, Siti halimatu 0,847741, Zahrotul 0,830887, Bustami 0,826302, Muhamad Hanif 0,724199. Maka yang berhak mendapatkan bantuan Wahyu dengan rangking 1.

Abstract

The community engagement project titled "Program Peningkatan Kecakapan Hidup Berbasis Vocational Skill Untuk Membangun Jiwa Wirausaha Mahasiswa Semester Akhir Mahasiswa Universitas Mathla'ul Anwar Banten" aimed to enhance the life skills and foster an entrepreneurial mindset among final semester students at Universitas Mathla'ul Anwar Banten. The project addressed the need for preparing students to be competent and competitive in the dynamic job market, equipping them with vocational skills and instilling an entrepreneurial spirit to encourage self-employment and job creation. The project utilized a workshop-based approach, targeting 25 final semester students who demonstrated an interest in entrepreneurship. Pre-test and post-test assessments were conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the workshop in improving participants' knowledge and skills related to life skills and entrepreneurship. The workshop focused on practical skill development through simulations, case studies, and group discussions, alongside providing insights into market understanding, business management, and financial literacy. The results of the project showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding of vocational skills and entrepreneurship, as evidenced by the post-test scores. The workshop succeeded in enhancing the participants' confidence and preparedness to face entrepreneurial challenges. Participants were motivated to explore business opportunities and recognize their potential to contribute to the local economy. Moreover, the workshop facilitated collaborative learning and encouraged participants to share ideas and experiences, fostering a supportive environment for entrepreneurial development. The project emphasized creative thinking and problem-solving, equipping participants with essential skills needed for entrepreneurial ventures. In conclusion, the community engagement project "Program Peningkatan Kecakapan Hidup Berbasis Vocational Skill Untuk Membangun Jiwa Wirausaha Mahasiswa Semester Akhir Mahasiswa Universitas Mathla'ul Anwar Banten" successfully achieved its objectives in improving life skills and cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset among final semester students. The project highlights the significance of vocational skill development and entrepreneurial spirit in preparing graduates for the job market and encouraging self-employment. The workshop's positive impact emphasizes the need for continuous efforts to support the development of competitive and innovative human resources, contributing to the advancement of both individuals and the community.

Abstract

BTPN Syariah Is the 12th Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. In order to get Murabahah Financial Services from BTPN Syariah Saketi Bank, prospective clients need to follow certain steps. Transaction financing at BTPN Syariah Saketi Bank currently still uses manual accounting entry. Customers are demanding transaction data transparency transactions so customers can find out about customer funds coming in and going out at BTPN Syariah Bank. Murabahah Financial Transaction Information System is an information system specially designed or BTPN Syariah Bank to enable financial transactions to be conducted effectively and efficiently. When designing this information system, a structured methodis used, where this method goes through design phases. This computer system uses a MySQL database and has input and output design plans and system implementation plans. Due to the existence of the computer system that organizes data processing tasks for BTPN Syariah Saketi, the other wise designed computer system speeds up the service, which makes the process of applying for grants not take too much time.

Abstract

The ZIS information system is a system for the administration of all ZIS data of the Carita district, which is managed by the Carita district Bazis. Manually collected data and many errors in data logging and storage, and a high error rate due to the slow influx of ZIS data from all villages in the Carita subdistrict. The method of applied research is a qualitative method that emphasizes the importance, justification and definition of a specific situation, which leads the author to create an application program, the production process of which is Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, Microsoft Access 2010 and Qrystalreport 8 for the report used . The application program consists of several tables that are used to create Muzzaki data, transaction data and sales data (Mustahik). After entering the data, it creates a report like Muzzaki Reports, Transaction Reports and Sales Reports.This data is processed by this application with input muzzaki, transaction data, sales data (mustahik) and can also store this data in the application.

Abstract

Simpang Lima Plaza is a Semarang City Government asset which is located in the city center, precisely on Jalan Ahmad Yani, Semarang City. The Plaza Simpang Lima building was built in 1990 with a building area of 38,935 m2. Plaza Simpang Lima is managed by PT Argamukti with a 30 year contract system which will end in 2024. When the contract ends, the age of the Plaza Simpang Lima building will be 30 years, so the use of the Plaza Simpang Lima building needs to be reviewed in relation to its potential utilization. Previous research discussed asset optimization but ignored the impact on traffic potential of selected land uses. This research was conducted to find out the most effective land optimization and the resulting traffic impacts. In this research the analysis was carried out using the Highest and Best Use method to determine alternative uses that are appropriate and technically and financially possible to determine the optimum value and the trip generation method to determine the potential traffic impacts that occur from the selected land use. The results of this research were obtained that the alternative effective use of land is a mall which will result in an increase in land value in the 7 year projection period of IDR 379,259,450,817 with an increase in roundabout delays of 35.23% and the chance of this condition occurring is 36.2%.

Abstract

PT. DCI adalah Perusahaan yang mengelola pewarna tekstil, Hidacid & Aquonium Teknis dan tinta yang beralamatkan di Jl. Raya Citeras Rangkasbitung KM. 3.8 Gabus-Kopo Serang. Sejak di dirikan tahun 1995 perusahaan ini sudah mempunyai banyak karyawan. Dalam proses perekrutan karyawan PT. DCI menggunakan sistem seleksi dengan tahap awal tim seleksi membuat informasi lowongan kerja, alur manual sebelumnya pelamar menyimpan berkas lamaran di POS keamanan, Personalia menyeleksi berkas lamaran, pelamar mengikuti tes yang telah ditentukan, personalia menyeleksi calon karyawan yang lulus dan tidak lulus berdasarkan nilai tes, setelah itu pengumuman hasil tes seleksi, Sehingga membutuhkan alur yang lama. Oleh karena, itu penulis bertujuan merancang sistem seleksi karyawan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting berbasis web dengan sistem ini alur yang dibutuhkan menjadi lebih mudah, biaya yang dibutuhkan menjadi lebih kecil karena berbasis web sehingga tidak perlu ada dokumen cetak dan karena menggunakan metode maka dapat meminimalisir kesalahan dan meningkatkan subjektifitas dalam seleksi calon karyawan.

Abstract

In this research, we discuss the VIKOR method system to facilitate the identification process of RASKIN rice aid recipients in Sindanghayu Village. The VIKOR method is used to select potential aid recipients considering several important criteria. This study first identified the criteria for determining RASKIN rice assistance recipients, including the number of family members, per capita income, health status and food needs. In addition, data on these criteria were collected from each household in Sindanghayu Village. The families of potential funding recipients are then analyzed and compared using the VIKOR method based on defined criteria. In this phase, the criteria are weighted using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) technique to determine the level of importance of each criterion. Families are then evaluated using the VIKOR method based on the level of importance and the relationship between the criteria. The results of the VIKOR analysis can give the highest priority to potential aid recipients who meet higher weighting criteria. In this way, the identification of the RASKIN rice aid beneficiaries in Sindanghayu Village can be carried out more objectively, effectively, and efficiently.

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan stok barang di suatu gudang industry perbankan harus tepat dan cepat, begitu juga di Bank BSI Labuan. Penentuan stok barang dilakukan pada saat pengklasifikasian barang cepat habis yang ada pada gudang berdasarkan tingkat kebutuhan, harga, jenis kebutuhan, pengguna dan kelas dengan masing masing bobot yang telah ditentukan oleh pihak bank. Tujuannya yaitu untuk mendapatkan sebuah informasi yang cepat dan akurat dalam pengambilan keputusan mengenai klasifikasi barang yang cepat habis maupun barang yang sangat dibutuhkan pada gudang bank BSI Labuan guna menjagaefisiensi dan efektifitas pekerjaan pada sebuah lembaga tetap terjaga. Pada penelitian ini akan mengimplementasikan sebuah system menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) sebagai salah satu metode analisis pemecahan masalah dalam pembuatan system pendukung keputusan.
