Abstract

Telang flower kombucha besides playing an important role in the food sector as a probiotic drink, it has potential in the pharmaceutical (cosmetic) field, especially in the preparation of probiotic liquid bath soap in inhibiting the growth of Candida albicans which causes vaginal discharge in the female intimate organs. This study aims to make formulations and preparations of probiotic liquid bath soap with active ingredients from fermented kombucha telang flower solution at concentrations of 20%, 30%, and 40% in inhibiting the growth of Candida albicans. This research method is a laboratory experiment by making 4 preparations of probiotic liquid bath soap with active ingredients from fermented kombucha telang flower solution at concentrations of 20%, 30%, 40%, and soap base as a negative control and the use of biore soap available in the market as a positive control. Testing on the growth inhibition of Candida albicans using the disc diffusion method. Data analysis was carried out statistically using one-way ANOVA and further tests were carried out in the form of post hoc analysis. The conclusion in this study was that the concentration of 40% in the preparation of kombucha flower telang bath soap was the best concentration as antifungal Candida albicans with an average diameter of the resulting inhibition zone was 20.52 mm.

Abstract

Pencarian senyawa metabolit sekunder yang berhasiat sebagai sumber antioksidan jangka panjang dapat dihasilkan melalui metode bioteknologi yang cukup sederhana hingga modern baik dengan menggunakan kemampuan mikroba endofit sampai penggunaan teknik rekayasa genetika molekuler yang saat ini cukup populer yaitu gen editing. Jaringan tanaman yang berpotensi dalam menghasilkan mikroba endofit meliputi bunga, buah, batang, daun, akar, dan biji yang berperan penting dalam memproteksi tanaman inang dari cekaman lingkungan dan mikroorganisme pesaing. Salah satu jenis jamur mikro yaitu Muscodor albus telah terbukti mampu memproduksi campuran senyawa organik volatil dari tanaman kayu manis. Senyawa organik volatil tersebut memiliki aktivitas farmakologi sebagai sumber antimikroba dalam spektrum luas. Taxomyces andreane merupakan salah satu kapang endofit yang diproduksi dari tanaman Paclitaxel dan berpotensi dalam menghasilkan senyawa taksol yang memiliki aktivitas farmakologi sebagai sumber antikanker. Pestalotiopsis microspore merupakan salah satu kultur mikroba penghasil senyawa pestacin dan isopestacin dari tanaman Ketapang dan berfungsi sebagai sumber antioksidan maupun antikanker. Antioksidan digolongkan menjadi antioksidan endogen antioksidan enzim dan vitamin. Rekayasa genetika dengan memanfaatkan Agrobacterium tumafaciens berpotensi dalam menghasilkan sifat yang dibutuhkan atau diinginkan sesuai target melalui penyisipan gen dari organisme yang berperan sebagai pendonor gen menuju organisme penerima gen. Gen lancolate merupakan salah satu gen yang berhasil disisipkan untuk mengkode daun tomat dan merubah daun majemuk dalam kondisi besar menjadi lebih kecil. Metode gen editing yang direkomendasikan berupa CRISPR-Cas 9 karena dapat menyunting gen lancolate pada buah tomat dengan urutan genom diploid yang jelas.

Abstract

The conventional agricultural system that is applied tends to use chemicals such as pesticides, on the one hand, providing various positive impacts, including increasing productivity quickly, meeting food needs efficiently, and helping food insecurity as often occurs in India. Sustainable agricultural systems are aimed at reducing environmental damage, maintaining agricultural productivity, increasing farmers' income and improving the stability and quality of life of rural communities. Three big indicators that can be seen are that the environment is sustainable, the economy is improving (prosperous), and it is socially accepted by the farming community. Other negative impacts on conventional agricultural systems include decreasing soil quality, giving rise to new pests and diseases, environmentally friendly microorganisms becoming extinct, toxic chemicals threatening the condition of the biosphere in the food chain. The concept of organic farming that is applied ideally is based on optimal, balanced, efficient management of land, water and land, so that existing biodiversity is one of the external efforts to provide a positive impact. In writing this literature review, the sections that will be discussed include the application of conventional agricultural systems that occur in India, suggestions and improvements that can be implemented based on potential such as modeling greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture, GHG (Greenhouse Gas) mitigation from agriculture, absorption of element C in agricultural soil, conservation agriculture, reducing nitrous oxide emissions, economic implications of greenhouse gas mitigation, and the use of butterfly pea flower kombucha in agricultural aspects

Abstract

Muhammadiyah, a major Indonesian community organization, plans to withdraw approximately 13 trillion rupiah from Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) due to concerns over financial concentration risks. Beyond its tangible assets, Muhammadiyah’s influence over its followers raises the potential for a bank run, threatening banking stability. This study aims to analyze netizen behavior toward Muhammadiyah’s decision and the likelihood of its followers following suit. Employing a qualitative netnography approach, data were collected from 2,402 YouTube comments using Nawala software and analyzed with NVIVO. Findings reveal that netizens extensively discussed trust in government, development plans, deposit safety, and fund allocation, with predominantly negative sentiments. Approximately 65–70% expressed distrust in the government, 85% questioned BSI’s fund allocation, and 55–60% supported Muhammadiyah’s proposal to establish a new bank. Strong public support for Muhammadiyah’s actions indicates a risk of a broader bank run. The study concludes that public distrust in the government and BSI, amplified by Muhammadiyah’s influence, poses a threat to financial stability. Transparent communication and robust deposit guarantees by the government and BSI are essential to mitigate further crises.

Abstract

Sosialisasi produk halal bagi pelaku usaha Industri Rumah Tangga Pangan (IRTP) di Desa Kramatmanik Kecamatan Angsana merupakan upaya penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan terhadap standar halal. Dengan meningkatnya permintaan produk halal di pasar global dan nasional, serta pentingnya memastikan produk pangan yang dikonsumsi masyarakat memenuhi standar syariah. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada pelaku usaha tentang proses sertifikasi halal, sehingga produk mereka dapat beraing dipsar yang luas. Metode pelaksanaan ini meliputi, penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman pelaku usaha tentang pentingnya sertifikasi halal dan membantu meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku usaha dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan usaha memenuhi standar halal, sehingga sosialisasi produk halal dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas produk pangan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Kramatmanik Kecamatan Angsana. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini juga dapat menjadi contoh bagi desa-desa lain dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan terhadapt standar halal. Halal product socialization for home-based food industry entrepreneurs in Kramatmanik Village, Angsana District, is a crucial effort to increase awareness and compliance with halal standards. The background of this activity is the growing demand for halal products in the global and national markets, as well as the importance of ensuring that food products consumed by the community meet Sharia standards. The purpose of this socialization is to provide knowledge and skills to entrepreneurs about the halal certification process, so that their products can compete in a wider market. The implementation method includes counseling, training, and direct assistance to entrepreneurs. The results show that halal product socialization can increase entrepreneurs' awareness and understanding of the importance of halal certification. Additionally, this activity also helps improve entrepreneurs' capacity in managing and developing businesses that meet halal standards. Thus, halal product socialization can contribute to improving the quality of food products and the welfare of the Kramatmanik Village community. This activity can also serve as an example for other villages in increasing awareness and compliance with halal standards.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Flipped Classroom model integrated with Deep Learning approach on students' mathematical problem solving ability. This study used a quasi-experimental approach and was quantitative in nature. The study population was 32 students of grade VI of SD Negeri 4 Klaten in the 2024-2025 school year. While the research sample was 16 students of class VI A and 16 students of class VI B. Sampling was done by total sampling method. Class VI B as the control group, while class VI A as the experimental group. The research instrument was a written test of the initial version and the final version. Based on the results of the study, the average value of the experimental class in math problem solving was 80.37 while the average value of the control class was 63.37. The research results obtained from hypothesis testing show that the Flipped Classroom model integrated with the Deep Learning approach has an influence on students' ability to solve math problems because the sig. value of 0.000 <0.05. So H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is an effect of the Flipped Classroom model integrated with the Deep Learning approach on students' mathematical problem solving ability.

Abstract

Desa Cipanas merupakan target lokasi penyuluhan yang sangat baik untuk dikembangkan. Berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan oleh mahasiwa Program Studi Teknologi Pangan Universitas Mathla’ul Anwar kepada masyarakat di desa Cipanas, diperoleh informasi bahwa Pisang merupakan hasil kebun yang sangat melimpah di wilayah tersebut. Selain itu masyarakat desa Cipanas juga pernah menerima bantuan berupa oven dari salah satu Organisasi yang menjalankan program peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Dengan adanya momen tersebut, diperlukan kegiatan penyuluhan yang berfokus pada inovasi produk olahan berbahan dasar pisang dengan memanfaatkan perlatan yang telah tersedia, seperti oven. Salah satu produk yang diusulkan adalah banana Crispy, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat desa cipanas sehingga dapat menciptakan nilai ekonomi yang lebih tinggi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan 3 tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan (pre-test dan uji coba produk), tahap pelaksanaan (pemberian materi, praktek pembuatan produk, dan sesi tanya jawab), dan tahap evaluasi (post-test dan penyusunan laporan). Penyuluhan yang menggabungkan teori dan praktik pengolahan Banana Crispy terbukti dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Cipanas dalam memproduksi produk tersebut. Sebanyak 88,90% peserta setuju bahwa kegiatan PKM ini dapat menciptakan peluang usaha baru bagi ibu rumah tangga. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini masyarakat mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang lebih baik, sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Cipanas Village is an excellent target location for the development of outreach activities. Based on a survey conducted by students of the Food Technology Study Program at Mathla’ul Anwar University among the residents of Cipanas Village, it was found that bananas are abundantly produced in the area. In addition, the community of Cipanas Village had previously received assistance in the form of an oven from an organization running a community economic empowerment program. Given this opportunity, it is necessary to carry out outreach activities focusing on product innovation using bananas as the main ingredient by utilizing the available equipment, such as the oven. One of the proposed products is banana crispy, which aims to improve the skills of the Cipanas community and create higher economic value. The implementation method of this Community Service activity consists of three stages: namely The Preparation Stage (Pre-Test and Product Trial), The Implementation Stage (Material Presentation, Product-Making Practice, and Q&A Session), The Evaluation Stage (Post-Test and Report Writing). The outreach program, which combined both theoretical and practical training on banana crispy processing, proved effective in enhancing the knowledge and skills of the Cipanas Village community in producing the product. A total of 88.90% of participants agreed that this Community Service activity (PKM) could create new business opportunities for housewives. Through this activity, the community gained improved knowledge and skills, which have the potential to increase their income.

Abstract

Pembuatan pesanan batik cap motif tertentu dalam jumlah kecil menjadi permasalahan bagi pengrajin Batik Anggraini Eka, dikarenakan tingginya biaya produksi. Permasalahan biaya produksi dikarenakan mahalnya pembuatan sebuah cap, dan pembuatan cap dipesan dari luar kota. Kurangnya pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh pengelola batik Anggraini Eka, tentang pemanfaatan bahan alternatif pengganti cap, menyebabkan pengelola memilih secara selektif untuk memerima pesanan batik cap dengan motif tertentu. Penggunaan cap karton menjadi alternatif yang sangat membantu bagi pengrajin Batik Anggraini Eka. Cap berbahan karton digunakan sebagai solusi yang efektif dan efisien untuk menekan biaya produksi batik cap. Karton yang digunakan berasal dari bahan daur ulang, seperti dus bekas susu atau dus makanan ringan, sehingga tidak memerlukan biaya besar. Pelaksanaan pelatihan pembuatan cap karton dilakukan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu: (1) presentasi materi, (2) eksperimen, (3) diskusi, dan (4) evaluasi. Setiap tahapan tersebut telah dirancang berdasarkan pertimbangan kebutuhan mitra pengguna. Tujuan utama dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan cap karton bermotif khas Batik Anggraini Eka, sehingga dapat meningkatkan jumlah produksi batik cap. Dengan meningkatnya produksi, ketersediaan stok produk dapat terjaga. Dengan demikian, apabila ada konsumen yang berkunjung, mereka dapat langsung membeli produk tanpa harus menunggu proses produksi terlebih dahulu.

Abstract

The  development of digital technology opens up great opportunities in the transformation of mathematics learning, especially in improving students' mathematical literacy. This study aims to develop a Wordwall-based e-module integrated with the FICAS (Flipped Classroom–Advocacy Sosiograph) learning model that is valid, useful, and can help junior high school students become more independent and more mathematically literate learners. The development study of the design research type, which includes the analysis, design, expert validation, limited trials, and assessment phases, is the methodology used. Teachers need to understand the use of technology in learning, especially through wordwall-based e-modules. The technique analysis used is T test analysis to compare the use of wordwall-based e-modules.   The findings of this study reveal that the Wordwall-based e-module is able to optimize the flipped classroom approach interactively, improve conceptual understanding, student interest in mathematics learning, and encourage mathematical literacy skills more meaningfully. These findings indicate that the integration of digital media and innovative learning models has significant potential in supporting 21st-century mathematics learning.
