Abstract

Baby blues syndrome is a psychological disorder experienced by women after giving birth, such as feeling excessively upset and sad, and tired for no apparent reason. About 80% of women who have just given birth will experience Baby blues Syndrome, if this continues and is prolonged it will be very dangerous for the health of the mother and baby. From the problems above, the hospital needs to have an additional system that can help make it easier for the medical team to speed up handlers in analyzing and diagnosing Baby blues Syndrome suffered by patients using the certainty factor method. The purpose of this research is to build an expert system for diagnosing the symptoms of Baby blues syndrome using the certainty factor method. Based on the results of the CF calculation, the highest score is the type of baby blues syndrome with a value of 0.9602 or 96.02%. From the results obtained, the system identified that the patient had a type of baby blues syndrome.

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara II (PTPN II) Sei Semayang, a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) engaged in palm oil and sugarcane production. Security officers play a crucial role in maintaining the company's security and productivity. Currently, the security officer recruitment process remains conventional, relying on subjective assessments based on several criteria. The aim of this study is to introduce a more structured, transparent, and objective approach to security officer recruitment. By implementing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, decisions in selecting prospective security officers can be made based on predetermined criterion weights. AHP enables decision-makers to identify, compare, and prioritize relevant criteria, addressing the complexity of selecting candidates who fit the established criteria. Through this approach, the study seeks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the security officer selection process, reduce the risk of errors in candidate selection, and improve overall company performance and security. It is hoped that the application of the AHP method in the decision support system for security officer recruitment at PTPN II Sei Semayang will assist the company in optimizing the selection process and supporting more data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

Identification of types of bananas and assessment of their maturity level is an important process in the agricultural and distribution industries. In an effort to automate this process, the authors propose an approach to identify bananas and their level of ripeness using a Backpropagation neural network. Through digital image processing, images or pictures of bananas will be extracted with images such as RGB (red green blue), metric and eccentricity (shape features). The results of the image data training process are as many as 55 image data input, obtained by the training process data on banana types with 11 iterations from the maximum input epoch 10000, target error or performance 0.00642 with an accuracy value of 80%. Furthermore, the training process obtained data on the maturity level of bananas with 4 iterations from the maximum input epoch 10000, the target error or performance is 0.00606 with an accuracy value of 90%. From the test image process that has been carried out, the system can identify the type of banana and its maturity level based on the feature extraction input from the image of the banana. This study also aims to test and determine the accuracy of the application of the Backpropagation method in identifying the types of bananas and their level of maturity.

Abstract

The tool for designing an IoT-based electronic equipment switch system has been designed. This system uses the NodeMCU ESP 8266 microcontroller where the NodeMCU ESP8266 functions as a data processor, and also as a receiver for wi-fi networks emitted by wi-fi network systems. This tool system uses a control system using an Android smartphone to turn on and off switches for electronic devices at home, this tool uses a Wi-Fi network communication system so that the device system and Android smartphone can be connected, in this tool system it uses a DC fan and incandescent lamps as outputs. connected to an electrical switch system, and the switch can turn on and turn off electronic devices on designed devices. The smartphone application used in this design is the Blynk application which can be downloaded at Playstore or Google.com. This tool is expected to help and facilitate humans in controlling electronic equipment at home both at home and when traveling.

Abstract

In this modern era, multimedia technology has role important in various field like education, health, and publications. Thesis This focused on development application introduction tool music traditional Karo tribe based digital image use Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method. Karo music has characteristic typical unique and important for culture of North Sumatra. Study This use method Squeezenet and MobileNetV2 for compare accuracy in introduction object tool music Karo tribe. The Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method is used in the introduction process. Steps covers convolution, function Activation ReLU, pooling, layers connected full, and the output layer with function Activation Soft max. Image data tool music Karo tribe gathered from Google Images. System This own steps like preprocessing image, model training with CNN method, and analysis results training. Research results This give comparison accuracy between method Squeezenet and MobileNetV2 in recognize tool music Karo tribe. Supporting data used in analysis, especially image tool music obtained Karo tribe from Google Images, with structured design and implementation of CNN, applications This succeed recognize type tool music with level good accuracy.

Abstract

Every foundation or educational institution certainly has efforts to maintain its existence amidst competition from educational institutions that continue to innovate to attract public interest in an educational institution . The results of good and appropriate promotion can be seen from the development of student admissions each year. To carry out promotions, of course you have to pay attention to things such as the type of school, travel time, number of computer science enthusiasts. Apart from that, determining promotional targets to get good, effective and efficient results. So a decision-making system is needed that is able to assist in the analysis of determining promotional targets at STMIK Kaputama. With the existence of a decision support system and based on STMIK Kaputama promotion target criteria, we are able to get the right promotion target results for the advancement of STMIK Kaputama development and realizing the vision and mission for the future, apart from that, so that prospective STMIK Kaputama students increase, because of the right promotion targets . To make decisions effective and efficient, this decision making system was built using the Promethee method , which is one of the decision making methods used to obtain a problem solution. Promethee is used to determine and produce decisions from several alternatives. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the Promethee method was able to produce the best concise decisions.

Abstract

Citra peta (Maps) digital dapat digunakan untuk menelusuri, menjelajahi dan menemukan jalan di seluruh dunia. Grafik yang dihasilkan dari perekaman gambar oleh satelit mewakili beberapa warna pada objek yang ditampilkan pada Google Maps. Proses mengambilan (capture) citra Google Maps sering digunakan untuk keperluan tertentu, seperti menggambarkan wilayah perkebunan yang dapat menggambarkan lahan tandus tanaman atau lahan dengan tanaman yang subur dan sebagainya. Jika hasil perekaman satelit tidak maksimal dapat mengakibatkan informasi yang terdapat pada citra Google Maps menjadi berkurang. Berdasarkan pengamatan, maka perlu di bangun sebuah sistem yang terkomputerisasi untuk memperbaiki kualitas citra Google Maps, sehingga citra yang ditampilkan memiliki kualitas yang lebih baik setelah melalui proses perbaikan. Proses perbaikan yang dimaksud adalah untuk memperjelas objek-objek pada citra Google Maps yang tidak dapat digambarkan dengan baik oleh penangkapan satelit. Salah satu metode image enhancement yang dapat digunakan adalah Contrast Stretching. Pemanfaatan metode Contrast Stretching dapat memperbaiki kualitas citra yang kurang baik dengan meningkatkan nilai kontras dari citra digital tersebut, melalui proses peningkatan pixel gray level. Sistem dirancang dengan aplikasi pemrograman MATLAB R2014a, setelah melakukan proses pengujian pada beberapa citra Google Maps, didapatkan hasil bahwa rata-rata persentasi proses perbaikan citra diatas 75% dan citra Google Maps hasil perbaikan sistem menjadi lebih baik dari citra yang diinputkan pada sistem.

Abstract

Data atau informasi tidak hanya disajikan dalam bentuk teks, tetapi juga dapat berupa gambar, audio, dan video. Ketiga macam data atau informasi ini sering disebut dengan multimedia. Sebagai salah satu bagian dari multimedia, citra (gambar) memegang peranan penting sebagai bentuk informasi visual. Citra mempunyai karakteristik yang tidak dimiliki oleh teks, yaitu citra kaya dengan informasi. Citra digital adalah proses gambar berdimensi dua melalui komputer digital yang keberadaannya untuk memanipulasi dan memodifikasi citra dengan berbagai cara. Pada penelitian ini, memiliki input berupa gambar informasi keluaran pada proses perbaikan daerah yang pixel nya kosong (tampak pecah). maka dibutuhkan perbaikan mutu atau kualitas citra (Image Enhancement) dengan menggunakan metode retinex untuk mengatasi citra yang berbintik (noise) agar dapat menambah kualitas warna sehingga dapat menjadi jelas dan baik kembali. Metode retinex dapat menghasilkan perbaikan citra dengan performansi yang cukup tinggi. Sehingga dapat memperbaiki kualitas citra pada foto.

Abstract

Keamanan gambar merupakan hal yang penting. Gambar rahasia tidak boleh tersebar ke publikatau segelintir orang yang tidak berkepentingan dalam gambar tersebut. Jika gambar diketahui orang lain maka akan merugikan pihak pengirim ataupun penerima gambar. Seiring dengan perkembangan jaman, kemajuan teknologi semakin pesat. Seseorang yang tidak berkepentingan dalam gambar tersebut bisa dengan mudah mengetahui informasi dari gambar tersebut. Algoritma yang dibutuhkan adalah Vertical Bit Rotation (VBR) dan Algoritma One Time Pad (OTP) untuk mengacak menjadi sebuah binner, cara pertama yang akan dilakukan mencari citra gambar dan kemudian dirubah menggunakan Algoritma Veritical Bit Rotation (VBR) dan akan di konveriskan ke binner menggunakan One Time Pad (OTP). Dengan adanya penerapan Algoritma Vertical Bit Rotation (VBR) dan One Time Pad (OTP) maka pendistribusian file gambar mendapatkan keamanan yang baik.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi merupakan tahap akhir opsional pada pendidikan formal, dalam hal ini disampaikan dalam bentuk universitas, akademi, colleges, seminari, sekolah musik, dan institut teknologi Pemetaan dosen dalam pelaksanaan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi menjadi sangat penting untuk dilakukan, karena dapat menunjang tercapainya tujuan dari sebuah perguruan tinggi. Pemetaan dosen dalam pelaksanaan Tridharma Perguruan tinggi berdasarkan kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi oleh dosen untuk melakukan pendidikan, penelitian dan pengapdian kepada masyarakat. Proses pemetaan merupakan proses untuk menghubungkan atau merelasikan antara kebutuhan yang saling berkaitan dengan objek pengabdian. Maka dari itu perlu dibangun sistem yang dapat mengefesienkan seleski keputusan dalam pemetaan dosen pelaksana Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Dalam memberikan solusi pada permasalahan ini maka dibangun sistem yang dapat memetakan dosen dalam melasanakan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi pada STMIK Kaputama. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple Multiple Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) yang merupakan teknik pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria berdasarkan setiap alternatif yang terdiri dari sejumlah kriteria yang memiliki nilai dan setiap kriteria. Dengan membangun sebuah sistem pemetaan dosen yang tepat dalam pelaksanaan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi akan menghasilkan tercapainya tujuan dari sebuah Perguruan Tinggi. Sistem dirancang dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL, setelah proses terhadap 25 data dosen yang diinputkan pada sistem didapatkan bahwa terdapat 2 dosen unggul dalam pengabdian, 1 dosen unggul dalam penelitian dan 13 dosen unggul dalam pengajaran. Dari hasil proses didapatkan juga bahwa A12 berada di peringkat yang pertama, dengan nilai keputusan akhir tertinggi, yaitu 0,8833.
